Being available for all day of activities and overseeing set-up and breakdown staff of the venue. Day-Of Coordination also includes coordination of rehearsal events. Partial Wedding Planning and Coordinating can include assistance with choosing vendors and location. Planning meetings and creating a detailed timeline. Finalizing all last minute details including vendor confirmations. Being available for all day-of activities and overseeing set-up and breakdown staff of venue. The Partial Wedding Planning and Coordination package also includes coordination of rehearsal events. A la Carte services, which are billed by the hour, can include any need you may have for extra help, such as DIY projects, stuffing and stamping invitations etc. We also offer Destination packages, budget planning, help planning honeymoons, and bachelorette parties. ast minute decision to change the ceremony to inside, but they perfected the decor & flipped the room for the reception in no time! They had a drink & apps waiting for us immediately following the ceremony & literally catered to us all night. They set up & took down everything, making the end of the night so easy & efficient. My fiancé thought a wedding coordinator was a waste of money but he was so grateful for these two & they completely changed his mind. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to them. Will recommend Heppily Ever After to all of our engaged friends!

hat I wanted me and my husband’s wedding day to look like, Sarah had her work cut out for her. I believe I was also behind on planning by a month or two.
Sarah got right to work - she researched and shortlisted vendors for me to consider, giving me recommendations on what to look for in each vendor and questions to ask them as I spoke to them on the phone. I was even able to loop her in on communication with some vendors.
Each meeting with Sarah had an objective and she worked (painstakingly I might add) towards getting me to complete each one. She took meticulous notes and provided organization documents for my reference. She ensured details I never would have thought of were considered. With her patience, little by little the day took shape into one I will never forget.
Sarah had prepared me for the day of and I had nothing to worry about when it came to vendors being organized and all details being handled. She even took on role of therapist for a moment before the ceremony. I think my most used phrase that morning was “ask Sarah”. She and her assistant left nothing unanswered. They scrubbed my dress with baby wipes after I accidentally got mud on it before the ceremony, her assistant walked with me vail and train in tow down to the beach on a fairly hot day, Sarah fixed my train when it ripped and saved dessert time with a late night order of coffee. These are only a few of the many examples I have of them going above and beyond.
Obviously I don’t plan to get married again, but if I did, I would hire Sarah every single time. You’d be lucky to have her for your wedding day.

Even smaller things like grabbing an empty drink out of our hands, coordinating a quick task like moving tables after dinner, or helping us catch back up on the schedule, Sarah was right there for us! Sarah also helped with a TON of setup at the venue which relieved so much day of stress for us, and she executed it flawlessly. We are so incredibly grateful for Sarah being there on our wedding day and couldn’t recommend her more for you to have a seamless day! THANK YOU Sarah! hly qualified, communicative, attentive to any and all of the brides needs, thoroughly answers all questions, organized, experienced, and made sure our wedding was the best day ever. After the wedding, guests commented to me how smoothly run the wedding was. There was little to no hiccups and I credit this to Sarah! On our big day she had this amazing ability to know exactly what I needed, usually before I even did. She was on top of everything, had incredible communication with all my vendors, and jumped in to helped fix a seating mishap involving extra guests with out us even knowing about it (only heard about it a few days after the wedding when my aunt told me). We are both very laid back, and she kept things going without ever once making us feel like there was a schedule. Magic. I also got the sense that if you want somebody to be a drill sergeant about your day-of schedule, she's absolutely capable of matching whatever energy you need. I’ve never planned a wedding and this isn’t her first rodeo so her advice was super helpful. I even called her a few times before our month of planning started and she was happy to help. Leading up to the day of she checked in with all our vendors, had an extremely detailed timeline and decor placement list and took care of a lot of last minute stuff for us. Originally we were going to pay our venue to set up our decor / centerpieces since we had a room flip after the ceremony and take down all the decor at the end of the night but Sarah took care of that all on top of being our point person day of. From holding my extremely heavy bouquet (a lot), to helping create our perfect timeline to fit all our needs and vendors,to corralling our bridal party and 2 little groomsmen, to making sure the bride and groom always had a beverage if we needed it, to cleaning up and organizing all our decor at the end of the night!
