Staff was great with planning and preparations but not so much with the execution of what had been carefully planned and ordered. I was notified my tent, table, chairs and dance floor would arrive on Thursday late afternoon for my daughter's wedding. When they were still not there at 4:45, I was unable to reach anyone at the office and was notified after 7pm that they would not be coming that day, instead sometime the following day. I understood that the company ran behind that day but would expect to have them to come first thing the following day....instead they were just finishing pitching the tent at sunset of Friday, during other rehearsal dinner, plus they did not bring the dance floor that was ordered. I had to call in wedding guests to come set up in order to have everything set to go in time for our noon wedding, only to find the diagram for placement of the tables and chairs (which I thought THEY so kindly designed for the function) would not work with the placement of the tent. WHAT? Isn't that why we had a site visit prior to the event to avoid? Not only did I have to scramble with the placement of the tables, the incorrect number/size of tables were delivered. When I expressed how unhappy I was when the dance floor arrived that morning, they offered to take less than 10% off the total bill. Instead of helping my daughter get ready for her wedding, I was under the tent, setting up for the reception. I would not recommend using this company if you have a timetable you need to keep for your event. The hassles we encountered were so not worth it.

I was not convinced tents could be pretty, but Hayden tents did a great job making sure it was perfect. I loved the crew, they were great to work with.
