Located in sunny South Florida, Hera Event Rentals has been operating since 2013 and has been providing rental inventory and tailored table linen designs to a wide variety of events. Hera Event Rentals has worked with top companies like UPS, Carnival Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean and United Way of Miami-Dade. Also, venues like the Curtiss Mansion, Bella Collina, and with leading event planners.
Hera Event Rentals has expanded since opening which has given us the opportunity to offer several different products including Chiavari Chairs, Modern Lounge Furniture and LED wireless up-lighting. We have party packages and solutions to fit any budget.

OUR OWNERS
CALVIN RODRIGUEZ -President
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Calvin Rodriguez got an early start in the leisure, travel tourism industry. As an entrepreneur, Calvin took his passion for helping others and started Hera Event Rentals.
At Carnival Cruise Line, Calvin serves as a professional Business Development Manager working with travel agency business owners and travel advisors in South Florida and Caribbean Market. Calvin loves being able to help grow Hera Event Rentals & Travel Agencies in his territory. He always strives to make the customer happy and go above and beyond expectations. A family man himself, with his wife Liliana and his son Calvin Jr, and daughter Mia.
LILIANA RODRIGUEZ – Vice President
Originally from Venezuela, Liliana Rodriguez brings a fresh perspective that encompasses the international cultures of Miami. She has great attention to detail and enjoys every step of event planning. Liliana has a sense of style and is very creative.

We had an excellent experience with HERA Rentals. Calvin and his team were there the day of the wedding to help set up. He provided updates that morning with phone calls, and FaceTime calls to ensure everything was setup properly. He also made last minute adjustments for us due to weather. We spoke to 20+ rental companies in the area and we chose HERA Rentals because they offered us exactly what we needed: great prices, attention to detail, and a hands on approach.They did a great job and did not disappoint! Calvin was always available for a phone call, quick response to our emails, and was willing to work with us with whatever we needed. We definitely recommend them for any wedding or event!
If you want a rental party vendor that is accommodating, helpful, creative, and affordable, stop looking because you found it! The Hera team helped us put together a beautiful ceremony at a park. We rented an arbor, chairs with cushions, and an aisle runner. The day before the wedding, they allowed me to go to their warehouse and decorate the arbor so my husband and I didn't have to do it on the wedding day. They even helped me decorate the arbor and made a bouquet out of the extra flowers I had! On the day of our wedding, they arrived on time, and unloaded the chairs quickly. They were very professional and very friendly, which made things so much easier. The ceremony area looked beautiful with their items. After the ceremony, Hera gave us enough time to take all our wedding family photos with the arbor we decorated.
This company has been extremely responsive throughout the entire planning process, we could not have asked for a better vendor. They really helped make our day easier and more memorable.
Used Hera Event for our DIY wedding. Our venue decided to spring some last minute timing issues and Calvin and his wife were so quick to work with us. Even helped us figure out placements for tables when we were stuck. All items rented were clean and pretty new.
Will use them for our events in the future.
