I can not speak more highly of the Hayloft on the Arch! Our wedding was everything we could have imagined. Alisha was amazing to work with. She was so kind and always very responsive when asking any questions. She went above and beyond the day of setting up the venue exactly as discussed. She was very detailed which put our minds at ease and I can confirm every detail was completed exactly to plan. She alone was worth everything. We needed no additional coordination on the day of and I had no stress whatsoever. We continue to get so many compliments on the venue and how stunning it was. The unique touches of the chapel for our ceremony and the grain bar for the cocktail hour enhanced our special day and added such a special touch. You can feel from talking with Alisha how much pride, passion, and attention to detail she puts into her venue. I cannot recommend more!
Hayloft on the Arch is the most amazing venue for a wedding. Alisha, the owner, was incredible throughout the entire process. She worked closely with us to figure out exactly what we wanted. The venue itself features perfect rustic elements and a fun Grain Bin Bar outside, which added a unique touch to our celebration. You are able to bring in your own decorations to make the space your own. Every time we saw the venue, our faces lit up with joy. Additionally, Alisha was very responsive, making the planning process smooth and enjoyable.
Alisha and her team at Hayloft on the Arch were an absolute pleasure to work with. From our first inquiry, her communication was quick, thorough and attentive, answering every question we had. On the day of our wedding, we were blown away by the beautiful, cozy fall setting they helped create. The entire venue is picturesque and we still have guests raving about how stunning the day was - from the outdoor ceremony, to patio cocktail hour and indoor reception. Alisha was a true pro - she was incredibly detail-oriented and made sure everything was taken care of so we could fully relax and enjoy our special day. We got married at the Hayloft on June 8, 2024 and it was better than we could have imagined! The venue is absolutely beautiful and lends itself for countless opportunities for beautiful pictures for yourselves and your guests. The ceremony arch with the rolling hills in the background makes for a breathtaking view and the sweet highland cows will ensure your guests will never forget your wedding. Through the whole planning process, Alisha has been wonderful to work with. Always helpful, accommodating, professional, and supportive. We are so delighted with how everything went and Alisha was a huge part of that. We couldn’t recommend the hayloft more. 💕
It is hard to put into words how happy we are that we picked Hayloft for our ceremony and reception. Alisha went above and beyond to meet our needs, answer our questions, and always responded quickly to our emails. The venue is breath taking and dynamic with so much on the property outside while also offering an extremely rustic and chic feel inside. Some owners say they are “day of coordinators” and Alisha REALLY is that. She made the day as stress free as it could be and helped me stay on my timeline. She also offered the entire property (woods and stream included) for use and would escort us around on their ATV. I will forever be recommending this venue to others for their special day as it (and Alisha) made our day unforgettable.
Hard to find the words to describe how grateful my husband and I are to have picked The Hayloft for our special day! Alisha went above and beyond! From the beginning she understood our vision and helped the wedding planning process go so smoothly. We were truly able to enjoy every second thanks to Alisha and all the vendors she recommended. The venue is clean and beautiful in every way... even the grass field surrounding is perfectly manicured!

Alisha provides the service of setting up and breaking down the event, which is such a great inclusion. The bridal suite is a great feature for getting ready on-site and for a quick break throughout the wedding.

The Hayloft on the Arch fit perfectly for the rustic but upscale look and feel we were going for. The location is beautiful and extremely convenient, being less than 15 minutes from the Turning Stone Casino/Hotel and all the amenities close to that property, there was no shortage of accommodations and attractions for our guests. And the proximity to exit 33 of the route 90 thruway made travel into the area easy as well.
Alisha was wonderful to meet with and talk through our plans. Her list of recommended vendors was helpful early on, and she was always happy to provide her expertise when we were unsure in our decision-making.
The coordination that happened on site the day of our wedding felt seamless. Alisha did an amazing job of taking the decorations and information we gave her about our vision for the venue inside and out and made it real with ease. When it was all over, most of the clean-up was handled for us and pick-up of our decor was a breeze the next day.
From the moment we looked at Hayloft and met Alisha, we wanted to have our big day there! She made everything happen and went above and beyond. I felt so calm and comfortable on the big day thanks to her! She truly made everything perfect and I would tell everyone to get married there!

Hayloft on the Arch is the most picturesque barn venue in Oneida County, NY. It’s family-owned and operated by the Mathalia family, and they provide exceptional service and atmosphere for your special event. Our wedding at Hayloft on the Arch was magical. We had our ceremony in front of the toy chapel that they have on the beautiful grounds. Cocktail hour was outside by the grain bin bar, under market lights and surrounded by beautiful rolling hills. The reception was inside their beautifully-restored rustic barn. The space has great acoustics for music. Alisha Mathalia is the curator of all of the events and she was a tremendous help with every step of the process. We had the time of our lives and recommended Hayloft on the Arch for your next event.
On 9/4 we had our wedding at The Hayloft on The arch and it was everything we could have dreamed of. Not only is the venue BEAUTIFUL but working with Alisha was a dream. She is so organized and so helpful with everything from finding vendors to providing worksheets to help keep our day running smoothly. For the last two weeks all we have heard from our guests is how beautiful the venue was and how professional and welcoming all the staff was. I would 100% recommend this venue and Alisha to anyone looking to plan a spectacular barn wedding.

I could never say enough positive things about Hayloft on the Arch and Alisha! My husband and I picked Hayloft on the Arch as our wedding venue partly because it's a gorgeous property surrounded by beautiful green fields and partly because Alisha is the greatest. She is incredibly organized and thoughtful. As a couple that postponed their wedding due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we really appreciated that Alisha was so on top of the ever-changing guidelines. As soon as any new guidelines were released, we knew we'd hear from her as quickly as she could type them up. The barn and surrounding property is beautiful and Alisha continually looks for ways to improve her space. We have received so many compliments about what a perfect place Hayloft is. Wedding planning can be stressful, but I felt no stress at all related to our venue or the day of logistics thanks to Alisha. We can't recommend Hayloft on the Arch enough!
I can’t even begin to explain how amazing our experience with Hayloft On The Arch was for our wedding. From begging to end Alisha went above and beyond our expectations. She was available to answer every last question we had and helped out with every detail. She was nothing short of amazing. The venue space is unbelievable from the outside to the inside it is perfectly maintained and thought out. I couldn’t have dreamed up a venue more perfect. Alisha truly cares and wants your day to be as perfect as you dream of. 10 out of 10 recommend hayloft. I would do my wedding here over and over again without any hesitation. An absolute dream come true!
Out of the many, many barn venues we viewed in Central and Upstate New York, none came close to Hayloft on the Arch in beauty and style. It was also, surprisingly, the cheapest venue we viewed!
Alisha and her husband have created a venue that is finished to perfection. The reception area is as breathtaking as it looks in pictures; the arbor is the perfect centrepiece for a ceremony; and the newly installed silo bar and fire pit offers an equally impressive outdoor space for your guests to enjoy.
On top of this, Alisha brings the greatest value to this venue. She is incredibly professional: responds to your emails promptly, provides a clear overview of the day, and is incredibly flexible in making your vision come into fruition. She styled our venue beautifully and I completely trusted that she would make the right decision if any of the decor needed to be changed last minute (for example, the lanterns I bought were too big for the tables and she placed them around the venue instead).

The space & property are absolutely beautiful and well-maintained (and versatile in terms of a barn, you can make it look very classy or country depending on your style). We got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was.
However, that’s not why I so highly recommend it. The owner Alisha is AMAZING at her job. Absolutely amazing. She’s professional, attentive, organized, has great taste, and is just a really nice person - everything you could want in a venue owner.
Despite how many weddings they hold, she always responded to me quickly and made me feel like my wedding was a priority (and I’m sure every one of her brides feels the same). She will do her absolute best to make sure you have the perfect wedding.
Lastly, it was reasonably priced. So many wedding expenses feel outrageously priced, but this was worth every single penny.
Highly highly highly recommend.
Alisha and her team at Hayloft were excellent! We have strong ties to CNY, but currently live in Brooklyn. Because of this, we needed a venue and wedding planner that had strong connections with vendors and could help us plan remotely. Alisha and her preferred vendors went above and beyond to ensure that our day went off perfectly and that we would not have to stress planning! The day of was perfect; The barn was beautiful and fit our 150 guests comfortably. We had our ceremony outside and cocktail hour on their grounds, and we and everyone loved the vibes and service. I cannot recommend Hayloft enough!
Within minutes of leaving Hayloft after our first visit I KNEW this was where we were going to get married. Not only is the venue beautiful to begin with, we were surprised by two new additions before our wedding day with the beautiful new arch for our ceremony and the grain bin bar on the patio. I can't even begin to thank Alisha enough for everything that she does from the moment planning begins through the day of, she covers every little detail, was so easy to communicate with, and made our day MORE than we could have ever imagined. We had some décor that we didn't have specific places for, Alisha placed them perfectly, from hanging greenery behind our sweethearts table for us, to grabbing me tissues 2 seconds before I was going to start walking down the aisle, she truly goes above and beyond! It really is a whirlwind day but she makes everything seem so smooth and perfect. We are still getting compliments on the wedding and venue months later!

There are no words to describe how grateful I am for Alisha and her establishment, hayloft o the arch. My husband and I so desperately wanted a beautiful barn wedding and we just couldn’t find the right barn in the NYC area where we live. finally I came across hayloft, which is four hours away from where we live. As soon as we went we fell in LOVE! I was a little worried about planning a wedding so far away, but Alisha made it so easy. She recommended the best vendors and truly helped my husband and I through our whole journey. We planned with her for 2 1/2 years and she just made our day PERFECT. The weather sucked and should have put such a damper on my day, but Alisha accommodated is throughout the whole day, I barely noticed the weather. I would do this all over again if I could. I love this barn so much and all the people who made our wedding day so special !!!
Hayloft is a gorgeous venue and that was a big part of what I liked about it. On the other hand, I wish at times that some details were not overlooked by Alisha. Minor details such as placing decorations in the correct spot or just also making sure that plates and silverware were put on our cake table were overlooked. My husband and I had to hold the piece of cake in our hand after it was cut and we had to feed each other with our hands because there was no silverware. It is hard for brides to make sure that every detail is the way that they planned on their wedding day. I just wish that some of those small details would have been acknowledged or for questions to be asked if there were any. Also, we would have hoped to be treated a little bit nicer after providing suggestions or constructive criticism.

Carla - This is a hard review to respond to as there were so many details for this wedding that were overlooked that I had to take on setting up the day of that are typically not my responsibility; including folding & placing napkins, setting s...
ilverware & dinner plates, creating table numbers that were forgotten, a sign for the ring bearer, and finding something that would work for a card box, among other things. The Thursday before your event, you and Rob brought in the decor that you needed set in place -- the rose petals for guests to toss that you asked to be placed at the entrance to the patio were moved to a more obvious place for guests to grab. My job as a day of coordinator is to assess the situation and make changes that best suit the flow of events, always with the clients best interest in mind. As for the forks at the cake table - majority of my clients pick the cake up by hand to feed each other for the cake cutting, as with everything, if you had voiced your concern that you wanted to see forks there I, of course, would have made that happen. I worked non stop that day, starting at 8a upon your arrival, checking in with you and your mother to see if I could do anything for you, and did whatever was asked, regardless of what it was. I don't know that there would have been a perfect situation in which you'd truly be satisfied. I'm sorry that you can't look back on your day and only have fond memories.
Hayloft was a beautiful wedding venue, the backdrop is incredible and the barn is gorgeous inside. Alisha is so organized and helpful, making the day of go smoothly. I cant say enough good things about Hayloft and definitely recommend it for those looking for an upscale rustic wedding!
We absolutely loved our wedding at Hayloft on the Arch! The owner Alisha is attentive and quick to respond. On the day of the wedding, she acted as a day of wedding planner, helping to organize and execute the ceremony, communicate with vendors and deal with any issues before we even knew they happened. The decor is amazing and needs little decorating. It’s a beautiful facility with beautifully manicured grounds that are stunning for pictures. We highly recommend Hayloft on the Arch!

Most every bride you talk to will state that their wedding day is the most amazing day of their life. Mine really did go off without a hitch with much thanks to Alisha and her wonderful staff! She took care of all of the set up & decor and made sure that it was both absolutely stunning and true to my vision. She made sure that the ceremony also was without a hitch!
The barn and property are just absolutely beautiful and you can tell that her heart and soul goes into this place! We received so many compliments on our wedding and how stunning the venue was!
This venue is fantastic and cannot get much better in terms of the property, the buildings and all of the little details throughout. From the hanging mason jar lights to the rustic decorations throughout the venue, the place is the whole package. The ability to bring in any vendors and fill the space the way that we want to was invaluable to making our special day just that much better. Little problems were quickly taken care of and the owner is very good at assisting with the planning process, she was available whenever asked all the way up to the wedding. At times during the day of the wedding she seemed very busy, the unfortunate thing is that it was not always focused on our wedding and at times she was even touring another couple while we were getting ready. Really though this was a minor detail. Our wedding went beautifully with all of our friends and family helping to setup when the owner could not and we could not ask for more out of this venue. It was a beautiful day, beautiful place, and the Hayloft lived up to expectations.

- it was two meetings for upcoming events that took an hour total the morning of the set up. I do apologize that you found that it took me away from your event. As I recall, I met with you both and Kayla's father on a Saturday morning that a wedding was taking place that day, last year. As you know, everyone is not flexible with their work and personal schedules to take time off to meet during the week so I do schedule limited meetings on Saturdays & Sundays to accommodate. There was still ample time that day to do the decorating, napkins, and anything else you had planned. Throughout the day as I started to do some of the decor, your family and friends that were there insisted on helping as they waited around to get ready. I hate for anyone to look back on their event dissatisfied in any way, I do apologize that this is the case for you. I certainly hope that overall you were pleased with the day.
Cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue and its owners. We had the best day imaginable!

My fiance and I were looking all over NY State for our wedding venue. We weren't into random banquet halls and we found Hayloft through word of mouth. It wasn't much when we viewed it, but over the course of planning a year and a half, the outcome was spectacular. They worked very hard transform it into a gorgeous space. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's sort of a blank canvas that can be made into whatever theme you are going for. The grounds are incredible. I highly recommend getting married by the stream. The pathways are currently gravel, so it's a bit of a walk, but hopefully they will be paved eventually. The whole wedding was a dream and I would definitely recommend. There is no kitchen so you will need to get a caterer who can do an awesome job without ovens. That will need to be rented. All and all we had the perfect day.
