My husband and I can't thank the entire HeadTrauma team enough. I found HeadTrauma through my venue, and from the start, they had open arms, personable, and fun! Jennifer was attentive from the beginning. With my husband being away in the military, she made sure to constantly check up on me, make sure I was okay and did not need anything. She also made she we were meeting deadlines and did not have any questions. We also hired the officiant, Taylor. She provided multiple scripts for us to choose from and allowed us to change parts which we felt wording was off or we did not align with. She was patient and kind. We loved her and so did our guests! They said it was the best ceremony they have ever been to! DJ Adam Robb was phenomenal! We did not realized how much time went into music and I became stressed. He helped us with suggestions, gave us spreadsheets and timelines to help the night go smooth. He also checked on us frequently and had multiple meetings to go over the wedding night and any questions we may have. The night of the wedding was amazing. Adam was an amazing DJ and we seriously could not have asked for anyone better! The dance floor was never empty. HeadTrauma was a huge hit and we recommend them for any DJ-ing needs!

DJ Michael George did a phenomenal job at our wedding providing introductions, all of the announcements to keep the day moving, and dancing music. We had a string trio playing during cocktail hour and dinner and Michael worked with them well to provide a seamless transition when their time was up. He was very easy to work with and captured our music taste well! Many of our guests were out there dancing the whole evening and loved his selections. We would absolutely recommend HeadTrauma and Michael George to any wedding couple!

HeadTrauma did an excellent job with DJing and providing a photobooth experience for our wedding! Jennifer answered all of our questions and really stayed on top of things. Overall they were by far the easiest vendor to work with for our wedding and we had complete confidence in them. It is great to have one less thing to worry about when planning a wedding. On the day our DJ, Michael, did a great job DJing and played the songs that we requested along with some great ideas of his own. Cali, and the other photobooth attendant also did a great job at the wedding and having them there really added to the experience as opposed to doing everything yourself. They also used physical photo strips which is something that we really wanted. We highly recommend HeadTrauma for any wedding or DJ needs!

He really really went above and beyond. People were dancing all night long! The whole planning process before the wedding went easier because of him as well! We had such a great time at our wedding reception thanks to DJ Mike and the photobooth team! We had compliments about how great the team was all night! DJ Mike kept people on the dance floor and the photobooth was a big hit with our guests! Throughout the wedding planning process the team has responsive and great to work with! We would recommend HeadTrauma one hundred times over! DJ Marc did a phenomenal job at our wedding. He knew exactly how to get the party going and actually mixed his music! All of our guests raved about how much fun the dance floor was. Marc also checked on us through out the night to be sure we had everything we needed. Simply put- you will NOT do better than HeadTrauma Entertainment! We had over 3 hours of open dance and Martin kept our dance floor wall to wall ALL night and people begging the venue to let us stay and dance with him longer. He listened to our needs, but mostly we let him do his thing and that was our best decision yet. He killlllls the game! Book him. NOW. Getting coordinated and booked with HeadTrauma for DJ and photobooth services was a breeze due to Jennifer's kind-hearted and consistent communication and dedication to the client. We adored working with her leading up to the wedding and had the pleasure of having her man our photo booth, along with Cali, both of which were absolutely delightful to work with and adored by our guests as well. Best of all, HeadTrauma is extremely fair in pricing. Look no further for your entertainment needs!

My husband and I got married this past weekend and we are still in awe of the AMAZING job that was done to make our day a dream come true. We used HeadTrauma for our DJ, our wedding coordination and our videographer and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made. During the initial stages of planning, Jennifer made sure to get all our questions answered and even the weeks leading up to the day, she checked in to make sure things were going well with the planning process. Natalie, our coordinator, was truly a super human and made sure everything ran smoothly. If there was any hiccup, I would never know because she handled everything with such grace and professionalism! Nathan, our DJ. There are not enough words to describe how awesome he was from MCing our day to playing the absolute best music. We have gotten several compliments on how awesome he was and we could not agree more! Lastly Micah, our videographer. He was such a pleasure to work with! Nothing felt unnatural while he was filming and I just know he made sure to capture every small detail of the day. We are so excited to see our final project! Again, we can’t thank them enough and if you have the opportunity to work with HeadTrauma, we will NOT be disappointed!

The photographers (Tyler) were amazing and I cannot thank them enough. They helped make my wedding say absolutely perfect and the preview photos were incredible. I cannot wait to see the final product! The only reason it's 4 instead of 5 stars is because the DJ (I'm bad with names and it was a hectic day) just didn't seem like he wanted to be there and did the bare minimum with music.

Headtrauma entertainment was so amazing to work with, their communication was stellar and made the planning process so smooth! They had check in’s with us and made sure to cover everything! Charlee Parker was our DJ and he was amazing and such a blast to work with! He FaceTimed with us multiple times before our wedding to ensure we had everything planned. Showed up with plenty of time to set up, worked so well with all our other vendors! He was amazing with our guests and helped us flow through the day! We already had guests who are getting married ask to use him!

They were amazing for my wedding! Adam was a perfect fit for us and really made our big day so much better. We had so many compliments on the music and our DJ just knew how to communicate with us on the dance floor without using words. We had one little technical difficulty but Adam was professional and apologized immediately, explaining the issue. The rest of the night went well without any problems. We had a great time! Jennifer was amazing to work with and quick to respond. I highly recommend!

The team we worked with from Head Trauma were the absolute best! Our photography team was amazing. Tyler, Jacob, and Micah made our experience so much fun and so personal to us. They constantly made us laugh and constantly reassured or asked for our opinions. Our DJ Charlee couldn’t have done a better job! He kept people on the dance floor from start to finish! He was so easy to work with and was able to adjust to our schedule so quickly when things got ahead of schedule! The photo booth also was a hit!

Working with HeadTrauma was an awesome experience. They did multiple check-ins leading up to our wedding and even did meetings with our DJ to ensure our day will be perfect. Our DJ, Martin, was everything we hoped out of a DJ. Not only did he keep the dance floor alive, but he helped problem solve some few hiccups we had the day of. I will forever recommend HeadTrauma and make sure you ask for Martin!!

Adam was fantastic! He made sure everything was in order and was flexible with any requests and changes we asked him to make. I feel like he asked all the right questions and he was able to quickly pick up on the mood of the dance floor to keep the night going! We had a blast and the kiddos loved him! He worked really well with the other vendors as well. Easily a 10/10 experience. BOOK THEM NOW! The absolute BEST entertainment company. Jennifer is extremely helpful, professional, and prompt. We had DJ LuDogg and we could not have imagined a better DJ! We had the best experience with HeadTrauma Entertainment! Starting off they have a very useful portal where you can manage payments, questions, and anything else you can think of. Jennifer was extremely helpful with explaining the different aspects to having a wedding and was just a call or text away if we had any questions. DJ Marc went above and beyond at our wedding! He kept the hits coming all night and was extremely polite. Besides helping us navigate our ceremony and hooking us up with music for the reception, he also asked us if we needed drinks right after entrances, and lended a hand bustling my wife’s dress when we couldn’t get it. DJ Marc also helped us cut out the pieces of our first dance that we wanted and had the rest flow seamlessly! Overall, we could not be happier with the job he did and would recommend HeadTrauma Entertainment to anyone!!

We are so happy with our experience with HeadTrauma. Jennifer was so helpful and easy to work with. Our DJ was Michael George and he did a great job, got the vibes entirely, and we loved that he checked in with us during the evening to make sure we were happy with things & that he was carrying out what we wanted. We also rented the traveling photo booth and everybody loved the attendant, Cassandra! I didn’t realize we booked the travelling photo booth but I’m so happy I did. It’s more affordable and you get photos of people who wouldn’t normally go into a photo booth.

Head Trauma Entertainment did not disappoint at my wedding! Full transparency - Our original DJ was Charlee Parker. He canceled 2 months from our big day, which caused some stress. However, they had another person lined up, DJ Jalen, who was fantastic! Jennifer is super friendly and extremely responsive. We also used the photo booth, which was a huge hit!

We are so glad we went with HeadTrauma Entertainment as our wedding DJ. After shopping around, we felt like they gave us the best value for the money we were spending and now that our wedding is over, we 1000% know that it was. DJ Nate was AMAZING. He was super respectful of our day, made sure to come up to me and confirm any timeline changes throughout the event and was so professional during the planning process as well. The ceremony had zero problems with sound and he kept the dancefloor going and played GREAT music - with some awesome transitions, too! He played everything we asked him to and nothing that we didn't. Super happy with how our day went and we have Nathan to thank for part of it! Thank you SO MUCH! We would definitely hire HeadTrauma again for any event we host :)

Jennifer and Mark were absolutely the best to work with! Extremely responsive, professional, and catered to our needs. They were able to work within our guidelines, are priced extremely fair, and just super friendly. HeadTrauma Entertainment is 100% the place to go for all your entertainment needs. We had Marc as our DJ for our wedding and let me tell you he did NOT disappoint. We had a party worth bragging about all thanks to him. He was so kind, attentive and professional!! He checked in with us multiple times through out the evening to make sure we were enjoying the entertainment. He made sure we followed the timeline we had discussed to ensure we had a smooth night. We added the cold sparklers and if you’re contemplating on whether to get them or not, I’m here to tell you GET THEM!! They were the perfect touch to our reception. We got so many compliments from our guest about how much they loved the DJ. My sister will be getting married next year and we will FOR SURE be reaching out to Marc do DJ her wedding as well. I have nothing but good to say about him and this company!!!

I used Head Trauma Entertainment as a DJ for a High School Prom. Jennifer's communication was excellent and they were very easy to work with for gathering information, booking, and preparation leading up to the dance. DJ Charlee reached out to me in advance of the event and asked for any special requests that we may have. On the night of Prom, Charlee was there well in advance to set up, had everything ready to go in advance, and did an amazing job of "working the crowd" and interacting with the students. He kept about 90% of the kids on the dance floor the whole night! I have had a huge number of kids request DJ Charlee for all of our future dance. We will absolutely use Head Trauma Entertainment again next year!

We booked HeadTrauma Entertainment for our wedding. Jennifer handled everything on the front end, from questions about booking and following up several times between booking and the big day. Charlee was our DJ, and he did a phenomenal job. Once we received contact information, we scheduled a FaceTime so that he could meet my husband and I, which allowed for a more personalized experience. Charlee was not feeling the best, but you could not tell. He pulled through and gave us everything we could have asked for. I would highly recommend booking HeadTrauma for your DJ needs!

I cannot express my gratitude for HeadTrauma Entertainment. Jennifer matched us up with a DJ that would be best for our event and our personalities, which ended up being the DJ our friends had last year for their wedding! Jennifer checked in with us frequently and it felt comforting to know someone else was there throughout the process. We had Adam Robb who was kind, attentive, and detailed. My wedding was completely stress free and I know Adam had a lot to do with it running so smoothly. I appreciate his willingness to meet with us multiple times and his calm nature when I made so many changes! At the end of the night, our friend turned to us and said, "We definitely want him at our wedding!!" I highly recommend HeadTrauma Entertainment.

The reason I hired HeadTrauma Entertainment is because of the Five Star raving reviews on their DJs. As a couple, the most important part of our day was the atmosphere that comes from an excellent DJ. I expressed the importance of this to each person I spoke to from HeadTrauma before booking, during booking, and in many of our correspondence over the next ten months of planning. I booked the Deluxe DJ package, which on top of what you expect from a normal DJ includes a full uplighting package, full master schedule creation, and "coordination of your day to keep it on schedule." Our DJ, Charlee, was either not informed of the package and expectations, or it was Charlee's first day ever as a DJ. From the ceremony to the Reception nothing went as planned and not once did he try to make it better. He started my ceremony music before people were in place, because at no point did he speak to me or my maid of honor for direction, or bother to coordinate with the other vendors. Dinner was half an hour behind schedule, he never did our anniversary dance, and he barely even spoke into the mic, but sat staring at his phone all evening. There was one spotlight on the dance floor, and I created the schedule which he clearly never even looked at. He played entire songs start to finish from what seemed to be a Spotify wedding playlist with no attention to the dance floor or the vibe. Normally, I am not one to write bad reviews, because people are human and we all have off days, but I paid for services that I did not receive and people need to be warned about the potential this happens to them. The only reason I am giving three stars is because I also hired HeadTrauma for my videographer and Miles was absolutely phenomenal. He actually may be the only reason I end up with a beautiful memory of my wedding. I cannot say for sure how a company with such wonderful reviews managed to let me down this badly, but disappointed doesn't even describe how I feel. I feel cheated.

nd anyone else reading this that during this specific wedding your guest went up to the DJ and was saying racist comments to him. On top of that other guests were making him feel uncomfortable and un welcome from nearly beginning of the day. We as a company are disgusted by your guests behavior at your wedding. That behavior will never be tolerated. It saddens me deeply and makes me so upset that on the day of your wedding, Your DJ was texting me about the racist comments made and him navigating that. It saddens me so deeply that we live in a world where this is a reality. And a reality brought to life at your wedding by your guests. I as a business owner stand with our DJ and applaud him for how he handled the racist comments being said to him at your wedding, navigating that, performing extremely well, and keeping his composure to give you the best wedding he could. Because no one and I mean NO ONE should never have to endure being made less than of a person due to the color of their skin. For your ceremony the DJ worked directly with the officiant. The officiant told the DJ to follow their cue. They would give the cue to begin the song when its time to begin. And that is what the DJ did. After the officiant gave the cue to begin the songs began. Dinner was late due to the venue being short staffed due to employees not showing up to our understanding and running behind. Dinner being late is completely out of the DJ’s control. As for not speaking into the microphone as much as you’d like. The DJ made all announcements that were asked of him and discussed prior to the wedding. If you feel like it wasn’t over the top with additional MC’ing on top of the announcements on the microphone is due to the racist comments being made to him by your guest. It makes it near impossible to perform when you are made uncomfortable and someone is saying racist comments to you as you’re trying to perform your job. We have photo and video Proof that Uplighting was provided around the venue. The spotlight you’re speaking of is not Uplighting. The spotlight was provided by the photographer for lighting for their pictures. We do not own a spotlight. Our Uplights are placed around the venue space along the perimeter of the room, they are never on the dance floor. Which you had the full Uplighting package that day and on top of that we brought additonal lighting with us and was used to enhance your wedding. Our DJ mixed in turntables throughout the Evening. The songs that were played fully out were when people requested a song. Which was given under the direct direction of you. Prior to the wedding in consultation You told the DJ to play people’s requests and anything he felt fit for the evening. Telling from your wedding you had many people out on the floor dancing and seeming to have a great time. It seems odd you’d feel as if the vibe of the room wasn’t being read when you had so many people dancing throughout. You mention that people are Human and have off days. Well this was not an off day. This was a day where your guests made the DJ to be less of a person because of the color of his skin, and for that We are disgusted.

We had an amazing experience working with HeadTrauma for our wedding! We worked with Natalie (coordination) and Marc (DJ). Both were absolutely FANTASTIC. Natalie was a lifesaver throughout the entire wedding, listened to what I needed, and was super responsive. The day would not have been what it was without her. She went above and beyond and I would highly recommend her to others. Marc was AMAZING! I received sooooo many compliments about the DJ, even days later after our wedding. I could not have been more happy with Marc's work and effort on our big day. He always made sure we had a drink and listened to what we wanted. We absolutely loved the staff form HeadTrauma, especially Jennifer and our DJ, Adam. It was so easy to book with them and we even got a discount because of the venue we chose. The whole time Jennifer was so communicative. I especially enjoyed her check ins that began about five months out from the wedding. Her emails were so personal, so quick with response, and you can tell she really cared about us as a couple and how the whole planning process was going, not just the DJ aspect. Adam was an amazing DJ and communicated with us so well, especially before the ceremony and during the reception. He really knew how to feel out the vibe ad what the guests wanted to hear! Head trauma Entertainment runs an amazing operation and my wife and I can’t thank you guys enough for the support throughout the wedding planning process. We had been working with Adam Robb for about a year and a half leading up to our wedding day. We received a call just over 24 hours ahead of our wedding day that Adam and his wife were about to have their child born and that he was on his way to the delivery room. While Adam couldn’t attend our wedding for an obviously very good reason with a newborn on the way, receiving a call a just over 24 hours before the wedding that the DJ you had been working with for the past year would not be able to make it to the wedding would normally be an extremely stressful and chaotic situation for most brides and grooms. These guys knocked it out of the park with having a backup prepared ahead of time for instances like this. Adam looped another DJ, Michael George, into a three way call with me to explain the situation and ensure Michael was up to speed on everything for our wedding day. Michael did an amazing job with the ceremony and keeping up with the crowd at the reception. We received numerous comments on how great the music was and how it added to a great celebration. The uplighting package looked fantastic and the dance floor lighting added to the fun. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a DJ for their event.

We are so glad we booked HeadTrauma for our wedding! Our DJ was Nate and he did an amazing job keeping the party alive. We received so many complements on the music. The dance floor was alive all night long! Nate communicated with us throughout the entire process and made the whole day stress free. Overall HeadTrauma Entertainment did a fantastic job at our wedding on June 24, 2023! Before the wedding, Jennifer did a fantastic job of communicating with us from when we were making the decision to book them all the way to right before the wedding just checking in and asking if there is anything we needed help with. Our DJ, Charlee Parker, was phenomenal as well! He met with us several times before the wedding to make sure we were on the same page for the vibe of the wedding, what we wanted to hear, etc. We had a jazz ensemble that played during cocktail hour and dinner and honestly, my biggest stressor was the transition between jazz ensemble and DJ, and Charlee made me feel super at ease about that and he made sure it went well. If you need a DJ hire HeadTrauma Entertainment! We booked them for our June 10th wedding back in August. I can honestly say they are the best in the business. Jennifer was so friendly and responsive. She checked in at least one a month and anytime I had a question she never took more than a few hours to respond. She made the wedding planning process stress-free because we never felt forgotten. Our DJ Charlee was phenomenal. He was also always checking on us and very responsive. He was always an absolute pleasure to talk to. Everything was so easy and straightforward with him! Our wedding was May 13, 2023, and we had HeadTrauma for both our DJ and Photographer. Our DJ, Adam, was absolutely fabulous. Played all the songs we mentioned and threw in some others to keep the party going. He catered exactly to what we wanted and was able to bring both my and my husband's favorite genres to the dance floor. Our photographer, Tyler, again...absolutely fabulous. We hired Headtrauma for their photography and dj services. The photographers Tyler and Jacob were amazing! Very professional, funny and went above and beyond to get the photos we wanted. We didn’t have too many specific photos we wanted and they were able to come up with some ideas we loved. So excited to see how they turn out! Photography 5/5 The DJ was good. He was very professional. He was a great at doing introductions for the bridal party and announcing the different events of the reception. I did ask to NOT play songs from a few specific artists and a song by one of the artists was still played. We gave a longer list of songs/artists we’d like to have during the reception, and only a few songs were played during the dancing (and some artists not at all). All of the artists we wanted are readily available on YouTube and Spotify so I don’t think that was an issue. I would say overall still a positive experience with the DJ services. Everyone still seemed to enjoy themselves even if the dancing song choices weren’t exactly to our tastes. 3/5

We had our wedding on 4/28/23 . Headtrauma entertainment was very easy to work with from the start. It was really helpful that they had a payment plan as wedding planning is expensive and this was helpful for our budget. They were very kind and checked in on us throughout the wedding planning. Our original DJ suffered an injury and was no longer able to DJ our wedding (get well soon!!) and Headtrauma was fast with finding a new DJ to fill in and the transition was very smooth. We were impressed with DJ Jared from Day 1 (as he pronounced our last name correctly on the first meeting - many people mispronounce it lol) so we felt like we were in good hands. DJ Jared was extremely professional and a great DJ. He worked with our caterer to ensure a smooth dinner process. He played all our song requests and had a great timing with all of them - every generation of guests had a great time and had the dance floor moving. Everything was perfect. I give him and Headtrauma a 10/10.

Nathan was great! He kept the party going and everyone came out to the dance floor! He was respectful and nailed the ceremony music. He was very flexible with our timeline which changed day-of, due to a minor miscommunication with our venue. No stress! Everyone we spoke to from HeadTrauma was very thorough in making sure we got what we wanted from the music on our day. Having LGBTQ friendly vendors was important to us. HeadTrauma made sure that the language in their questionnaire was inclusive and they followed through during our reception with no pause or stutter as we were introduced as wives for the first time. We felt safe and respected and could not have asked for a better DJ!

We had such an amazing experience with HeadTrauma Entertainment. Our DJ, Adam was amazing! I had very high anxiety over the music that would be played, and told him I was very indecisive and nervous. I feel like the music is the heartbeat of the wedding and if you don’t have a strong DJ, the party can die out quick. By the end of planning I had told him to just use his best judgment on what to play and he did not disappoint! He kept the party going for the whole night, and he played the perfect mix of songs. Both Adam and Jennifer were so amazing when it comes to keeping in touch and responding quickly! I thought it was so nice of Jennifer to keep checking in on us throughout the planning journey. HeadTrauma Entertainment was SO wonderful to work with. From the very beginning, Jennifer did a great job checking in with us to make sure everything was going well and to see if we had any questions. Our DJ - Marc Suber could not have been better! He made everything run so smoothly from our ceremony, to cocktail hour, to formal dances and then the dance party! He went above and beyond, even working with me months in advance to create a mashup for my dad and I’s dance together- which was a complete hit. He was so thoughtful and would come check in with my husband and I to see if we needed drinks or if the music was good or if he could play/do certain things that random guests would request. He was so great at reading the energy of the dance floor and flowing right into the next song to keep things lively. I couldn’t recommend them more!!

We booked HeadTrauma for our Wedding in October 2022 and our DJ Charlee was amazing! He was very personable, upbeat, and created a very fun dance environment. We had a blast with him and I would 100% recommend him for any event!

If you want your wedding day to go smoothly, book with Headtrauma Entertainment! From the moment we booked, the communication between us was spectacular. Jennifer and Carson are clearly passionate about their business and want to make your experience unforgettable. When there was a last minute accident with our photographer, they quickly found a solution and secured not one, but two photographers for us before even calling us to inform us of the change. Although it could have been a scary experience, this company took pride in caring for us and made sure every issue was ironed out and handled quickly and professionally. Michael George was an amazing DJ. Scott and Cassie Hall provided a wonderful caricature artist that was a hit amongst our guests! And last but not least, Miles and Katie for our photographers. They stepped in and stepped up last minute to deliver immaculate service and they truly delivered! We could not be happier with booking with this company and we would recommend them to anyone who wants an effortless and seamless wedding entertainment experience. Thank you so so so much for caring for us like we were your own family!

I am so pleased with having HeadTrauma Entertainment as the music entertainment for my wedding! Nathan was my DJ and he was wonderful to work with. He communicated with me months before the wedding and continued to communicate closer to the wedding. Even the day of the wedding, he was communicating to make sure everything went smoothly! I cannot thank Nathan and HeadTrauma Entertainment enough for being one of the best vendors to work with! Highly recommend! :)
