I wish I could give this business 0 stars. Specifically the alterations department and the owner. First off, as a business owner who strictly deals with brides and the wedding industry you should understand how significant a wedding is to the bride. Especially when the bride chose to give you her business on the most important day of her life. Your one job as a company failed my sister so horribly. The alterations she paid for with YOUR IN HOUSE SEAMSTRESS, turned out to be a complete disaster. So badly that she was only able to wear her gown for one hour into her reception before having to change into sweatpants. And that one hour was spent with the whole bridal party doing whatever they could do to fix the dress with a safety pin.... I spent over a year working in an alteration department I understand mishaps happen. But this is inexcusable your seamstress should've thought ahead in multiple fittings that this could've been a possibility. And to the owner shame on you. Hearts for you bridal? Where is your heart???? То tell my sister she should've called the store to fix the gown, be realistic how could that have happened when your store was closed??? Not even to offer a slight compensation after she spent a LARGE amount of money supporting your small business and for breaking her trust that she had in you and your seamstress. Just so she could only wear a gown for one hour. Disgusting!!!

I wore sweatpants during my reception and will never get this moment back. They basically said it was my fault that It broke and I should’ve called them at 8 pm on a Friday night when the store was closed. I am disgusted. STAY AWAY.

I had a nearby appointment at a bridal store about 20 mins away and had no luck, I wanted to make the most out of trip to Jersey since I live in NY, I called and ask if they could fit me in and they did! Little did I know I would walk out that day having found my dress and veil in just my second store! As soon as I walked in the staff was super attentive, even had my name on the welcome board! The last helping me listened to everything I wanted and walked me through the different options. I went in confident in what I wanted, however after trying on the style I had wanted, I was less then thrilled. She then pulled a couple of dresses for me that were different from what I had been trying on and I fell in love. My whole family was in tears and I felt the rush of emotions too, it was really like in the shows when you said yes to the dress. Had it not been for the lady helping me, who knows how many stores I would have been to before I found the one. On top of this, they are not pushy, they are so respectful and kind and make you feel important. I came with my bridesmaids to pick out the dresses and had just as great of an expierence!

Hearts for you has exceeded every expectation I’ve had for a bridal store. I came here initially and found my dream dress. I continued to look elsewhere (because who finds their dress on the first shot, right?). I had the worst experience at a different bridal store in the freehold mall and came back to hearts for you broken. They put me back in my dress and I just knew it was meant to be. The shop is beautiful, the dress selection was great, but ultimately the women who work here are the best. I have now come back for all of my bridesmaid dresses and the mother of the bride’s dress! I will continue to recommend hearts for you bridal because they truly are a step above the rest.

I bought my dress a few weeks ago and Hearts for you made my experience absolutely wonderful from the moment I walked in. Highly recommend them to any bride ! We go back next week for bridesmaid dresses

I just bought my dress yesterday and had the most amazing day! I worked with Janet and she was nothing short of incredible from the moment we walked in. She fit right in with my family, was super thoughtful, patient, and knowledgeable. She truly listens to what you love! Throughout the entire experience I never felt rushed or pressured. Janet made sure that I tried every style and knew exactly how to adjust after seeing a dress. I had the best experience and said yes to my dream dress!! I couldn’t have asked for a better person or a more perfect place!!

From beginning to end they were great! Had a very minor miscommunication with the seamstress as to when my final fitting was but it was so minor and handled beautifully by the manager that no “points” are knocked. They were able to help me find a dress in my budget, took their time during my appointment and truly made sure I was happy! They were really great!

I had the most amazing experience at hearts for you. As soon as you walk in you feel so special. The little things like having my name on the welcome sign truly makes the entire experience so memorable. Nicole was AMAZING. She made me feel so comfortable and helped my indecisive mind choose my dream dress. They have a huge selection of dresses that it was so hard to pick just one!!! Thank you Hearts for You for making this such an easy, fun, memorable experience! Now everyone go check them out and hope you say YES TO THE DRESS!

Amazing store! I found the absolute perfect dress. It fit my body so well and was comfortable all night long. I'm bringing my cousin here in a few weeks to help her find her dress! Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for the wedding dress of their dreams but doesn't want a $10,000 price tag!

I just went to Hearts For You Bridal Salon to look for my wedding dress and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful and enjoyable experience! I had the pleasure of working with Nicole and I am so happy I did! She was literally the sweetest person, extremely patient, and really cared about my needs and helping me find the perfect dress! I also loved that she gave her honest opinions on which dresses she thought looked best on me and just how comfortable she made me feel. I ultimately found the perfect dress and I couldn’t be more excited! The store is so cute and everyone that works there is super nice and so helpful. I highly recommend Hearts for You Bridal Salon and I can’t wait to wear my dress! Thanks again for an experience I’ll never forget!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Lucy and her daughter took care of not only me, but both my mother and mother in law and we all said yes to the dress! I got to walk around the entire store and look at every single dress which I loved. They were so pleasant and a joy to work with. The best!!

BEST experience! I drove from Pittsburgh,PA to NJ for this store. The store was clean and the staff were super friendly. They had a great system in place due to COVID, which made me and family feel safe being there. As a bride, I had no idea what style or design I was interested in, all of their dresses were stunning. Chrissy was absolutely FANTASTIC!! She was very thorough when going through the dresses with me. She took her time pointing out the little details on dresses to help me make my decision. She made me feel so special and as did the rest of the staff. They made this process so easy for me. After trying on about 12 dresses, I said YES to the dress!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this store if you are looking for an amazing dress shopping experience!

I had an unforgettable experience at Hearts For You! The entire staff, specifically Lucy and Nicole, were absolutely wonderful to work with. Nicole listened to what kind of style I was looking for and found the perfect dresses to try on - she was super helpful and gave her honest opinion, which I valued greatly! They were super patient and so helpful with the gown choices and made this day one to remember. I couldn’t be happier to have said Yes to the Dress and look forward to working with them moving forward. Since they recently re-opened due to the pandemic, all staff members had on gloves and masks and they sanitized any areas touched and any dresses that were tried on. From the moment you walk in they have sanitizer waiting for. Although you’re required to wear a mask, I had a white lace one made for me specifically for this occasion, it’s a memory not many people can make. Trust me - it’s worth it! I highly recommend making an appointment if you’re looking to say Yes to the Dress like I did - you won’t regret it!

Late post - both my dress at a sample sale in August! I absolutely LOVE it! Had a great experience with my consultant - she bright he b almost every sample and made me feel so comfortable while trying on!

Both my sisters got their bridal and bridesmaid’s dresses here. First time around was great then the shop switched owners and the second experience was a nightmare. The staff was rude and the seamstress is awful. Every one of our 5 dresses was tailored wrong. My dress was several inches too long even after I went in for 3 fittings and told her how I wanted it. The length was so bad I had to cut it myself the day of the wedding. We paid a lot of money for a service that was never received. Would not recommend this place.

My initial appointments were fantastic - the manager I worked with answered every question and never made me feel silly for not knowing something about dress shopping or what I might want or like. Selecting a dress with her was easy and fun. However, working with another associate for my bridesmaid dresses was far from a similar experience. I was told immediately my dress color was 'difficult', we felt rushed, the store appeared overbooked for our appointment (we were on top of another party), and overall it was overwhelming and stressful. Every appointment after buying my wedding dress (either for my fitting or for bridesmaids) came with miscommunication either about the appointment time/date/who the appointment was for. I found out later the manager I had worked with had moved on after I bought my dress which was sad to hear. I recommend the store for the dress selection and hope that the kinks I/my bridal party experienced are worked out.

Let me start with saying that I am not the bride to be, I am her sister. I felt compelled to share the amazing experience that my family had while shopping at Hearts 4 You. This was the 4th boutique that I went gown shopping with my sister. My sister had been to at least 8 or 9 total. Out of the 4 that I went to, this was the only boutique worth raving about, hence this review. Our party arrived 40 minutes early to the appointment and Nicole helped us right away. I am not sure that this is typical, if you go on the weekend I am sure that they are way busier and this likely would not happen. Nicole listened intently, she was thorough in providing all necessary information and helped us navigate through the shop, making sure we stayed within my sister’s budget. Nicole’s enthusiasm and understanding was what set her apart from other consultants that we met previously. When given a vision, Nicole made it happen without hesitation. She was not pushy, she never pulled a dress beyond my sister’s budget and she gave honest feedback while my sister tried on dress after dress. We returned to the boutique today so my sister could say yes to her dress and were able to bring a bottle of champagne to toast to this milestone. It was a really special moment that they allowed us to have, despite it being such a small thing to ask. Note: we weren’t drinking around the dresses or partying in the boutique, we simply had a toast and moved on to ordering the dress and bridesmaids gowns. During our visit, I tried on about 8 bridesmaids dresses with Nicole’s help and she was so organized in taking down information on what our group liked and disliked. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. We look forward to working with them in the upcoming months.

I highly recommend getting your wedding dress from hearts for you. They have amazing selection of dresses and they really work with you to help you find your perfect dress. They give you the freedom to look through their racks and try on as many dresses as you need. Unlike other popular dress stores in the area, hearts for you does not keep you waiting in the dressing room while they pull 3 dresses for you. It was such a wonderful and stress free experience. Not to mention the staff is beyond amazing. Sloane was the sweetest stylist! She was so kind and helped me pick my perfect dress. Not to mention she also helped my best friend pick her’s too!! The alterations were perfect. They gave me a flat rate on my first fitting and I came in as many times as we needed until we got it right. By the end of my wedding, my bustle had ripped from guests stepping on the back. I brought it back to hearts for you and the seamstress fixed it for me at no charge. They make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. It’s worth making an appointment!!!!

I went to Hearts for You not expecting to walk out of there with a dress because it was the 1st bridal shop I went to. The staff was amazing and super helpful. My family can be a bit rambunctious and they were great with my family. I found the most beautiful dress and I couldn't have done it without Janet. She matched the dress to my body type but also to my personality. I will be back to look at bridesmaids dresses and dresses for other members of my family as well. Great place.

Finally said yes to my dress at Hearts For You after months of searching at other stores!!! Let me start off by saying the store is so cute and welcoming and the staff is extremely caring and kind! I did not feel rushed or pressured as I did at many other stores which was such a relief. I can’t thank you enough Hearts For You for helping me find MY dress!

Ok so I will start this off by saying I had an absolutely wonderful experience picking out my dress. I can’t remember my consultants name, but I know she no longer works there. She was extremely attentive and I found my perfect dress. After that, I didn’t have an experience like that again. Thinking I would have another great experience, I had my bridesmaids come to try on dresses there. The consultant was very young, and seemed not to care. She disappeared to find the different color swatches for the first dress the girls tried on and came back 15-20 minutes later after we already found the dress I wanted. She was not into it and barely helped us. I had a decent experience picking out my veil. The woman helping us was kind of friendly, and she did help me find my perfect veil. I got the feeling though she didn’t really want to help me. When it came to my moms dress, the lady helping was straight up nasty and rude. She might be the owner but not sure. She kept putting my mom in the same unflattering style saying this is what is in style. I finally asked can we please see a different style and she obliged but with attitude. I actually had to go get them myself. We found my mom a beautiful dress, but not with her help. Next, I needed a sample color of the girls dresses to match the guys tuxes and they nastily said on the phone that I would have to order it and it would take months to come. I told them they need to start telling brides when they order the dresses that so they know. They did let me cut off their own swatch to bring to the tux store so I was thankful for that. I only had one fitting at the salon and I wasn’t given a nice room like the ones I tried my dress in which bothered me. I was basically in a closet. I was happy to go to Lydia’s store for the other two fittings. Lydia, their seamstress, is amazing. Nothing but good things to say about her. She was super sweet, friendly, and did great work. I can’t say the same for the staff at Hearts for You. They are stuck up, not kind, and not helpful. They have beautiful dresses for great prices, but are you willing to deal with nasty people throughout the process? If you are, go for it. If not, go somewhere else.

Had an amazing experience at Hearts For You and said Yes to the dress! Nicole was so helpful and listened to everything I had to say. She was patient and didn't rush me through any of the process or dresses. Can't wait for the dress to come in to go back and try it on again. Definitely give them a try if you are looking for the perfect dress!

Went in for a bridal party of 9 on this past Sunday. Janet helped us and made it such a sweet experience. Kept it organized and easy for us to figure out what we wanted since we were totally clueless. Lucy the owner also came over to make sure everything was going well, and helped us if we needed it! All and all it was a great experience and we all left excited to get these dresses and party on! Thank u Again!

My whole experience with hearts for you was amazing. They are so professional and down to earth. There is so much to choose from, from the designer dresses down to the veils and accessories. Maryann was my consultant and she made me feel so comfortable and helped me find the dress of my dreams. They even have the best staff for alterations, which is very hard to come across. Hearts for you is the place to go for you and your bridal party, you won’t be disappointed!

Maryanne from Hearts For You is absolutely amazing! From the start of searching for my dress she made me feel like family. She knew exactly what I was looking for and what dress fit perfectly on me. The staff at Hearts For You are so friendly and welcoming! I'm currently waiting for my dress to come in and I can't wait to start my fittings! I would definitely recommend this bridal shop!

Yesterday, I said "Yes to the Dress" at Hearts for You and my head is still in the clouds over how amazing the experience was. First off, Chrissy was an amazing consultant and I would recommend her to anyone. She really took her time going through every type of dress and my options were endless. I must have picked out over 20 dresses to try on and Chrissy organized them for me in a way I could directly compare similar styles and not overwhelm myself. She was so helpful throughout the whole process and really helped me narrow down to the perfect dress, which ended up being exactly what I envisioned my dress would look like! Thank you again to the whole staff to making my experience everything I hoped for!

I can’t say enough good things about this place!!! I went in today so nervous & with a budget. They made me feel comfortable, beautiful, & I left with the dress & veil of my dreams!!!! I could not be happier!

I purchased my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses at hearts for you & they made my experience so easy and enjoyable! Maryann is the absolute BEST! She made sure I was happy at all times, listened to what I had to say, and is so passionate about what she does. She truly just wants her brides to feel beautiful! At my first meeting with Maryann, I explained the type of dress that I was looking for and she NAILED it because I chose the first dress I tried on! They also had a great selection of bridesmaid dresses and she was honest with us and guided us when we were unsure of decisions. Overall, hearts for you is wonderful!

We purchased my dress, my moms dress and all bridesmaid dresses here. Chrissy the consultant I worked with is nothing short of amazing. She made me feel SO incredibly comfortable, did not pressure me to choose a dress and really let me enjoy the process of dress shopping. She is patient and kind and really listens to what your vision is for your wedding day. I had the most amazing experience with this bridal salon and am so glad I didn't look anywhere else! They have an amazing variety of wedding dresses, mom's dresses and bridesmaid dresses.

We went here for bridesmaids dresses. I had a larger party, and they were so accommodating. We had 9 dresses to order, with some girls living cross country, and they accommodated all of it. The dresses came out magnificent (Bill Levkoff), all the bridesmaids were happy and looked fabulous! If I could give 10 stars I would, thank you, Hearts for You!

My overall experience here was amazing! I'd love to give this place a 5 star review. I called & was taken in the same day. Even got my dress one week earlier than expected! :) My dress was the most beautiful creation! My issue is with my seamstress. At my first & second fitting I was concerned about the top being too big - my bust. I'm barely a B cup. I expressed my concern & on the second fitting she had added cups. Third fitting, I didn't feel 100% about the alterations but went against my gut & believed the seamstress when she said it needed to be steamed & the dress would fit me more properly.. Wish I knew better. Fast forward my wedding day, my dress on top was so big & there was nothing I could do about it. I look back at the photos now & one area where it was sewn to "form my bust" better is totally noticeable in almost every photo from the left angle. I hate looking back at those beautiful photos because the imperfection on the dress is undeniably presentable. This makes me so sad considering my dress was $1500 & alterations $675. To make matters worse, my dress had a pin left over from alterations that drew blood the first time I sat. I was head over heels in love with my dress up until the moment I put it on & it wasn't a perfect fit, even after it was steamed. Such bull! Go with your gut ladies! Learn from my mistake. If I had to do it again, I would go back for the same dress, but definitely not go there for alterations.

I found hearts for you and I will tell you that the only thing they have going for them is how GORGEOUS their dresses are but everything else is AWFUL! There are a lot of good reviews on here and some bad. I will be honest PAY ATTENTION TO THE BAD REVIEWS. I am a easy going person and it takes a lot to get me upset and mad. I walked in and found the perfect dress. It fit me perfectly. The girl who helped me was amazing but she no longer is there. I got all my bridesmaids dresses there too. I want to advise the brides to ALWAYS ORDER A SIZE UP in this place. They measure WRONG. To be honest it almost seems like they measure wrong on purpose to make money. My dress didn't fit when I came in for fitting and they had the nerve to tell me I gained weight and to come back when I lose it. I loved my dress so much I decided to talk to manager and I took floor model that fit me perfectly. My bridesmaid dresses were way to big and one of them is too small! NEGATIVE THINGS: They told me they can ship the dresses to my bridesmaids but then when they came in I was told "we don't ship" why was I told they could be shipped? my appointment for a fitting was not in schedule when I walked in. They are rude and not organized at all. I just stuck it out cause i loved my dress. They is plenty more but if you go please order a size up to be safe and don't get alterations there. Take it and RUN! I am happy that I took the floor model it looks new and amazing. I told the manager my story and she said "oh yes you can have the floor model it happens all the time" REALLY! customer service sucks! and even the alteration ladies are all over the place.

Hearts For You was great!! I found my bridesmaids dresses there, they have so many options! I went with my mom and sister and Jane helped us - she was great. We looked at a number of dresses and finally found the one I wanted! I had 7 girls in my wedding party but Hearts For You would always follow up to make sure we were keeping on the right timeline leading up to the wedding. Highly recommend this store!!

Omg! I wish there were more stars!! They deserve 100! Best company, best staff, best owner! Hands on owner, and extremely passionate about what she does! My dress was PERFECT! The whole process was perfect, from start to finish. Couldn't be happier! Xoxo

I had a great experience with Hearts For You. My mom and I were dress shopping a few weeks ago and we went to two stores that just didn't have the selection and service I was looking for. We found Hearts For You and went in to check it out. Were we welcomed in and worked with Lauren who was great. I found my dress and can't wait until I get to wear it again! This store had a great personal touch and an extensive selection of dresses.

I visited Hearts for You yesterday shopping for my wedding dress and worked with Maryanne. I had a completely different experience than I had at previous salons. Maryanne was wonderful, and pulled a bunch of different dresses in the sheath style I was looking for. She was patient, kind, and so helpful throughout the whole process. She wanted to make sure that I was completely confident and thrilled with the dress I choose. I liked attributes of 2 different dresses, and Maryanne had someone from alterations walk me through some options to customize one of the dresses to be exactly what I was looking for. I can't say enough about how wonderful Maryanne was. I highly recommend shopping for your bridal gown here. The dressing rooms in the store are beautiful, their prices are excellent, and the staff is fabulous! Thanks Maryanne!

Like others, I had a very different experience before and after purchasing our dresses. Cyd was great and the shopping experience was a lot more comfortable and laid back than it was at other stores. Cyd found my wedding gown - it was not the style I was originally looking for, but she encouraged me to try it and it was absolutely THE DRESS! I was thrilled. My bridesmaids also got their beautiful dresses at Hearts for You. Unfortunately, we had a few issues from there. When the bridesmaid dresses came in, I made an appointment for a few girls to come together to pick up their dresses. When I called on the day of our appointment to confirm, they did not have our appointment in the book and I was informed that they switched to winter hours. We could still come at the time I scheduled (an hour before "winter hours" closing) but it "has to be quick." When we got there, they seemed irritated that we were there and told me they were closing a half hour earlier than they had said on the phone! The lights were turned off while we were still gathering our things and we were rushed out the door which quite literally locked right behind us. This was in November and there was nothing on their website about winter hours. When my dress came in, it was tight, and the person who put it on me (unfortunately I can't recall her name) acted like it was a huge problem and all my fault. She made a big show of reminding me that I signed off on the size that I chose. I told her that I knew exactly what I ordered and was confident that alterations would be no problem (I discussed all of these details with Cyd when I bought the dress). She kept telling me that SHE would have insisted that I order a bigger size and that alterations would be extremely difficult and that I needed to call RIGHT AWAY to schedule an appointment with the seamstress because it would require many many fittings. She also made snarky comments about it being so heavy and cumbersome and complained that it would take forever to steam (it's a ball gown). My experience was so stressful that I took my dress out of there the next day and brought it to a different seamstress where I had a lovely experience with my alterations. I didn't even need extra fabric. Everyone we encountered had a "tell it like it is" attitude which I found endearing at first, but bothered me as time went on. My bridesmaids told me later that they received some snide comments from employees as well (about their weight, bust size, etc.). Nothing too horrible, but not very professional. If you're looking for a little TLC, this is not the place for you.

Hearts for You was the first salon I visited and also the last. Denise helped me and she was incredibly patient, kind, and just overall amazing. There was no time limit on my appt and I was able to try on every single dress I wanted. This was great since I had no idea what I wanted and it was my very first appt. Juanwisa (I hope I spelled her name right) was my seamstress and also did an incredible job. I had lost a lot of weight between the time I ordered the dress and before the wedding. She completely tailored it to my new body and it fit like a glove. Every person working there is so sweet and friendly and willing to help, and there is always someone who answers the phone!! So happy I went with hearts for you for my bridal experience!

I just found my dress at Hearts for you!! I’ve been to so many bridal shops and I wish I had gone to them first because they were simply amazing.. The prices were unbeatable and the service was phenomenal. I hope I feel as special on my wedding day as I did the day I said yes to the dress at Hearts for you!! Nicole

I just found my dress at Hearts For You! They were just wonderful and they made me feel so comfortable. Went to so many bridal salons and I felt as though no one cared and always tried to pressure you into buying. Then my friend told me about Hearts For You. So glad she did. Now I will tell all my friends!

Everyone was very friendly, patient and helpful. My dress was absolutely beautiful!

Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say about my entire bridal gown experience except for choosing the dress. Bonnie was our sales associate when I was trying on gowns and she was very helpful, and sweet. I picked my dress on the first appointment and it went all down hill from there. Mariana was the seamstress assigned to perform my dress alterations. On our first appointment she was very sweet, complimentary and initially gave us no reason to concern. There were a few modifications that had to be made but she seemed to think it wouldn’t be a problem. They charged us one flat rate of $600.00 which we felt was a little steep but agreed to. We had over 4 appointments, all of which Mariana was always almost an hour late to, and the work she promised was never completed. Due to her cancelling an appointment the week before my wedding, I was left to pick up my "finished" dress the Tuesday (just 4 days) before my wedding. By the time we tried the dress on, we were already frustrated. There were little drops of blood all over the skirt of the dress, and it was completely wrinkled. I kept making comments about how the length didn’t seem right, but she ensured us that it would be “fine once its properly steamed”—it was ALREADY supposed to be steamed. Mariana was becoming very curt and defensive with my mom, making comments about how it was “our fault” she got blood on the dress, and that “we look too closely”. She had us wait another HOUR to steam the dress, it was still completely wrinkled and she promised us “they will fall out”. We hung the dress up just as they said, overnight- Wednesday morning it was still completely wrinkled. We had to take it back again, the sales associate was also unhappy with the condition of the dress, agreed to keep it overnight and steam it again. Thursday, we picked up the dress and took it home- I tried it on at home, they did not have me try it again at the store. Only to realize that now the dress (which is a scalloped lace on the bottom) was 2 inches on the floor. We called the store back, beyond frustrated and defeated. They were accommodating enough to have us back in that day, and assign another seamstress to take inches off my dress OVERNIGHT. The seamstress said the entire previous hem job was uneven and a lot more work than anyone typically does in that short amount of time. Long story short- I was left picking up my dress the day before the wedding, afraid it would be too long. It did end up coming out right but the stress leading up to that moment was unfair. I would not recommend going through that store- TO ANYONE. They assured us that Mariana would no longer be working there, but we saw her with another customer the day we picked up my dress. Maybe, just using the store to pick out and buy the dress, but I would never recommend using them for alterations. Even though everyone else in the store was sweet, and tried to accommodate us- this situation should have been completely avoided. Better accountability should be had by the store owner when choosing people to contract through her store for bridal dress alterations.

Hearts for You is a wonderful bridal boutique with a variety of dress styles and a friendly and helpful staff. Both of our daughters found their dream wedding dresses there, and we also found beautiful bridal veils, bridesmaid dresses, the mother of the bride dress, jewelry, discounted wedding invitations, accessories, and even wedding gift card holders that you can rent to use during the wedding. Everyone there is warm and accommodating, and the owner, Lisa, and her staff, especially Maryann and Syd, were always a pleasure to work with. All the staff at Hearts for You, including seamstress Marianna, go above and beyond to help brides and their loved ones to look and feel their very best for the big day. I recommend them to all brides to be and their mothers, you will not be disappointed.

Professional and did the right thing

Highly recommended. Everybody was professional and nice. They made one of the most difficult decisions of my wedding feel stress free and exciting. Last year I walked in without an appointment and unsure of what dress I might like and not planning to purchase anything. A staff member still accommodated me and got to know my tastes very quickly. I tried on about five dresses before I found one that I fell in love with, a Maggie Sottero Melanie. Over the subsequent months I looked forward to returning for each of my three alterations. The seamstress did excellent work given the challenges of me having unconventional proportions.

I finally found the bridal store of my dreams!! They made me feel like a princess and they actually listened to everything I was asking for. They made me feel so comfortable and to make a long story short, I said "yes to my dress." Not only did I purchase my dress there but my Mom, bridesmaids, flowergirls and even grandma did too!! Love, love, love them!!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! I made an appointment here for my bridesmaids and my mother over a month in advance for a Saturday morning. We all showed up together, and on time. It took 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us, not even anything so little as " I'll be with you shortly". When we were finally greeted they could not grasp what our appointment was for and kept getting us mixed up with other appointments. Her excuse was that it was super busy because it was a Saturday. While I do understand, what is he point of making an appointment if you are going to help everyone else and take walk ins when we should have had priority. Everyone's attitude completely turned us off towards purchasing anything from them, but my mother saw a dress she wanted to try on. After trying it on my mother asked the price FIVE times before the woman gave us a straight answer. She had the audacity to tell my mother "does it really matter what the price is, you get what you pay for unlike at places like David's bridal". Well, my bridesmaids ended up purchasing their dresses from DB and everything has been amazing. I had also purchased my gown at a different place a few weeks before hand and they were actually trying to talk me into returning it and purchasing one from them because everyone would get a discount. Hearts for You had the worst customer service I have experienced on my wedding journey. I would not refer anyone to shop here.

We purchased my mom's mother of the bride dress here. Stephanie was awesome assisting us in choosing the perfect dress. For alterations, Marianna did an AMAZING job on the dress. The dress needed intricate alterations, cups added, hem, etc. Her customer service was as OUTSTANDING as her seamstress work. I highly recommend Hearts for You Bridal.

I just ordered my dream wedding dress from Hearts for You, and it was all thanks to Mary Ann! From the second we got there, on a last minute appointment, she went above and beyond to make the whole experience so special. Her years of expertise meant she wasted no time and she knew exactly what to pull and what dresses o suggest. I love how she let me go through the racks with her and let me play an active part in deciding what dresses to try on. In the end, she saved the best for last (like a pro) and I fell completely in love and left with the perfect dress and the greatest memories that will last a lifetime.

Hi! I got married in October, and I have nothing but good things to say about Hearts For You! They made me feel extra special! Buying/finding that perfect wedding dress can be a very stressful experience, and they put me at ease the whole time!! They never once pressured me or just tried to 'sell' me a dress... Cyd wasn't happy until I found the 'Perfect' dress.. which for me was a Maggie Sottero! I couldn't be happier! Marie, Lisa and the rest of the staff were great! They made me feel like family!. Gina did a wonderful job on the alterations.. the dress fit perfectly! I would recommend Hearts For You to everyone I know. I could not be more satisfied with the service and the kind women who walked me through every step of the process. My wedding would not have been the same without Hearts for You.

I had a wonderful experience with Hearts for You. I initially went there because they carried a dress I really thought was going to be the one, albeit I wound up with something completely different. Bonnie was my consultant and really listened to the feedback I gave when stating what I liked and disliked about the dresses I was trying on; we did discuss the budget for the dress a bit late, but I still came in under budget and never felt that they were forcing me to the top of the budget. Compared to other stores, I know the bridesmaid dresses were more affordable. My original bridesmaid dress experience was not the greatest; I handed the consultant a list of the dresses I wanted to see and she told me to go look on the rack. She didn't pull any of the dresses I asked for and I felt frustrated. I called and told the manager, Lisa, about it and she had me send an email with the dresses I still wanted to try and scheduled a second appointment. I immediately chose a bridesmaid dress when I had the structure I needed. My fittings were exceptional! Especially since I had to order a size 16 (I'm an 8) inorder to replace a corset back with a zipper. The seamstress, Lydia, is a miracle worker; my dress was practically custom made. I couldn't have asked for a better dress shopping experience with a team that really took great care of me.
