Hayes Hollow Hidden Falls by Walters Wedding Estates

I got married here last month, and it was everything I imagined. Our cay of coordinator, Yesenia, was amazing! She worked all day to make sure that everything was running smoothly and on time, and was constantly checking in to make sure that my husband and I were doing great and were taken care of. The venue was absolutely gorgeous and the food and drinks were incredible! Truly the best day of my life.

I’m so thankful my husband and I found this venue! I didn’t have any stress planning our wedding since majority of it was already taken care of by the venue. Not only did they handle a lot of the planning but the venue is GORGEOUS. We received a lot of compliments on where the ceremony was held. I didn’t even decorate much for the ceremony because the nature of it was already beautiful. The day of wasn’t even stressful because Kenzie was there and able to take care of everything that I might need. She did a fantastic job running everything for us. If you get stressed planning easily, I would highly recommend going through with Walters Weddings. You won’t regret it.

Oh my goodness I LOVED this venue!!! I just had my wedding yesterday and everything was perfect, Kenzie Elizabeth and Baylee were All on site and made the whole night run very smoothly. Love them so so much!!! Alexy was also an amazing Dj for the wedding!!! Everyone was so attentive and sweet there are honestly all great people and I’m glad they were there for my wedding <3

Hayes Hollow is a stunning venue. All our guests were in awe. Our coordinator, Onyi, was patient and accommodating. It is helpful to have all the items available at the venue and having to find minimal vendors. The DJ and Caterer were wonderful. And bartenders very efficient. Our dreams came true at this venue!

My daughter's wedding was 10/27/23. Our end of night encounter with the General Manager, Lisa Hardwick ruined the evening and upset both groom/bride not to mention us and the entire wedding party!!!!!! We paid a lot of money for our daughter's wedding and to be treated this way was completely uncalled for and appalling! Ms. Hardwick accused the groomsmen of doing something they didn't do. She informed me because of it I wouldn't get my deposit back! She said there were "cameras" in the grooms suite and they have proof. We asked to see "proof" to back up the accusations and she said that's the property of corporate and she would have to ask them. First of all it's illegal to have cameras anywhere someone is changing! Second, she lied to us as there are no cameras. Ms. Hardwick was condescending, rude, snippy and embarrassed me in front of family members. We had everything cleaned up except a big game table that was used for the wedding party entrance. My in laws were told they could pick up in the AM. Again, Ms. Hardwick was rude and ignorant to us even when we informed her our day of wedding coordinator told us we could pick up in the AM. She said it would be disposed of (this was made for my daughter by her husbands brother) and I would lose my deposit! Secondly, she tried to blame our day of coordinator, Kayci and another one, Onyi who wasn't even in charge of our wedding, regarding a mishap with Smirnoff that was an important part of pictures with the groomsman. Ms. Hadwick said she spoke to my daughter and she was fine with how they tried to rectify the situation. Actually, my daughter was not "fine" but tried to make the most of it. First of all, don't lie to me or threaten me that is not how you communicate and conduct business. What should have been the end of a spectacular evening, ended with this. Be very careful booking with this venue as there are a lot of complaints with management, miscommunication and not following through. While I don't expect things to be perfect I did expect some details that were important to my daughter to be adhered to especially with how much money we paid for everything. Before we signed a contract, we addressed concerns with reviews we had read on line. We were reassured they had addressed the issues. We also expressed our biggest fear was lack of communication and not having our wedding planner follow us through the whole event. Again, we were reassured that wouldn't happen. Our wedding planner was terminated a month before our wedding. We had to start all over having a meeting with a new one whom knew nothing about the details and my daughter's vision (not her fault). Turn over with staff or lack of is a huge issue. My daughter clearly stated in her plan she wanted no black, her colors were ivory and dusty blue. Black ended up on cocktail tables and even on the one at the altar. This was not her vision which she spent months planning. The tables were not set up right upon arrival. We lost a mirror that was borrowed and vases. The security person took an easel he said was the venues that we had ready to load. Clean up was a disaster because their cleaning crew just started moving everything while I was doing the send off! There were some compensations they tried doing as a result of everything but it didn't make up for the major mistakes involving the important details of the wedding and the way we were appallingly treated in the end. Think twice about booking if you are concerned about details, your vision or clean up.

Absolutely breathtaking venue, and helped make our day so special. It was also nice that it’s mostly an in house venue! Our day of coordinator that was assigned to us was Alex was the best part of our wedding. She was communicative, organized, and helped throughout the whole process. The food, the music, and everything was great! The DJ (Anna was the best) and the bar staff were lovely and fun as well! We were introduced to Alex after a rough start with the sales people, and so happy we were because she turned everything around. The only complaint I had was at the very very beginning. During our tour we were told there were houses on the property that we got first bid too. We were told directly (before signing contract) that this was booked through day of coordinator in a few months at our first meeting. We then learned from Alex that these were supposed to be booked with the contract and now all the houses were unavailable. This was a disappointment, as this was an important and key piece for us booking the venue. With an open bar and long windy roads, and most of my family being from out of state, we wanted it simple and safe for them. So please know this if you plan to book with them. Alex listened and heard us and advocated to correct the situation to the best of her ability. We didn’t end up getting the housing, but it worked out. In the end, I would highly recommend Alex and Remi Ridge. My wedding was an absolute dream and everything we hoped for!

Remi's Ridge is such a beautiful venue, we couldn’t pick a better venue for our Special day! The whole staff was very friendly and very accommodating, easy to work with always available, and happy to walk us through any detail. The packages were awesome and our guests could not stop raving about the drinks, food and service. Everything was AMAZING!
