Heart's Arrow Events

Audra was our weekend of planner for our wedding and I can not say enough WONDERFUL things about her! She is so calm and so easy to work with, she made me feel so comfortable with making all the decisions for the wedding and helped talk through all the options she had for decor. She gave me a great list of vendors as well. She is so willing to do whatever it takes to make your event as special as possible. Her attention to detail is incredible, she made our timeline for the wedding so detailed and set up our reception so beautifully! I can tell she really loves and enjoys what she does. She helped make our weekend run very smoothly, if there were any bumps in the road I had no idea because she handled them. I could not have imagined our weekend without her. She is the best out there! THANK YOU Audra for everything!

Hearts Arrow Events was my decorator and day of coordinator. If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator...DO IT! If there were any hiccups on my wedding day, I was not aware of it. Audra was very calm, smooth and organized all day long. She handled everything with grace. She checked in on the bridal party to see if we needed anything throughout the day. It was really nice to have her as both the decorator and the day of coordinator. One less person to relay your vision to. Very creative and had a lot of ideas. I would recommend Heart's Arrow Events to every Bride over and over again.

I wish there was more than five stars, Audra made our vision completely come to life. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! We told her exactly what we were thinking and she took it above and beyond! Thank you so much Audra and your team you guys are amazing!

Right after the wedding a friend who is getting married asked me if I had any tips for her outdoor wedding. I told her to hands down get a GREAT wedding coordinator. We hired Heart's Arrow for day-of coordination and set-up and I honestly can't even imagine how the day would've gone without them. Audra was always professional and timely with her responses. It was obvious that she knew what she was doing, which is important, because I definitely didn't know what I was doing. She created the timeline, shared with all the vendors, got edits from them, and brought up a lot of questions that I hadn't even though of. Even if the day goes on perfectly (read: no rain, no drama) their help would've been invaluable. The day of you don't want to be setting up tables, putting decorations, making everything look perfect. I don't think I even understood how busy I would be. Audra just made everything go seamlessly. Even having someone from her team stepping up to mcee. Taking all decorations down afterward. For me, it happened to rain on my wedding date. And she reimagined the entire wedding inside of the tent. It was so beautiful that I can't even imagine it outside now. One last point - not that their prices are high, but at first I balked at having to pay for someone to coordinate thinking "why can't I just coordinate it myself? or a friend?" Honestly, your plate will be 100% full, and your friends won't know what to do in case of emergencies/changes of plan. I'm sure her full service for wedding planning would be amazing. Sadly that wasn't in our budget, but I fully trust her work after seeing how she saved my wedding.
