Heidi's Catering was incredible. The staff was so professional and knowledgeable. Our tasting was such a great experience, and the food was exceptional. Usually, wedding buffet food is decent, but I honestly received so many compliments on our food. Our guests loved it, and so did we. The catering staff was so kind and took such great care of the Groom and me throughout the night. I wish they would bottle their salad dressing because that stuff is magic.

Food was outstanding!! Everyone was so helpful and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. I also rented beautiful tables that made the aesthetic exactly what I wanted. And there wasn’t a trace of food left on the dessert bar so it was such a hit! Highly recommend!

Heidi’s delivered! Megan kept us informed every step of the way, we had changes throughout and she was very flexible and accommodating to our needs. The food was delicious, we ended up doing our cake through them too! The staff was friendly and efficient, we couldn’t have asked for more! Everything turned out great, delicious and beautiful. Everyone at Heidi’s was helpful and knowledgeable. Food was delicious and all our guests raved about the food and service. Not sure if this included in all options but they had a special server that take care of the bride and groom. They brought us our food and kept our drinks coming throughout the reception. It was an awesome touch as I have heard horror stories about the bride/groom being unable to enjoy their food.

Their team was excellent from our first meeting to our wedding day. Everyone truly made our wedding planning experience virtually stress free! Heidi’s Catering was the perfect choice for our wedding! The food was delicious (our guests continue to rave at how good the food was) and they were so great to work with. As we were getting started with our meal choices, they did a good job listening to what we wanted. During the tasting, we got to try a variety of foods, all amazing. My husband loved the food so much he had a hard time choosing what he liked best! The event staff was on top of all catering needs and everyone was very pleasant to interact with. They did a great job helping set up and get everyone their correct meals. Thank you for keeping us all fed with such wonderful food delivered by an excellent staff. A+ for Heidi’s Catering!

We had an AMAZING experience with Heidi's! I'm vegan, my husband is basically vegetarian, and we had multiple guests with similar dietary needs, AND we planned our wedding from out of state - the team at Heidi's (especially Jillian!!) was always so accommodating and professional in terms of setting up phone calls when we couldn't meet in person and making sure that there was plenty of items in our buffet menu that vegans and vegetarians could eat, while also providing great dishes for our meat-eaters too! I love how flexible and customizable the entire menu creation process was, and we couldn't have been happier with the food! Our guests kept complimenting the food throughout the night, and the service was phenomenal!! My husband and I didn't even need to go through the buffet line to get our food - when it was time for dinner, we had our plates in front of us with exactly what we wanted. And during cocktail hour when we were busy taking photos, I offhandedly mentioned to someone that I wish I could get my hands on another tomato bruschetta, and before I knew it one of the team members was waiting behind our photographer with an entire plate of bruschetta. Very sweet and attentive, and they made sure my husband and I actually ate on our wedding day! The team also packed up leftovers for us to enjoy back at our hotel after the wedding, which was SO appreciated. After dancing all night, it was great to enjoy leftovers in bed. Heidi's team went above and beyond and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We are SO happy we hired Heidi’s Catering. The communication was solid and coming from out of state, this was so important! Then get to the actual wedding and WOW. The food was incredible. Everything was hot and tasty. They made sure to pack up some left overs for us to take with us as well. So thoughtful. We didn’t go the traditional cake route and instead had pies and ice cream through Heidi’s as well. It was a big hit. They made sure we had one to cut for pictures and then they cut the rest of the pies and got them out to our guests at lightning speed. Overall great team. You all rocked it out. Thank you!

We used Heidi's for our wedding. It was a great experience. *Communication they are very communitive. We email back and forth a lot for planning, also had phone and in-person appointment for wedding detail planning. *Food omg, food is amazing. *Service there are total 4 persons for the wedding, each one multi-tasks. They are very professional and friendly, and good-looking lol *wedding day They make everything go very smoothly. We didnt have to worry about much. They took care of everything. They even saved some left over for us for after the wedding which is super nice. *cons 1. they miss-placed one dish. we ordered a vegetarian curry but got salmon instead. Still tasty tho. 2. We asked not to save the top-tier of the cake, but they did it anw. Overall, high recommended.

I worked with Marissa and she was more than I could’ve asked for! She thought of the small details that I lost track of, and made sure to stay in touch with me throughout the entire planning process. The day of our wedding they were very attentive and the food was delicious! I would absolutely choose Heidi’s for any of our future events

Heidi's Events and Catering did our post-wedding brunch and it was a relief to hand over all of the food prep and serving to them. From the first inquiry with the company to the after-event follow-up call, everything went smoothly. Their website is very thorough. Every and anything you can image is possible. Heidi's team arrived on time and they were great. The food was delicious. They took care of clean up and packing up of the extra food.

Our food dreams were brought to life by the staff at Heidi's Events and Catering! We are foodies, so naturally, we wanted a large spread of our favorites! Jillian and Marissa at Heidi's helped us choose, organize, taste and finalize our amazing menu! They even had amazing decor that allowed for the tables to fit right into our vision! Our head chef for the night, Jesse, made it a point to check in with us and was such a pleasure to work with! The wait staff was so observant and made sure we were taken care of all night long! They even made it a point to come out to us as we were taking photographs to check with us and our other vendors to see if we needed anything. I cannot say enough about everyone we worked with at Heidi's!

Jillian was the BEST to work with in regards to planning. Her attention to detail ensures you wont miss a thing when it comes to catering for your event. She was so helpful throughout the entire process and produced a beautiful event for us! We have used Heidi's catering for years for several different events and will use them again in the future!

Heidi's Events and Catering Venue was definitely the ideal place for our wedding ceremony and reception. The ambiance was very romantic and beautiful, and the facility fit our needs perfectly. The ceremony was magical, and I couldn’t have pulled this wedding off during COVID without Jillian Zeeb, Tonya Schmit, Adam Ziminsky, Shelbie Hess and the rest of the dedicated staff members. Jillian was awesome to work with going above and beyond ensuring all of our dreams were realized while coming up with awesome suggestions (that also helped with our budget). Her attention to detail was something that would inspire military generals! Jillian also took it upon herself to arrange our flowers and decorations just the way I envisioned. The food presentation was exquisite, thanks to Adam! The comments we received from our guests was that they felt as if they just dinned at a 5-Star restaurant and a wedding happened to break out! The staff servers were attentive to all the guests needs with the service being top notch. I strongly recommend Heidi's Events and Catering to cater your next event or wedding!

Heidi’s catered our wedding a couple of weeks ago at Bella Rose Estate and they were amazing! We were very impressed with Jillian, the coordinator, from the first meeting and all the way through to the final planning meeting. She was warm and knowledgeable and helped guide us through the planning process. We had a big wedding (190) but the team worked well to get everyone fed on the day of and we had plenty of food! And the food was AMAZING! We had so many compliments on the dinner! We had a buffet style with the spiced pork shoulder and the fish cakes. They also accommodated our list of gluten free and Vegan guests with a plated, stuffed poblano pepper. I would highly recommend Heidi’s

We loved working with Heidi's on our wedding! They came as part of an all inclusive package with Boojum Tree, and we are so grateful to have had them! All through the planning process Jillian was always prompt with answering our MANY questions and we loved being able to go to a complimentary tasting. They have such a huge variety of options and upgrades for all tastes/diets/desires. We got tons of compliments on all the food - from the passed apps during cocktail hour all the way through dinner. We were also so thankful for the upgrades they offer - we got chargers and colored water goblets through them and they added that special note of personality we were looking for.

I cannot recommend Heidi’s Events and Catering enough! They catered my wedding in April 2019. The dinner, appetizers, and desserts were just fantastic!! Included with our catering package was a tasting for two, it was such a sweet date night, and we left stuffed! We worked with Jillian and she is just amazing!

Heidi’s doesn’t have the best reviews on here. With that being said, for my wedding they blew it out of the park. The food was phenomenal, the wait staff was friendly and attentive the entire night. I couldn’t have asked for things to go better with the catering. No one was left wanting for anything. They made sure to bring us appetizers during the cocktail hour while we did photos and at dinner they made us plates first so we could eat. Sometimes communication was tricky by email but in the end everything was perfect.

From Mother of the Bride - Heidi and her staff played a major role in the great success of our daughter's wedding. They performed extremely well considering the number of details we incorporated into the evening. We had 160 guests at an art gallery, so everything had to be brought in and set up/torn down. Michaela was onsite and took care of so many details, and since Heidi couldn't be there she actually face-timed throughout the evening to make sure it all ran smoothly. That's great customer service! I was able to not worry about all the details and really enjoy the time getting to know our new family.

We had so many people tell us how amazing the food tasted at our wedding! We had a vegetarian wedding and Heidi's Events were super accommodating and had lots of ideas for us. The stuffed peppers, baked cauliflower mac and cheese, southwest caesar salad, black beans and vegetables, and the guacamole and cheese chip stand were incredible!

Heidi's Events and Catering catered our wedding and we were so delighted with the service we received. Working with Lisa was a pleasure as well as the rest of the team. We have received a lot of positive feedback and everyone agrees the food and service was excellent.

Heidi's catered our wedding a few weeks ago and we had the best experience with this company. We worked with Jillian to create a menu everyone would love and we were able to customize the bride and groom meal to be exactly what we wanted. On the day of, we had someone to make sure we always had food or a drink throughout the night when we needed it, like during wedding photos!

We liked Heidi's for the wide variety of cuisines they offered. The tasting was amazing, we stuffed ourselves with the different selections that Heidi's offered. We got to work with Jillian and she was very responsive. We had gone to the tasting 6 months before the wedding. By the time wedding rolled around, we made the menu selections. We had chosen off their fall/winter menu since we had done our tasting so early. Jillian luckily worked with us and was able to get most of our selections in and made recommendations for what wasn't available for the spring. The food was all fantastic. We had chicken piccata, carved tri-tip station, potatoes au gratin, roasted vegetables, and salad. It was buffet style. The serving staff was super attentive and the banquet manager checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we got enough food. Everyone loved the food.

Jillian did a great job with helping to walking us through the process and was flexible when we had some last minute additions. The staff at the wedding was amazing! We had a "private butler" for the head table and he was very much on top of everything! We also had a guest with a peanut allergy and the server went out of her way to ensure that our guest was given a dessert that she was able to eat! Everyone did a lovely job and the chicken marsala and garlic mashed potatoes were very good!

Heidi and her team were so fantastic! We were late to the game picking a caterer, about 2 months before the event, but Heidi assured us everything would be just fine. She was so right, the food was really good and a lot of our guests commented so. My favorite was the guacamole bar and the pork shoulder entree. Both items were brought to us by a dedicated staff member who would even bring us drinks and apps while we were taking pictures. I wish I remembered his name because he was great! On top of the great food and service, we rented linens, ceremony chairs, chargers, etc from Heidi and they all looked fantastic. Heidi’s was a great choice for wedding caterering and I would definitely think of her for future events.

Overall, we are so very pleased with the service, quality of food, and set-up/presentation of our wedding. Special thanks to Heidi for stopping by to say hello that evening. It meant the world to us! When I arrived that afternoon, Dana was the first individual out of our many vendors whom I encountered, and she and I chatted briefly after she immediately offered me a water, as I'm sure I looked like a crazy, hot, dehydrated and frantic bride. After photos, the ceremony, and even more photos, Laura was right by mine and the groom's side and ready to grab us drinks. In a flash, she was back with a glass of wine and a beer for us. Throughout the rest of the evening, Laura was popping up to offer us hors d'oeuvres, drinks/water and anything else our little hearts may have desired. Additionally, we were well aware of Dana's buzzing around, constantly keeping eyes on the many happenings and all of our guests - it was extremely evident how she stayed on top of literally everything that evening. The food was fabulous and we overheard many compliments from our guests about the tasty bacon-wrapped brats and chicken flatbread. We weren't expecting to be able to grab any ourselves (thanks to Laura, we did--and they were soooo tasty!) but we were so reassured and pleased with the great feedback from our friends and family. Dinner was lovely--the veggies were warm and flavorful without getting soggy, the beef bourignon and chicken both tender without being fatty or dried out, respectively. We can only imagine how challenging it is to cook enough food to feed 100+ people while maintaining quality, and you all pulled it off flawlessly. If we had one gripe, it would have been that it took quite a while to get everyone their dinner. Keep in mind, we are well aware that the line can only move as quickly as the slowest person :). Me being the neurotic individual that I am, I noticed that our last guest table (which would have been table 11) took about 45 minutes to get their food. We were both more comfortable remembering that our loved ones got some quick bites during cocktail hour, and our nerves were calmed. But we did want to provide at least one piece of constructive feedback amidst our otherwise unending thanks and lovely impression of your staff and your food that evening.

Heidi’s food was great! The staff was friendly. Heidi was instrumental in the planning process. We were disappointed with the overall service. We did not have a person dedicated to us in getting us drinks and such as we were insured would be the case during the planning process. The staff packaged up food for us but it was given to our coordinator at the end of the night after we had left. Also we were late getting out of the venue in part because the staff did not start to package up the food and cleanup unused areas until after the party had ended.

Heidi's Events and Catering did a wonderful job for our wedding in Chandler. They were so attentive to all of our needs. This included our taste in food to even our budget. The staff was super polite and professional. They treated our guests like kings and queens. Our guests raved about how excellent the food and service was. We had a last minute add to our menu of a pasta station that was executed flawlessly. I will always recommend Heidi's Events and Catering to anyone I know. Thanks for making our special day perfect!

From the first moment we met Heidi, we knew that our special day would be just that. Our Special Day!! From the initial planning, on site visit, to finalization Heidi was so helpful. She really had an answer for any concern we had. We had some thoughts on what we wanted and she helped guide us to achieve those results. From invitations, center pieces, to tables and chairs. They have everything! Heidi's Events was our one stop shop. She even had an excellent suggestion for a Blues band to play at the reception. We didn't think we had enough room for all our guests and She suggested all passed Hors D Ouerves and Short plates. They set up a kitchen in our garage and everything was really Delicious. The Chef Matt was great. I can't say enough about the attentive staff. They seemed to be a step ahead of all the happenings of the evening. So hats off to Heidi's Events, for making "Our Special Day" a day to remember.

Heidi's Events and Catering did a fabulous job. Her creative ideas for food and decor separates her from all the many other caterers I have experienced. She and her staff are most attentive to details and makes you feel special. I would recommend without hesitation her Executive chef. I was so pleased with her well trained staff. They were always available and I liked that they followed through with with our needs before we even needed to ask. I would rate Heidi's Events and Catering a truly 5 Star.

WOW WOW WOW!! Heidi's catered our September 30th wedding, and I cannot say enough positive things about them. My husband and I worked with Jillian and she was absolutely amazing with the whole planning process. She made perfect suggestions and answered all the questions and ideas we had. The guests are still raving about the delicious chicken picatta and beef brisket. Plus, the staff was AMAZING! On the night of my wedding, my husband and I were WELL taken care of by one staff member. She made sure we always had a drink in our hand and that we were able to eat. I would 100% recommend Heidi's to anyone and everyone!

My wedding was in Sedona at a Bed and Breakfast - gorgeous place! But we had to bring in everything on our own...which can sound a bit scary. Heidi's Events and Catering made everything just perfect. I was able to get everything from them (tent, tables, linens, floral, tableware, DELICIOUS food, bartenders, servers, etc.!), which made everything so easy. The reception came together more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. My guests are still talking about how amazing the dinner and service was and just how great of a party we had. I have a huge thanks to Heidi's Events for that!! I wouldn't have changed one thing...it truly was an amazing experience!

A huge thank you to Heidi's Catering for providing dinner for our 90 wedding guests! The process was so easy- we only had one tasting before making our selections. Jillian responded to every email and was so friendly and knowledgeable. The short ribs were a hit and we had guests go up for seconds! They even let us take home the left overs :) The staff was amazing and so polite. We will definitely be using Heidi's again in the future!

Working with Heidi was great, and all our guests raved about the food. I’d definitely recommend booking them for any large-scale event; the tri-tip steak and herb-roasted chicken were huge hits.

Our recent wedding was catered by Heidi's. We loved working with Jillian, who truly helped our vision to come true in organizing appetizers and food stations instead of a traditional seated dinner. We had to commit to our date/deposit before the tasting, which struck me as odd, but thankfully we were pleased enough with the tasting. Since we had food stations, we weren't able to taste the options we had selected at the tasting, but sampled enough of the plated dinners and appetizers to decide what we thought would work out well. Jillian was very responsive and easy to work with throughout this process; our numbers kept changing and some of our requests fluctuated (adding linens, coffee, etc.) and she continued to send us updated quotes. On the day-of, not everything went as planned. Unfortunately Jillian wasn't at the event, though the staff present were very nice and attentive. Since I wasn't in a white gown, it took about an hour before the catering staff figured out who my husband and I were, so we didn't start off with the personalized butler service promised (though they definitely tried to make up for it throughout the event and boxed up some of the meats for us to take home, since we barely ate!). We were told that the catering staff would take care of our decorations beginning at 3pm, but when my family and I arrived at 4:15 (for a 5:00 start!), ALL of our items were still in boxes in storage. My family and I rushed around to place centerpieces and other decorations around the venue. Some of the food stations weren't in the correct locations, which was disappointing and definitely negatively affected the traffic/flow that we had planned. The peach gazpacho that I was super excited for (and had loved at the tasting) instead tasted like bottled caesar dressing, and a couple other items were not as expected. Positives were that our guests LOVED the short ribs at the Korean BBQ station, and definitely appreciated having a wide variety of culinary options and strawberry shortcake for dessert. If we were to do it again, I'd definitely consider using them but would want to be sure that our plans were followed a little more carefully. As the person who planned the wedding, I am likely the only person who knows that the reality didn't match what was planned; our guests had a great time and are still talking about the short rib, so all in all a success.

We had no choice to go with Heidi’s because it was in our package from our venue. I was worried after reading reviews that it was going to be a bad experience. But it was the opposite. We had a plated dinner and passed hors d’oeuvres in our package from our venue. We had Heidi’s provide our wedding pie (instead of cake), a hot chocolate and coffee bar, and late night snacks. All our food was absolutely delicious the wait staff were polite and tended to our needs perfectly. They made sure that my husband and I got the hors d’oeuvres during our sweetheart photos and also made sure that we got the passed late night snack. The pie table was beautiful and the pies were delicious, I crave our strawberry rhubarb pie. Our hot chocolate and coffee bar was decorated beautifully and was a big hit! Some of our guests commented that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Jillian responded to all of my emails and answered all my questions. She was there on my wedding day to set up our displays and everything looked great. We had a great experience working with these caterers on our wedding day.

Service was amazing, the staff was so friendly, professional and accommodating. Food was fabulous, from the appetizers to the main course everyone enjoyed it and we had so many guests come up to us raving about the food and how it was the best they have ever had at a wedding. We were afraid with having 150 guests and having plated meals that the food may get cold before guests received their meal, but that wasn't an issue at all. I definitely recommend Heidi's catering, they have so many options to choose from, you can't go wrong.

We recently had our wedding at a venue in Sedona, AZ that required some travel time for the caterer and unfortunately, it didn't go as expected. Prior to the event, we had several meetings to discuss our concerns (tipping, wait lines, adequate staff) only to find that on the day of, all of these became a reality. A majority of the staff present appeared as if they simply didn't want to be there and this was more than evident in their attitude towards the guests and the handling of contractual obligations. Aside from the long wait lines at the serving stations and bar, it took our wedding planner's intervention to ensure champagne was poured and tables were bussed, both obligations of the caterer. With this vendor being the most expensive aspect of the wedding, we were thoroughly disappointed with their performance and would discourage others from considering them on their special day. After the event and numerous conversations with the owner, we were provided a portion of the fees in return for the lack of service. This was a a helpful gesture but if provided the choice, we would have preferred that they simply fulfilled on the promises thus avoiding the situation altogether.

We contracted Heidis Events and Catering for our daughter's Quinceanera and were extremely pleased with the service and food from Heidi's. The staff was great and very professional and catered to our every need. Our guests loved the food and we were all treated great! Thank you for helping make our special day memorable!

Wow, I cannot say enough good things about Heidi’s Catering! They are a preferred vendor of my wedding venue, and honestly in the beginning I didn’t put a lot of thought into the food. We had a very lovely tasting that Heidi’s puts on monthly with various stations of hors d’ oeuvres and entrees and I narrowed it down to two items I thought were good. On the wedding night itself…Ahmazing! The beef we had ordered was a nice, large slab that had all the gentlemen drooling. The chicken was tender and flavorful. All my guests raved about the meal. To top it off, the service staff was incredible. Special shout out to Jake, who took care of the entire bridal party. Would recommend this company without hesitation for any large event or wedding!!

Was recently married in my backyard and fortunately contracted with Heidi's!!! After our first meeting I felt confident that Heidi's would take care of everything - I didn't have to worry. We used several serving stations. The food was outstanding! The service was impeccable! Thank you Heidi's!!!

We had the best time working with Heidi's! They were one of the caterer's that our vendor recommended and they were perfect. Great customer service, really attentive staff. My husband and I didn't want for anything on our wedding day. The server made sure we had appetizers while we were taking pictures, always had a drink in our hand and held our dinner until we were done talking to people so that it was hot. The food was phenomenal and unique. Definitely not your typical wedding chicken!

We used Heidi's Event's for our rehearsal dinner that we hosted at our friend’s home. We had about 26 people and Heidi's staff was fabulous! We went to a few tastings and everything we tried was beyond delicious. We had a very hard time deciding what to have for our guest because they had such an amazing menu to pick from. My guest were very happy and Heidi's was awesome to work with.

Had a great experience with Heidis for catering. Jillian is a huge help and was great with communication! Was able to put together a great menu with several options of what we could do, also put together a great team to have at the venue the day of the ceremony. While prices may seem high to some, they are very affordable to those who are pulling from their own pocket for the event! Would definitely use them again

Heidi’s Catering handled all of the food at my daughter’s wedding in February 2015 at Bella Rose Estates. They did a wonderful job. The meal with a Mexican flair was very good. The hors d’oeuvres; stuffed jalapenos, green chili empanadas and shredded beef burritos were amazing, so delicious! Rick, was the personal waiter for the bride and groom, as well as the wedding party, he went above and beyond doing a wonderful job. He always made sure they were taken care of. Thank you Rick!

Save yourself the frustration of dealing with this company, they were horrible. We had multiple issues the day of our wedding due to some unexpected weather and all of our guests and vendors pitched in to make it go as seamless as possible except Heidi's Catering. In addition, Heidi's showed up late and they parked their catering truck right in the backdrop of our ceremony location as guests were arriving. Their service to us and our guests of honor was poor, and our guests waited 45 minutes to eat, some finally gave up. When addressing these issues and a few others Heidi replied by blaming anyone and everyone besides her company and telling us that we didn't pay her enough to do certain things. She took ZERO accountability. After looking through other reviews on this site and a couple others it seems this is not a one time occurrence with them. Stay Away!

I had conceded that our wedding budget would probably allow for a stationed cocktail hour and dinner buffet. Meeting Heidi changed everything. We were able to get server passed hor d'ourves and a plated dinner reception for far less than other caterers we met with. We sampled everything prior to finalizing our menu and the food Chef prepared was delicious. Our guests commented on the great dinner we served, thanks to Heidi and her staff!

For the most part we had a great experience with Heidi's. The food was delish and we are still receiving compliments on it. The staff was very professional and was able to work with the "moving target" that is a wedding timeline. My only disappointment was that my groom and I were not offered cake when it was being served. With all the excitement of the reception it was easy to forget that we hadn't had any of our cake. If I had it to do over, I wouldn't change a thing... except ask to make sure my husband and I got cake :-)

Heidi's thorough attention to detail and excellent menu selection allowed for us to have an elegant event, which was at a private home. My planner and I were able to leave the food and bar to Heidi's, which allowed my planner to focus on other pressing matters the day of. We have received numerous compliments about the entree's and cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres, the serving staff and bartender. The Bride's parents, the Groom's parents and guests left the event remembering the food and overall great energy of my wedding. It was a HUGE success! Thank you, Heidi!

My wedding went off without a hitch. I was positively thrilled with everything having to do with Heidis’ team. I didn’t have a single thing that I would have changed about my day, her team genuinely seems like a group of amazing individuals. The flowers were put out flawlessly and table décor looked incredible. I cannot tell you how many compliments I received on how nice the venue looked and how flawless the execution of everything. The food was absolutely scrumptious, all of it. I cannot recommend Heidi highly enough!!!!!!
