My husband and I got married on 3.21.25 and had to have a day of coordinator which was a requirement of our venue. Coordinators can be pricey, but we found Heart and Souls Events to be reasonably priced and all of the reviews were outstanding. Karin was truly amazing and so easy to work with. Even though she was only our day of coordinator, she was willing to answer any questions I had way in advance which put my mind at ease. Karin kept things running smoothly and even though there was a minor hiccup on our wedding day, she handled it wonderfully. I would absolutely recommend Heart and Souls Event Management!

Karin and her team were FANTASTIC for our Day of Coordinator, the attention to detail and experience is truly unmatched. Karin and her team made our dream wedding a reality!! If you are thinking of hiring a day-of-coordinator, look no further. From the day we booked, Karin has been a text away, going above and beyond just coordinating on the day of the wedding. She also offers officiating services which we took advantage of and she did a beautiful job with our ceremony! If you are wanting a Photo Booth, she also offers that as an add on for a great price and they bring a whole table of probs it was such a fun element to our day! Overall, we are so beyond grateful we got to work with Karin and highly recommend her to any engaged couples🤍

Karin, founder of Hearts and Souls, was nothing short of amazing as an officiant and a day-of coordinator. We initially booked her as an officiant and later she came as a recommendation as a day-of coordinator, so we hired her for both positions! As an officiant, she presented options to craft our ceremony script well ahead of time and presented us a draft to read through to ensure that the ceremony is what we wanted. She presented us a ritual, hand-fasting, that created a beautiful keepsake to remind us of our union. As for a day-of coordinator, she presented us a timeline to our reception and was very accommodating to our non-typical aspects that we wanted at our reception (i.e. no introduction, no dancing, etc.). During the reception, she made sure everything was smoothly executed and did not bring up any issues that were happening and took care of them for us! Her assistant, Paige, also did an amazing job helping with set-up! Hearts and Souls is an amazing company to work with and I would highly recommend the company for both positions they carried for us on our special day!

Karin felt like a best friend throughout the whole process of wedding planning. She took so much weight off of our shoulders in guiding us through all the steps & giving her best advice. Our wedding day was the smoothest day ever, I don’t know if anything went wrong behind the scenes but neither of us knew about it and everything was perfect from the moment we got there to the moment we all left. Karin and her team were amazing! They helped me with vendor recommendations and even coordinated with a florist for me after I was having trouble finding one that would ONLY do bouqets for myself & the bridesmaids and boutineers for the guys and not full floral decorations. Day of they were so so helpful and encouraging and they did an amazing job with decorating all the spaces. It all looked beautiful. Karin also had so many rental options for me to use for decorations that were much more affordable than other decoration options which help with the overall cost of our wedding greatly. My husband and I hired Karin for our wedding on 5/31 as our day of coordinator. She went above and beyond the entire night and above and beyond for months before the wedding day. She was always available to answer questions. Her main goal is to make sure everything goes perfectly. Her and her two assistants set up all my decorations PERFECTLY and made the room look absolutely stunning, and let me tell you I had a long excel sheet of detailed placement for soooo many items and it was still perfect. I am still in awe. She made sure the timeline was perfect and made sure it was executed perfectly. Every little detail she did was so appreciated. If anyone asks what is a MUST for their wedding, it will be to hire Karin. She offers full planning and partial planning as well, I’m sure, and I’m sure she is also amazing at these. She offers officiant services, and even though we did not use them because we had a close friend officiate, she went above and beyond helping him know his part and helped us fill out our marriage license correctly. We used her Photo Booth and book she offered and it was amazing, guests loved it. At the end of the night Karin and her two assistants packed everything up (our decorations ) perfectly. She was honestly a blessing to have. You have to hire Karin. She was a life saver! She took away all the stress from wedding day events during the wedding. It was amazing. Thank you Karin!

I was married at the Hyatt Grand Cypress last weekend, on June 1st, and Karin played a big part in our day as the day-of coordinator. Karin and Paige were amazing. We hired Karin as our day of coordinator and were so happy we made that decision. Karin did our final walkthrough at the venue with us and I could tell she was a pro. So many questions I didn't even think to ask and she made sure she had all the details figured out for our big day. All our decor was set up beautifully - even better than I'd imagined in some cases! They bustled my dress, made sure we always had a drink, took things to the bridal suite for us, and really just made sure we didn't have to worry about anything on the day of or during breakdown at the venue. I can’t speak highly enough about how beautiful everything turned out at the reception. It was my dream wedding come to life and I couldn’t have done it without Karin . I canNOT say enough good about Karin and her staff!! She went above and beyond and took a lot of stress off and handled everything so professionally and beautifully. We didn’t have to worry about much because she coordinated and arranged it all perfectly and she did an amazing job being the officiant!!! It was freezing cold and she took it like a champ. She even offered to let me use her shoes as mine were killing my feet. She made sure that my son’s wedding and reception went off without any hiccups and everyone couldn’t say enough good about her. She has lots of experience and will help you think of small details to make the day run smoother that you otherwise wouldn’t know. We highly recommend Karin Hill of Hearts and Souls Event Management. Karin and her assistant Michaela did a wonderful job on our wedding this past weekend. Karin was very well organized and extremely professional in the way they interacted with all of our family, guests and vendors. Karin put in a lot of thoughtful details in everything that she touched, from the way she set up the venue, to the timeline she laid out for us and our blending of the whiskey toast was just phenomenal! She made sure that we were well taken care of by ensuring that my husband and I were hydrated and eating throughout the day. Karin was like a breath of fresh calming air that helped to ease my undercover wedding jitters throughout the day...for that, I will always be thankful to her. Karin did such an amazing job, she made everything run so smoothly for me and made me feel so much for comfortable during the day. She had her assistant with her who also helped so much as well!! We were lucky enough to work with Karin for month of coordination and her photo-booth services. From the start, Karin was professional and responsive, and it is clear just how knowledgeable she is about all things wedding. Although we booked her for month of coordination, she is available via text as soon as you book her, and she was a tremendous help with making decisions regarding vendors and timing well before our wedding day. She met with us twice prior to wedding day, and was able to put my mind at ease that the day of would run smoothly. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect due to her and her assistant Paige's attention to detail and level of organization. All of our visions were brought to life, despite a last minute move indoors due to weather, and I was completely calm and stress free on the day due to the two of them. The photobooth ran flawlessly, and we absolutely loved having print out copies and digital copies of all our guest's photos. Absolutely book Heart & Souls, you will NOT regret them!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Karin. I was decided very last minute that I wanted a day of coordinator and that was the best decision I could have made! Karin was extremely thorough. She was easy to talk to and offered her opinion when I needed it. There were so many details to a wedding ceremony I never would have thought to think of, but she did. All of my guests loved her. Paige was there on the day of my wedding as well. She was just as amazing. They make a the perfect team. If you are considering a Day-of coordinator…. DO IT! Hearts and Souls Event Management is 10000% worth it. My big day wouldn’t have happened without them

Karin was INCREDIBLE! We hired her as our day-of coordinator but she truly went so above and beyond that giving us advice and answering so many questions in the months leading up to our wedding. We had no idea how to go about planning such a big event, and it went beautifully thanks to her. She planned for things we didn’t even know we would need- like being at the ready with comfortable shoes for my wife midway through the night. She also helped us find wonderful vendors for the event and gave us tips on saving our time and our money. She even helped keep our prepping area clean and orderly, which made it so much easier getting rest after the event and getting checked out of the inn the next day. She kept us calm and having fun so we were able to be fully present the whole night. Our wedding would not have been what it was without her, I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Karin did such a good job! We hired her as a day of coordinator just to keep the stress off of that day and that’s exactly what she did. She made sure all of the vendors were good to go and took those last minute stressors away. She was very organized and very clearly knew what she was doing. I’m giving 4 stars for a few little things. I tried to be very thorough beforehand explaining my vision with all of the decorations. I suggested going through them with her the night before so we wouldn’t miss anything but Karin said she could handle it. There was a couple things missing like my “unplugged wedding” sign and a cake topper that I was able to grab last minute. Also she announced a couple names wrong introducing the wedding party. At the end we wanted a private dance and guests brought up to me that she could have been nicer when asking people to leave. These things are nothing major. The day was absolutely perfect and she organized it so well! Just a couple little critiques.

I needed a coordinator for the month before the wedding. I had done much of the planning and vision with my bridesmaids and my mother in law, but I didn’t want them to have to split their focus or have to keep things moving in a timeline. So I started my search to find someone. Two companies down and kinda feeling defeated, I found Karin with Heart and Souls and she contacted me promptly! After her explaining what all she can do to help make the day flow, I immediately booked her and my worries floated away! Not only is she organized and had ideas that helped make my vision come to life, but she was always available via text at almost any hour and provided me a stress free wedding experience! My day was everything I could’ve hoped for AND MORE and I could not have done it without her! She is a must hire! Hands down!

The days leading up to my wedding Karin had been communicating to all my vendors, so they were all on the same page. The day of my wedding went SO SMOOTHLY, due to Karin and Paige. I cannot recommend Karin from Hearts and Souls enough! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was absolutely perfect. As a coordinator, Karin was extremely organized, detail-oriented, and communicative. She helped us to navigate the planning process with ease, providing us with valuable insights and recommendations along the way. She also took care of all the little details on the day of the wedding, so that we didn't have to worry about a thing. As an officiant, Karin was warm, kind, and professional. She worked with us to create a ceremony that was meaningful and personalized, and she delivered it with poise and grace. Overall, Karin was a pleasure to work with and truly exceeded our expectations. Karin did a fantastic job for our wedding day as our day-of coordinator! She was so organized and efficient, and overall extremely helpful with all of the small details and setting up our decorations throughout the venue. We barely had to do anything other than unpack and re-pack the cars. I can't recommend her enough!

I can’t imagine having anyone else at my day of coordinator! She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly on the wedding day, down to the last detail! She even bustled my dress! I was able to relax and feel confident that everything was going to be okay on the wedding day, and it was all perfect! She never stopped moving on an uncommonly hot day of 92 degrees on Spring, which required running up and down the stairs numerous times. She worked so hard, I am forever thankful! Thanks you so much Karin!!!

Karin with Hearts and Souls was the best decision I made when it came to my wedding day. Not only did it feel like I made a friend but she made sure every single detail was handled and taken care of. She provided day of coordination, Photo Booth, and officiated and never stopped making everything perfect. The day would have been chaotic if it wasn’t for Karin. Karin was an excellent choice and well worth the money. We are in MN and decided on a destination wedding to Orlando, with about five months of wedding planning that needed to take place. We are in the middle of building a home, have seven kids between us, and dealing with the holidays and life in general so I was a hot mess, lol. Not once did Karin make me feel like an idiot but rather quite the opposite. She helped get me organized, offered several amazing vendor recommendations, and was available to ask questions at any time throughout the process. Highly recommend choosing Hearts & Soul!!!

We hired Hearts & Souls for our 12/9/2022 wedding at Casa Feliz for Day of Coordination and Photo Booth. Karin was so responsive leading up to our day. She was able to recommend vendors that we ultimately went with. I wasn’t able to get everything for décor listed out exactly prior to set up time but Karin was able to figure it out and everything came together beautifully! She was very flexible with changes and understanding. Having Paige at our rehearsal was so necessary! She had great ideas and even took a video for us to see what our exit looked like from guest perspective. The Photo Booth was a huge hit and came together seamlessly! There were so many props that our guests loved. She even added some specific extras for us! We are very happy to have Karin and Paige with us on our wedding day.

I highly recommend hiring Karin! She is an absolute gem. Attentive, patient, organized and made our wedding magical. She never made me feel as if I was bothering her with my questions, she always responded to my messages quickly and was patient in explaining the process. She was there every step of the way. Karin was such a wonderful coordinator and officiant. She was our calm in the storm. She was the ray of light during the dark and dreary weather craziness of our outdoor wedding day. She was super flexible and had backup plans on backup plans and was very accommodating with last minute changes due to weather. If I could give Karin 10 stars, I would! I want to start off by saying my husband and I are from Michigab and decided to elope and planned our florida wedding in less than 4 weeks so everything was pretty last minute. I contacted Karin about 2 weeks (maybe even less) before our wedding and she was not only able to fit us in, she came in under budget, and also gave us PAGES of options of beautifully written ceremony readings/poems & vows more than any other officiant I looked into. Her communication was 10/10 always responding to my questions, and helped make sure we had everything needed for the day of the wedding, right down to texting me the morning of to make sure there wasn't anything I needed from the store... she is so so sweet and helped make our day so magical! I just cannot reccomend her services enough to any couple getting married! Karin is phenomenal at what she does and you will not be disappointed.
