I went to Henri’s in search of a wedding gown. It was my first time looking and Abby was so helpful! She made me feel comfortable, beautiful, and pampered. She also educated me on all the types of dresses and helped me keep an open mind. Henri’s had an amazing selection. I’ve already recommended Henri’s to my future sister-in-law and will continue to recommend them!

This shop is reliable! They were open during a snowstorm around the holidays when I had another shop in the area cancel my appt and close. I’m an out of state bride planning a wedding in Ohio where I grew up so having this time to shop was so important. Abby was so patient with me and my family. I didn’t feel any pressure or feel rushed to make a decision that day.

Abby and Christine are amazing!! Abby helped me find the perfect dress! She made me feel comfortable and really made the experience about me. She accommodated my very large family and made it a wonderful experience! Everyone in my group loved working with her and I would 10/10 recommend any bride to stop by Henri's in Minerva and ask for these two!

This was the best experience I could have had. This ended up being the only bridal shop we went to. Abby was absolutely amazing. She listened to me when I told her what I did and didn’t like. She was so patient with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She didn’t make me feel like I was pushed into the dress I chose. She answered all our questions with no hesitation. I would highly recommend Henri’s to any bride looking for her wedding gown! I went to a different store prior to Henri’s and was severely disappointed with their lack of options. I heard about Henri’s through someone else and decided to make an appointment and now wish I would have went there first. Not only did I have way more fun at Henri’s than the first store but I found my dress! The amount of dresses and options they have is amazing and the staff were all so nice as well. Lauryn helped me out throughout my appointment and we loved her! She was so helpful and nice while also offering recommendations, advice and support.

An amazing selection, and they made sure the style I was thinking of was plentiful in availability. We had a big group of 8 people with me, and they made sure there was room for everyone! 10/10 would recommend again and again.

Henris Bridal in Minerva was the best place I went dress shopping. It was such a comfortable atmosphere. I never felt pressured into choosing a dress. It was overall a really great, fun experience!

I found henri’s through the vendor search of a particular designer ( Justin Alexander) that I love. After emailing with Sierra, I decided to make the hour and 45 minute trek from Pittsburgh and I’m happy that I did! This was the third bridal salon I have visited and I can confidently say that my experience was much more pleasant at Henris than the other two, which included a very well known chain bridal store. Sierra was very professional and easy to talk to, never once made us feel like we were annoying her, and more importantly did not rush me. Although I did end up buying the dress that I traveled there for, I would have purchased a dress here simply based off the fact that she was so nice and patient. The other girls working were also really nice and I appreciated their honesty when I asked which dresses flattered my body more.

Henri's was a dream to work with! As a plus size woman I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a dress in my size. I have heard nightmare stories of plus size brides looking for dresses. Henri's had multiple dresses that I was able to try on! The sales consultant was helpful and kind. she never once made me feel guilty about my size. I fell in love with two dresses and ended up loving the cheaper one more. Henri's didn't make me feel pressured to buy the more expensive one and didn't treat me any less for buying a cheaper dress. Their veils were beautiful and they had lots of accessories to choose from also. Overall I would recommend Henris to any bride!

Sierra at Henri's was amazing! She was such a pleasure to work with and helped me find my dream dress! I had several other appointments at different bridal salons and my experience at Henri's was the best by bar! Would highly recommend!

Every business has their policy and I completely understand that. However in times like these we all should work together in taking care of one another. Henris refuses. Senior girls missing out on prom and stuck with a dress they will never use. I understand your a "small business" and have to pay your employees but as a small business owner (fair concessions) myself we know there are loans and grants out there to help you. I simply asked if you would have a buy back program, maybe charge a fee and resell the dress for those of us who have seniors and no prom. Nope policy is all sales are finale. I asked maybe charge a restock fee. Nope all sales are finale. How about those of us who haven't finished paying on the dress. Now we're stuck in a hard place, pay for the rest of the dress (with money we may not have) and try and resell for half price. Or we walk away no dress and out the money we have paid. I've seen im not the only person who has a bad taste in my mouth for your company. I may be small but I know how word of mouth gets around and I sure hope next year people rethink before coming to buy a dress down there.

I have nothing but good things to say about Henri’s! This was the first salon I went to and the first time I tried on dresses. Alanna was nothing short of amazing. She really listened to what I liked and what I didn’t. I found my dress in no time all thanks to her! So happy I chose to come to Henri’s first! I am over the moon to say I’m a Henri’s bride!!

I couldn’t imagine getting my dress anywhere else. In high school I purchased all of my homecoming and prom dresses from Henri’s and knew how special it would be for me to purchase my wedding gown from there as well. The personal attention is unrivaled compared to other salons and the selection of dresses is wonderful. Sierra worked hard to make sure dresses from the Columbus store I liked were available for me to try on in Minerva - thank goodness, because she picked out my dress from the Columbus selection. I think the most important note from my experience was the fact that I wasn’t being pressured to buy any dress like I was at other salons. I felt as though Sierra completely supported my decision making and wanted me to find the perfect dress, not just the most expensive dress. The entire team worked to make sure I found the dress of my dreams and worked with the designer to make some customizations to make it unique to me. I cannot wait for it to come in so I can see it come to life!

I had an amazing experience at Henri's in Minerva! Alanna assisted me with my shopping and she was phenomenal! I showed her a couple pictures and she picked a bunch of dresses that fit me so well. It was like she knew my exact style. She would pick a dress that was similar to one of my pictures, but it would be better! She knew exactly what to pick! All of my dresses were within my budget and they were all beautiful. She even took the time to let me try on the same two dresses until I could decide on the perfect on. I found my perfect dress on my first round! I cannot say enough about Alanna and how we were treated at Henri's!

Henris was my second dress store. I thought I had found my gown at the first but I just wasn’t ready to commit. I had a gown I just had to see that they didn’t have. I made an appointment for a weekday and was Alanna was my stylist. She was amazing from the start. She called me and emailed me days leading up to my appointment so she could get her hands on every dream dress I found. When I got there I had a large bridal crew and made us al feel welcome. She was on it she remembered all the gowns we talked about and found ones that I didn’t even find which she was the one that ended up finding my dress. It was a designer I didn’t even look at. I hope anyone that chooses this store is lucky enough to get Alanna. I love henris as this is also where I use to buy my pageant gowns and now my wedding gown. Such an amazing experience!

I had the best experience at Henri’s. I had absolutely no idea what I wanted, but Alanna helped me to find the most beautiful dress. I felt like the experience was so personalized and intimate, and I loved being able to bring my family. The shop is calm and organized, which helps for such an overwhelming task. I went to Henri’s for my wedding dress after not finding the perfect dress at a few other shops. They had an excellent selection and I found my dress quickly. The seamstress, Maggie, was amazing. She added a pocket to the inside of my dress so I had somewhere to put my insulin pump- people at the wedding even asked where my insulin pump was hiding! At my final fitting, I was concerned that the dress was too tight so Maggie loosened it and re-hemmed it right then so I could still take it home. After getting home, I realized I had been wrong and now it was too loose. They got me an appointment the same day I called and Maggie took several hours making sure my dress fit perfectly, all at no charge and with a great attitude (Maggie came in saying “here I come to save the day!”). Amazing service. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Alanna Alexander ay Henris!! She spent all day with me, understood exactly what I was looking for, and pulled dresses I loved. She gave me her advice when asked and made my mom and sister feel very included. She was beyond helpful and all of the dresses at Henri’s were beautiful. I found and purchased my dress with her and couldn’t be happier!

It disappoints me to have to write a negative review. Henri’s bridal consultants were very lovely! Always helpful, kind and attentive. I found the dress of my dreams! However, do NOT use them to alter your dress. Not only are the prices outrageous but Maggie ruined my dress to the point that it is now unwearable. She did not listen to the alterations I wanted and blatantly did not do multiple items from my first appointment. She took no accountability for her lack of care and botched alterations. Do NOT use Henri’s to alter your dress. I am two weeks out from my wedding and had to buy a brand new dress off the rack.

It saddens me to have to give such an awful review. I’ll start with the positives, the consultants are great, listen to what you want to try on and try to stick to your budgets. If you are going there to buy a dress I would say go ahead they will help you get the style you want, however DO NOT get it altered there!!!! Maggie was rude, unprofessional, and clearly does not know a thing about altering bridal gowns! I came in two months before my wedding for my first fitting (their suggestion) Everything went smoothly, the only things needed altered were the straps were too big and the bust and waist needed taken in, and to get cups sewn in. Maggie asked how is a week before your wedding good for the next fitting, I can make this fit perfectly by then. I questioned it being so close in time to my wedding and she said that was when she could fit me in and the dress should have no problem fitting since there wasn’t much altering needed done. I come back a week before, the straps are so tight that I could not fit them over my arms to get to my shoulder. Maggie told me this is how they are supposed to be, they are spaghetti straps not cap sleeves. The bust looked like it was a size F and I’m a C, the cups were not sewn in, and the waist is still too big. She told me that she would take in the bust and the waist but that the straps were perfect and that she couldn’t do anything more with them because my shoulders were lopsided. So she scheduled me for Thursday to come back two days before my wedding.... I thought about this all weekend and really hated the straps so I call on Monday and tell them I’m not comfortable with the straps. They fit me in Monday evening. When I try it on the straps fit perfectly, the waist fits perfectly! I was relieved, however the bust was still way too big! You could get a clear view down my shirt. She rolled her eyes at me was really mad that I had asked for the straps to be fixed and told me that she’s not a miracle worker and it’s not her fault I ordered a dress too sizes too big. I pointed out that the consultants measured me and recommended the size. Then she insisted that I lost a ton of weight then and this is my fault. Sadly, I had gained 15 lbs before the wedding so this was untrue. She rolled her eyes and asked if I could come back Wednesday. I told her I couldn’t that we had a meeting with another vendor that day. Then she scoffed and said great now your going to make me come in on my day off on Thursday! I guess I’ll do it just for you since you’re so special. We already had an appointment scheduled for Thursday previously so that was kind of annoying. Then she asked if she could get it done by the next day if I would pick it up, I said yes that would be perfect. So I get a call Tuesday saying it’s ready. I cancel my plans for that day and rush in after getting off work before they closed. I tried it on and the straps were back to where they were before she fixed them, there was a huge rumple in the front, my breasts were lopsided. The consultant asked me if everything was ok with the dress. By this time I was so frustrated and speechless I just wanted to get out of there and never talk to Maggie again. I told them it looked good and took it home, called my aunt who fixed all of the issues in thirty minutes just by making the straps longer, (she is not a seamstress). The longer straps allowed me to pull down the dress in front getting rid of the rumple and letting me straighten out the front.

My family and I had the best time dress shopping at Henri’s. We had a large group and had the whole bridal space to ourselves which was amazing. Alanna was amazing with helping me pick out a dress since I am so indecisive. She was a pro at picking out a variety of dresses that would look right on me and for our venue.

Bridal consultant had me order a size down without measuring the rib cage on me to decide if I'd actually fit in the size down. I didn't. Felt like I was fat shamed on my fitting and told that there is no returns or exchanges, all sales final. When I finally got in touch with a manager, the best they could do for me was offer me the stock dress that they let you try on at the store complete with snags and all. Stay away from this shop!

Had an amazing experience at Henri's Cloud Nine in Minerva and worked with my wonderful bridal stylist, Alanna! I visited there twice, 1st to get some ideas of what I was looking for and 2nd to say "yes" to my dress! Alanna, was understanding with my ideas and patient with my decisions and changes. She was so helpful and continued to selecting different style choices until I was truly happy. Without her expertise, I could have never discovered the amazing gown chosen for my wedding day - totally different from my original thought! I appreciate her guidance - thank you x1,000,000 Alanna!

Henri’s was the first store I looked at wedding dresses and no other store compared to these gowns. Alanna helped me figure out what style I like and then kept pulling from that style to find “the one”. When I left I wasn’t 100% sold on the dress I picked and Alanna called me to check in and went above and beyond by seeing what other dresses were in Columbus so I could come back in and try on a few more gowns to be sure the one I found is the one I love and feel confident about buying it. She wasn’t pushy at all unlike other stores — if i didn’t like the dress she said ok and let me do what I actually wanted, all while I felt I had her help.

I went to Henri’s for my first time trying on wedding dresses and I found my dress! There was a very nice variety of dresses to pick from. After trying on some dresses that I thought I would like, Alanna chose one for me that I fell in love with. Alanna was very patient and knowledgeable. I am happy to be a Henri’s Bride!

I purchased my bridal gown here, and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and kind. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted to wear. I spoke to Sierra when I set up my appointment. She was my stylist when I came in to try on dresses. She had dresses pulled that were all exactly what I wanted. She was respectful of my price range and my vision of what I wanted to wear. I also spoke to Joe on the phone a few times before my appointment. He was very helpful in answering all the questions I had. In addition to wedding gowns, Henri's has a great selection of prom dresses. This is especially helpful for brides like me, who want something a little different. I would highly recommend this place.

Today I looked for my wedding dress. Liz was my consultant and she was great! I had not looked for dresses before and she pulled a variety of styles to help me determine the best dress for me. She was so nice to work with and with her help I found my dress!

I originally went into Henris looking for a prom dress with my little sister. We had to wait on her dress for a little bit so we decided to just check out the bridal section while we were there and waiting. They were REALLY busy but we asked it we could try on a couple things. They were so sweet and accommodating even though we did not have an appointment scheduled. I tried on some dresses that I had picked out and was liking a couple but was just done shopping because I wasn’t loving anything. Then came Liz........ she said “I feel like I have one that you would really like” so I decided that I would try ONE last one. What do you know, I LOVED it. It was absolutely perfect and exactly what I didn’t know that I wanted. If it wasn’t for Liz I would have left empty handed and who knows if I would have ever found something so perfect for me! All around, such a good experience!

I heard about Henri's Cloud Nine through friends. The staff was absolutely amazing!!! Liz helped me find the perfect dress and was so wonderful to work with!! I highly recommend making an appointment at Henri's! It was well worth the drive and made for a beautiful day!

I had such a great experience with both Lauren & Liz at Henri’s. They made trying on dresses fun & easy. Everything was so comfortable. I bought my dress from Henri’s & can’t wait until it arrives. The dress was gorgeous but did need some alterations. We decided to have them done at Henri’s. When I went for first try on after alterations, the dress needed more work and didn’t feel quite right. Maggie kept saying “it was all in my head”, but I couldn’t shake the feeling. She said she couldn’t do what I was asking for. Until a manager Chris came up and said that he saw exactly what I was saying & they could surely do those alterations. I felt much better leaving. But I felt like the seamstress was minimizing my opinion. I came back for final fitting and put the dress on and she had not done the huge alterations that we spent all of the last appointment talking about. She told me “it looked so much better”, which was ironic considering the alterations hadn’t been done. When I pointed it out, she said “ohh, I forgot. Now I remember”. It was extremely frustrating and did not make me feel confident in that moment. We all had to just sit upstairs and wait while she then did the alterations that were supposed to be done initially. At the end of the day, the dress looked beautiful. The sales associates were fantastic! But the alterations were definitely more stressful than needed.

I have shopped at Henri's Cloud Nine, Minerva OH before for prom dresses. I loved the thought of getting my bridal gown there when I got engaged. The staff was so friendly and knew exactly what I was looking for! I would highly recommend Henri's Cloud Nine, Minerva OH when looking for the perfect dress.

I had a great experience at Henri's in Minerva. My mom and I spent two consecutive Saturdays doing the bridal gown hustle all over the greater Cleveland area. We decided to haul ourselves all the way down to Minerva just in case the perfect dress could be found. They had a lot of stock by Sherri Hill, which interested me. The store was packed with prom gals but the bridal salon was so accommodating and helped me find all the space and time I needed. I worked with Sierra and she could not have been more lovely! Dress shopping, as a plus-sized bride, has been really stressful. Sierra was helpful and kind and honest in the pros and cons of each dress. I ultimately ended up with a dress I never thought I would pick out, but it's the only one that really made me smile. On a practical level, the selection of dresses is fairly large, including dresses for plus-sized women to try on. The quality of dress was a little higher than your typical David's Bridal dress and the price was NOT astronomical.

Henri’s will forever hold a special place in my heart, as it was where I said, “YES TO THE DRESS.” From when I arrived to Henris to when I left, everything was perfect! My experience was amazing Rachael my consultant was incredible, honest and very patient she even took the time to order my dress in from another henris location knowing I may not even buy it. Called within two days that it was at the store. I went back tried it on and fell in love! Couldn’t ask for anything better. I found my wedding gown at Henri's. My dress has a sweetheart neckline and being a busty bride I wanted to add a lace overlay to give myself more coverage. So I am making a custom lace overlay that can be sewn into my dress. Henri's staff has been so positive and informative throughout this whole process. I've been in conversation back and forth for the past two weeks with them. They were able to take a picture and get measurements of the lace applique I will be ordering so I know exactly what I am getting. They explained this whole process and timeline to me with great patience and enthusiasm. There bridal consultants and alterations department have been communicating with each other, which has been very helpful because not all salons have that open communication between the departments. I know because I have encountered this frustration it at others stores. Thank you Henri's for all your advice and patience to help me to design my dress!

My sister, my cousin, and I recently got the most beautiful prom dresses! Nick was the most charismatic and personalable sales consultant we’ve ever had. He managed to get us all of our dresses picked out and paid for in under an hour!! Never been more happy!

This was a great place. I drove an hour and a half and i wasn’t disappointed. My consultant name was Rachel and she definitely made it a day to remember. Went on a weekday last minute and am so glad I did! They took me in without an appointment and I found my dress. My visit was so relaxing and I did not feel pressured at all to make a quick decision. It was all around a great and very personable experience! So glad I made the trip.

Over 20 years ago, I purchased my High School prom dress from Henri's. and remember getting so many compliments on it at the time. When I started looking for Wedding dresses, I figured I would start at Henri's and go from there. I am so glad that I went back to the familiar! My consultant Rachel, was super helpful and patient. When I asked if major alternations to the dress could be made, she introduced me to Christopher for his expert advice. Absolutely blown away by the service. The dress I chose fit perfectly into my budget. Most importantly, I left happy knowing that it was the perfect dress for me. FIVE GOLD STARS!

I loved Henri’s! I called a few bridal shops with a couple dress styles I liked and they may have carried one or two. When I called Henri’s they had a couple at the Minerva store and were able to ship a couple from the Columbus store for my fitting! The best part is the girl who was working with my put a couple extra dresses in my room that she thought were “my style”! I ended up picking the one she picked herself based on what I liked! I would highly recommend buying a dress from here, it was a wonderful experience!

The first and only place I went to for my big day! Staff was so nice and knew exactly what I was looking for so the whole process was quick and easy. The dress I really wanted was in the Columbus location (I was going to Minerva) and as a result, they were able to get that one in for me in time for my appointment. It was the first dress I tried on and it's the dress I said YES to! Thank you to everyone there and I highly recommend putting them on the list for bridal gowns.

I had excellent help, and couldn’t have had a better experience. The employees are super helpful and amazingly nice. Nick Tuttle found my dress within ten minutes of trying them on.

What I loved about Henri's was the beautiful selection, with styles to fit any budget. I thought Rachael was really awesome and sweet and did her best to help. However, I was very disappointed with the rest of my experience. I drove 3 hours to get there, and the appointment started an hour late (which was not a big deal). They did say they were busy and had a couple brides they were working with at the time (also, not a big deal). Rachel began pulling every dress I wanted to try on. They finally had a spot for us, so they brought up folding chairs so I could get started. The problem was the other bride was in the wrong dressing room, so I would have had to squeeze past her every time I wanted to show off a dress, and it was pretty tight already. So, I said I'll continue to wait until a space opened. Once a bay opened, another stylist began to put dresses in the room for another bride that just walked up, (you have got to be kidding me, lol). At this point I wanted to leave but my family suggested I stay because of the long drive. They ended up taking the other brides dresses that were pulled and put mine in there, and I got started. unfortunately, Rachael was spread thin, so she could not give the attention that was needed. She just put the dresses in the room, and I had to put them on myself, which was impossible, not to mention most of the dresses were a 4 or 6, and I am a 14. I did try on a couple that I loved, but it was difficult to follow all the way through with the right look and final touches because she was so busy. I was still willing to spend the 2500 on that dress I loved and find the veil and tiara elsewhere, but at that point I was done. That was not a good first time dress experience for myself or my family. Luckily, I had an appointment later on that evening with a different shop and had a much better experience. Which made me further realize how unpleasant my experience was at Henri's.

I had a great experience at Henri's. Sierra worked with me both times, and had great suggestions on how to pick a dress and even helped with ideas for alterations to better fit my dream dress vision!

Henri's Cloud Nine had a great selection of dresses that was very accommodating for a multitude of price ranges. All dresses were nicely presented, and their staff is very helpful. They were a wonderful place to do business with!

I've had the best experience shopping for every formal occasion at Henri's in Minerva!! Definitely an amazing place with some amazing employees willing to do anything to help and please their customers! Both Joe H. and Seth were just so helpful and kind the last time I was in, I would recommend this place to anybody looking for an amazing selection of dresses and jewelry!

Years ago I had bought my favorite prom dress here, so I thought I'd give it a chance now that I was searching for a wedding dress. What made the experience was Sierra, who catered to my every need and made my experience feel very personalized. She quickly picked up on dresses that I would love or hate and really made the dress picking a smooth transaction. I never felt rushed, which I feared would happen, but Sierra even insisted I stay in my dress as long as I would like. I'm so excited I was able to find my dream dress here. Henri's may seem small, but the selection and service is incredible. HUGE THANKS to Sierra for being so good at her job.

We visited Henri's, a couple of weeks ago, in hopes of finding the perfect homecoming dress. Alexis was our personal stylist and she found the perfect dress almost immediately! It's absolutely beautiful and completely unique. The 5 hour drive from Michigan was worth it! Thank you henri's and Alexis!!

This place has a fantastic selection and such great employees!!!! I came looking for a homecoming dress for my senior year and ended up finding both my homecoming and prom dresses. BUT THE MAIN reason I will ALWAYS come back to Henri's is because of COREY. He is not only absolutely fantastic at his job, but he is funny and honest. I could not be more thankful for him and my experience today. Corey is a wonderful person and a superb employee!!!! Thank you Corey for making our day trip one of the most fun and memorable. Henri's is definitely a one-stop-shop with their large selection of gorgeous wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride gowns. Tara did a fantastic job helping coordinate different bridesmaid dresses and helped me find what I couldn't at several other stores!

After trying on many selections, my bridal consult, Tara, was able to get a sense exactly what I was looking for. On my first day of looking for my gown, I found the one!
