I’m giving Headtrauma 3 stars for many reasons. Since the beginning, communication with the team was extremely diffult. The sales rep we were working with left the company and we lost communication. We had to contact the owner via Instagram to get a response. The DJ we booked with the sales rep wasn’t even available on our day which we only found out after we paid and signed the contract. Our DJ Jared was very friendly and timely for our wedding but there were a few things that went wrong with our day. Starting with the ceremony, the wrong version of the bride’s entrance song was played. Then moving along to the reception, the parent’s entry song was not even played. After the couple’s first dance, there was no smooth transition into the father daughter dance - it was just dead silent. The bride had to ask to start the song. There also wasn’t much effort to get guests on to the dance floor throughout the night. I think many of these things could have been resolved by meeting with our DJ more prior to the wedding but he only wanted to meet one time one week prior to the event.

Marc was the best DJ! From the pre-meetings to the ceremony to the reception, everything ran so smooth and he was so helpful with everything! The ceremony music was perfect and he made sure everything played correctly. For the reception, he double checked with us multiple times about the songs we chose and made sure everything was correct and as we liked it. The dance floor was full ALL night!!!! Loved his music choices and so did all the guests. Best DJ ever 😍

The owner of the company was amazing. I’m giving the 2 stars solely for him. The first DJ we had was awful. There was no communication at all & when we had one meeting he was completely distracted. About 2 months out from the wedding, I was informed our DJ was fired. We were instructed we already have a new DJ that was the owners apprentice. The owner swore he was amazing. I had to be the first to reach out to the new DJ. When we met, it was a great meeting. I had to review every question I already answered but we finally felt better about our DJ. The day of our wedding, we had many complaints that we noticed & the our guests mentioned. The ceremony was fine but the reception was ridiculous. When our wedding party was announced, he was introducing the next couple while the prior couple was in the middle of their entrances. When the song was over, he didn’t play another one so some of our wedding party walked out to absolutely no music. Before dinner, he asked who was giving speeches even though we already informed him in our meeting & in writing. He asked if my husband & I were talking, which never mentioned. Beyond that, he did not play a song for us to do our Photodash so that was completely skipped. He played multiple songs we told him not to play & he did not play some of the few songs we requested. He kept cutting the songs, some at the very beginning even though we had so many people on the dance floor. The transition from one to another was not clean. Overall, not happy with the experience.

We booked Headtrauma Entertainment for their deluxe photography package, wedding coordination, and DJ services, and we couldn’t be happier. Their team was incredibly professional, organized, and supportive throughout the entire process.
The photography team, Tyler and Micah, made us feel comfortable and confident, even though we’re usually camera-shy. They hyped us up, kept things fun, and delivered amazing photos that captured the real emotion of the day.
Our wedding coordinator, Natalie, ensured everything ran smoothly at the rehearsal and on the big day. Any timeline hiccups were handled effortlessly, and our guests were never left waiting.
Mark, our DJ, nailed the ceremony music and kept the reception dance floor lively and unforgettable — guests are still talking about it!
We would 1000% recommend this team. They went above and beyond to make our day truly special.

Marc Suber is the DJ you want to host your wedding!!! Marc runs a professional DJ company. Extremely informative and attentive to EVERY detail of the wedding. (Provided us our signature drinks right after the ceremony, Polaroid pictures throughout the night, kept every vendor on schedule and didn’t make us stress about anything!!)Marc provided us a questionnaire where we got to provide what kind of music we wanted played which he did but he also surprised us with playing great songs we would’ve never thought of but we (and all our guests) LOVED- our dance floor remained packed the entire night. With Marc’s help he made our dream wedding come true and kept everyone dancing the entire night long. Give yourself the peace of mind and just book Marc to DJ your wedding, you will not regret it!!

If we could give 20 stars- we would!
We can not say enough about Marc and the whole team at HeadTrauma Entertainment! From start to finish everyone was so accommodating and personable. When we had our first interview with Marc we gave him one assignment- whatever you do, keep the energy going all night. And wow- he did not disappoint! We have guests contacting us about “our dj” saying they never stopped dancing all night...and where did we find him!? We’re Millennials-clubs and dance parties are what we grew up on- so this was so important to us. We made an inspo playlist for him to follow and not only did he play them all, he played other bangers we had totally forgot about that went with our era! It was incredible! (Millennials-IYKYK)

And Marc himself is such a sweet person. Anything we wanted- he delivered. There’s no words to describe how freeing it is to trust a vendor- especially one that will make or break your entire party! Overall our experience with DJ Marc was not good. This company seemed to have such a thorough process, all these forms to fill out and answer questions way more than any of my other vendors. All of these things I put time into filling out apparently went out the window the day of. Our parents (whose names I entered into a form) were introduced as the “parents of the bride/groom” vs their names I gave. Stuck on my wedding video is also DJ Marc referring to me as ‘Miss’ in our introduction and first time I actually was a ‘Mrs’. We spent months listing out songs we wanted to hear and have played at our reception which I sent to DJ Marc and he barely played any of those 50+ songs. The photobooth attendants were great and I have no complaints. However also I had inputted into a form that I wanted an announcement about the photobooth and yet when they mentioned they were shutting down I had to go tell DJ Marc to say something about it, it was barely used by our guests and I believe if he had actually made an announcement about it more guests would have used it. Our experience might not be common for them based on other reviews, and they came recommended by our wedding coordinator, however our experience was regretful.

The absolute best DJ ever! Marc went above and beyond to make our night truly unforgettable. From the moment the music started, he created the perfect atmosphere and kept the energy going all night long. He was incredibly attentive to our needs, checked in often to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted, and flawlessly blended our requests into the set. The dance floor was packed from start to finish because he knew exactly how to read the crowd and play the right songs at the right time. Not only was he professional and organized, but he was also fun, approachable, and genuinely cared about making our celebration perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ—Marc absolutely exceeded our expectations!

Marc from Head Trauma Entertainment struck the perfect balance of being calm, laid back, and fun, while also keeping our timeline on track and the dance floor full. We booked the Owner’s Special, and it was absolutely worth it—the booth and lighting setup added such an incredible atmosphere and made everything feel next-level. Marc played an amazing mix of songs based on our preferences, blended everything seamlessly, and truly offered something for everyone. Guests kept raving about how great the music and vibe were. Where do we even begin? We knew if there was anything that could get hundreds of people to crowd around an outdoor dance floor in July, it would be a great DJ, and there was not an inch of space on that floor all night. We appreciate Marc playing our requested songs and checking in with us when he wanted to take things into a new direction after the party really got started. Marc was timely, fun, and felt out our crowd to make sure that people from all parts of our life were able to have a good time. We are also glad that we had no issues with your sound system during the ceremony or reception. We have received many compliments in the days after our wedding, and when asking everyone "what specifically do you think made our wedding so fun?" every response has alluded to us having a great DJ. We wanted our wedding to be a big party, and it was. My husband and I have attended over 25 weddings together, so we have seen the great, the "just okay", and the ugly, so I hope you know that we mean it when we say you are the best wedding DJ we could've booked with, and we will recommend your services to all of our engaged friends in the future. We had DJ Marc and Dave (I think, I'm sorry if I'm wrong!) They were absolutely wonderful and the dance floor was filled until the end. They play every song we requested and really nailed the vibe. My big thing was the dance floor and they delivered. Our guests raved about them and we would 100% book them again

We had DJ Mac and could’ve have been more thrilled.
DJ Mac brought the party! The way he hyped up everyone, he played everything we wanted and kept the dance floor going all night. He even got on the dance floor himself! His communication was perfect, he listened to us, our music style and got everything right. HIGHLY recommend.

My DJ Adam was fantastic! He was friendly, easy to work with, and did a great job at setting the vibe. I felt that the pricing for the ceremony, reception, and uplighting was very reasonable. Our venue, Ariel Pearl Center, has a lot of echo, and I felt that Adam did a good job mitigating that. It made it a bit harder for announcements to be heard, but Adam repeated himself and tried his best to keep the timeline moving along. He even graciously gave the crowd their one last song. I would recommend HeadTrauma, and specifically Adam, to any of my family and friends!

Marc was an incredible DJ. Not only was the music choice perfect for the atmosphere we expected but he also made extra care to take care of the bride and groom. I’ve never seen the DJ put in the effort Marc did. Every song was adding to the night to ensure everyone was on the floor dancing and having a good time, I would 100% recommend over and over again. My husband and I can't thank the entire HeadTrauma team enough. I found HeadTrauma through my venue, and from the start, they had open arms, personable, and fun! Jennifer was attentive from the beginning. With my husband being away in the military, she made sure to constantly check up on me, make sure I was okay and did not need anything. She also made she we were meeting deadlines and did not have any questions. We also hired the officiant, Taylor. She provided multiple scripts for us to choose from and allowed us to change parts which we felt wording was off or we did not align with. She was patient and kind. We loved her and so did our guests! They said it was the best ceremony they have ever been to! DJ Adam Robb was phenomenal! We did not realized how much time went into music and I became stressed. He helped us with suggestions, gave us spreadsheets and timelines to help the night go smooth. He also checked on us frequently and had multiple meetings to go over the wedding night and any questions we may have. The night of the wedding was amazing. Adam was an amazing DJ and we seriously could not have asked for anyone better! The dance floor was never empty. HeadTrauma was a huge hit and we recommend them for any DJ-ing needs!

DJ Michael George did a phenomenal job at our wedding providing introductions, all of the announcements to keep the day moving, and dancing music. We had a string trio playing during cocktail hour and dinner and Michael worked with them well to provide a seamless transition when their time was up. He was very easy to work with and captured our music taste well! Many of our guests were out there dancing the whole evening and loved his selections. We would absolutely recommend HeadTrauma and Michael George to any wedding couple!

HeadTrauma did an excellent job with DJing and providing a photobooth experience for our wedding! Jennifer answered all of our questions and really stayed on top of things. Overall they were by far the easiest vendor to work with for our wedding and we had complete confidence in them. It is great to have one less thing to worry about when planning a wedding. On the day our DJ, Michael, did a great job DJing and played the songs that we requested along with some great ideas of his own. Cali, and the other photobooth attendant also did a great job at the wedding and having them there really added to the experience as opposed to doing everything yourself. They also used physical photo strips which is something that we really wanted. We highly recommend HeadTrauma for any wedding or DJ needs!

We had such a great time at our wedding reception thanks to DJ Mike and the photobooth team! We had compliments about how great the team was all night! DJ Mike kept people on the dance floor and the photobooth was a big hit with our guests!

We would recommend HeadTrauma one hundred times over! DJ Marc did a phenomenal job at our wedding. He knew exactly how to get the party going and actually mixed his music! Simply put- you will NOT do better than HeadTrauma Entertainment! We had over 3 hours of open dance and Martin kept our dance floor wall to wall ALL night and people begging the venue to let us stay and dance with him longer. He listened to our needs, but mostly we let him do his thing and that was our best decision yet. He killlllls the game! Book him. NOW.
Getting coordinated and booked with HeadTrauma for DJ and photobooth services was a breeze due to Jennifer's kind-hearted and consistent communication and dedication to the client. We adored working with her leading up to the wedding and had the pleasure of having her man our photo booth, along with Cali, both of which were absolutely delightful to work with and adored by our guests as well.

My husband and I got married this past weekend and we are still in awe of the AMAZING job that was done to make our day a dream come true. We used HeadTrauma for our DJ, our wedding coordination and our videographer and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made. During the initial stages of planning, Jennifer made sure to get all our questions answered and even the weeks leading up to the day, she checked in to make sure things were going well with the planning process. Natalie, our coordinator, was truly a super human and made sure everything ran smoothly. If there was any hiccup, I would never know because she handled everything with such grace and professionalism! Nathan, our DJ. There are not enough words to describe how awesome he was from MCing our day to playing the absolute best music. We have gotten several compliments on how awesome he was and we could not agree more! Lastly Micah, our videographer. He was such a pleasure to work with! Nothing felt unnatural while he was filming and I just know he made sure to capture every small detail of the day. We are so excited to see our final project!

The photographers (Tyler) were amazing and I cannot thank them enough. They helped make my wedding say absolutely perfect and the preview photos were incredible. I cannot wait to see the final product! The only reason it's 4 instead of 5 stars is because the DJ (I'm bad with names and it was a hectic day) just didn't seem like he wanted to be there and did the bare minimum with music.

Headtrauma entertainment was so amazing to work with, their communication was stellar and made the planning process so smooth! They had check in’s with us and made sure to cover everything! Charlee Parker was our DJ and he was amazing and such a blast to work with! He FaceTimed with us multiple times before our wedding to ensure we had everything planned. Showed up with plenty of time to set up, worked so well with all our other vendors! He was amazing with our guests and helped us flow through the day! They were amazing for my wedding! Adam was a perfect fit for us and really made our big day so much better. We had so many compliments on the music and our DJ just knew how to communicate with us on the dance floor without using words. We had one little technical difficulty but Adam was professional and apologized immediately, explaining the issue. The rest of the night went well without any problems. We had a great time! The team we worked with from Head Trauma were the absolute best! Our photography team was amazing. Tyler, Jacob, and Micah made our experience so much fun and so personal to us. They constantly made us laugh and constantly reassured or asked for our opinions. Our DJ Charlee couldn’t have done a better job! He kept people on the dance floor from start to finish! Working with HeadTrauma was an awesome experience. They did multiple check-ins leading up to our wedding and even did meetings with our DJ to ensure our day will be perfect. Our DJ, Martin, was everything we hoped out of a DJ. Not only did he keep the dance floor alive, but he helped problem solve some few hiccups we had the day of. I will forever recommend HeadTrauma and make sure you ask for Martin!!

Adam was fantastic! He made sure everything was in order and was flexible with any requests and changes we asked him to make. I feel like he asked all the right questions and he was able to quickly pick up on the mood of the dance floor to keep the night going! We had a blast and the kiddos loved him! He worked really well with the other vendors as well. Easily a 10/10 experience. Not to mention, Jennifer was always quick to respond leading up to our wedding day and she checked in periodically which was super sweet. Would highly recommend :)

HeadTrauma is absolutely AMAZING. They're easy and very communicative all throughout the planning process! We were blown away by our DJ, Charlee, he did such a great job DJing and emcee-ing our reception. We also had Cali run a photobooth and she was equally as amazing! DJ Marc was an excellent DJ for our wedding, and all of our guests loved him. He was very engaging with the crowd, played good music, and kept the event running smoothly. He also was very good about communicating with us. Sydney was a very good photo booth operator and everyone had a lot of fun.

I had the BEST day ever with the help of DJ Martin!!! My new husband and I can go on and on about how amazing he was! He is super professional, organized, and he really brought the energy!!! He kept the reception running so smoothly and was able to guide us with what to do throughout the night! Our dance floor was packed all night with his playlist and mixes! We never wanted to leave the dance floor! All week our number one compliment has been how great the DJ was! We all had the absolute best night ever! I would recommend HeadTrauma to EVERY bride! They are extremely affordable, great with communication/checking in before the big day, and they have DJ Martin— the best DJ ever!

We had the best experience with HeadTrauma Entertainment! Starting off they have a very useful portal where you can manage payments, questions, and anything else you can think of. Jennifer was extremely helpful with explaining the different aspects to having a wedding and was just a call or text away if we had any questions. DJ Marc went above and beyond at our wedding! He kept the hits coming all night and was extremely polite. Besides helping us navigate our ceremony and hooking us up with music for the reception, he also asked us if we needed drinks right after entrances, and lended a hand bustling my wife’s dress when we couldn’t get it. DJ Marc also helped us cut out the pieces of our first dance that we wanted and had the rest flow seamlessly! Overall, we could not be happier with the job he did and would recommend HeadTrauma Entertainment to anyone!!

We are so happy with our experience with HeadTrauma. Jennifer was so helpful and easy to work with. Our DJ was Michael George and he did a great job, got the vibes entirely, and we loved that he checked in with us during the evening to make sure we were happy with things & that he was carrying out what we wanted. We also rented the traveling photo booth and everybody loved the attendant, Cassandra! I didn’t realize we booked the travelling photo booth but I’m so happy I did. It’s more affordable and you get photos of people who wouldn’t normally go into a photo booth.

Head Trauma Entertainment did not disappoint at my wedding! Full transparency - Our original DJ was Charlee Parker. He canceled 2 months from our big day, which caused some stress. However, they had another person lined up, DJ Jalen, who was fantastic! Jennifer is super friendly and extremely responsive. We also used the photo booth, which was a huge hit!

We are so glad we went with HeadTrauma Entertainment as our wedding DJ. After shopping around, we felt like they gave us the best value for the money we were spending and now that our wedding is over, we 1000% know that it was. DJ Nate was AMAZING. He was super respectful of our day, made sure to come up to me and confirm any timeline changes throughout the event and was so professional during the planning process as well. The ceremony had zero problems with sound and he kept the dancefloor going and played GREAT music - with some awesome transitions, too! He played everything we asked him to and nothing that we didn't. Super happy with how our day went and we have Nathan to thank for part of it! Thank you SO MUCH! We would definitely hire HeadTrauma again for any event we host :)

Jennifer and Mark were absolutely the best to work with! Extremely responsive, professional, and catered to our needs.
