I went to Henri’s in search of a wedding gown. It was my first time looking and Abby was so helpful! She made me feel comfortable, beautiful, and pampered. She also educated me on all the types of dresses and helped me keep an open mind. Henri’s had an amazing selection. I’ve already recommended Henri’s to my future sister-in-law and will continue to recommend them!

This shop is reliable! They were open during a snowstorm around the holidays when I had another shop in the area cancel my appt and close. I’m an out of state bride planning a wedding in Ohio where I grew up so having this time to shop was so important. Abby was so patient with me and my family. I didn’t feel any pressure or feel rushed to make a decision that day.

Abby and Christine are amazing!! Abby helped me find the perfect dress! She made me feel comfortable and really made the experience about me. She accommodated my very large family and made it a wonderful experience! Everyone in my group loved working with her and I would 10/10 recommend any bride to stop by Henri's in Minerva and ask for these two!

This was the best experience I could have had. This ended up being the only bridal shop we went to. Abby was absolutely amazing. She listened to me when I told her what I did and didn’t like. She was so patient with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She didn’t make me feel like I was pushed into the dress I chose. She answered all our questions with no hesitation. I would highly recommend Henri’s to any bride looking for her wedding gown! I went to a different store prior to Henri’s and was severely disappointed with their lack of options. I heard about Henri’s through someone else and decided to make an appointment and now wish I would have went there first. Not only did I have way more fun at Henri’s than the first store but I found my dress! The amount of dresses and options they have is amazing and the staff were all so nice as well. Lauryn helped me out throughout my appointment and we loved her! She was so helpful and nice while also offering recommendations, advice and support.

Had such an amazing time finding my dream dress! I bought my prom dresses in high school from Henries, so I knew it was a must stop to find my dress. Miranda was incredible and patient with us too! An amazing selection, and they made sure the style I was thinking of was plentiful in availability. We had a big group of 8 people with me, and they made sure there was room for everyone! 10/10 would recommend again and again.

Henris bridal in Minerva is the best! I found my dream wedding dress and couldn’t be happier. Alexis was amazing and such a great help! She asked what I liked and chose my dream dress for me just like that!! I can’t wait to take my bridesmaids with me to get their dresses as well!

Henris Bridal in Minerva was the best place I went dress shopping. It was such a comfortable atmosphere. I never felt pressured into choosing a dress. It was overall a really great, fun experience!

I found henri’s through the vendor search of a particular designer ( Justin Alexander) that I love. After emailing with Sierra, I decided to make the hour and 45 minute trek from Pittsburgh and I’m happy that I did! This was the third bridal salon I have visited and I can confidently say that my experience was much more pleasant at Henris than the other two, which included a very well known chain bridal store. Sierra was very professional and easy to talk to, never once made us feel like we were annoying her, and more importantly did not rush me. Although I did end up buying the dress that I traveled there for, I would have purchased a dress here simply based off the fact that she was so nice and patient. The other girls working were also really nice and I appreciated their honesty when I asked which dresses flattered my body more.

Henri's was a dream to work with! As a plus size woman I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a dress in my size. I have heard nightmare stories of plus size brides looking for dresses. Henri's had multiple dresses that I was able to try on! The sales consultant was helpful and kind. she never once made me feel guilty about my size. I fell in love with two dresses and ended up loving the cheaper one more. Henri's didn't make me feel pressured to buy the more expensive one and didn't treat me any less for buying a cheaper dress. Their veils were beautiful and they had lots of accessories to choose from also. Overall I would recommend Henris to any bride!

Sierra at Henri's was amazing! She was such a pleasure to work with and helped me find my dream dress! I had several other appointments at different bridal salons and my experience at Henri's was the best by bar! Would highly recommend!

This salon was clean and well organized. It made the process of finding a dress that I loved so easy! Alana helped my mom and I find the perfect selections within our budget and in the style I wanted! I would absolutely recommend brides to go look here first before anywhere else! I had a very fun and easy time finding my dress at Henri's! Alanna was an excellent stylist who really listened to what I was looking for and pulled great dresses! They were very helpful during the pandemic and made sure me an my guest and I were very safe and felt totally comfortable. Would absolutely recommend!

Every business has their policy and I completely understand that. However in times like these we all should work together in taking care of one another. Henris refuses. Senior girls missing out on prom and stuck with a dress they will never use. I understand your a "small business" and have to pay your employees but as a small business owner (fair concessions) myself we know there are loans and grants out there to help you. I simply asked if you would have a buy back program, maybe charge a fee and resell the dress for those of us who have seniors and no prom. Nope policy is all sales are finale. I asked maybe charge a restock fee. Nope all sales are finale. How about those of us who haven't finished paying on the dress. Now we're stuck in a hard place, pay for the rest of the dress (with money we may not have) and try and resell for half price. Or we walk away no dress and out the money we have paid. I've seen im not the only person who has a bad taste in my mouth for your company. I may be small but I know how word of mouth gets around and I sure hope next year people rethink before coming to buy a dress down there.

I have nothing but good things to say about Henri’s! This was the first salon I went to and the first time I tried on dresses. Alanna was nothing short of amazing. She really listened to what I liked and what I didn’t. I found my dress in no time all thanks to her! So happy I chose to come to Henri’s first! I am over the moon to say I’m a Henri’s bride!!

I couldn’t imagine getting my dress anywhere else. In high school I purchased all of my homecoming and prom dresses from Henri’s and knew how special it would be for me to purchase my wedding gown from there as well. The personal attention is unrivaled compared to other salons and the selection of dresses is wonderful. Sierra worked hard to make sure dresses from the Columbus store I liked were available for me to try on in Minerva - thank goodness, because she picked out my dress from the Columbus selection. I think the most important note from my experience was the fact that I wasn’t being pressured to buy any dress like I was at other salons. I felt as though Sierra completely supported my decision making and wanted me to find the perfect dress, not just the most expensive dress. The entire team worked to make sure I found the dress of my dreams and worked with the designer to make some customizations to make it unique to me. I cannot wait for it to come in so I can see it come to life!

I had an amazing experience at Henri's in Minerva! Alanna assisted me with my shopping and she was phenomenal! I showed her a couple pictures and she picked a bunch of dresses that fit me so well. It was like she knew my exact style. She would pick a dress that was similar to one of my pictures, but it would be better! She knew exactly what to pick! All of my dresses were within my budget and they were all beautiful. She even took the time to let me try on the same two dresses until I could decide on the perfect on. I found my perfect dress on my first round! I cannot say enough about Alanna and how we were treated at Henri's!

I'm grateful for the excellent service and patience provided to me by Alanna during my visits. Yes, I had picked out a dress on one Saturday and returned the next to find THE ONE! Alanna corresponded with me via email throughout the week to discuss dress options, and she even retrieved a few from their Columbus store for me to try one. She listened to my concerns and suggested similar dresses according to my style that were within my budget. I felt welcome from the first visit and suggest Henri's to anyone looking for a designer dress.

Henris was my second dress store. I thought I had found my gown at the first but I just wasn’t ready to commit. I had a gown I just had to see that they didn’t have. I made an appointment for a weekday and was Alanna was my stylist. She was amazing from the start. She called me and emailed me days leading up to my appointment so she could get her hands on every dream dress I found. When I got there I had a large bridal crew and made us al feel welcome. She was on it she remembered all the gowns we talked about and found ones that I didn’t even find which she was the one that ended up finding my dress. It was a designer I didn’t even look at. I hope anyone that chooses this store is lucky enough to get Alanna. I love henris as this is also where I use to buy my pageant gowns and now my wedding gown. Such an amazing experience!

I had the best experience at Henri’s. I had absolutely no idea what I wanted, but Alanna helped me to find the most beautiful dress. I felt like the experience was so personalized and intimate, and I loved being able to bring my family. The shop is calm and organized, which helps for such an overwhelming task. I went to Henri’s for my wedding dress after not finding the perfect dress at a few other shops. They had an excellent selection and I found my dress quickly. The seamstress, Maggie, was amazing. She added a pocket to the inside of my dress so I had somewhere to put my insulin pump- people at the wedding even asked where my insulin pump was hiding! At my final fitting, I was concerned that the dress was too tight so Maggie loosened it and re-hemmed it right then so I could still take it home. After getting home, I realized I had been wrong and now it was too loose. They got me an appointment the same day I called and Maggie took several hours making sure my dress fit perfectly, all at no charge and with a great attitude (Maggie came in saying “here I come to save the day!”). Amazing service. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Alanna Alexander ay Henris!! She spent all day with me, understood exactly what I was looking for, and pulled dresses I loved. She gave me her advice when asked and made my mom and sister feel very included. She was beyond helpful and all of the dresses at Henri’s were beautiful. I found and purchased my dress with her and couldn’t be happier!

It disappoints me to have to write a negative review. Henri’s bridal consultants were very lovely! Always helpful, kind and attentive. I found the dress of my dreams! However, do NOT use them to alter your dress. Not only are the prices outrageous but Maggie ruined my dress to the point that it is now unwearable. She did not listen to the alterations I wanted and blatantly did not do multiple items from my first appointment. She took no accountability for her lack of care and botched alterations. Do NOT use Henri’s to alter your dress. I am two weeks out from my wedding and had to buy a brand new dress off the rack.

It saddens me to have to give such an awful review. I’ll start with the positives, the consultants are great, listen to what you want to try on and try to stick to your budgets. If you are going there to buy a dress I would say go ahead they will help you get the style you want, however DO NOT get it altered there!!!! Maggie was rude, unprofessional, and clearly does not know a thing about altering bridal gowns! I came in two months before my wedding for my first fitting (their suggestion) Everything went smoothly, the only things needed altered were the straps were too big and the bust and waist needed taken in, and to get cups sewn in. Maggie asked how is a week before your wedding good for the next fitting, I can make this fit perfectly by then. I questioned it being so close in time to my wedding and she said that was when she could fit me in and the dress should have no problem fitting since there wasn’t much altering needed done. I come back a week before, the straps are so tight that I could not fit them over my arms to get to my shoulder. Maggie told me this is how they are supposed to be, they are spaghetti straps not cap sleeves. The bust looked like it was a size F and I’m a C, the cups were not sewn in, and the waist is still too big. She told me that she would take in the bust and the waist but that the straps were perfect and that she couldn’t do anything more with them because my shoulders were lopsided. So she scheduled me for Thursday to come back two days before my wedding.... I thought about this all weekend and really hated the straps so I call on Monday and tell them I’m not comfortable with the straps. They fit me in Monday evening. When I try it on the straps fit perfectly, the waist fits perfectly! I was relieved, however the bust was still way too big! You could get a clear view down my shirt. She rolled her eyes at me was really mad that I had asked for the straps to be fixed and told me that she’s not a miracle worker and it’s not her fault I ordered a dress too sizes too big. I pointed out that the consultants measured me and recommended the size. Then she insisted that I lost a ton of weight then and this is my fault. Sadly, I had gained 15 lbs before the wedding so this was untrue. She rolled her eyes and asked if I could come back Wednesday. I told her I couldn’t that we had a meeting with another vendor that day. Then she scoffed and said great now your going to make me come in on my day off on Thursday! I guess I’ll do it just for you since you’re so special. We already had an appointment scheduled for Thursday previously so that was kind of annoying. Then she asked if she could get it done by the next day if I would pick it up, I said yes that would be perfect. So I get a call Tuesday saying it’s ready. I cancel my plans for that day and rush in after getting off work before they closed. I tried it on and the straps were back to where they were before she fixed them, there was a huge rumple in the front, my breasts were lopsided. The consultant asked me if everything was ok with the dress. By this time I was so frustrated and speechless I just wanted to get out of there and never talk to Maggie again. I told them it looked good and took it home, called my aunt who fixed all of the issues in thirty minutes just by making the straps longer, (she is not a seamstress). The longer straps allowed me to pull down the dress in front getting rid of the rumple and letting me straighten out the front.

My family and I had the best time dress shopping at Henri’s. We had a large group and had the whole bridal space to ourselves which was amazing. Alanna was amazing with helping me pick out a dress since I am so indecisive. She was a pro at picking out a variety of dresses that would look right on me and for our venue.

Bridal consultant had me order a size down without measuring the rib cage on me to decide if I'd actually fit in the size down. I didn't. Felt like I was fat shamed on my fitting and told that there is no returns or exchanges, all sales final. When I finally got in touch with a manager, the best they could do for me was offer me the stock dress that they let you try on at the store complete with snags and all. Stay away from this shop!

Had an amazing experience at Henri's Cloud Nine in Minerva and worked with my wonderful bridal stylist, Alanna! I visited there twice, 1st to get some ideas of what I was looking for and 2nd to say "yes" to my dress! Alanna, was understanding with my ideas and patient with my decisions and changes. She was so helpful and continued to selecting different style choices until I was truly happy. Without her expertise, I could have never discovered the amazing gown chosen for my wedding day - totally different from my original thought! I appreciate her guidance - thank you x1,000,000 Alanna!

Henri’s was the first store I looked at wedding dresses and no other store compared to these gowns. Alanna helped me figure out what style I like and then kept pulling from that style to find “the one”. When I left I wasn’t 100% sold on the dress I picked and Alanna called me to check in and went above and beyond by seeing what other dresses were in Columbus so I could come back in and try on a few more gowns to be sure the one I found is the one I love and feel confident about buying it. She wasn’t pushy at all unlike other stores — if i didn’t like the dress she said ok and let me do what I actually wanted, all while I felt I had her help.

I just got my wedding dress this past weekend! Alanna helped me. She was super sweet and helpful. I can't wait to wear my dress! it's all I could ask for!!

Found the gown! The selection these stores have is incredible and Lauryn was fantastic at the Minerva store. They are helpful, friendly and tons of options! We went to Columbus and marissa was great there but found the dress in Minerva.

I went to Henri’s for my first time trying on wedding dresses and I found my dress! There was a very nice variety of dresses to pick from. After trying on some dresses that I thought I would like, Alanna chose one for me that I fell in love with. Alanna was very patient and knowledgeable. I am happy to be a Henri’s Bride!

I purchased my bridal gown here, and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and kind. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted to wear. I spoke to Sierra when I set up my appointment. She was my stylist when I came in to try on dresses. She had dresses pulled that were all exactly what I wanted. She was respectful of my price range and my vision of what I wanted to wear. I also spoke to Joe on the phone a few times before my appointment. He was very helpful in answering all the questions I had. In addition to wedding gowns, Henri's has a great selection of prom dresses. This is especially helpful for brides like me, who want something a little different. I would highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience going to Henris in Minerva! I went there to search for bridesmaids dresses! My consultant Alanna was great! She was helpful in finding different styles, designers, and always showed me the color swatches for each dress my girls were trying on! I recommend going there for a great time with your bridesmaids! Today I looked for my wedding dress. Liz was my consultant and she was great! I had not looked for dresses before and she pulled a variety of styles to help me determine the best dress for me. She was so nice to work with and with her help I found my dress!

I originally went into Henris looking for a prom dress with my little sister. We had to wait on her dress for a little bit so we decided to just check out the bridal section while we were there and waiting. They were REALLY busy but we asked it we could try on a couple things. They were so sweet and accommodating even though we did not have an appointment scheduled. I tried on some dresses that I had picked out and was liking a couple but was just done shopping because I wasn’t loving anything. Then came Liz........ she said “I feel like I have one that you would really like” so I decided that I would try ONE last one. What do you know, I LOVED it. It was absolutely perfect and exactly what I didn’t know that I wanted. If it wasn’t for Liz I would have left empty handed and who knows if I would have ever found something so perfect for me! All around, such a good experience!
