with me before hand to make me feel confident that everything would go well. She thought about the little things and took the liberty of communicating with vendors. The day went so smooth in my eyes and we both felt prepared. The photobooth was perfect we took photos with all our guests, got a photo book with their well wishes and got a usb with all the photos digitally. If you’re thinking about booking her— do it. No bride should have the stress of coordinating on the day of. Also just having a third set of eyes on your planning is so helpful. I’m pretty detailed and thorough with my planning and Karin still caught stuff that I missed. Thank you for making our special day perfect. As an officiant, she presented options to craft our ceremony script well ahead of time and presented us a draft to read through to ensure that the ceremony is what we wanted. She presented us a ritual, hand-fasting, that created a beautiful keepsake to remind us of our union. As for a day-of coordinator, she presented us a timeline to our reception and was very accommodating to our non-typical aspects that we wanted at our reception (i.e. no introduction, no dancing, etc.). During the reception, she made sure everything was smoothly executed and did not bring up any issues that were happening and took care of them for us! Her assistant, Paige, also did an amazing job helping with set-up! Hearts and Souls is an amazing company to work with and I would highly recommend the company for both positions they carried for us on our special day!

he was always available to answer questions. Her main goal is to make sure everything goes perfectly. Her and her two assistants set up all my decorations PERFECTLY and made the room look absolutely stunning, and let me tell you I had a long excel sheet of detailed placement for soooo many items and it was still perfect. I am still in awe. She made sure the timeline was perfect and made sure it was executed perfectly. Every little detail she did was so appreciated. If anyone asks what is a MUST for their wedding, it will be to hire Karin. She offers full planning and partial planning as well, I’m sure, and I’m sure she is also amazing at these. She offers officiant services, and even though we did not use them because we had a close friend officiate, she went above and beyond helping him know his part and helped us fill out our marriage license correctly. We used her Photo Booth and book she offered and it was amazing, guests loved it. At the end of the night Karin and her two assistants packed everything up (our decorations ) perfectly. She was honestly a blessing to have. You have to hire Karin. She was a life saver! She took away all the stress from wedding day events during the wedding. It was amazing. Thank you Karin!

l she was a pro. So many questions I didn't even think to ask and she made sure she had all the details figured out for our big day. All our decor was set up beautifully - even better than I'd imagined in some cases! They bustled my dress, made sure we always had a drink, took things to the bridal suite for us, and really just made sure we didn't have to worry about anything on the day of or during breakdown at the venue. Would highly recommend!!

She even offered to let me use her shoes as mine were killing my feet. She made sure that my son’s wedding and reception went off without any hiccups and everyone couldn’t say enough good about her.
