Heidi's Catering was incredible. The staff was so professional and knowledgeable. Our tasting was such a great experience, and the food was exceptional. Usually, wedding buffet food is decent, but I honestly received so many compliments on our food. Our guests loved it, and so did we. The catering staff was so kind and took such great care of the Groom and me throughout the night. I wish they would bottle their salad dressing because that stuff is magic.

Food was outstanding!! Everyone was so helpful and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. I also rented beautiful tables that made the aesthetic exactly what I wanted. And there wasn’t a trace of food left on the dessert bar so it was such a hit! Highly recommend!

Heidi’s delivered! Megan kept us informed every step of the way, we had changes throughout and she was very flexible and accommodating to our needs. The food was delicious, we ended up doing our cake through them too! The staff was friendly and efficient, we couldn’t have asked for more! Everything turned out great, delicious and beautiful. Everyone at Heidi’s was helpful and knowledgeable. Food was delicious and all our guests raved about the food and service. Not sure if this included in all options but they had a special server that take care of the bride and groom. They brought us our food and kept our drinks coming throughout the reception. It was an awesome touch as I have heard horror stories about the bride/groom being unable to enjoy their food.

Their team was excellent from our first meeting to our wedding day. Everyone truly made our wedding planning experience virtually stress free! Heidi’s Catering was the perfect choice for our wedding! The food was delicious (our guests continue to rave at how good the food was) and they were so great to work with. As we were getting started with our meal choices, they did a good job listening to what we wanted. During the tasting, we got to try a variety of foods, all amazing. My husband loved the food so much he had a hard time choosing what he liked best! The event staff was on top of all catering needs and everyone was very pleasant to interact with. They did a great job helping set up and get everyone their correct meals. Thank you for keeping us all fed with such wonderful food delivered by an excellent staff. A+ for Heidi’s Catering!

We had an AMAZING experience with Heidi's! I'm vegan, my husband is basically vegetarian, and we had multiple guests with similar dietary needs, AND we planned our wedding from out of state - the team at Heidi's (especially Jillian!!) was always so accommodating and professional in terms of setting up phone calls when we couldn't meet in person and making sure that there was plenty of items in our buffet menu that vegans and vegetarians could eat, while also providing great dishes for our meat-eaters too! I love how flexible and customizable the entire menu creation process was, and we couldn't have been happier with the food! Our guests kept complimenting the food throughout the night, and the service was phenomenal!! My husband and I didn't even need to go through the buffet line to get our food - when it was time for dinner, we had our plates in front of us with exactly what we wanted. And during cocktail hour when we were busy taking photos, I offhandedly mentioned to someone that I wish I could get my hands on another tomato bruschetta, and before I knew it one of the team members was waiting behind our photographer with an entire plate of bruschetta. Very sweet and attentive, and they made sure my husband and I actually ate on our wedding day! The team also packed up leftovers for us to enjoy back at our hotel after the wedding, which was SO appreciated. After dancing all night, it was great to enjoy leftovers in bed. Heidi's team went above and beyond and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We are SO happy we hired Heidi’s Catering. The communication was solid and coming from out of state, this was so important! Then get to the actual wedding and WOW. The food was incredible. Everything was hot and tasty. They made sure to pack up some left overs for us to take with us as well. So thoughtful. We didn’t go the traditional cake route and instead had pies and ice cream through Heidi’s as well. It was a big hit. They made sure we had one to cut for pictures and then they cut the rest of the pies and got them out to our guests at lightning speed. Overall great team. You all rocked it out. Thank you!

We used Heidi's for our wedding. It was a great experience. *Communication they are very communitive. We email back and forth a lot for planning, also had phone and in-person appointment for wedding detail planning. *Food omg, food is amazing. *Service there are total 4 persons for the wedding, each one multi-tasks. They are very professional and friendly, and good-looking lol *wedding day They make everything go very smoothly. We didnt have to worry about much. They took care of everything. They even saved some left over for us for after the wedding which is super nice. *cons 1. they miss-placed one dish. we ordered a vegetarian curry but got salmon instead. Still tasty tho. 2. We asked not to save the top-tier of the cake, but they did it anw. Overall, high recommended.

I worked with Marissa and she was more than I could’ve asked for! She thought of the small details that I lost track of, and made sure to stay in touch with me throughout the entire planning process. The day of our wedding they were very attentive and the food was delicious! I would absolutely choose Heidi’s for any of our future events

Heidi's Events and Catering did our post-wedding brunch and it was a relief to hand over all of the food prep and serving to them. From the first inquiry with the company to the after-event follow-up call, everything went smoothly. Their website is very thorough. Every and anything you can image is possible. Heidi's team arrived on time and they were great. The food was delicious. They took care of clean up and packing up of the extra food.

Our food dreams were brought to life by the staff at Heidi's Events and Catering! We are foodies, so naturally, we wanted a large spread of our favorites! Jillian and Marissa at Heidi's helped us choose, organize, taste and finalize our amazing menu! They even had amazing decor that allowed for the tables to fit right into our vision! Our head chef for the night, Jesse, made it a point to check in with us and was such a pleasure to work with! The wait staff was so observant and made sure we were taken care of all night long! They even made it a point to come out to us as we were taking photographs to check with us and our other vendors to see if we needed anything. I cannot say enough about everyone we worked with at Heidi's!

Jillian was the BEST to work with in regards to planning. Her attention to detail ensures you wont miss a thing when it comes to catering for your event. She was so helpful throughout the entire process and produced a beautiful event for us! We have used Heidi's catering for years for several different events and will use them again in the future!

Heidi's Events and Catering Venue was definitely the ideal place for our wedding ceremony and reception. The ambiance was very romantic and beautiful, and the facility fit our needs perfectly. The ceremony was magical, and I couldn’t have pulled this wedding off during COVID without Jillian Zeeb, Tonya Schmit, Adam Ziminsky, Shelbie Hess and the rest of the dedicated staff members. Jillian was awesome to work with going above and beyond ensuring all of our dreams were realized while coming up with awesome suggestions (that also helped with our budget). Her attention to detail was something that would inspire military generals! Jillian also took it upon herself to arrange our flowers and decorations just the way I envisioned. The food presentation was exquisite, thanks to Adam! The comments we received from our guests was that they felt as if they just dinned at a 5-Star restaurant and a wedding happened to break out! The staff servers were attentive to all the guests needs with the service being top notch. I strongly recommend Heidi's Events and Catering to cater your next event or wedding!

Heidi’s catered our wedding a couple of weeks ago at Bella Rose Estate and they were amazing! We were very impressed with Jillian, the coordinator, from the first meeting and all the way through to the final planning meeting. She was warm and knowledgeable and helped guide us through the planning process. We had a big wedding (190) but the team worked well to get everyone fed on the day of and we had plenty of food! And the food was AMAZING! We had so many compliments on the dinner! We had a buffet style with the spiced pork shoulder and the fish cakes. They also accommodated our list of gluten free and Vegan guests with a plated, stuffed poblano pepper. I would highly recommend Heidi’s

We loved working with Heidi's on our wedding! They came as part of an all inclusive package with Boojum Tree, and we are so grateful to have had them! All through the planning process Jillian was always prompt with answering our MANY questions and we loved being able to go to a complimentary tasting. They have such a huge variety of options and upgrades for all tastes/diets/desires. We got tons of compliments on all the food - from the passed apps during cocktail hour all the way through dinner. We were also so thankful for the upgrades they offer - we got chargers and colored water goblets through them and they added that special note of personality we were looking for.

I cannot recommend Heidi’s Events and Catering enough! They catered my wedding in April 2019. The dinner, appetizers, and desserts were just fantastic!! Included with our catering package was a tasting for two, it was such a sweet date night, and we left stuffed! We worked with Jillian and she is just amazing!

Heidi’s doesn’t have the best reviews on here. With that being said, for my wedding they blew it out of the park. The food was phenomenal, the wait staff was friendly and attentive the entire night. I couldn’t have asked for things to go better with the catering. No one was left wanting for anything. They made sure to bring us appetizers during the cocktail hour while we did photos and at dinner they made us plates first so we could eat. Sometimes communication was tricky by email but in the end everything was perfect.

From Mother of the Bride - Heidi and her staff played a major role in the great success of our daughter's wedding. They performed extremely well considering the number of details we incorporated into the evening. We had 160 guests at an art gallery, so everything had to be brought in and set up/torn down. Michaela was onsite and took care of so many details, and since Heidi couldn't be there she actually face-timed throughout the evening to make sure it all ran smoothly. That's great customer service! I was able to not worry about all the details and really enjoy the time getting to know our new family.

We had so many people tell us how amazing the food tasted at our wedding! We had a vegetarian wedding and Heidi's Events were super accommodating and had lots of ideas for us. The stuffed peppers, baked cauliflower mac and cheese, southwest caesar salad, black beans and vegetables, and the guacamole and cheese chip stand were incredible!

Heidi's Events and Catering catered our wedding and we were so delighted with the service we received. Working with Lisa was a pleasure as well as the rest of the team. We have received a lot of positive feedback and everyone agrees the food and service was excellent.

Heidi's catered our wedding a few weeks ago and we had the best experience with this company. We worked with Jillian to create a menu everyone would love and we were able to customize the bride and groom meal to be exactly what we wanted. On the day of, we had someone to make sure we always had food or a drink throughout the night when we needed it, like during wedding photos!

We liked Heidi's for the wide variety of cuisines they offered. The tasting was amazing, we stuffed ourselves with the different selections that Heidi's offered. We got to work with Jillian and she was very responsive. We had gone to the tasting 6 months before the wedding. By the time wedding rolled around, we made the menu selections. We had chosen off their fall/winter menu since we had done our tasting so early. Jillian luckily worked with us and was able to get most of our selections in and made recommendations for what wasn't available for the spring. The food was all fantastic. We had chicken piccata, carved tri-tip station, potatoes au gratin, roasted vegetables, and salad. It was buffet style. The serving staff was super attentive and the banquet manager checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we got enough food. Everyone loved the food.

Jillian did a great job with helping to walking us through the process and was flexible when we had some last minute additions. The staff at the wedding was amazing! We had a "private butler" for the head table and he was very much on top of everything! We also had a guest with a peanut allergy and the server went out of her way to ensure that our guest was given a dessert that she was able to eat! Everyone did a lovely job and the chicken marsala and garlic mashed potatoes were very good!

Heidi and her team were so fantastic! We were late to the game picking a caterer, about 2 months before the event, but Heidi assured us everything would be just fine. She was so right, the food was really good and a lot of our guests commented so. My favorite was the guacamole bar and the pork shoulder entree. Both items were brought to us by a dedicated staff member who would even bring us drinks and apps while we were taking pictures. I wish I remembered his name because he was great! On top of the great food and service, we rented linens, ceremony chairs, chargers, etc from Heidi and they all looked fantastic. Heidi’s was a great choice for wedding caterering and I would definitely think of her for future events.

Overall, we are so very pleased with the service, quality of food, and set-up/presentation of our wedding. Special thanks to Heidi for stopping by to say hello that evening. It meant the world to us! When I arrived that afternoon, Dana was the first individual out of our many vendors whom I encountered, and she and I chatted briefly after she immediately offered me a water, as I'm sure I looked like a crazy, hot, dehydrated and frantic bride. After photos, the ceremony, and even more photos, Laura was right by mine and the groom's side and ready to grab us drinks. In a flash, she was back with a glass of wine and a beer for us. Throughout the rest of the evening, Laura was popping up to offer us hors d'oeuvres, drinks/water and anything else our little hearts may have desired. Additionally, we were well aware of Dana's buzzing around, constantly keeping eyes on the many happenings and all of our guests - it was extremely evident how she stayed on top of literally everything that evening. The food was fabulous and we overheard many compliments from our guests about the tasty bacon-wrapped brats and chicken flatbread. We weren't expecting to be able to grab any ourselves (thanks to Laura, we did--and they were soooo tasty!) but we were so reassured and pleased with the great feedback from our friends and family. Dinner was lovely--the veggies were warm and flavorful without getting soggy, the beef bourignon and chicken both tender without being fatty or dried out, respectively. We can only imagine how challenging it is to cook enough food to feed 100+ people while maintaining quality, and you all pulled it off flawlessly. If we had one gripe, it would have been that it took quite a while to get everyone their dinner. Keep in mind, we are well aware that the line can only move as quickly as the slowest person :). Me being the neurotic individual that I am, I noticed that our last guest table (which would have been table 11) took about 45 minutes to get their food. We were both more comfortable remembering that our loved ones got some quick bites during cocktail hour, and our nerves were calmed. But we did want to provide at least one piece of constructive feedback amidst our otherwise unending thanks and lovely impression of your staff and your food that evening.

Heidi’s food was great! The staff was friendly. Heidi was instrumental in the planning process. We were disappointed with the overall service. We did not have a person dedicated to us in getting us drinks and such as we were insured would be the case during the planning process. The staff packaged up food for us but it was given to our coordinator at the end of the night after we had left. Also we were late getting out of the venue in part because the staff did not start to package up the food and cleanup unused areas until after the party had ended.

Heidi's Events and Catering did a wonderful job for our wedding in Chandler. They were so attentive to all of our needs. This included our taste in food to even our budget. The staff was super polite and professional. They treated our guests like kings and queens. Our guests raved about how excellent the food and service was. We had a last minute add to our menu of a pasta station that was executed flawlessly. I will always recommend Heidi's Events and Catering to anyone I know. Thanks for making our special day perfect!

From the first moment we met Heidi, we knew that our special day would be just that. Our Special Day!! From the initial planning, on site visit, to finalization Heidi was so helpful. She really had an answer for any concern we had. We had some thoughts on what we wanted and she helped guide us to achieve those results. From invitations, center pieces, to tables and chairs. They have everything! Heidi's Events was our one stop shop. She even had an excellent suggestion for a Blues band to play at the reception. We didn't think we had enough room for all our guests and She suggested all passed Hors D Ouerves and Short plates. They set up a kitchen in our garage and everything was really Delicious. The Chef Matt was great. I can't say enough about the attentive staff. They seemed to be a step ahead of all the happenings of the evening. So hats off to Heidi's Events, for making "Our Special Day" a day to remember.

Heidi's Events and Catering did a fabulous job. Her creative ideas for food and decor separates her from all the many other caterers I have experienced. She and her staff are most attentive to details and makes you feel special. I would recommend without hesitation her Executive chef. I was so pleased with her well trained staff. They were always available and I liked that they followed through with with our needs before we even needed to ask. I would rate Heidi's Events and Catering a truly 5 Star.

WOW WOW WOW!! Heidi's catered our September 30th wedding, and I cannot say enough positive things about them. My husband and I worked with Jillian and she was absolutely amazing with the whole planning process. She made perfect suggestions and answered all the questions and ideas we had. The guests are still raving about the delicious chicken picatta and beef brisket. Plus, the staff was AMAZING! On the night of my wedding, my husband and I were WELL taken care of by one staff member. She made sure we always had a drink in our hand and that we were able to eat. I would 100% recommend Heidi's to anyone and everyone!

My wedding was in Sedona at a Bed and Breakfast - gorgeous place! But we had to bring in everything on our own...which can sound a bit scary. Heidi's Events and Catering made everything just perfect. I was able to get everything from them (tent, tables, linens, floral, tableware, DELICIOUS food, bartenders, servers, etc.!), which made everything so easy. The reception came together more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. My guests are still talking about how amazing the dinner and service was and just how great of a party we had. I have a huge thanks to Heidi's Events for that!! I wouldn't have changed one thing...it truly was an amazing experience!

A huge thank you to Heidi's Catering for providing dinner for our 90 wedding guests! The process was so easy- we only had one tasting before making our selections. Jillian responded to every email and was so friendly and knowledgeable. The short ribs were a hit and we had guests go up for seconds! They even let us take home the left overs :) The staff was amazing and so polite. We will definitely be using Heidi's again in the future!

Working with Heidi was great, and all our guests raved about the food. I’d definitely recommend booking them for any large-scale event; the tri-tip steak and herb-roasted chicken were huge hits.

Our recent wedding was catered by Heidi's. We loved working with Jillian, who truly helped our vision to come true in organizing appetizers and food stations instead of a traditional seated dinner. We had to commit to our date/deposit before the tasting, which struck me as odd, but thankfully we were pleased enough with the tasting. Since we had food stations, we weren't able to taste the options we had selected at the tasting, but sampled enough of the plated dinners and appetizers to decide what we thought would work out well. Jillian was very responsive and easy to work with throughout this process; our numbers kept changing and some of our requests fluctuated (adding linens, coffee, etc.) and she continued to send us updated quotes. On the day-of, not everything went as planned. Unfortunately Jillian wasn't at the event, though the staff present were very nice and attentive. Since I wasn't in a white gown, it took about an hour before the catering staff figured out who my husband and I were, so we didn't start off with the personalized butler service promised (though they definitely tried to make up for it throughout the event and boxed up some of the meats for us to take home, since we barely ate!). We were told that the catering staff would take care of our decorations beginning at 3pm, but when my family and I arrived at 4:15 (for a 5:00 start!), ALL of our items were still in boxes in storage. My family and I rushed around to place centerpieces and other decorations around the venue. Some of the food stations weren't in the correct locations, which was disappointing and definitely negatively affected the traffic/flow that we had planned. The peach gazpacho that I was super excited for (and had loved at the tasting) instead tasted like bottled caesar dressing, and a couple other items were not as expected. Positives were that our guests LOVED the short ribs at the Korean BBQ station, and definitely appreciated having a wide variety of culinary options and strawberry shortcake for dessert. If we were to do it again, I'd definitely consider using them but would want to be sure that our plans were followed a little more carefully. As the person who planned the wedding, I am likely the only person who knows that the reality didn't match what was planned; our guests had a great time and are still talking about the short rib, so all in all a success.

We had no choice to go with Heidi’s because it was in our package from our venue. I was worried after reading reviews that it was going to be a bad experience. But it was the opposite. We had a plated dinner and passed hors d’oeuvres in our package from our venue. We had Heidi’s provide our wedding pie (instead of cake), a hot chocolate and coffee bar, and late night snacks. All our food was absolutely delicious the wait staff were polite and tended to our needs perfectly. They made sure that my husband and I got the hors d’oeuvres during our sweetheart photos and also made sure that we got the passed late night snack. The pie table was beautiful and the pies were delicious, I crave our strawberry rhubarb pie. Our hot chocolate and coffee bar was decorated beautifully and was a big hit! Some of our guests commented that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Jillian responded to all of my emails and answered all my questions. She was there on my wedding day to set up our displays and everything looked great. We had a great experience working with these caterers on our wedding day.

Service was amazing, the staff was so friendly, professional and accommodating. Food was fabulous, from the appetizers to the main course everyone enjoyed it and we had so many guests come up to us raving about the food and how it was the best they have ever had at a wedding. We were afraid with having 150 guests and having plated meals that the food may get cold before guests received their meal, but that wasn't an issue at all. I definitely recommend Heidi's catering, they have so many options to choose from, you can't go wrong.

We recently had our wedding at a venue in Sedona, AZ that required some travel time for the caterer and unfortunately, it didn't go as expected. Prior to the event, we had several meetings to discuss our concerns (tipping, wait lines, adequate staff) only to find that on the day of, all of these became a reality. A majority of the staff present appeared as if they simply didn't want to be there and this was more than evident in their attitude towards the guests and the handling of contractual obligations. Aside from the long wait lines at the serving stations and bar, it took our wedding planner's intervention to ensure champagne was poured and tables were bussed, both obligations of the caterer. With this vendor being the most expensive aspect of the wedding, we were thoroughly disappointed with their performance and would discourage others from considering them on their special day. After the event and numerous conversations with the owner, we were provided a portion of the fees in return for the lack of service. This was a a helpful gesture but if provided the choice, we would have preferred that they simply fulfilled on the promises thus avoiding the situation altogether.

We contracted Heidis Events and Catering for our daughter's Quinceanera and were extremely pleased with the service and food from Heidi's. The staff was great and very professional and catered to our every need. Our guests loved the food and we were all treated great! Thank you for helping make our special day memorable!

Wow, I cannot say enough good things about Heidi’s Catering! They are a preferred vendor of my wedding venue, and honestly in the beginning I didn’t put a lot of thought into the food. We had a very lovely tasting that Heidi’s puts on monthly with various stations of hors d’ oeuvres and entrees and I narrowed it down to two items I thought were good. On the wedding night itself…Ahmazing! The beef we had ordered was a nice, large slab that had all the gentlemen drooling. The chicken was tender and flavorful. All my guests raved about the meal. To top it off, the service staff was incredible. Special shout out to Jake, who took care of the entire bridal party. Would recommend this company without hesitation for any large event or wedding!!

Was recently married in my backyard and fortunately contracted with Heidi's!!! After our first meeting I felt confident that Heidi's would take care of everything - I didn't have to worry. We used several serving stations. The food was outstanding! The service was impeccable! Thank you Heidi's!!!

We had the best time working with Heidi's! They were one of the caterer's that our vendor recommended and they were perfect. Great customer service, really attentive staff. My husband and I didn't want for anything on our wedding day. The server made sure we had appetizers while we were taking pictures, always had a drink in our hand and held our dinner until we were done talking to people so that it was hot. The food was phenomenal and unique. Definitely not your typical wedding chicken!

We used Heidi's Event's for our rehearsal dinner that we hosted at our friend’s home. We had about 26 people and Heidi's staff was fabulous! We went to a few tastings and everything we tried was beyond delicious. We had a very hard time deciding what to have for our guest because they had such an amazing menu to pick from. My guest were very happy and Heidi's was awesome to work with.

Had a great experience with Heidis for catering. Jillian is a huge help and was great with communication! Was able to put together a great menu with several options of what we could do, also put together a great team to have at the venue the day of the ceremony. While prices may seem high to some, they are very affordable to those who are pulling from their own pocket for the event! Would definitely use them again

Heidi’s Catering handled all of the food at my daughter’s wedding in February 2015 at Bella Rose Estates. They did a wonderful job. The meal with a Mexican flair was very good. The hors d’oeuvres; stuffed jalapenos, green chili empanadas and shredded beef burritos were amazing, so delicious! Rick, was the personal waiter for the bride and groom, as well as the wedding party, he went above and beyond doing a wonderful job. He always made sure they were taken care of. Thank you Rick!

Save yourself the frustration of dealing with this company, they were horrible. We had multiple issues the day of our wedding due to some unexpected weather and all of our guests and vendors pitched in to make it go as seamless as possible except Heidi's Catering. In addition, Heidi's showed up late and they parked their catering truck right in the backdrop of our ceremony location as guests were arriving. Their service to us and our guests of honor was poor, and our guests waited 45 minutes to eat, some finally gave up. When addressing these issues and a few others Heidi replied by blaming anyone and everyone besides her company and telling us that we didn't pay her enough to do certain things. She took ZERO accountability. After looking through other reviews on this site and a couple others it seems this is not a one time occurrence with them. Stay Away!

I had conceded that our wedding budget would probably allow for a stationed cocktail hour and dinner buffet. Meeting Heidi changed everything. We were able to get server passed hor d'ourves and a plated dinner reception for far less than other caterers we met with. We sampled everything prior to finalizing our menu and the food Chef prepared was delicious. Our guests commented on the great dinner we served, thanks to Heidi and her staff!

For the most part we had a great experience with Heidi's. The food was delish and we are still receiving compliments on it. The staff was very professional and was able to work with the "moving target" that is a wedding timeline. My only disappointment was that my groom and I were not offered cake when it was being served. With all the excitement of the reception it was easy to forget that we hadn't had any of our cake. If I had it to do over, I wouldn't change a thing... except ask to make sure my husband and I got cake :-)

Heidi's thorough attention to detail and excellent menu selection allowed for us to have an elegant event, which was at a private home. My planner and I were able to leave the food and bar to Heidi's, which allowed my planner to focus on other pressing matters the day of. We have received numerous compliments about the entree's and cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres, the serving staff and bartender. The Bride's parents, the Groom's parents and guests left the event remembering the food and overall great energy of my wedding. It was a HUGE success! Thank you, Heidi!

My wedding went off without a hitch. I was positively thrilled with everything having to do with Heidis’ team. I didn’t have a single thing that I would have changed about my day, her team genuinely seems like a group of amazing individuals. The flowers were put out flawlessly and table décor looked incredible. I cannot tell you how many compliments I received on how nice the venue looked and how flawless the execution of everything. The food was absolutely scrumptious, all of it. I cannot recommend Heidi highly enough!!!!!!

I planned a destination wedding in Sedona, AZ site unseen and was given Heidi's name from another bride who had used her services. From start to finish, Heidi was the consummate professional and made the experience seamless. Her front of the house staff (secretaries) are extremely organized, friendly and reliable. She provide all but two things for our wedding, music and photography. She can do it all! From organizing the lighting, dance floor, tables and chairs (ceremony and reception), bar service, food, linens, etc. She was reasonable, efficient, CREATIVE and tasteful with set-up, and above all friendly. To be honest, she treated me as if I were her own daughter on the day of, taking care of my every need. One of the most talked about aspects was that the food was cooked on site, making for a fresh and absolutely fabulous meal. I cannot thank Heidi enough for organizing such a fantastic day for my husband and I.

I am very disappointed in Heidi's Events. I had spent a VERY LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY with this catering company and less than satisfaction. To start, our tasting was AMAZING...never had such moist chicken and pork...beyond amazing. With that said, we thought the investment was more than worth it. The owner was kind enough to give me a full discount on the china which helped out a lot on the cost. When it came to the day of the wedding that's when it all went down hill. They arrived on time and started to set up prior to the ceremony. After the ceremony was done, we had a cocktail hour with no food, just drinks. When the reception started the bridal party was held up an extra 20 minutes due to the catering company still trying to get the food out(they had more than enough time to set up during the cocktail hour). Once we had our grand entrance we were able to get our food....and that's when it got really bad. The chicken was COMPLETELY raw, the pork was so tough that you couldn't cut it with a knife and my husband literally choked on it. When it was brought to their attention they called the chef and stated the complaints...the response was "its the veining on the chicken" (yet the chicken was completely pink). After we ate what food we could I was being advised by my guests that the catering company was eating the rest and not packaging it up per our contract. When we had our cake I was also advised that they took the cake back and was eating that up as well (I bought cake for 100 people and only had 70 guests...and left with 0). To end the night I had the staff approach my mom and ask if they could leave early. I had guests at tables using the glasses and drinking the water. They asked to take the glasses and have my guests go up to the bar for bottled water. Not that it was a huge deal, just annoying that I spent so much money and they would ask to leave early. When I emailed the owner with my concerns her response was pretty much nothing went wrong. She made a point to let me know the "details of what happened" even though she wasn't there to witness it. The chef took time to personally call my guests since he knew some of the people to confirm the complaints instead of the bride and groom. The service was very unprofessional and they seemed rather argumentive and offensive when we brought it to their attention. They did credit back a small portion of the food cost due to the raw chicken. As much as I hate to leave a bad review I feel that their service spoke volume...I've never had so many people approach me letting me know how nice my wedding was but how horrible the food was...beyond embarrassing for the price.

I loved Heidi's. The food was delicious. We only received great reviews from our guests, and the day of service was spectacular. I live in Tucson, but I got married in Phoenix, and the only complaint I had was from one particular employee who I know was new. I tried not to hold it against the company as a whole, but she made it difficult at times. Jillian and Heidi are great to work with, and the others are learning. Other than scheduling conflicts and the inability to always work with my schedule, they were great. I loved the food and the tastings. The cutlery was amazing and Heidi is always charming. Very classy establishment and meal.

Overall everything was great not gonna lie Heidi is a little intimidating but she is definatley on her game and knows. The staff was all great! Food was good. The only disappointing thing was the bar service Heidi's hired out the service because of the margarita machine we had and the bar ran out of WATER of all things and coke! But Brandi our banquet manager did offer to go out and get more.

Heidi and her staff never missed a beat. The food was amazing, the staff was helpful and kind and the event went off without a hitch! That is sure saying something about a caterer who traveled over 100 miles to serve several courses to over 100 guest at a private residence where they did not have access to a kitchen. Heidi's gets all A+'s from us!

Heidi and her wonderful staff did an amazing job at my daughter's wedding. From our first meeting we felt comfortable and had full confidence in Heidi. She guided us thru the whole process with such ease and calmness. Heidi's experience shined thru and her suggestions were perfect. The day of the wedding her staff couldn't have been more professional or better organized. They totally put us all at ease and made for a wonderful event. The food station displays were colorful and everything flowed so easily. We had many compliments on how fresh and tasty the food was. There was something for everyone. I would truly recommend Heidi's Events and Catering to any bride.

As you can see from my star ratings, we were not thoroughly impressed with how Heidi's handled our Wedding catering.The only reason she receives a 4/5 on service is because of her wait-staff- she and her assistant Jillian would receive a 0! As a whole, my guests did not notice that anything had "gone awry" which was a plus, but there were many things that involved Heidi and her assistant Jillian, that made for a more-than-needed stressful and incomplete atmosphere. I am not one to go into the nitty-gritty details on a forum, but just know that the "pitch" that Heidi will sell you on is not what you end up with- you are merely a dollar sign and that became very evident. Also, as a side note: at the original meeting, I had expressed that we were going to meet with another catering company the following day and would let Heidi know of our decision. She unprofessionally spoke ill of the other company and said we would be better off with her- "she was really more capable of the type of affair we wanted". Because of this, we cancelled the appointment and booked with Heidi. Looking back, I REALLY wish I would've taken my other appointment- other vendors I chose said that the other caterer does a fantastic job!!

Our daughter just got married this June. We had Heidi's Events do our wedding. We could not have been happier. Heidi and her staff were so nice to work with. She gave us suggestions and options we did not think of with the food, decorations and even our own little diy projects. Our daughter wanted an outdoor reception in our back yard (which made me nervous). Heidi was not intimidated by that at all. She had so many wonderful ideas. It was truly wonderful. I was not stressed or worried the day of the wedding at all. Everything was so organized and under control. Not only was the reception breathtakingly beautiful, the food was awesome. Our guests raved about the bruchetta station. We received so many compliments on the food. Heidi's Events made our daughters wedding day perfect. I do not think we could have asked for anything better. We would not have changed a thing. Our daughters words before she left for her honeymoon were, " it was everything I wanted Mom". I think that says it all!

I selected Heidi's catering for our destination wedding in Northern AZ for their ability to provide both the food and rentals for the occasion and minimize one more vendor. We still ended up needing a 2nd rental company since Heidi's did not have a self-leveling dance floor. Luckily, our 2nd rental company was also able to provide additional tables and lighting as well. The booking/reservation process was a bit aggressive for my personal taste. We put together an initial quote about a year before our wedding, but were told we should wait until 10 days before to flush out final details. As we discussed details leading up to the meeting, we were met with vague responses on "we can do it, if it will fit on the truck.." This was a bit unnerving as we needed to confirm for sure and not knowing if it would fit seemed like a necessary requirement to know! Our finalization meeting was also very frustrating. I believe some of the confusion came between the length of time of the initial quote and the finalization. There were times when it seemed Heidi expected us to know that the bartender would not have a cutting board/knife/wine opener or that the buffet did not come with the table. Simple things that we were happy to clarify and pay for, but we had to ask the questions vs. Heidi using her knowledge and recommending what she saw missing. Luckily, the 2nd rental company was able to supplement the missing pieces so that we were assured it would "make it on a truck." However, despite the process, the service at the wedding was IMPECCABLE! The serving staff was quick with the setup and all our guests raved about the food (a tough feat for wedding food that had to be transported or cooked on the spot!) Overall, I'm very happy with the outcome and quality of service, food and rentals we received at the wedding. Just make sure you have a clear outline of every piece of rental equipment you need. I've also seen reviews recommending Drew as a project manager.

They add service fees and this fee and that fee and then the day of the event the event manager demands a tip $600.00 tip when they didnt serve the food or anything. The chicken was to die for everything else was horrible. The lasagna was old and gross. I called with my complaints and was told the person who set up my catering event was in a meeting and would call me back and over a week later still no call back. I heard from other brides they had some of the same problems. Save your money go some where else.

Working with Heidi, the owner of the company, I thought I was getting quality, the best of the best. Unfortunately, that's not how it turned out. Heidi was rude from the get go. My husband wanted to use her, so I just gave in, not thinking it would be THAT bad. After getting our original quote, we hit a few speed bumps and had to adjust our budget a little. When we went in for our final consultation and to switch our menu, Heidi was ride, pushy, and condescending. The first thing she said to us when we told her we had decided to change the menu a bit was, "Well why? Did you lower your budget or something?" The tone in her voice and look on her face made me feel two feet tall, that it was so horrible that we had to readjust. Mind you, it was just a couple of hundred dollars. But even so, not her place to judge. She continued on to tell us how awful things were going to look if we didn't rent this and that and if we chose this food. We could tell all she cared about was squeezing more money out of us. In the end, we didn't save any money at all and she got her way. The day of the wedding, the food was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen or tasted. It was horrible. I have never been so disappointed or mortified in my life.

Heidi's FAR surpassed my expectations. FAR, FAR, FAR surpassed. I was treated like a queen all night by the staff. They filled my husband and my plates and drinks all night so we didn't have to get up. They brought me water while taking photos. My parents were thrilled with their set up and attention to detail. The food was INCREDIBLE. They left the place spotless and they boxed up all of our leftovers for us at the end of the night. They checked with guests constantly to see if they were too warm/cold (we had heaters) and adjusted accordingly. I cannot say enough good things about Heidi's. From the food, to the set up, to the help, to distributing the cake, to making everything look lovely, they were a knock out. I would book them again without question.

The staff is well trained and very professional. They were very nice and definitely took care of us. Heidi genuinely cared about how our wedding turned out and took extra time to make it a special day. Heidi also helped us come up with great ideas to make the night flow even better. Heidi even decorated the dessert tower with pink ribbon to match our theme. The appetizers were delicious and they set up the buffet table with nice decorations to make everything flow. Heidi's Events and Catering definitely know's what they are doing!

Oh my... not sure I can say enough about how WONDERFUL my experience was with Heidi's. The food was EXCELLENT. Everything was exactly as ordered and tasted wonderful. The staff was spot on. As the bride and groom, we never had to lift a finger (and neither did my mom)!! I would recommend Heidi's to EVERYONE!

We used Heidi's to cater our recent wedding. I had initially checked out their website and found an extensive list of sites in Phoenix that they had catered and recommended. I found the site we married at Maricopa Manor Bed and Breakfast from their list. We made an appointment and set up our initial contract with Drew. He advised us on the costs and different options we could use for our reception. I am a hands off bride, so I was very happy that after the initial deposit I didn't need to finalize any decisions until just 2 weeks before the wedding. It was a very nice experience. On the day of the actual wedding their employees showed up on time and had the reception area set up in no time. They also set up the chairs on the other side for the ceremony and moved them back to the reception immediately afterward. The head steward (or whatever his title is) was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. All of my guests were very happy and raved about the food. I would highly recommend this vendor.

We had Heidi's Catering be our main one stop shop. From the food (INCREDIBLE!) to the chairs, to the tables, linens, staffing, etc. Her staff was professional, kind, quick. Her staff my made wedding day so decadent and wonderful!! We didn't have to do a thing and could just ENJOY the day and each other. Amazing, amazing company.

For our wedding we choose Heidi's Events and Catering. It was the best decision we made, because our minds were put at ease to know that we were working with the best in the business. From the beginning appointments of ideas to talking about our budget, Heidi's Events and catering were there for our every need. They helped us with selecting a DJ(Citron Sound-Jimmy Davenport), cake company(Honeymoon sweets), Wedding Officiant(Rev. Troy vail), Photographer(Alan Hajek). Even after helping us find the perfect vendors, the execution of the food and catering for our wedding was perfect. One of my personal favorites was the coconut shrimp that we had during cocktail hour, and there pasta station was a huge hit. Everyone at our wedding left with full stomachs and huge smiles. It was truly the event of the year and we cannot thank Heidi's enough for making our wedding day so special! A special thank you for making my guests tables look so much better then i ever dreamed! We recommend Heidi's to anyone who has any life event!!! They ROCK!

Everyone else seems to love this company, but I did not have the best experience. The food was good, but the quote and Heidi mysteriously changed after our initial meeting. Her staff is lovely, but Heidi herself was so abrasive that my MOH and I left in tears after our finalization meeting. Also, they added a bunch of decorations to our cake and buffet table. Which were ugly. I was not pleased. Overall, reasonable price and great hors d'ouerves, but not a wonderful experience.

Every bit of contact I had with Heidi was wonderful - she's obviously good at what she does & handled everything perfectly. There were a couple missteps during the process, but nothing that wasn't quickly fixed. On the day of the wedding, everything went great. It was a cocktail reception so we did heavy passed hors d'ouerves & everyone raved about them. It was a broad selection - 1st round was buffalo chicken spring rolls, beef wellington, smoked salmon, bacon wrapped shrimp & tomato/ricotta crutinis & 2nd round was sliders, sluggers & finger-food sized chicken & waffles. The catering team did an amazing job & really worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly. Overall, I would certainly use them again & certainly recommend them to friends & family.

After doing quite a bit of research of Phoenix catering company candidates to put on our wedding, my wife and I decided on Heidi's. And we are both ever so grateful for doing so. We met with Heidi about 10 months before our wedding to map things out. Considering it was our first wedding to plan, we hadn't a clue what we were doing. Heidi was very accommodating and professional from the get go. She catered (pardon the pun, won't happen again) to our working schedules and met with us one evening that was convenient for both of us. From the minute we sat down with her and her staff, we knew we were in good hands. They were extremely organized, offered a variety of packages and options to best suit or wedding party and guests, and suggested more than enough alternatives. Throughout the months in between, Heidi made sure to keep in contact with both of us to make sure we were doing OK and let us know that we could call her and make suggestions or changes any time we needed. I don't think there was one time where we called Heidi herself, and she didn't answer her phone. The night of the wedding went off without a hitch. The staff was on time and worked efficiently and effectively to make sure everything was set up for the guests. They were also friendly and accommodating and would go out of their way any time someone needed "a quick glass of water" or "to sit down for a bit." Truly great people. The staff continued to impress following the ceremony. During the cocktail time between moving ceremony chairs out and the dinner tables in (which, by the way, was done swiftly and incognito), Heidi's staff paid their utmost attention the each guest, offering beverages, hours de vours, and making sure everyone was comfortable. When it came time for dinner to begin, the staff shined once again. They were extremely organized and had an efficient plan of action as to how and when the food would be served. Each guest was able to eat and enjoy themselves in a timely manner while the staff continuously and inconspicuously removed plates and made the setting more comfortable. The food was wonderful. We chose to have a buffet as we figured it would be the most practical and suitable for the location. We had a few vegetables, two types of meats, breads, and pasta. The food was fresh and always warm and appealing, from the beginning of the dinner to the end. The chefs at Heidi's use the best ingredients to make their food taste beyond delicious. To wrap up, I was more than satisfied with the work of Heidi's Events & Catering. They were punctual, personable, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and polite. They were wonderful to our guests and worked very hard to make sure everything ran smoothly. Giving them 5 stars wasn't enough.

Heidi's is flexible & has superior quality to anyone else I looked at. We chose a more expensive menu, but everything we tasted was incredible! We had so many compliments on the food. Beyond the food, the wait staff were just as amazing. We didn't want for one thing the entire night, everything was taken care of, ran smoothly, and we never had to worry about one thing!

My wedding guests were very pleased with the food and the service at the reception, so I was happy. The only downfall was that I felt their staff/owner could have communicated with each other better and not had to call us so often.
