HayLoft in the Grove

We got married at The Hayloft in May of 2024 and my husband and I could not have asked for a better experience! From beginning to end Jeni and her team were incredible! As soon as we did our first tour we knew the hayloft was the place for us! All around beautiful venue! We chose the stables for our ceremony it is such a pretty set up and unique space and the cellar and barn were equally as beautiful! Plenty of scenic spots for photos on the grounds with a golf cart to take you around. Our guests enjoyed all of the patio seating, outside bar and yard games that were a big hit! All of the team members were so great to work with and made the planning process as seamless and stress free as we could have hoped! We cannot thank you all enough for making our wedding day so special! - The Blamowski's

I truly cannot say enough great things about this venue and their staff (huge shout out and thank you to Jeni, Meaghan, Alyssa, Mercedes, Sandy, and the whole team). My husband and I are originally from Buffalo however moved to Cincinnati for work and although all of our wedding planning was done out of state, it was seamless thanks to all of the staff working tirelessly at the Hayloft. They are experts when it comes not only to curating the most beautiful venue down to the details (from the crystal chandeliers in the ceremony stables to the string lights lending a warm glow to the stone cellar dining space), but also when it comes to planning / vendor recommendation and organization, etc. We did not have a wedding planner, and at the end of the day it wasn't needed nor missed at all thanks to Jeni and her team providing guidance, holding regular meetings with us, and creating checklists and timelines along the way. Even the day of the wedding when some things didn't go as planned, I actually had no idea because behind the scenes they were able to continue making the magic happen, and the day was everything I had dreamed of and SO MUCH MORE. Hay wagon rides, puppy cocktail hour (a HayLoft classic), apple cider donuts / hot cider (and not to mention all our apps / drinks etc. were gorgeously presented with Hayloft decor and antiques), all with the backdrop of fall wildflowers and foliage on their property. And that's another thing entirely; we barely had to plan for any decor aside from flowers because the stables, reception barn, and dining cellar are already stunning... I could go on and on for days about every part of this venue and their team being PERFECT. There is so much love put into this wedding venue because it is a family business and even in our search before choosing them this really set them apart; they REALLY CARE. Would recommend a million times over and if I could do this all over again I would 10000000 percent choose HayLoft every time.

I'm the MOB for a wedding that was just held at the Hayloft in October of 2023. My daughter and son-in-law are service members stationed on the West Coast and I am local. The Hayloft was very accommodating in every way they could be to help us plan with the two most important people being so far away. We had a boutique wedding and it was perfect. They understood my daughter's vision and did a great job pulling it all together for us. Complete pros. We are very satisfied with our experience and highly recommend! Jeni and her crew were fabulous!

We had our wedding at Hayloft in the Grove on 7/15/23. When I say that you cannot go wrong with this team, I really mean it. From the day we signed our contract with them, it felt like they were right there with us with all the planning. Special thank you to Meaghan and Jeni!! They are both the sweetest and most attentive gals. They both have such a great eye for design. The whole team made the day run so smoothly. I truly have no idea if I even had any hiccups during the whole day because if there were any hiccups, they took care of it all without question. I would definitely rent the golf cart if you can. It was not that much money and made it much easier for our older family members. The grounds are so beautiful but it can be tough to get around if you have mobility issues. Definitely get on that hayride if you can, an absolute BLAST! If you can do it, I would 100 % rent the cottage on the property (on VRBO) for the whole weekend. The cottage is so sweet, but it made everything so much easier because we had it there as a home base. We had the grooms party stay there all weekend and the bridal party stayed at an airbnb about 15 min away. We had a small rehearsal dinner at the cottage on Friday which made it all so easy, and there is the beautiful flower mural to take pics at during rehearsal. 5 stars overall, I cannot recommend the whole crew more!

The staff at HayLoft in the were very helpful in the planning process and make planning and the whole day go so smoothly. Working with the Hayloft was like working with a venue and wedding planner in one and the venue was beautiful. It was the perfect spot for our day and we had the best wedding!

We recently were married at the Hayloft In the Grove & we cannot recommend it enough! Everything was perfect and it was all we dreamed of, plus more! What a wonderful location and the ground are absolutely breathtaking for photos. Jeni, Meghan and the staff were so helpful throughout the whole process- from day one including all the wedding planning session to the wedding day. They truly made our dreams come to reality. They are very professional and so prompt with communication, even when we were not. They do a great job checking in with you and making sure the wedding planning process is running smoothly. Jeni always answered all our questions truthfully and made recommendations when we needed guidance. They even recommend very talented vendors! You have the best of both worlds at Hayloft. You can choose between an indoor or outdoor ceremony. Both are beautiful. The venue itself has so much history which makes it so unique. We cannot wait to attend another wedding there! All of our expectations were met and then some.

Could not have been happier. You're getting some much more than just a beautiful venue. Jeni (owner) and her team are amazingly well organized and thorough. They patiently helped us through everything from the day of timeline, vendor recommendations, décor personalizations, planning, seating layouts, etc. Even multiple vendors commented on how much they like doing weddings at Hayloft, because they know everything is going to go smoothly. The grounds are gorgeous all year long. From our initial visit to the many subsequent planning meetings to the day of, seemed like every flowerbed was in bloom. The barn and stables are cozy and inviting, along with the amazing outdoor space/patios/pergolas. Can't recommend them enough.

We got married in October 2022 at the Hayloft and the experience and wedding day were just perfect! If you are looking for a rustic venue with all the perfect details, this is your place! Jeni and her team are absolutely amazing and very detail oriented. They help you through the entire process and we were not worried about a thing on the day of! We were able to sit back and enjoy our beautiful day! This venue has so many amazing features and we still get compliments to this day how perfect our day was! I couldn't ask for a better team to help us through such a long planning process!

This venue was the perfect setting for my sons wedding in August 2022. Jeni and her staff we very helpful in planning that day and made sure everything went off as planned. The venue is well maintained and the gardens were absolutely beautiful. If anyone is looking for acrustic venue this is the place, make sure to check out their “Pinterest” room, you will find everything for your decorating needs and they are very good on creating your theme for that day.

As soon as we seen Hayloft in the Grove, we knew we had to get married there. It is an absolutely gorgeous venue. Staff were very welcoming and made sure our wedding day was everything we imagined.

My wife and I had our wedding here a little less than two weeks ago and we are still in absolute awe of our entire experience with Hayloft. From the beginning of our engagement in 2020 until the day itself, Jeni and her team made planning our day so simple and made us feel so comfortable. We would come into a planning meeting with a million questions and they would all be answered before we even had the chance to ask them! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. We were lucky enough to have the perfect weather for our day so that all of the features could be utilized (horseshoes, cornhole, etc.), but even if we had bad weather I think we would have enjoyed our time just as much. The barn is so spacious that dinner and dancing never felt cramped, and the whole team kept everything gorgeous throughout the night. All options for vendors that Jeni provides (florists, caterers, etc.) are trusted companies that Hayloft has worked with in the past, and it makes such a big difference in how smooth the day runs. We already miss Jeni, Alyssa & the whole Hayloft team SO much and could not be more thankful for helping us create the perfect day! We also recommend renting the cottage for the nights before and after the wedding. The minimal travel made everything so much easier. This venue was very helpful to set up a perfect wedding day for my daughter. We had some ups and downs due to covid and they were very helpful in getting us through it all. The owner and staffs professionalism and kindness was above and beyond. It was a gorgeous venue our pictures were breath taking.

Listen, planning a wedding is a task in and of itself- add in a global pandemic, and it feels almost impossible. Jeni and the rest of the HayLoft staff made it so much easier for us! They were always helpful, had so many great suggestions (I say as a person who is indecisive at times) and the grounds are so beautiful. There are so many different places to take beautiful photos, and all of our guests enjoyed the outdoor area with games, plenty of seating, and the bar! They were so professional and not too pushy, and I think that is so important when planning an event as big as your wedding day! My husband and I got engaged early 2020, and with all of the changes and constant back-and-forth correspondence, the ladies didn't miss a beat! I am constantly telling everyone who asks how perfect our wedding was, from the rehearsal to the very last minute we left. We rented the cottage for the night before and the night of, and I highly recommend doing that if possible. It was great to have some extra time to set up and somewhere close by to get ready. They do such a great job with cleaning and the cottage was such a perfect homey place to be. My husband and his groomsmen got ready in the man cave and they also still talk about how fun it was! We had such a great experience all around, and I would recommend HayLoft to anyone who is looking there. I always knew I wanted to get married in a barn setting and this was perfect!

Jeni, Jason, Alyssa...the whole team at Hayloft are amazing! You could tell from the first walkthrough before even selecting this venue how passionate and dedicated they would be. Over the year we planned, the team talked to us almost monthly to help keep us on track, give us advice/references and saved a lot of money and stress with how much they already have onsite for you to select from. The day of the team was invaluable; checking in on the bridal party, putting out desserts, helping gather belongings and cleaning up. The entire experience was like having an included wedding planner and they take so much of the stress off you and your families shoulders. They are professional and friendly and you can tell they have the process down pat. Would pick the venue again and again. One of our concerns was the bathrooms and I, as the bride, was the last to use it before leaving and they were still extremely clean. The venue is beautiful, the gardening is tremendous and the people are top notch.

It’s impossible to explain how amazing hayloft , Jeni and her staff are !! We had been working with them since 2018 and we’re unfortunately one of the many couples who had to postpone there wedding for a year because of COVID and through all of this and all of my demands they went above and beyond to make everything perfect . They were always there when I needed support and guidance . Helped me make decisions and gave me so many recommendations for vendors . They are the best in the business !! The venue and property is breathtaking and the cottage is the best place to get ready with your bridal party . This place is worth every penny and everyone who works there is so kind , accommodating, and truly made our day unforgettable ! It’s been a month since our wedding and we are still getting so many compliments from our guests about the wedding and it’s all thanks to Hayloft , Jeni and the staff there . They will forever hold a special place in my heart .

Jeni and staff are great. They give little homework assignments to keep you on track, so that everything goes smoothly on the big day. Very professional, extremely friendly and personable. Not to mention the venue is beautiful. Overall great experience!

We decided to go with Hayloft and it was the best decision. The venue itself is beautiful, the stables the land, the barn and patio. Our guests absolutely loved it and let us know what a great time it was. Everyone was a big fan of the hayride. The day of and the entire planning process leading up to the wedding day was what really stood out for us. Jeni, Krissy and Alyssa were so helpful. They’re amazing at what they do. The planning process is always stressful but having them there to help along the way made such a difference, there is no way we’d have the day we did without their help.

Jeni and the Hayloft Team were absolutely amazing! They helped us through the entire planning process all while making us feel like family. Amidst a global pandemic none the less Jeni went above and beyond to give us our big day after hosting us at the hayloft for a restricted private ceremony on our original wedding date 8.8.2020 she continued to support us and help us stay on top of planning into our re-booked date of 8.8.2021. Jeni and her team are so passionate about their work and it shows! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm intimate wedding planning experience and venue.

Our wedding day was exactly what we pictured thanks to the help of Jeni and her staff at the Hayloft in the Grove. They listen to your ideas and work hard to make those dreams a reality. They are extremely responsive and are there for you during the entire planning process, offering guidance and support. Our guests kept commenting on how beautiful the venue is and loved the indoor/outdoor space at the barn. Jeni and her husband have done a phenomenal job with the property, making it a space that is perfect for your special day and somewhere your guests will never forget. I simply can't explain how amazing everyone at Hayloft was for our wedding! We had our wedding on the 4th of July, it was their boutique wedding package. We wanted something smaller and for just an afternoon and this option was ideal. So many things were included, which made the planning way less stressful. It was the best decision we made! Right from the start Jeni and her entire staff (shoutout to Krissy, Alyssa and Sandy) were phenomenal. They were on top of everything, kind, passionate, so organized and so helpful to ensure we had the best day possible and that it was exactly the way we wanted it to be. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and the day of was perfect. I truly believe our wedding day would not have gone as perfectly without Jeni and Krissy being there and running the ship. We did not have to stress or worry about anything! They did it all and with genuine excitement that it was our wedding day too. We are forever grateful for the easy planning process, the perfect day and ALL their help to make this happen. If you are thinking of booking Hayloft for a boutique wedding or a full wedding, book it! It will be the best and easiest decision you make! We loved Hayloft In The Grove! My wife and I were a "covid couple" and had to push back our wedding date. Jeni (the owner) was very helpful with information and flexibility with our rescheduled date. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the employees were all nice and professional. They made our day very special to us and definitely went above and beyond with their planning and organization of the day agenda. I highly recommend Hayloft In The Grove for anyone's wedding venue!

My wedding was booked for May 16, 2020 at Hayloft in the Grove, but due to COVID-19 was unable to occur as planned. We paid Hayloft almost $11,000 for our wedding that couldn’t happen and I will never see that money again. I want my review to serve as a warning for brides considering this venue in there wedding search to proceed with extreme caution…as you will see from my review (and the many 1 star reviews before mine) the owner, Jeni, does not care about you, your family, or your wedding day..she only cares about money. I work in the bridal industry, so I know first-hand how difficult this pandemic has been to brides and businesses alike, but nothing could have prepared me for Jeni’s complete lack of respect and moral code during this process. Planning my wedding was condensed into 2 separate meetings, so when we were faced with our heart-breaking reality of not being able to have the wedding we had been planning, our first thought was to of course offer The Hayloft the planning services amount that is in their brochure ($600) plus anything else they could think of that was specific to our wedding and felt was fair. They not only refused our offer, but informed us that they would be keeping every single dollar of the $11k we had paid them. This the event rental space we couldn’t use due to COVID, the cottage rental that went unused, and the Rent-A-Restroom, day of coordination, cleaning fees and security deposits (all of which could not have possibly been applicable as the event never occurred). This absolutely crushed me to learn that Hayloft in the Grove was being greedy and heartless and making this time even more difficult for me and my family than it needed to be. Jeni will say that she gave us some dates in 2020 and 2021, but none of them worked around my mother-in-law’s cancer treatments or the 5 other weddings that me and my husband are planned to be in this summer/fall. Additionally, many of those dates she offered were Fridays or Sundays (we had booked a solo Saturday ceremony and had access to the grounds all day Friday) so they just were not comparable, OR we would have been the second wedding and had to share the property all in the same day? All that to say that Jeni will play the victim, but I know the truth and what she wanted us to settle for was unfair for the extreme price point and not what we had agreed to when we booked, and I REALLY want to warn other brides who are thinking about giving them their hard-earned money or even already have, PLEASE be careful. I would hate to read more reviews like mine or the ones before me that all address the bottom-of-the-barrel customer service that this venue provides. I don’t understand how Jeni feels so comfortable inflicting this kind of unnecessary and undeserving hurt on a young couple trying to make the best out of an unexpected, unplanned situation. I think it really goes to show her character and the lengths that she will go to in order to save her bottom line. I’m married to a wonderful man (we eloped) and we are so happy despite everything Jeni has put us through to start our marriage, but if I could have avoided ever meeting her, I would. So please – heed my warning and steer clear of the Hayloft in the Grove! It’s not worth the time, the money, or the heartache.

Warning! Beware! Our family made the terrible mistake of doing business with the Hayloft in the Grove. We booked the “Barn” and the “Cottage” for a May 2020 wedding. Unfortunately CoVid19 had undone all of the plans we made for a beautiful wedding for my son and his fiancé. But what is worse than having your dream wedding ruined by a pandemic is doing business with a person with no moral compass who let her greed rule over common sense. Jeni (the owner) refuses to refund ANY (not one cent) of the $10735.00 we paid for a venue that we will never use! On multiple occasions we asked to negotiate even a partial refund. SHE REFUSES! Jeni won’t even return our security deposits or cleaning fee. Jeni is only willing to offer us a few alternative dates that unfortunately did not work for our families. We were also hesitant to book another date when there is so much uncertainty of when we could have a wedding with 150+ guest, fearful of planning to only have to cancel again. The bottom line is that I would not recommend ever doing business with the Hayloft. The owner Jeni is impossible to work with and extremely unreasonable. I would not do business with someone who puts money over values. It’s too late for us, but not for you!!

Everyone at the HayLoft made planning a wedding from 400 miles away a piece of cake! I really appreciated how they were available by phone and made it easy to meet in person when I was in Buffalo. Their list of vendors is spectacular and everyone we booked through them went above and beyond! Liane understood my vision for the day and made it happen. She was able to easily and confidently answer questions I had or fill in the blanks for details I didn’t anticipate. Her expertise and organization kept me at ease that everything would go smoothly! I was thrilled with the full-service coordination. Only having to drop off and pick up the wedding items was a dream come true-believe me, you will want to not worry about any of it! The playbook they provide is so detailed-it is like a breath of fresh air in the midst of all the planning chaos! Jeni, Liane, and staff took what table décor I had brought and set it up in a way that was EVEN BETTER than I could have imagined. They truly have an eye and talent for making everything come together perfectly! On the day of the wedding, Jeni and Jason felt like family. It meant the world to us that they interacted with friends and family, especially with my grandma who has since passed. Jeni even watered my potted plant centerpieces to keep them alive for the wedding! If none of the above convinces you to have your wedding there, just take a look at the photos. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! You can tell how much care goes into making it look fabulous. Our guests had a wonderful time enjoying the outdoors, playing games on the lawn, and dancing in the beautiful barn. They have everything you need and then some…and are constantly adding more wonderful things like the trellis and indoor ceremony space so that you don’t have to worry about anything! I was so happy with our wedding! Thank you Jeni, Jason, Liane, and staff for a wedding that everyone enjoyed and will remember fondly!

I would like to start out by saying that this place is absolutely stunning and you will end up with gorgeous photos. With that being said I really can’t say anything else positive about this place. I thought that we made the best choice by choosing hayloft, and thought they fit our vision completely. They proved me wrong! I paid for full service coordination and every time I emailed Liane I would have to do a follow up to get a response or make a follow up phone call which is increasingly frustrating having two young children and a full-time job trying to plan a wedding. Aside from the lack of attention I will tell you that everything seem to be going great up until they were paid in full. At this time attitudes changed, we seemed like we were a bother to them. I should note we ask Liane directly about other negative reviews that were brought to our attention and they assured us that this was a fluke and it was more on the guests and bridal party and not them. They also told us that nothing like this would happen which was polar opposite from the truth. Starting when we dropped off our decorations the day prior we were surprised to see that the outside furniture and pergolas were being broken down (wasn’t supposed to happen), to day of liane yelling at my bridesmaids over making mimosas, trying to boss my photographer around, shoving my flower girl (my daughter) and ring bearer in a back room during my ceremony (its my daughter, I wanted her there!!!), taking people’s drinks and dumping them, not providing golf cart services that we had to pay extra for specifically for elderly guests (one actually fell off the bathroom trailer due to this), closing handicap bathroom stall for no reason, my table numbers were all mixed up and guests were scattered (my in laws were in the center of the room), my cupcakes were places out prior to cake cutting and I never had a chance to see them let along get one (email was sent the day prior to event with specific instructions to not place out until after cake was cut), liane told my babysitter, “ oh good you are getting the kids out of here before their mother can embarrass them anymore”, and liane postponed my first dances because she “felt I was too intoxicated”. These people charge a hefty price for services they don’t render if you deviate from their vision, and are extremely difficult to work with. Lastly I would like to note we rented the cottage which is a house in front of the venue and both Liane and Jeni took it upon themselves to enter this house numerous times and they threw away food that they had no business even touching. Jeni did reimburse Liane’s full service coordinating fee, however this doesn’t change my wedding day or make it any better. I trusted these people with one of the most important days of my life and they ruined much of my experience. Many more events took place that upset me, but these were the highlights. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT choose this venue and go with one that you won’t just be a number and up charged for every little thing!

Words cannot begin to describe how perfect our wedding and planning process went with the help of HayLoft in the Grove and their amazing staff. First off, my now wife and I took a tour of the property in July 2018 and at that time, we knew going in that we probably could not afford our wedding at this property just due to what it presented from the very beginning. First off, we were way wrong! The pricing is very competitive for venues of the similar rustic/chic vibe, however, the service and family like environment is what sets the HayLoft apart from the other options. We first met with Liane (wedding planner) and Jeni (owner of the HayLoft), we knew right away that we wanted to have our wedding at this property because of not only these two, but also Alyssa (wedding coordinator) and Jason (Jeni’s husband). They gave us a very thorough tour of all areas of the property and what they could offer us. We planned our wedding for 11/2/19 and while this was far from our tour date, it worked out so perfect as we were now able to spend a lot of time planning and saving to make it a perfect day. We opted for the full-service wedding coordination package which is a must if you are planning a wedding here, it allows you to stop in and coordinate as many times as you want. Jeni and Liane were also extremely prompt with responding to email inquiries and setting up appointments to come in. They also coordinated the entire wedding ceremony and reception to ensure everything ran smoothly and were on top of everything throughout the entire day! We adored the Pinterest room downstairs as well! We added so many of the HayLoft decorations to make our day complete and they have so many different items of décor to match any theme or idea you are going for at a much lower cost than purchasing yourself. In general, we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding and it was because of the hard work and passion that Jeni, Jason, Alyssa and Liane put into making this our fairytale day. They are truly an amazing crew and you can tell that they WANT to do weddings. We also got very lucky and had 3 seasons in one day at perfect timing! Sunshine and a nice breeze in the morning, light rain in the afternoon right after our first look photos and formals through the early evening and then we finished off with the first snowfall of the Buffalo season! Along with our wedding day being at the HayLoft, obviously the rehearsal was held on site the day before and we also opted to rent the awesome cottage that is on property so we could provide dinner to our family and guests following rehearsal. This also allowed a convenient option for wedding party / guests to spend the night on property following the reception. If you are looking for a rustic/chic barn themed wedding with amazing coordinators that truly care, please check out the HayLoft in the Grove, you will not be disappointed. My husband and I got married at the Hayloft on 10/05/19 and it was the most amazing day!!!!!! We received so many compliments on the venue and the grounds. Jeni and Liane are miracle workers. The whole planning process with them was incredibly easy and we had minimum stress because of all the help they offer. We had a few hiccups the day of that they took upon themselves to fix before we even knew about them and fixed them exactly as I would. We could not have had a better day and it’s all because of the Hayloft and the amazing staff.

While this venue is absolutely beautiful inside and out the owner (Jeni) however is not. I was a bridesmaid at a wedding here and I will say everything was gorgeous and the bride and groom did have a wonderful day despite all the incidences that occurred because of the owner (Jeni) and wedding coordinator (Liane) Throughout the whole process of planning Liane was extremely hard to get ahold of to make arrangements. Having the planner does not come with the wedding it was an additional expense so it was expected that she would have been more attentive. Rehearsal was Friday at 5 which is the absolute latest they would allow it. Mind you people still have jobs, kids and responsibilities so when I showed up a little bit late..which the bride knew I would be as I normally work till 6 and got out early...Liane had the audacity to make a snarky comment to me that I should not have been late and that I needed to devote my entire weekend to the bride. This is peanuts compared to Jeni put the bride through. The day before the wedding we had the cottage rented and when the bride showed up Jeni confronted her saying she was late and she should have been there hours ago. So now the bride and groom were responsible for setting up the venue. Jeni was the one who had the times wrong and this is the second time that she has done this. The matron of honor was in the meeting and can confirm that Jeni had the wrong time and that the bride did arrive on time. Now on wedding day. The bride and groom had rented the bathrooms and one of the bathrooms was set up and in place at the beginning of the wedding. While we were all eating dinner the second bathroom arrived and was set up. As soon as dinner was over and they were cutting the cake Jeni confronted the bride and groom ( in the middle of the wedding!!!) saying that she was going to be keeping their security deposit because people were smoking in the bathroom. This is the bathroom that had JUST been set up and had come from the taste of East Aurora!! And then as if it couldn't get any worse Jeni, the owner, actually sat at the bar and complained to guests about the bride and groom! After the wedding we had heard from multiple people that she complained to them, and one of them was my own husband! When your wedding is all said and done you should look back and be able to rave about your Venue not have to warn others about it. The owners of The Hayloft in the Grove have even gone as far as deleting negative reviews off their Facebook page. If they've deleted our negative reviews, how many other negative ones have they deleted? Like I said before it was an absolutely stunning and beautiful venue, however it was not worth it for them to get married there with all the stress the owners put on them.

Our wedding was so magical at the Hayloft!! This venue is absolutely beautiful and allows for you to truly make it your own. The staff was fantastic throughout the entire day and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! They are highly organized and it went flawlessly. It is such a unique venue and has a really laid back feel. Would recommend to any couple looking for that rustic feel. We received several compliments (even from the caterer). Lots of guests said it was “one of the best weddings they’d ever been to.” We stayed at the cottage on the premise during our wedding weekend and it was SO nice. This is a property that is rented out throughout the year, but also an option for brides and grooms to book. It is quaint with really comfy beds and a gorgeous bathroom for the bridal party to get ready in. My only suggestion would be for there to be some type of discount for those who are already having their wedding at the Hayloft. In my opinion it was pretty expensive, but even in hindsight I would’ve still rented it because it was too hard to pass up!

Let me start by saying this venue is stunning, from the barn to the grounds, everything is beautiful! The best part of the Hayloft is it’s location! We toured quite a few other barn venues, which were also beautiful, but were in the middle of no where making hotel accommodations, travel and having an after party quite difficult. Not with the Hayloft! It is literally in the perfect location only being 3 miles away from East Aurora. We worked with Jeni and Liane the most. Getting the day of coordination is a must! They handled so many details for us on the day of so that myself and my mother didn’t have to worry about anything. They also were very organized at the rehearsal and managed to calm me down when our officiant didn’t show! The best way to get a hold of them if you want a quick response would probably be via phone, as they are a little slow to answer their emails. It was one of the more expensive venues we looked at to rent, but you get what you pay for and I don’t regret it! We had so many compliments from our guests and it truly was an amazing day!

Beyond perfect! Jenny and her team are the definition of dream team. My wedding was one you can only dream of, absolutely perfect. I love the versatility of the property, my photographer said she could shoot there all day there was so many places to take amazing pictures from the pond, to corn field, the barn and the garden. This place was a dream the property is maintained so well, the smallest details did not go overlooked, the groundskeepers kept the area so beautiful even through the heaviest part of the party. If you can get married here do it, I promise you won’t regret a second!

My husband and I got married at the Hayloft back on 6/4/16 with 180 guests. Our day was absolutely perfect and extremely well coordinated. We had a lovely ceremony outside, with the most amazing reception in the barn. Our DJ was able to play our intro music and introductions in the cellar while setting up for a night full of dancing in the upstairs portion. Guests loved having the ability to relax outside on the outdoor furniture that you can easily rent as well. The venue is set on a vast amount of acreage as well, which we were able to use to take all of the wedding photos we wanted without having to leave th property! Overall I can't say enough great things about this venue and I would recommend this venue to any bride who is looking for that perfect barn wedding.
