Delicious food and very pleasant customer service! We booked Heart to Heart Catering for our wedding day and were so happy with our decision! Mark was our primary contact, and he was incredibly kind and helpful during the planning process. Their staff was so friendly to all our guests. I have heard back from many that have said the dinner was such a wonderful experience! We chose the Free Range Roasted Chicken Breast and the Butternut Squash Ravioli as our protein options, and can DEFINITELY recommend them! They were both affordable entree selections, and so so delicious!! We also loved that they offered passed hors d’oeuvres and drink service. Thank you Heart to Heart for serving us, our friends, and family on our special day! The dining experience was incredible.
Heart to Heart catering did an amazing job at our wedding. We had them serving passed apps throughout cocktail hour. The food was incredible, gorgeous, and hot!! We also hired servers to bus our tables and they were efficient/quick with their service. The business owners were very professional with communication, great with prices, and made this process stress free. Everyone was extremely professional. I recommend Heart to Heart to everyone that is having a wedding!!!
My Wife and I had our wedding on March 23rd this year. Heart to Heart Catering were absolutely fantastic in their service. They are professional, and the dishes we chose for our guests were great! I cannot thank Mark enough for his timely communication in the months prior to make sure we had everything squared away on the day of the wedding. My brother used Heart to Heart for his wedding back in 2021, which is why they were recommended for my Wife and I's wedding. I would greatly recommend their services to anyone who is getting married in North Texas.

Heart to Heart catered my daughters wedding on March 9th. 2024
We couldn't have asked for any better food and service. We had a buffet style meal and everything was hot and plentiful. All guests that had special food needs were all taken care of.
The place setting on the tables were beautiful and all rented through Heart to Heart. We loved working with James. He spent a lot of time with us in the planning and was very accommodating to all our last minute changes.
I would highly recommend Heart to Heart.
I can’t recommend Mark and the Heart to Heart team enough for weddings and special events! They made my wedding catering seamless and care free. The food was great also! Received many compliments from the guests about the flank steak and dill salmon.
The quality of service and attention to detail was poor. The requested salads did not arrive and chips and queso were served on paper plates instead of being placed on the tables. The buffet serving dishes were always half full giving our guests the impression we did not plan for the guests that would be eating. The servers ruined the cake we purchased from another vendor. The servers cleared the table of all rented glass ware and dishes hours before it was necessary.
I would never recommend this caterer do a wedding again.

from our many 5 star reviews. Obviously there were some communication mishaps that must have taken place during our experience with you. And, for that I take responsibility, as I try hard for excellence and providing memorable experiences for all.
Let me try to respond to the specific issues you bring forward.
I sent you and your day of event coordinator the final order many times prior to the wedding date to confirm everything that was included on the menu and service. Never did I receive any responses from your side to make changes to the order. Therefore, I assumed everything was ready to go. Nowhere does it state on the final order that you requested a "specific" salad other than the one that was originally included with the dinner. It also does not state that you requested the chips and queso to be placed at each guests table. Therefore, the chips and salsa were placed at the buffet line, which is actually the best way to keep queso warm throughout service time. It would immediately start to get cold at your guests tables. Also, we never use "paper" plates. Instead, a nice quality acrylic plate was used, as you did not request any real plates, only the dinner plate.
Our "chafing" dishes at the buffet line start full of food when service begins and are replenished frequently throughout service with full warm chafers of food. It's doubtful your guests had any bad impressions of any kind other than how good the food was, as we continued serving guests returning for seconds, which indicates to me that the food was delicious and folks wanted more, as that is usually the case.
Regarding the cake: Your cake was provided by an outside vendor, NOT US. We can not be responsible for the quality, consistency, flavor of cake, etc., that is brought in from other vendors. I have found that many outside vendor cakes are not of the quality as ours are. They are dry and crumbly, not moist and stable, thus making the cutting process tedious and the cake does not cut in perfect pieces. Our chefs and lead servers are very competent in cutting and serving cake.
Our servers work hard and do a great job of bussing throughout the evening to make sure the space is well kept and they do not need to stay longer than the hours agreed to by the clients and to keep items from breakage by guests "having fun". I will visit with our staff again to make sure they are more aware in this process to not remove items that may still be in use.
Bottomline, I'm hopeful that Kristina and Cody and your 130 guests had a wonderful and fun evening. According to our lead that evening and your wedding coordinator, that was the case. We're grateful for your business and only wish it was a better experience for you.

Our wedding was in March 2023 and we hired Heart to Heart, even though they were NOT on our vendor's preferred list. We had known of them through previous events with friends, so when they asked to place a bid for our big day and do a tasting we agreed right away. Our tasting and experience was SO GREAT that we never held a tasting with any other caterers, even ones on the list! All the staff, chefs, and Mark the coordinator/ manager made us feel so special through every option we tried. We enjoyed the food so much that we couldn't limit our choices, so we added courses! We just could not serve our guests anything less than we loved for ourselves. We heard about the food at our wedding for MONTHS after our event, even the soup! Everyone was trying to get us to ask for recipes. We could not have asked for better quality or presentation, from the exquisite hors d'oeuvres to the cake which we had made by their contracted Pastry Chef Kim of Kim's Cakes . Heart to Heart absolutely made our event and our day. We recommend them to EVERYONE for every event!
As everyone knows, food is an integral part of any wedding and a good caterer is incredibly difficult to find. Thankfully, I found Tom and his team, and I cannot recommend them enough.
Tom took our “rustic elegant brunch” idea and elevated it to something that not only tasted amazing but looked fantastic. Weddings are incredibly stressful, and Heart to Heart went above and beyond every step of the way to make us feel comfortable and ensure our wedding was a success.

Heart to Heart catered a Sip & See for my granddaughter - they were so easy to work with! From their recommendations on what to serve and help w/ right-sizing the amount of food, they were awesome. Their execution was flawless - they arrived early, set up, provided all the serving pieces, china, flatware, glasses, kept everything full during the event, packed up the leftovers, and spotlessly cleaned! Highly recommend you give them a call!
Mark and his team were probably the most responsive of vendors throughout the process. And their food is excellent! We had so many compliments on the food and they were awesome with all our planning meetings and countless emails that we had with them. Their bar staff did signature cocktails and acoomodated our venues alcohol/bar rules easily. The catering team also accomodated over 15 guests with different allergies and dietary requirements. And the serving staff were impeccable. We had a plated dinner and our meal choices were beef flank steak, Cajun cream chicken and quinoa-stuffed acorn squash. All were awesome

What an incredible job Heart to Heart did for my daughter's wedding. From the linens and ice arriving right on time that morning to the delicious food served that night. I have had numerous people tell me how wonderful everything tasted and food was hot when it arrived at their table. I noticed most all plates were licked clean with not even a bite left. The food quality was of most importance to me and Heart to Heart did not disappoint! The service was also top notch with plates being delivered and picked up in a timely manner. Thank you for all the hard work you put into making my daughter's wedding one that won't be forgotten.
Incredibly disappointed in the service provided for my daughters wedding 10/22/22. Poor communication, poor service during the reception, incorrect plate selection, and unapologetic attitudes. I was offered $1000 in exchange for a "glowing review". Beware! I do not want anyone else to have the same experience. I selected them based on the reviews and I don't feel they can be trusted. I would provide more detail but there's a character limit.
HIGHLY recommend! 10/10 experience with Heart to Heart Catering. We worked with a few of their team members (Mark, Tom, and day-of staff) and loved how easily and quickly the details came together. Any and every update we brought to the HtH they took in stride, and delivered the MOST delicious plated meal I've ever had at any wedding.
The day-of chef and servers were SO much fun to have onsite. The servers were friendly, and attentive, and brought a personal touch to the day. It felt like having family there.
We also did a dessert display of 3 different treats, they were such a hit, disappeared within an hour!

We are so very happy we chose Heart to Heart for our wedding catering. Mark and Chef are amazing to work with and provided the best food. I wish I have a photo of our food. We did the three Hors D' oeuvres, Jalapeno Sausage en Croute, Oven Braised Meatball With chipotle/raspberry glaze and Brie and Fig Jam on Multi Grain Cracker. All 3 were amazing. They also worked with us on providing a plated Italian meal for our guests. We started with a Cesar Salad and for the main course we had Lasagna, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Roasted Winter Veggies, and a slice of Garlic Bread. Everyone loved the meal and gave so many praises. They also provided a kids meal for all the kids at our wedding that included Berry Fruit Cup Blueberries & strawberries, Buttermilk Breaded Chicken Strips, Homemade Mac & Cheese and Steamed Broccoli. The kids loved it. The servers were also amazing and very on top of it and provided great service to all our guests. The bartender was also very good at his job and provided drinks to all our guests and was also very friendly and joked around with everyone. I would recommend this catering company to anyone. You will not be disappointed.
Mark and the team at Heart to Heart Catering are absolutely fantastic. I've worked for other catering companies in the past, so I always knew when it came to my own wedding, I was not going to compromise on the food for the night. We decided to choose heavy hors d'oeuvres and mini desserts as our palette is all over the place and we simply could not settle on a standard buffet. The food is/was hands down delicious. Our only (small) disappoints were that we discussed stations, but it was set up as one buffet line (we discussed stations to avoid long buffet lines), the food wasn't labeled (as discussed via email), and our mini churros weren't served with the bourbon caramel sauce that we tasted and were quoted for. Don't let this turn you away though, we still received many, many compliments on the food and dessert; and yes, the churros were still delicious despite the missing sauce. If we ever host any large events in the future, we would love to work with Heart to Heart again.

One of the biggest things that people remember from your wedding is the food! Well, Heart to Heart Catering provided just that. I wanted to first say thank you to Chef Tom Elkhay and team for providing the best services from start to finish! When we met with their team, I made sure to bring along my grandparents who are huge foodies at our initial taste testing, and the service we were provided made us immediately decide to chose them. My pawpaw, who loves food, basically helped to decide our menu. Of course, my husband who is another huge foodie, had a say in it as well! We decided to do both a cocktail hour and a seated dinner. Some of the items on our cocktail menu that stood out to us were the BBQ short rib bao buns, mac and cheese balls, and the jalapeño sausage en croute. My mouth is still watering from that menu and the best part about this team is any appetizer we wanted to try at our tasting, they were able to provide. For our seated meal, we kept it simple by choosing the chicken piccata, basmati parsley rice, and green beans. That too was so delicious! One of my favorite things about this team, is their talent and ability to create the perfect menu based on their clients. Thank you Chef Tom and team for providing the best menu on our wedding day that our guests are still talking about today. Also, thank you for being so great to my family and husband. We are so thankful to have worked with you and can't wait to continue to use your catering for future events.
Heart to Heart catered our wedding dinner phenomenally! Mark was our go to man who responded quickly, asked all the right questions, and came up with solutions on the fly. We are so thankful for the great food (that received many compliments) and the extensive menu to choose from. We also used their great rentals to bring the venue to life! Mark helped us cater our wedding in December 2021. We did tastings with at least 3 other highly rated vendors in the area and were honestly underwhelmed and disappointed, but when we tasted with Heart to Heart it was a hands-down, no-contest decision to book them immediately. As a self-professed foodie, the dining experience was high on my bridal priority list. Best food we tasted by far and tons of menu options to customize your event. EVERYONE complimented us on the food - it is excellent. We chose a plated option, and Mark also helped us design our table-settings. It was picture perfect and delicious.

The tastings were wonderful. The price was high but we felt worth it. The price was increased, two months before the wedding and we had no choice but to pay it. The food at the wedding was good but the bread was embarrassing. We had 14 meals left over from people who didn’t show up but we did not receive a single meal to take home. I messaged the owner and he refunded me those meals.

I'm so sorry that we had to raise our prices. As we discussed, the cost of food this year has gone up so significantly, that we had no option but to raise pricing, even as slight as it was. We are sensitive to our clients' budgets...
, and it was a hard decision for us to do this. We haven't raised pricing in the 5 years of us doing business. Unfortunately, Covid hit us all hard, and costing for almost everything went up considerably. I'm sure you noticed that we do have a "clause" in our contract stating that this could happen should costing for food goes up significantly (over 10%), which it did.
Our Chefs accidently took the leftover food at the end. That should not have happened and I'm sorry that it did. I'm hopeful that returning the costing for all of those meals helped communicate to you just how sorry I was. We are a 5-Star rated caterer and proud of our standing, and I have to say, it hurt to receive your rating. But I totally understand why you couldn't give us a 5 star. We've taken measures internally that will help to eliminate any of these issues ever happening again. And I appreciate you speaking up.

We had a 275 person wedding and Mark Frye and his team at Heart to Heart Catering hit every single detail to perfection. After speaking with multiple other caterers, Mark stood out by delivering on estimates and menu options perfectly tailored to our needs. He was respectful of our opinions, even when they weren’t the “norm”, and provided great insight when we needed guidance. Mark and Ron also met with us at the venue multiple times, worked with the venue/event staff tirelessly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything exceeded our expectations and that the event ran smoothly. We got SO many comments about how excellent the food was. We served food stations with a salmon or beef tenderloin option— both were absolutely incredible and our guests loved it. I would recommend Heart to Heart for ANY large event moving forward.

We used Heart to Heart catering for my daughter’s wedding in August and they were amazing! The quality of food, every steak cooked to perfection was something you rarely see at large events. Tom and his team were impeccable! Mark did a fantastic job keeping everything on track before the wedding and the day of the wedding! I’m so thankful we found them and I would highly recommend them!
Mark and his team are exceptional. Mark was very easy to work with and made sure we were well taken care of on our special wedding day. He made sure I was happy with the entire setup before the event started and took care of all our needs and our guests wonderfully. It was also awesome to have all our food and cake come from one caterer - it was all so tasty and the cake was beautiful!! We heard from several of our guests how much they loved the food. Couldn’t be more pleased, and highly recommend Heart to Heart Catering.
This team went above and beyond to make our special day even that much more special! They were so flexible in helping my husband and I find a time to sample their food and were very responsive through email with all of our questions. They provided our linens, dinner ware, and food for our wedding day, and even cut our wedding cake. The food was outstanding, and we got so many compliments!!
I have a lot of really great things to say about Heart to Heart Catering. The communication before the day of was great. The tasting was amazing. The food day of once it was out was really good.
The reason I rated three stars instead of four or five. Day of the wedding I received multiple reports that they were not sure where to go and seemed overall confused. They had worked with my venue before so I was confused. My husband and I had asked to be served separately about twenty minutes before dinner started so we could be sure we ate. It was discussed the day we did our tasting as well as over email. The week before we asked to move our guest's dinner time from 6:30 to 6 which they agreed on. Day of they had no idea we had wanted our food served early. Salads were served at 6:30 and most of our guests were not served dinner until 7:30. We ordered plated dinners so it really put a delay on the rest of our events for the night. We emailed about this and never received information on why this delay occurred. It honestly messed up our timeline a lot and cut an hour off of our dancing which is my favorite part of weddings. I was very disappointed in the service, especially for the price we paid. I will say the food was good, but without that, I would be rating one or two stars.
We originally booked Heart to Heart Catering for our October 2020 back in 2019. Unfortunately, due to covid, we rescheduled our wedding celebration for October 2021 with the intent of still getting married on our original date.
Mark, Chef Tom, Pastry Chef Kim and the rest of H2H Catering went above and beyond for both events. For our original wedding (and then wedding celebration), I wanted to incorporate my Filipino roots into the food and Mark sent me an initial proposal with an all Filipino cuisine menu. I was pleasantly surprised at this as Filipino food was not as present in the area at the time. As not all our guests are Filipino, we changed the menu to only have some Filipino food but I appreciated the intent all the same.
For our microwedding, we didn’t have a preference in terms of menu but gave Mark a price point and he created a menu that knocked it out of the park.
The food was fantastic for both events. Our guests could not stop complimenting the food and we could not agree more.
Heart to Heart Catering did a fantastic job at our wedding! When we were originally planning our wedding before COVID, they were accommodating and helped us planned an off-menu brunched themed meal with ready to serve waffles! When we had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID, and with a change in our vision, they worked with us to switch our meal to match our postponed wedding style. We served the garlic grilled flank steak, chicken picatta, and quinoa stuffed acorn squash for our meals. They were all outstanding and delicious! We got so many compliments. The chef even went to multiple stores on the day of the wedding to get fresh green beans since this is what we wanted with the meal, and there had a been shortage of them this season! I really appreciate them going above and beyond to commit to our order. The wait staff was polite, attentive, and able to serve our crowd of almost 200 guests in under 30 minutes. They had several team meetings throughout the evening to ensure everything was on track, helped clean up, and even offered to help with other areas of our beverage service. Overall, they did a spectacular job, and their food was tastefully amazing!
The food for our daughters wedding was very tasty and they are so easy to work with. A true pleasure. Very accommodating. They made the wedding cake and we had a late night flat bread bar too. The flank steak and salmon were fabulous.

I mean we fell in love with all the food and just the first meeting/experience we had with Mark and how he made recommendations and was accommodating was already a great experience to begin with. Mark was openminded about everything. It really does make a big difference for the couple to have a vendor who is so understanding and is accommodating. The staff was just sooo great! Everyone enjoyed them! and they kept checking on us! Everyone also of course LOVED the food. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy the night without any worries. You even went out of your way to buy liquor. When we ran! we have truly enjoyed having you as our caterer... no regrets there!

Overall it was wonderful, beautiful, the food was perfect and lots comments on how tasty it was and many appreciated all the options. The layout stations flow was great, and just what our bride wanted. Many comments - all positive! Praises to the team on their efficient service and professionalism, Mark’s masterful oversight & execution along with Chef Tom‘s cooking & suggestions waaaay back at the start of all this pre-pandemic of course. We will all have some absolutely lovely memories. To that end I have to say as a ‘mom’ a big heartfelt thanks to a dad that knows and as the caterer pro you were key to that. I could not have expected better than what Heart to Heart did beginning to end. If I have need of catering ever for anything - I know just who I will be calling and/or recommend! Y’all were wonderful thru all the challenges this last year and half, and we are grateful for the spectacular evening and how everything turned out.

We cannot say enough good things about Heart to Heart! We chose them to be our caterer for our wedding in June 2021. From the very start, they were extremely easy to work with, hosting us multiple times for tastings to make sure we got our menu right and being collaborative with us on the pricing to make it doable. They even went above and beyond to create a brand new entree that they'd never served before to cater to our Vietnamese audience (and it tasted GREAT)!
On the day of, staff showed up early to make sure everything was ready to go. The dinner again, tasted wonderful and was loved by everyone in attendance. Mark, their GM, treated us like family the entire way, and we knew we were in good hands.
For anyone looking for a wedding caterer or any other large event - please give them a call, I'm sure you won't be disappointed!
This caterer was a breeze to work with and the service we receive at our wedding was impeccable. So many guests raved about the taste of the food and we are especially please with the breakfast for dinner selections they prepared for us. The in house baker is also exceptional. Highly Recommend!!

Mark and his group did a wonderful job from the tasting and planning the meal through to the big day! Heart to Heart was flexible and able to work within the short time frame that we needed. Our venue manager remarked at how impressed they were with the professionalism and attention to detail that Heart to Heart demonstrated. The meal was wonderful, the service was professional yet friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend them!
From start to finish, Heart to Heart was amazing to work with, but also provided amazing service on our wedding day! All our guests were so impressed with how delicious the food was! The staff was very quick to get everyone through our buffet line. As the bride and groom, they served us first of everything we had on the menu. I wish I would have been able to savor everything more, as everything was so delicious!
We also asked Heart to Heart to make our wedding cake and groom's cake! They were SO beautiful AND delicious!! I remember when going out to take bridal photos, I saw everything coming together and literally cried of pure joy when seeing our wedding cake! We cant wait for our first anniversary to get a min version of our cake!

I cannot say enough about how much Mark and his team did to make our wedding a memorable one. Mark is so easy to work with, all via phone or email, and he missed nothing. The quality of the food, the professionalism of his staff, his timeliness, his adaptation to our changes and his calmness all contributed to a successful event. As Heart to Heart prepared the food table, it looked as if there was no way to eat all of it. I must say there was very little left when the reception was over. Our guests also enjoyed watching the chef prepare the food since our wedding was in my daughters home. Heart to Heart's two servers also took very good care of Sarah and I, making sure we took time to eat.
This is my second time to experience Heart to Heart, as we were guests at a wedding last year where Mark provided the catering. The couple told us to over order the chicken and biscuits and we did, but we still didn't have enough. They are so good you can't stop eating them. I highly recommend Mark and his team. He allows you to 'check the box" early regarding catering and relax and enjoy the reception.

Heart to Heart catering truly made our wedding special.
During this pandemic, it seemed like having a nice wedding would be cumbersome and certainly less than extravagant but we were determined. Given that we had less than 30 days to prepare and a tight budget to work with, it would be a blessing to even pull this off.
We began sifting through several catering companies which varied from not very interesting to snooty. As we narrowed our selection to the final 2 vendors, we came to find the offerings and attitude of Heart to Heart to be pleasant, diligent and affordable.
Heart to heart planned alongside us to keep us within our budget and even modestly extended their offerings to assist where they could.
Thanks to their fine chefs, we were able to offer our guests their choice between 3 exquisite dishes which added the culinary flair that we were looking for.
The wedding cake was not only divine but artistically different from those we had seen at other weddings. It was absolutely perfect.
We must admit, however, the best part of their service was the service of the staff itself. The staff was above par compared to some of the most exquisite restaurants we have been to in the world. Not a detail was left unattended to. Even the other service vendors commented on how great the food and service were.
They really stepped up to the plate on a short-notice event in a very small venue to make it feel grand.
Heart to Heart’s consistent communication and attention to detail helped alleviate our concern and elevated our expectations for our wedding. What could have been a catastrophe became the perfect experience for ourselves and our guests.

Heart to Heart was great to work with for our wedding! We had just moved to Washington and were planning our wedding from a long distance. Brianna made the whole process seamless! They worked with us to facilitate tastings (a few rounds in fact) even during COVID, and they were extremely accommodating. We changed our menu a few times, and the Heart to Heart team worked with us every step of the way. The most important part, the food, was excellent. Everything came out exactly how we were hoping. The team handled passed hors d’eouvres, three entrees, and six sides, with zero hiccups. It was great having them and knowing that we didn’t need to worry about anything! We would recommend Heart to Heart for any catering need.
Brianna and the heart to heart team were extremely professional from the first tasting to the wedding day! We always felt they had everything handled so we could worry about other aspects of our wedding. Food was great & highly recommend Heart to Heart!

We could not have asked for a better caterer for our wedding! When picking out a caterer we wanted to avoid having someone that mass produced a generic and average meal that we have had at all too many weddings. But Heart to Heart was leaps and bounds better than we could have imagined.
After the wedding everyone complimented the food and how delicious it was. On top of this we loved the way they catered directly to us and our style with custom hors d'oeuvres that had a Louisiana flare since my wife and her side of the family are all from Louisiana.
The icing on the cake (pun intended) was the wedding cake. It was a gorgeous four-tier cake and was the best tasting wedding cake I’ve ever had. We loved that they had a baker in-house and that it was all packaged together to keep things simple for us, but still maintained the high quality we were looking for.
Highly recommend Heart to Heart! Reasonably priced and the food and full experience from them was of the highest caliber.

We only had 3 weeks to get everything together for a cocktail party & outdoor sit down dinner for 40 at a private residence, following our ceremony.
It couldn’t have turned out any better, it really surpassed my hopes. This was due to Mark and his many, many years of experience.... he knew just what to do & how to get it done in the best possible way. He showed up at our venue at 11am for the arrival & set up of all the rented items (table/chairs/place settings, etc) and didn’t leave until 11pm when the last dish was washed & leftover cake safely stored!!
I had no idea he was going to oversee everything... ALL the way through the entire day!!
His staff was PERFECT, attentive, professional & friendly.
The food was delicious, honestly my sister was still talking about her meal yesterday, over two weeks later.....That was some GREAT food! Mark tweaked each dish to make sure it was exactly what WE really wanted and would want to serve to our guest.
I didn’t really have a clue how to accomplish all this so quickly but Mark did and everything exceeded my expectations!!! They all did an awesome job, Thank you so much for everything. Please know you are hiring real professionals & will be in great hands with Heart to Heart!!! 💕

Mark and his team are absolutely fantastic! They took care of everything so we could just relax and enjoy our day. We received so many compliments from our guests not only about how great the food was, but also how wonderful the catering staff was in general. We had the joy of planning our wedding throughout the 2020 Covid pandemic and Mark was incredible about helping us stay calm and adjust plans as things evolved. He was so willing to work with us to downsize our original plans at the last moment due to Covid restrictions. We can’t wait to have Heart-to-Heart catering cater our big, post-Covid celebration next year. We can not recommend Mark and his team highly enough!
Working with Mark and the rest of the heart-to-heart team was an experience beyond my expectations. From the beginning, they made us feel special, heard, valued, and taken care of.
Some of the highlights are:
1. Food is BEYOND AMAZING!! We did the tasting a full 10 months in advance and all my family could talk about before the wedding was how much they were looking forward to eating the food again. It left a GREAT impression on everyone, even picky eaters!
2. Mark's patience with a very uptight bride. When we went to do our wine tasting/selection, I was feeling so overwhelmed by all of the decisions that still needed to be made for the wedding. Mark made the process SO FUN and easy! It is obvious that he has a real passion for his work and really wants to make the event special and wonderful.
3. Flexibility! We hired heart-to-heart for our wedding and a brunch at our house the next day. I made several requests for changes to both menus at various times through the process and Mark was extremely accommodating and helpful.
4. Their serving staff.... on our wedding day, I did the most embarrassing thing... I sat down at the reception, put an entire shrimp in my mouth, forgetting about the tail (that's how excited I was to eat the delicious food!). I tried to subtly spit the shrimp into a napkin, and accidentally fumbled it onto the floor. I was so embarrassed and turning bright red and praying none of my guests would notice the Bride's faux pas. As soon as the shrimp fell, one of the serving staff immediately bent down to grab it with a paper napkin and whisked it away. None of my guests noticed anything, he was that fast!! I could not be more grateful to that man for taking care of my problem so quickly and discreetly. All of the serving staff was incredibly attentive and yet invisible - they were there when needed and seemed to disappear into the background when not needed. Amazing service, and if I could hire that one man to join me at every meal to ensure I did not make an idiot out of myself - I would!
Amazing food, wonderful service, stellar customer service. I don't know what more people could ask for, this is hands-down the best choice for catering, and we will be using them in the future!

Heart to Heart Catering went above and beyond to help with wedding!!
Mark and his crew did an exceptional job in executing our menu and service for our daughters wedding held at The Emerson. We had a morning wedding and created a custom brunch menu with Shakshuka, quiche, pancakes, pastrami salmon bagel bites and a beautiful champagne bar. Most importantly he recreated our moms family cake "Grandma Caramel Cake" which everyone loved. Mark is easy to work with and very helpful in menu selection. An absolute gem to work with and understands great tasting food.

This group went above and beyond to make my wedding night unforgettable. We had amazing hors d’oeuvres to start our event, awesome risotto station, and the best sliders! Everyone LOVED the Honey Butter Biscuit with Chicken! Yum! The cake was not only beautiful but tasted AMAZING! The icing was to die for! There is absolutely nothing they missed! Exceptional! Mark and Tom and their team went the extra mile to make sure our whole experience was perfect from beginning to end! We were very impressed with hospitality and delicious food at the tasting. They customized the food, dinnerware, and all of the little details to meet our needs.
