I wish I had the words for how much we LOVED Cassie! Everything feels like an understatement. Cassie truly went above and beyond for our wedding. Everything went smoothly and she was such a calming presence. She checked in often, provided suggestions, and took on every burden we had. We're already recommending her to our peers. We cannot recommend Heavenly Day enough! Cassie was a rockstar advocate (and friend!) throughout the whole process - helping us feel empowered and supported to make all decisions, big and small. She recommended great vendors, helped us review contracts, encouraged us to think through logistics, and was a calm presence on the day-of. We look back on our wedding with such fond memories of quality time with family and friends, which we could not have achieved without her leadership and guidance.

From the very beginning, Cassie made me feel comfortable, special, and secure - she was on my side from the beginning and never let me feel like I was straying from what truly mattered to me for my wedding. She got to know who I was, what my vision was, and helped it all come true within the budget I had in mind. For someone who knew nothing about wedding planning, I definitely needed Cassie's planning skills, know-how, and connections in the Austin area. When I asked her for advice, she would always truly consider her answer and give me her honest opinion - something I valued so highly. She was the perfect combo of grounding and realistic, as well as playful and supportive of my sometimes goofy ideas.
On wedding day, all I had to do was be the bride and be there to simply enjoy the day - I knew Cassie and her team were working their magic behind the scenes and all around, but they didn't let it show (somehow!).

Heavenly Day Events is absolutely phenomenal. Our wedding coordinator, Cassie, was extremely organized, knowledgeable, and kind. During the planning process, Cassie made it easy for us to make decisions that would have felt overwhelming if we had tried to make them on our own. On our wedding day, she made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Even our guests recognized her amazing planning and coordinating capabilities! I cannot recommend her enough!!
Working with Heavenly Day Events was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. Weddings are expensive and I contemplated whether or not to even have a wedding planner, but I can honestly say that I wouldn't have been able to make our day happen without Cassie and it's worth every penny (which her prices are extremely fair especially given her expertise and execution!). When searching for wedding planners, I was deciding between doing a full planning package or day of package- I wanted to take on a lot of the planning myself but I also anticipated I would need more help than just a day-of planner. Heavenly Day Events offers a partial planning package which was the perfect fit for us! That's one thing I really love about Heavenly Day Events- the flexibility and willingness to work with you. Throughout the wedding planning process Cassie was my sounding board, part-time therapist, and subject matter expert on all things wedding-related. She helped with floral and overall design, budget tracking, vendor management, logistical decisions (who will set up the neon sign? how will parents be walking down the aisle?, should our dog be included in the ceremony?, etc.), family drama and requests, deciding on what's a necessities versus nice to haves, and so much more. Cassie is organized, detail orientated, extremely kind-hearted, and never misses a beat. She exudes positivity and her calm demeanor helps keep you sane. Cassie and her assistant Liberty helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect and everything went off without a hitch! I cannot recommend Cassie and her team enough! The wedding planning process involves thousands of decisions that become rather daunting, so make this one decision to work with Heavenly Day Events because I promise it will make your life easier and your wedding planning process more fun and less stressful. :)
Cassie and her team went above and beyond in every sense of the word throughout our entire wedding planning process. She was with us every step of the way and served as a planner, a voice of reason, a mediator, and a friend. There are truly not enough word to express how valuable it was to have Cassie with us. She was extremely professional and handled every part of the process with ease and joy. Not only was she the driving force of our wedding day going off without a hitch, but she did so while simultaneously making sure myself, my husband, and our families were fully taken care of and having the time of our lives.
Do yourself the biggest favor and book Cassie with Heavenly Day for full planning services from the start! I promise you don’t realize how many details go into a wedding until you’re in the thick of it, and when I say Cassie was on it, she was ON IT. From day one, we had a personalized portal, budgeting spreadsheets, vendor comparisons, timely check-ins, design boards, and quick responses to any question that came up. Cassie saved us time and money throughout the process. Having her planning expertise for a year and half allowed us to enjoy our engagement and relax knowing that our wedding was in the very best hands and every detail would be handled. Cassie is so kind, full of great advice, organized, and with her strong connections to a million vendors in the area, I know we ended up with exactly the team we needed for our vision and budget. We received so many compliments from family and guests on how seamless and beautiful our day was, if there were any issues, we were oblivious. Thank goodness for Cassie and her team!! I had an absolute blast at my wedding -- and this was possible because Cassie ran the occasion to perfection! She was so easy to work with from the beginning: kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. She had all the answers to my questions because she is so familiar with the Austin wedding circuit. Cassie was also accessible and very responsive to all of my communication. Wedding planning was made easy and efficient with her around; what I thought would take me hours to figure out, she provided the answer in minutes (whether it was timeline, decor, makeup...you name it). Her planning materials provided all the guidance and organization we needed. Do yourself a favor and hire her so you can also have a seamless planning experience and a blast at your wedding!
Hailey is the best! Her guidance while planning our wedding was invaluable. We postponed twice due to the pandemic, and I don't know how we would have done that without Hailey's help. All of her recommendations were spot on and the day was gorgeous. Every detail was taken care of - leading up to and on our wedding day, I had nothing to do except relax and enjoy time with family and friends.

Cassie at Heavenly Day Events was by far hands down the best human, soul, and vendor ever!!! My husband and I are not from the area and decided on a venue in Dripping Springs. We initially hired Cassie for partial planning as I still wanted to be a hands on bride. From the moment I spoke to Cassie on the phone, I knew she was the wedding planner I wanted. Planning a wedding during covid was by far stressful! Throughout the process, we discovered that I was accepted into graduate school shortly thereafter I developed seizures. We notified Cassie immediately as I would need to be focusing on my health and she took over from there on out, no questions asked. She provided all the wonderful vendors she had worked with and we chose from them. We had to commute a few times from Houston to Austin for catering, cake testing, venue walk-through. One on of those trips, we ended up with a flat tire to view the venue. We immediately called Cassie and she picked us up from the hotel!!! We have never met someone so willing and understanding of what seemed to be a heinous journey for us. Cassie is a freaking godsend and a true gem of a wonderful soul. She communicated with all vendors and even had the daunting task of letting us know the night before the wedding that our photographer would not be able to make it due to a death in her immediate family and made sure we still had a photographer for our wedding. I truly don't know how she pulled it off but she did!! She created a seizure plan for us in case I needed a quick escape from everyone. From what I understand there were hiccups with shoes falling apart and she glued them back together. Cassie is prepared for literally everything that could possibly go wrong. Thank you Cassie from the bottom of our hearts. We are truly grateful for everything you did to make sure our day was beautiful and successful. We will recommend her to everyone and anyone we know!

My thesis on why you should choose HDE:
Cassie is a saint!!! She is so flexible, so responsive, and so ON IT! She has such a great reputation with all the wedding network and knows how to navigate it so smoothly. She was so kind throughout the whole process and made us feel so at ease.
We did the partial planning package, and was so happy with how everything turned out! The money spent on HDE's planning services is so worth it because it helped us stay on budget and feel less stressed.
Cassie also created a design board based on our likes that was better than we ever imagined! It was tasteful and elegant, and she has such an eye for things!
The time you save with Cassie's wonderful recommendations allowed us to not have to worry about spending hours of research. All of the vendors she recommended were phenomenal, and I felt like I had a dream team on our wedding day.
Cassie kept everyone informed so there were no questions on our wedding day. Everyone knew where to be and could simply enjoy themselves! I had guests requesting her to come do their weddings out-of-state! Heavenly Day is so aptly named because it is staffed with angels!!!
Heavenly Day Events was amazing! I highly recommend Cassie to help with your wedding. I was in over my head with this wedding, so Cassie made things SO much easier. She provided us with a preferred vendor list and all of her recommendations exceed my expectations. Also, she is extremely sweet, patient, and very organized. If anything went wrong the day of the wedding, I had no idea and had a stress free day.
If you're on the fence about full service planning or partial planning, I would do full service planning. I did partial planning and I regret not getting the full service. :)
Cassie was absolutely incredible. She put so much work into our timeline and wrangling in all our vendors into a streamlined format. She was so positive, open to all of our ideas, and responded so quickly to any question we had. I really don't know what we would have done without her. I didn't look at my phone once on the day and was not stressed at all knowing that she had everything under control.

As a Wedding photographer, I can recognize very quickly when a wedding planner is an amazing planner, and Cassie is definitely amazing! not only is she organized and on top of things but she's also so kind and friendly that you want her around, I highly recommend Heavenly day events!

One of the best decisions in planning our wedding was hiring Hailey and her team at Heavenly Day Events. We are first to admit that our wedding was not easy to plan - The great majority of our guests (and ourselves) were from out of state. (I had never been to Austin before.) We were having our wedding during the omicron surge. We had specific requests for our wedding day that were not traditional by any means. AND we had significant budget considerations for a medium-large wedding. BUT Hailey took all of these challenges in stride, and was able to create our DREAM wedding. And I'm being serious by admitting that there was MINIMAL work from my partner and myself.
There is an endless list of reasons why Hailey was the best, but one of the primary highlights in working with Hailey was her exhaustive network of vendors (and friends). Using our wedding vision, she suggested vendors who had never even come up on my instagram radar, and I loved every single vendor that she suggested.
Hailey was committed to our wedding from beginning to end, and relentlessly defended our vision even when there were hiccups (and there were many!). After our wedding, we got so many compliments from our guests (ie - "This wedding has ruined all future weddings for me"), but we realize that these compliments are really for Hailey and her team. We cannot imagine our day without them, so are incredibly thankful that we met them.
From beginning to end this company has proven to be the best investment you can make when planning your wedding. I was impressed from the very beginning. They made my life easier and we had the best day of our lives. Cassie and her team went above and beyond to make our day extra special! If you want to make your life easier you'll want to Hire Cassie, she is a true professional and I couldn't have gotten through my breakdowns without her.
Highly recommend Heavenly Day! I got introduced to Hailey when she was the planner for my best friend's wedding and never had a second thought about hiring her after that for my own wedding. She was so easy to communicate with and helped so much along the way. She really went above and beyond to make our day as seamless as possible - even when I gave her very little direction on some things. You definitely need a planner and you definitely need HDE!
When we first started planning our wedding, my (then) fiance and I weren't convinced that we needed a wedding planner as it seemed like a nice-to-have luxury and unnecessary expense. We ultimately decided to use Heavenly Day Events because we both work a lot and had limited bandwidth to dedicate to wedding planning. Could not feel better about this decision - working with Taylor was an absolute pleasure. Taylor is extremely creative and organized - she helped us build out a vision for the day, helped us stay on plan with the preparations, she managed all vendor recommendations and relationships, executed on the day of, and made us and our guests feel like her #1 priority. Taylor helped to accelerate our decision-making by providing direct recommendations, guidance, and feedback. The vendors that she sourced for us were all phenomenal. On the day of, she kept the show running smoothly so we were able to stay calm, in the moment, and have fun. Some parts of the wedding planning process were a little bumpy (Covid, staffing issues, inflation, etc) but Taylor shielded us as much as possible and was very solutions-oriented by always giving us multiple options and helping us understand the trade-offs. All of our guests were stunned with the wedding and complemented us all weekend on the decor, ceremony, music, food, venue - we would not have pulled it off without Taylor and HDE.
Cassie Morales was the best decision I made for our wedding team. She helped me through the worst case scenario of postponing our wedding due to the pandemic and made it so much better then it would have been. She was a great source of comfort and was constanly available to help in anything I needed. She is such a warm presence and is so kind that it made planning the wedding that much easier. I remember emailing her contantly with concerns on contacting vendors and postponing and she was always there to help. Whether that be to talk on the phone to discuss options or even just to talk me through my anxieties. I can't imagine how stressful all of that would have been without her and I am so thankful that I got to work with her. The wedding day itself went without any issues and I know that is because of all of her hard work. Seriously, if you are in need of a wedding coordinator, I can't stress how amazing she is.
We went into the wedding planning process wondering if we needed a wedding coordinator, and we came out of it wondering what we would have done without one. Hailey was a true professional and a huge asset during the whole planning process. The day of of wedding ran SO smoothly because of her and Michaela. We got to enjoy every moment of our special day solely because of the level of trust we had in them. Highly recommend Heavenly Day Events. Worth every penny!
I’m not even sure where to start when it comes to praising Cassie and Heavenly day events. She is hands down the most important and absolute ROCKSTAR vendor we booked. I know for a fact our wedding wouldn’t have been as perfect as it was without her by my side! We planned our wedding for May 2020 and we almost had it all done, I had also used a lot of my planning hours already since we were coming down to the wire. She even went to Whim and FaceTimed me to re pick out table set ups when I changed my mind about the plot scheme. Then it got postponed due to the pandemic. We postponed another time before we decided to get married Aug 2021. She was the one who got in touch with every vendor and working out postponements and new contracts and all the nitty gritty details. I put off wedding stuff for a while but once we got closer Cassie was AMAZING. She knew I was kind of over planning this thing over and over. We also had a baby in the year of postponing and she knew I was so busy. She was so incredible and just helped take over all of the replanning. I constantly emailed and texted her questions and she was always happy to help. She truly cares about her clients and always made us feel like our wedding was her #1 priority (even though I’m sure she worked on many weddings at once) She set up a long zoom meeting where we could go over all the details, she helped me make decisions for the wedding when we didn’t know what to do. One of our groomsmen in the industry even mentioned that she was top notch. She set up all our personal items (memory table, cake topper etc.) Day of was amazing! I was able to enjoy the wedding and know that everything was being taken care of by Cassie! She is so amazing at her job and I highly recommend her if you want a smoothly run, amazing wedding!
By far the best choice we made in putting together our vendor team was choosing Heavenly Day Events, and having Cassie as our planner. Wedding planning can be stressful in regular times, but throw an unprecedented pandemic in the mix and you’ve reached the highest level of stress and anxiety! Cassie was our steadfast rock through it all, helping us with not one but two reschedules for our wedding celebration, while also helping us put together a minimony with immediate family on our original wedding day. She truly went the extra mile with all this extra planning, taking care of every last detail and working effortlessly with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page with all of the changes. Cassie always made time for phone calls with us and was incredibly quick with email responses. She gave her listening ear freely, offered sage advice/recommendations, and was understanding and full of empathy as we navigated changes to our big days due to the pandemic. Cassie was kind enough to come assist at our minimony and worked with Peyton at our wedding celebration to keep the day flowing so that everyone could have a great time without worry. In the planning process and during days of, she was always five steps ahead, anticipating our needs and taking care of details we hadn’t even thought about! She is truly a seasoned pro in her field -- the best of the best! We are so thankful to Cassie, Peyton and Heavenly Day for all of their time, talents, and expertise in making our big days some of the best days of our lives!

Cassie is an absolute Rock Star!! She deserves 5000 gold stars, not just 5!! To say my fear in planning a wedding was overwhelming would be an understatement. Cassie made it easy and fun right from the start until the last person left the wedding venue. Because of Cassie, we never felt any stress or worry. Every vendor referral Cassie made was fabulous and a perfect fit for us. She kept us on track with her extensive list. I started the process with a detailed notebook of every category friends has said I would need. I very quickly realized I had the perfect planner when never added anything to my notebook and shortly but it away. She was always calm and just handled everything. Cassie was always available and easy to reach. I will always think fondly of Cassie for creating the perfect, stress free, beautiful and fun wedding for our daughter. I honestly could not give a person a stronger recommendation that I give to Cassie!!
We got SO lucky to work with Cassie from Heavenly Day Events. She was absolutely amazing and made our lives so easy!! We were very intimidated by the whole wedding planning process, and she made things very simple. Starting with a very extensive list of all the items that need to be completed for the wedding and when we should have them completed by...I lived and died by this list!!! I am a "list" girl, and it was so awesome to have everything laid out for me like that. Cassie helped us find all of our vendors (florist, photographer, band, cake lady, etc), and all of the vendors she suggested did a fantastic job!! Cassie was great about responding to us quickly, making sure everything was done on time, and (most importantly) that we didn't forget anything. The day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly and it was just perfect! She made sure we were relaxed and comfortable the whole time. It was the most perfect day, and we owe all of it to Cassie for making sure it was exactly how we wanted it. We love Cassie!!!
We had the pleasure of working with Cassie for our micro wedding. Due to Covid, we completely changed our plans and Cassie played a large role in putting together the most wonderful, intimate wedding for us in about three months time. She promptly answered each of our questions and concerns and made our wedding planning process VERY easy for us. Having her there on our wedding day made everything run so smoothly, and all guests could simply enjoy themselves because everything was already taken care of!
SOO HAPPY we chose Heavenly day events as our planners. A lot of friends told us how crazy wedding planning can be so we decided to have a planner right off the back given our busy schedules. Our initial planner, Nicole was a godsend and took care of every little detail. She was there for us through the whole COVID disaster TWO MONTHS before our wedding and was very supportive when we decided to postpone our wedding. She reached out to all our vendors and smoothly coordinated transition to our new date. We then worked with Taylor, as Nicole was not available on our new date. Of course I was worried but Taylor was so AMAZING, so kind, so sweet. The transition was so smooth, Taylor picked up right where Nicole left off. She also helped us transition our wedding from spring to fall and omg the final result was absolutely beautiful. The whole process was so stress free and wonderful. The wedding was a total dream, everything went by so smoothly. Taylor made sure Nick and I had time to enjoy our wedding and were well taken care of. She defiantly went above and beyond to give us the wedding of our dreams.
Hailey at Heavenly Day Events was our saving grace over the past year for our downtown Austin, TX, wedding. Due to Covid-19 we had to deal with postponements, multiple venue changes, and a slew of several other complications and restrictions along the way. Hailey stuck with us until the end and made sure the weekend turned out perfectly despite it all.
Though she was a "day of" coordinator, the second we hired her on she was a huge asset. She was most helpful when it came to timelines, but her advice along the way was invaluable. I am a very Type A bride, and she was great at helping bring the vision we already had worked to establish to life! We live in NYC and it was super easy to coordinate with her from afar over texts, emails, and calls. On the day of, she was a calming force and kept things in line and moving so that everything was executed perfectly. Can't say enough good things about Hailey, Taylor, and Heavenly Day!
This is a long overdue but SO well-deserved review. I knew from the minute I first spoke to Amber on the phone that'd she'd be able to navigate us through our wedding and all the planning from day 1. What I didn't know at the time was how well she'd be able to manage all the crazies we had laying low waiting to explode on our wedding day (my in-laws)... There aren't any nice words to describe my in-laws so I won't comment much there... but Amber handled all of their disastrous, deplorable actions with grace and respect. To put it simply, she kept these monsters from ruining our wedding, and for that my husband and I are eternally grateful. PLUS, she handled all of them WHILE logistically executing our actual wedding. She is a saint, a warrior and the best planner in town. If you want the comfort of trusting in a someone to help you plan and execute your wedding - look no further. She has built an incredible network of vendors and has so much experience and knowledge. I can't speak for her team personally, but if they work for Amber they've got to be just as amazing. If we ever did this all over again (ideally without my crazy in-laws...)- we'd 100% choose Amber over and over again.
Nicole was so helpful. We had some crazy twists and turns in our planning process and Nicole was there to help make sure our day went smooth. We loved getting to plan our dream wedding with her! She made sure we didn't miss anything and made our day perfect!
To say that working with Heavenly Day Events is amazing is an understatement. As a wedding photographer, I always recommend to my couples to hire a wedding planner. The ladies from HDE are definitely on my list of the planners that I LOVE to work with. They are not only organized, professional and experienced, but they are also so kind and genuine. They will make your dream wedding become a reality. Please do yourself a favor and hire them to coordinate your wedding.
Wow, I cannot speak highly enough about the team at HDE! I worked with Taylor closely throughout the event planning process and was repeatedly impressed with her vision, details, and organization. Oh and this was all while she was planning major events for SXSW so props to her for being there for her clients throughout her super busy season.
These things were all very important but at the end of the day what matters most is the end result and I dare say Taylor planned and designed the most beautiful outdoor ceremony set up I may have ever seen. I am talking drop-dead gorgeous, magazine cover-worthy. When she sent over her ideas I knew it was going to be beautiful but how it turned out in person was truly breathtaking. I couldn't be happier.
Through the process, I also got to work with Cassie who was just as wonderful! This is a team you can trust and know whoever the point person is you are going to be taken care of and have a stunning event.
Hailey is the bomb!!! From our initial phone consultation to the wedding day and beyond, she helped us immensely. She answered every single question that we had from February to December, nudged us along in our planning when we needed it, and helped to provide us with the best day of our lives! Everyone was blown away by how easily our wedding flowed and that was mostly due to Hailey's coordination! Look no further if you need a great planner to ensure a stress-free wedding day :)

We absolutely could not have done our daughter's wedding without Hailey Nichols & Heavenly Day Events. Hailey was our "Month-Of" coordinator & picked up the event 30 days out. She was attentive to all the details, thought of all the things we didn't and even gave advice in the months before as we worked through lots of plans. Hailey & her assistant, Taylor, did the most professional job at the wedding. They allowed me (the Mother of the Bride) to be a guest, I didn't lift a finger. Most importantly, Hailey & Taylor picked up all of the "balls dropped" by our caterer at the wedding. And did it all with sweet smiles on their faces and gracious attitudes in their hearts.
There is no review that could do justice to Amber and her team. We consider ourselves so lucky and blessed that we were able to find her and that she was willing to work with us. There is just no way our wedding weekend could have gone so smoothly and have been so much fun without her. Miller Lite is the best beer, the Boise State Broncos are the best football team, and Amber is the best wedding planner. Way it is.
We originally called Amber saying that we needed somebody to plan a wedding in 7 months, for 500 invites, most from states up North, in Texas, in June, in 2000 degree heat, and that we had no idea what the heck we were doing. Some wedding planners we had talked to before told us that it just was not going happen, or that it was going be damn near impossible. When we asked Amber if she could do it, it was like we asked her if she could drink a frozen rose and enjoy a free week in Bali. We knew after talking to Amber for two minutes that we were in good hands and that she was going to make it work.
I think Amber works for the CIA. She knew the ins and outs of every single wedding vendor in the area, all of their strengths and weaknesses, and had worked with pretty much all of the popular ones. We had so much faith in her that we considered letting her just decide for us. She was always very respectful of our budget, making both expensive and more cost-effective recommendations for everything. She was even willing to meet the vendors for us if my wife and I couldn't make it to an appointment.
Amber brought to out attention and handled all of the little details that, I don't care who you think you are, just don't occur to regular folks during wedding planning. Safe places to store bags and purses at the venue, the venue's possible security guard requirements, how to get the items to the venue the morning of, how in tarnation to get the gifts and cards home the night after the festivities when most of your friends can't even stand up straight , baby sitter options, and tons more.
If you recall, we planned our wedding for June in Texas. Also, our reception started at like 3:00pm. It's hot in June in Texas at 3:00pm. Much of the venue that we decided on was outside. We really wanted people to be outside enjoying the ranch, but knew that the heat might get the better of them. Amber helped us out so much with tent rentals, AC units, fans, and making sure that there was plenty of opportunity for folks sit in the shade during the day and night. Luckily, we had a nice breeze all day, but it was such a relief knowing that no matter the weather, Amber had pulled all the stops to keep our guests comfortable, cool, and pleasant to be around.
Of course, all of the typical Harrison wedding incidents did occur during our reception. A sizeable group of loud uncles from the Northeast started yelling about where the playing cards went, my little sister had too much to drink, some folks got cut off from the bar before 9:00pm, one of my firefighter buddies was found by security passed out in a bush at the end of the night, the bathroom was up to the ceiling in girls trying to fix my wife's dress for about an hour, I lost my sunglasses, and my Dad called my wife by the wrong name during his speech. None of this falls on Amber, however. We are still being told by friends and family how amazing and fun and special our wedding weekend was, and thats all thanks to Heavenly Day Events.

I am not even sure how to come up with the appropriate words to describe how incredible Cassie & the whole Heavenly Day Events team is. As someone who's worked in event planning before, I was very confident that I didn't need to hire a coordinator for my own wedding, but I am forever grateful that my mom convinced me otherwise. Hiring Cassie was the BEST decision I made (besides saying yes to my now husband) throughout the whole wedding planning process, especially because I was planning an Austin wedding from Dallas. She truly went above and beyond in every single aspect of her job, and it was the biggest relief to have her communicating with all of our vendors the month of the wedding. I knew Cassie & Taylor had everything taken care of, so my wedding day was 100% stress free. My biggest fear when it came to my wedding day was that it would rain. When I started checking the weather a month and a half before my wedding date, Cassie (very nicely) told me to stop because I would only drive myself crazy by doing that, and she was right! Turns out, it did end up raining on my wedding day, but I had ZERO clue that it had rained until Cassie came up to the bridal suite and told me that the "light sprinkle" was passing and that they would make sure to wipe down the chairs/tables before guests arrived. Cassie is the absolute best, and working with her felt more like working with a great friend instead of another vendor. I only wish I could plan another event in Austin so that I could work with her again!
We hired Cassie to be our wedding coordinator for our May 2019 Barr Mansion wedding. Hiring Cassie was my first and best wedding planning decision. While the benefits of hiring a wedding coordinator (and Cassie in particular) are many, the single biggest reason for doing so is for peace of mind. Friends who had previously planned weddings had highly recommended I hire a wedding coordinator, and the fact that I was planning an Austin wedding from Dallas solidified the decision. I had spoken to other coordinators, one of whom had made me feel bad about my budget, so when I first spoke to Cassie, I was feeling nervous and down. Within the first five minutes, I knew she was “the one” (which is more than I can say about my now husband!). Throughout the call, and the entire wedding planning process, Cassie listened to my questions and concerns, suggested thoughtful ideas and solutions, and never once judged me. She also anticipated things that would not have occurred to me, and made sure I always stayed on track. She always responded in a timely (and cheery) manner, which was important to me. It is not an overstatement to say that I remained (mostly) calm throughout the entire process because I knew that Cassie was on top of every detail. This was especially welcome on my wedding day, when (what would have been) my beautiful outdoor wedding had to be moved indoors because of heavy rain. At no point did I panic, because I knew that Cassie (and Nicole!) would handle it superbly, which they did. I was able to enjoy the day instead of worrying about the details. I gained a friend in the process, and my only regret is that I don’t live in Austin so I can see Cassie more often!
WOW. It is my honor and pleasure to recommend Heavenly Day Events. Amber was our lead-planner, counselor, friend, and leader. She led the way from day 1 and made the process of planning a wedding, navigating family-dynamics, vendor agreements, x-y-and-z a breeze. We had complete faith and trust in Amber and the HDE team.
We also used Amber as a pre-marital counselor through her training with SYMBIS and we would highly recommend this! Amber was a wonderful facilitator, and allowed Josh and I to have some much-needed conversations. When we woke up on our wedding day, we had a tornado warning and torrential rain; not once did we worry or stress, because we knew Amber was on our team. Amber was in constant communication with all of our vendors, and with Josh and I, and because of that, it allowed us to still enjoy every single minute of our day.
We found out that our post-wedding transportation cancelled last minute (they were not arranged or recommended by HDE), and Amber personally drove us to our hotel in Nicole's white Porsche - major wedding highlight!!! This is the epitome of service and hospitality, and Josh and I were in disbelief that we were lucky enough to have y'all.
We are so grateful for Amber and Nicole for handling our wedding day with grace and professionalism; we are so happy that y'all were there for us, we could not have done it without you!

We hired Hailey from Heavenly Day Events to coordinate our wedding and out of all of the purchases we made and vendors we hired for our wedding, this was the best decision of all! During our engagement, Hailey was there to provide vendor recommendations, wise advice, and just general moral support whenever we needed her. As a professional producer, I thought planning a wedding would be a breeze and I may not need the help... but boy was I wrong. I worked with Amber throughout the entire process of our planning and she kept me on track, focused and stress free. Her recommended vendors kept me on budget with great results. I took her recommendations for florist and band and got complimented all night over them both. Her organization and attention to detail made me at ease on our wedding day - I didn't have to worry about anything but showing up! Amber was our planner from HDE and we could not be happier with how everything turned out! From the first phone call with Amber to post wedding emails and texts I felt so comfortable and confident with Amber and her team. She was so flexible and patient as things changed, and during the month leading up to the wedding I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders as she took over. They were super organized, communicated well, professional, and overall were very pleasant to work with. You could really tell they had the best interest of the bride and groom in mind, and were extremely attentive to their needs. Cassie completely took us on from the beginning and not once did she make me feel stressed out, rushed or that what we wanted for our big day couldn't be executed because of our short timeline. They were both so helpful in making sure that my husband and I were doing okay and that we had everything we needed and it's those personal touches that I will always remember. Amber is just a super human!!!! I'm convinced you will not find another planner who invests themselves into your wedding day as much as she will. I personally really enjoyed parts of the planning process, and wanted to do as much as I could on my own, but I am still blown away at some of the things Amber brought to my attention, suggested, caught and sorted out. Amber and her team were amazing from start to finish. During my wife and I's fifteen month engagement, Amber was responsive to all of my wife's emails, even when I often took a back site in the planning process. No detail was too small to be given Amber's full attention and consideration. The wedding planning process can be stressful and its often easy to lose site of what you are preparing for. Amber made sure that we not only enjoyed participating in the planning stages, but also that our wedding day was more than we had hoped for. When it rained on the day of our out of town, outdoor wedding, Amber and her team were in town early to make sure that our guests and wedding party were focused on the importance of the occasion and not the weather. Amber's team really expected the unexpected. She made sure that the venue and vendors were prepared to adapt to the weather. She scrambled for the extra accommodations that the rain made necessary. We couldn't have been happier with the results and my wife and I often joke about how, in hindsight, were glad that it rained because it forced all of our guests to be closer together and it gave us an unforgettable story. I have never been in so much stress in my life. My first planner at Heavenly Day Events was very sweet and great to work with, however she QUIT the company half way through my engagement. I was then stuck with a very YOUNG and by YOUNG I mean 18 year old planner that is the owner's niece. I was caused nothing but stress the entire time working with this company and now have to find another one in 50 short days and start from scratch.
Amber is the cream of the crop when it comes to wedding planners! She is your non stop advocate when it comes to coordinating with vendors and planning out logistics. She gave honest, candid and reasonable advice throughout the entire process and she is always there to lend an ear. Amber is super responsive, very organized (not even kidding weeks out from the wedding and i didn't feel stressed because I knew Amber had it on lock down) OH, and did I mention she is FUN?! I could not have asked for a better wedding planner. On the day of my wedding she went above and beyond even recruiting her husband as an extra hand because it was POURING rain on my wedding day and in my huge dress we needed a secure way to get me down to the chapel - thank you again, John!
My favorite part about Amber though is she not only cares about making the wedding the best night of your life but she cares about you and your future marriage, and is a fresh reminder about what this process is all about because believe me you can certainly lose sight along the way. As a bride who just wanted to have a fun day, I couldn't imagine my wedding without Amber! I felt incredibly happy on the day of my wedding and a big part of that was because I knew I had Amber on my side and I had nothing to worry about, I left it all in her hands. The BEST thing she did for us happened less than 2 hours before our wedding ceremony. My husband realized he hadn't printed his vows for our officiant. Oops. I don't think he contacted Amber at all throughout the entire process, but he emailed her. She responded immediately and solved the problem instantly. She found a place to print them and got them to our officiant without involving anyone else. WHEW! I didn't even know that happened until a few weeks after the wedding when my new husband confessed. haha Thank God for Amber!!!!

Amber was AMAZING! I would highly recommend her to any bride looking for a wedding coordinator. Throughout the planning process, she was responsive and efficient. On the day of the wedding she seamlessly managed several crises that arose (including a ceremony music mishap and major guest transportation issue...both of which were quickly resolved thanks to Amber!) In addition to being an excellent wedding planner, I personally enjoyed working with her (and wish I had an excuse to stay in contact!) All around, Amber enhanced not only the wedding planning process, but my and my husband's wedding day experience.

I cannot say enough kind words about Sierra and all she did for me throughout the wedding planning process. She dealt constantly with my crazy work travel schedule, OCD tendencies and general freakouts about the day that I tried to summarize in emails. She kept me on track to be sure that I wasn't forgetting any important details and was completely aware of what needed to be done by specific times. Our wedding was perfect. I have no doubt (and my mother and sister told me) that there were issues that popped up that I never even knew about. The the people I have to thank for that are the coordinators that were involved in our day. My husband and I both felt at ease the entire day that everything was being taken care of and we were not let down. I have no doubt that Sierra can handle anything that arises and does it flawlessly and with a smile on her face. Sierra was very organized and detail oriented which is a huge plus for me as someone who panics over details. The best explanation of what she did for us that day is that my bridesmaids all came up to me asking how on earth I had thought of everything. When I told them that I didn't but Sierra did, they were so impressed. From what my mother and sister told me, she was everywhere she needed to be to ensure everything ran smoothly and according to plan. Thank you for making the day exactly as we had pictured! We can't thank you enough for allowing us to enjoy our family and friends while everything was running according to plan!
