We had our wedding at Hayes Hollow, Arlington and it was absolutely perfect! From the stunning scenery to the exceptional service, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making our day stress-free and memorable. Our planner/coordinator was Sade and she made sure all our needs were met. Even when I started to get stressed, she assured me that everything would be fine. Our guests were blown away by the beauty of the venue and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our guests had nothing but praises for the Sade and the staff. They loved the food, the bartender made great drinks as well. We couldn’t have asked for a more magical setting to celebrate our big day. Highly recommend Hayes Hollow, Arlington for anyone looking for a truly unforgettable wedding experience!

I got to shoot a wedding here on 6/27/24 and Miranda’s coordinating made everything an absolute BREEZE. She made sure I was in the know with what was going on, went out of her way to update me, was extremely friendly with all the guests, and showcased an obvious professionalism that eclipsed many other professional coordinators I know. Would love to shoot here again, especially with a team that makes it so easy!

I am SO happy I found this venue and then later get to meet and work with Miranda for our wedding!! I wasn’t nervous or emotional and the day before and the day of. And she was so patient with me and she allowed me to have my moments to cry my happy tears and my not so happy tears. She knew that I was an on time bride and I wanted everything to be as close to perfect as it could and of course we can’t control EVERYTHING but she was pretty dang close. We got so many compliments from our guests, about her and the venue and of course she checked on us often to make sure we were happy and we had everything we wanted and needed. I planned my wedding for around 50 guests at Hayes Hollow in Arlington, TX. To start off the location is so beautiful, cozy and just the kind of vibe I like. On the day of the wedding the bridal suite had everything I needed along with champagne, juices, music and anything else I needed to keep us going. All day I didn't have to worry about any event starting on time or the logistics of anything. Miranda's team was a great help with this and everything went by so seamlessly as we had discussed in our planning meetings. I thoroughly enjoyed the day and lived in the moment. I had the absolute best experience with Miranda and all the Walters Wedding Estates staff. They made the process seemless and so easy for me (which was a huge blessing). They set up all the vendor meetings I had included in my package and helped pick out what I like. Being south asian there were a number of customizations I needed and the team went above and beyond to make this day so special for my husband and I. Having no experience with wedding planning, planning it in a city I didn't grow up in and having no frame of reference this entire experience was so easy and pain free thanks to Miranda and the Walters Wedding Estates team.

Hayes Hollow is a beautiful venue and was the perfect place for our small wedding. We really liked the fact that we could bundle all the vendors through the venue. It took so much stress out of planning. Miranda was our planner, and she is fantastic! She did a great job guiding us through the process and taking care of everything on the big day. Our wedding couldn’t have gone more perfectly. The flowers, food, and cakes were all amazing. The DJ and photographer were great. We really enjoyed our celebration, and so did our guests. Everyone had a great time!

Hayes Hallow was the perfect venue for our wedding. The staff is outstanding, food delicious, and the DJ was fantastic. If you are thinking about booking…do it!

We absolutely loved our wedding at Hayes Hollow. We could not have dreamed of a better night, from the food to the florals everything was perfection. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in production, Jay T (DJ) and Cliff (photography) were outstanding and so fun to work with. The event was everything we could’ve asked for, all thanks to Miranda (planner) and the amazing support staff. She made everything such a breeze and so very memorable!

We had a wonderful experience planning our wedding in under THREE MONTHS with Hayes Hollow Arlington. Miranda, our day-of, was very communicative and helpful from start to finish—from coordinating planning meetings to checking in on me (the bride) right before the ceremony to see if we should start. We waited for a few more people to arrive and I’m glad we did. Photography, DJ, floral, stationary, food—Walter’s venues are one-stop shops and Hayes Hollow was the perfect ceremony and reception location for our wedding size and vibe. Had our 10 Year Vow Renewal/Wedding here thanks to Walter Wedding Estates and it was a dream!!! The venue is gorgeous and the staff is amazing! They are truly there to make your day go the way you want. Miranda; my coordinator was the best to work with. She always kept open communication with me and made sure everything was the way I wanted. She paid attention to details and helped in every way she could. The food at the venue is great. The groom and bridal suite are beautiful and stocked with drinks the day of. I loved their vendors too! I highly recommend this venue.

So far venue has been great. I haven't had to stress myself with much of anything. They have been very thorough!

My husband and I had a great experience from beginning to end working with Emma and Miranda at Hayes Hollow. The entire staff is professional, and the facility is beautiful and perfect for intimate weddings. I loved how Walters Weddings, the owner, provides monthly showcases where couples can view potential venues, sample food, and meet potential vendors. The food was absolutely delicious. The food at the showcase and the food at the wedding were great. I ate until I couldn’t eat anymore. I wish we could dine at a restaurant that serves the food. It was great. I also really liked the wedding suites. They were spacious enough that I, my three maids/matrons, and my mom were able to get dressed. They also provided snacks in the suits. The groom’s suite even had a TV, which was nice. My only regret is we didn’t hire their decorator. We never considered it, but in hindsight, to minimize my stress level, I would have hired their decorator — or an outside decorator. What I appreciated most was the staff’s willingness to address any and all questions we had before signing the contract. I also loved the portal where we could make payments and see the chat history of our emails. That was a great feature that I never saw with other venues that I considered. Everything was well documented so there was never any confusion. On the day of the wedding, the original coordinator was on maternity leave. The venue already had a contingency plan. Miranda was prepared to step in as if she had been working with us the entire time. Miranda was absolutely awesome. She was so helpful. The Hayes Hollow staff really made our wedding a great experience for my husband, our family, and our guests.

Beautiful place just renovated! We get to have our wedding this November at Hayes Hollow and it’s truly a one stop shop for all your wedding needs! They offer a variety of packages that are customizable by you, and will take care of literally everything for you! Sarah is the one that showed us around and she was amazing, worked with our schedule and answered any questions that we had! She helped us figure out our budget and lock in our date! Our wedding coordinator Emma has been super helpful in making sure every last detail is perfect, and that our wedding day goes smoothly! I highly recommend them, they will take care of you and ease the stress of wedding planning!
