eople to stay away from here. To begin, I booked an appointment for a bridal dress fitting in May of 2024. When I got there, they said there was no record of my appointment. So they scrambled and threw me with someone who was available. The other girls doing their appointment had champagne and their consultant was happy, bubbly, and laughing. Mine acted like she couldn’t even be bothered to help me. Despite all of this, I found a dress I loved and bought it that day. I came back in December (when the dress came in) to find a HUGE snag down the front of the dress. I told the woman who was helping me who said that the seamstress would take care of it. After two hours, I came back to find it even worse than before. The fact that they thought it would be okay for me to walk out of that store with that dress is asinine. I respectfully stated I would not be taking the dress and that they would have to order a new one. At this point, I was beside myself because I wasn’t sure if the dress would arrive in time for my wedding. My dress came in in April and it appeared fine. Upon taking it to a different seamstress she found multiple snags, a stain, and the neckline stretched out. I did not realize this because the dress was big due to weight loss. Lastly, the customer service was AWFUL. Their communication with their customers is terrible. I called multiple times and never got a response. I had to make my fiancé or dad call to get any call back or communication. I had to ask for a photo with the “Say Yes to the Dress” sign and it seemed like the biggest inconvenience to the woman helping me. For a “bridal” shop, it certainly does not prioritize the bridal experience, as I feel that something that was supposed to be special and happy was taken from me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

nally get the response of "sorry we're going through management changes" "sorry they made a mistake telling you your dress would arrive in October." It will be arriving late March." Wedding is early April! Bride is devastated and all we get from them is "sorry". Now the search for a new dress and conversations with our credit card company to cancel the purchase begins. . . I work in the retail industry and I cannot possibly recommend this shop to anyone.

and found a beautiful dress. We were told it would be here in early February. We never heard from them in February, so we called and now they’re saying early to middle of April for a May wedding! They said the designer is in Ukraine and Ukraine is at war… Yeah, everyone knows that. Don’t tell your bride early February then or we would’ve shopped elsewhere. Another friend flew in from Florida to shop at Henris so her family could be present, bought a $3400 dress to find out hers wouldn’t get here in time either. Luckily they refunded her money. I would go to Cincinnati bridal row. My friends who went there had their dresses in 8-10 weeks which is much more reasonable. Now we wait… stressed out.

supportive, knowledgeable (I cannot describe them in one word). They have amazing dresses of high quality and it's an even better value when they have sample sales! I bought my sample dress at 50% off. Even better, they do repairs of the samples like replacing beads, fixing holes, and cutting loose threads for $200, a price worth it to get a dream dress! They also provide water during the session and champagne when you find the dress! Despite being busy, they also don't rush you or pressure you to make a decision (unless you count giving multiple discounts as pressure). Their veils are $150 off if bought with the dress, another $150 off a little white dress at a different appt (I forget if these was just a temporary promo), and another 10% off if you book the next appt after buying a dress.

se I didn’t know what to expect. My bridal consultant was Mackenzie Martin and she was amazing. From the time she greeted my family and I to the time we left she was great. Mackenzie was very professional, friendly, and after awhile it didn’t even feel like she was an employee helping me find my wedding dress but more of a friend going dress shopping with me. All the dresses she picked for me was beautiful and she listened to everything I liked and disliked while trying on dresses and found more dresses to fit my expectations and more. I ended up saying yes to the dress and she brought my family and I champagne to celebrate. The manager of the store even came to congratulate me. MacKenzie then explained sizing, alterations, etc to us after and now I’m more than excited for my wedding day. I felt very welcomed and was treated the way any bride should feel while finding their wedding dress the entire time and I have Mackenzie to thank for that.

hen I was in another day they told me nobody put that in my account so they would not do the alterations for me. This was just weeks away from my wedding. I was sad, felt lied to, and stressed to find somewhere else that would have time to do my alterations! While I did not have a good experience and will not be going back, I did love my dress. Be sure to get anything they tell you verbally, in writing if you go through Henri’s.

bridal consultant’s” name was MacKenzie Martin. She was extremely unprofessional clear from the beginning of the appointment. First, she did not consult me in private regarding my budget. She continued to downgrade my budget in front of everyone saying I would be very limited in dresses in my price range. However, there were plenty of options I had tried on. Shopping for a wedding dress should be one of the most exciting things that you do and fun for everyone. However, around half way into the appointment, I was ready to just say forget it and leave because she had me so upset. She did not make myself, bridal party, and mother feel comfortable. I was in tears over how she treated my friends & mother. Anytime, anyone said something she did not agree on, she would immediately have something rude to say & shut them down. Yes I understand appointments are short & you have to hurry to try dresses on.. I’m not unrealistic, however, I also should’ve been able to enjoy the experience without her being rude to everyone included. This is the first time I tried on dresses and after driving 2.5 hours, she definitely ruined my whole experience. My mother barely said ANYTHING the whole appointment and when she would say something, MacKenzie would quickly have an unprofessional comment to come back with. How is this acceptable? She clearly should not be in sales at a wedding dress shop with her personality and social demeanor. I believe I had found the gown for my wedding at Henri’s but was so upset over the experience, I didn’t even want to be there anymore, let alone buy a gown from her. I have been to the Henri’s in Minerva in the past to buy prom gowns twice and had an amazing experience. I will not be coming to the Columbus location again. I do not recommend the Columbus location based on customer service!

kinda rude to my group as they asked questions and gave suggestions, which we did not appreciate. Once you found the dress your whole group is given Champagne which was a nice touch! I feel they had a good selection of dresses to choose from and I can’t wait for my dress to be in!

ally nice. The feel of walking in was welcoming and was addressed right away by the girls at the front desk. After a few short minutes my team was walked back to our personal fitting room. It was so pretty and made me feel important. Elora, the girl that helped me was super nice and helpful. She made me feel comfortable and special. She took the descriptions of my ideal dress and made them come true! I walked out extremely happy because I said “Yes to the Dress”! I enjoyed my time there so much that I have already scheduled a visit for my bridesmaids to go dress shopping there. I recommend to any future girls looking for there special dress!
