Sally was awesome to work with and my wedding flowers were an absolute dream! I showed her a couple photos and she made arrangements better than I could even imagine. My wedding was planned in the middle of covid and she made sure I had everything I needed. I forgot to add a few items to my order and she was able to quickly make them the morning of the wedding. Her prices are also amazing for such good quality flowers. HIGHLY recommend!

Stunning arrangements! Sally is wonderful and her and her team do amazing work. We went over colors and themes and I showed her some vision boards that I had created and relied on her professional eye and opinion which came to life on our big day and exceeded our expectations. Everything they created for us was absolutely beautiful from the arbor arrangements to the bouquets and boutonnieres, centerpieces and greenery on our sweetheart table and flowers added to our wedding cake. Herbert E. Berg florist did an amazing job with the flowers for my wedding day! My cascading bouquet of roses and blue orchids was absolutely gorgeous, and stood out stunningly in all of my photos. My bridesmaids carried lanterns instead of traditional bouquets, and they did an amazing job incorporating my flower choices in to the lanterns as well by adding orchid cascades along the handles and adding rose petals inside to create a truly unique and beautiful piece for each girl to have. They were easy to work with and their attention to detail was exquisite. I would definitely recommend them for a future event!

The flowers for our wedding were beautiful. Each table was different and unique just as we had requested for our rustic barn wedding. We told Sally what feel we wanted our wedding to be like and she delivered. My bouquet was STUNNING!! The ceremony arrangements fit perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

Recently was referred to Herbert Berg Florist for my wedding! Sally was amazing to work with and very accommodating! We went in with a price range in mind and the flowers we wanted and she was able to make it it work! I also asked her if she could incorporate buttons from my grandmother wedding dress into my bouquet and she did! Everything looked absolutely amazing from the centerpieces to the boutonnières and bouquets! We loved this place so much we even decided to use them for the floral centerpieces for my cousins Bridal shower! I highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed!

We got absolutely gorgeous flowers (a large quantity to) for a very reasonable price! We had them decorate our wedding arch with real flowers, and it was absolutely stunning. My coordinator had huge praise for the woman that came and set up!

We were recommended by Herbert Berg Florist by our venue, College of the Holy Cross. Our contact, specifically told us to work with Joan. Since the moment we met her, I knew I wanted her to design my flowers. She was so genuine in her desire to work with us, and so creative and willing to work around my wishes. Joan and the rest of the Herbert Berg Florist staff did an amazing job putting together amazing decor, from the bridal party bouquets, center pieces, to the cake flowers. Everything was precise and beautiful and i loved it!!

We loved Joan... her work was beautiful...We met her at a bridal show and she was awesome...after we booked, we had to deal with the owner, Sally, who is not very personable. She doesnt communicate well, or in a timely fashion. The flowers however were beautiful (done by Joan) but sadly, the bouquets did not last until Monday and therefore I could not even have them preserved. Overall, the experience was...mehhh...okay.

I went to Joan of Herbert E. Berg with an unusual request. My theme was chemistry and rustic, so we had chemistry glassware and bullet shells for the boutineers. She was very open to the idea as was the rest of the staff. The flowers came out beautiful. Sally was so helpful at putting all it all together out on the tables and delivering it very much on time. The church pieces were magnificent and perfect. Joan, Sally, and everyone else managed to create such beauty and making it look like it was picked from a garden beyond what I had envisioned. It was very easy to work with Joan and Sally. They also had great ideas that I wasn't even aware of like my mom's corsage being a shoulder one instead of wrist or lapel. I had never heard of that. Another idea was to use herbs in the bouquets since it helped keep the rustic feel. They are very good at their job and I was not stressed working with them. I would definitely recommend them to other brides to help make their day beautiful.

I just finished working with Joan, who was absolutely wonderful and totally professional!!! She always responded to me phone calls within 1-2 days, and stayed within my budget. She was also able to give me her professional advise on what flowers would work together Would recommend Joan and Herbert Berg to anyone!!!

My husband and I just got married on May 4th and the only complaint of the day was regarding the flowers. I was told some of the roses looked as though they were already dying and were brown. The throw bouquet which was included in the package was no bigger then 4 flowers wrapped together in ribbon. The baskets in the bathroom were not decorated with flowers as my mother had requested (and paid for) nor did they use the additional crystals and gems provided by my mother on any of the bouquets or baskets. My bouquet was nicely done with crystals in some of the flowers although the flowers in the cascade fell out prior to me walking in to the ceremony and reception and a bridesmaid of mine had to be called in to make repairs. Leading up to the wedding the shop was great to work with and the employees were very workable. There was no issues with customer service.

The flowers were beautiful. I had blue hydrangeas and they were lovely. The only problem was that it was very hot and the bouquets wilted quickly. I think that was probably more the heat than the quality of the flowers themselves. The staff was great to work with and very friendly. My only complaint was that we were not given the correct number of corsages for the parents and grandparents and that was an issue. We decided not to give the men their flowers and use those for the women as well, but then some grandmothers were upset they got a pin rather than a corsage.

My flowers were sooo pretty! they did an amazing job! very resonable in price as well.

I was worried at first I had to cut my floral budget after one of our parents didn't pull through but they were very flexiable cut what we could and it was just gorgeous joan was very friendly and got my vision perfectly!

I loved the way my flowers turned out. Sue even came back to the hotel to re-wrap some of the bouquets for me :)

The wedding specialist was very nice and accommodating. She seemed to know what I wanted and how to execute my vision. They've always had a reputation for beauty so we decided to go with them.I ordered white roses for my bridesmaids and purple roses for me as well as white boutineers for the groomsmen and fathers and a corsage for my mother. My mother's corsage was ugly. The color of the rose didn't match any of the other flowers and was too small. One of my bridesmaids bouquet fell apart before the ceremony even began and my bouquet begin to wilt half way through the day. When they arrived, my flowers weren't exactly fully in bloom and the color wasn't what I expected either. We were quoted a good price, or what seemed like a good price for everything I wanted. I guess it was too good to be true. I wouldn't not recommend them, but be cautious if you do choose them.

i ordered roses for my wedding last month through Herbert Berg, and the customer service there was awesome. there was however a mix up the day of where the wrong type of flower was delivered but they delivered within a half hour the correct bouquet, free of charge and let me keep the mess up for a toss bouquet seeing as i hadnt ordered one. the flowers were beautiful, glad i choose this vendor.

I used them for my wedding and the flowers looked AMAZING! I had gorgeous bouquets and center pieces. They were very flexable when it came to me changing my mind about my centerpieces and they were willing to help me work within my price range which was helpful. They were friendly and creative and I had a great experience with them.

I absolutely loved working with the gals at Herbert Berg. They are extremely reasonably priced and were willing to listen to all my crazy ideas. They were excited about my concept as it was a little different from the normal wedding flowers and they made everything beautifully. I got so many comments on how beautiful the flowers were. And for what I received, it was definitely worth the money!

I want to thank everyone at Berg for being so helpful during the planning process and creating such beautiful flowers. When I walked into the reception hall I was blown away by the center pieces. They were perfect!

Joan put together lovely bouquets of roses for my winter wedding, while accommodating my modest budget perfectly!

When I started planning, I was initially going to use silk flowers to save on cost. My mom talked me out of it, and boy am I glad she did!!! We met with Joan who was great, she went over everything with us and even went over it all with me again a week before to ensure it was what I wanted. The flowers were delivered to me the day of the wedding and were even brought over early!!!! They were exactly what I had wanted and more!!! Could not be happier!

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! I hired them for my wedding flowers and was absolutely and completely disappointed in their service. The flowers were supposed to be delivered to my hotel at 8:30AM and didn't show up until 9:30AM, when I was supposed to be getting in my limo and leaving for the ceremony. No apology. Then, the delivery guy made me stop my pictures and explain what flowers were going where even though I had explained it a week before to the woman in charge of my flowers. He also made me give him directions to the church, which was only a town away (about 10 minutes), and it took him an hour and a half to get there, which delayed the ceremony. Again, no apology. When we got to the church, we found we were missing a bouquet, the groom's boutineer was missing, and the rest of the boutineers were already falling apart and browning. We got to the reception to find that the florist forgot to mention that instead of them bringing vases to the reception so we could use the bouquets as center pieces for the head table and bridal party tables, I was actually supposed to keep the nasty vases the delivery guy put the bouquets in to keep them alive and I was supposed to bring them in to the reception, even though I was the last one there. Apparently I was supposed to carry them in with me as I was introduced? I was told they would be there already. So we had no center pieces for three of the tables. This is just some of the major mistakes they made. Awful awful awful. So naturally I called to straighten it out after the wedding and it took about three calls and finally a trip there to get anyone to talk to me about it. Finally I talked to the owner, who tried to defend some of the mistakes, but was genuinely concerned about some as well. Mostly she just made excuses. She said she'd sit down with the woman in charge of my flowers to talk about how to make this right. I said I AT LEAST need a refund for what never showed up, and would expect more since they messed up pretty much everything, including the timing of the whole ceremony. That was two weeks ago. I've not heard anything yet despite being promised a call the next day (about two weeks ago). I called today and asked to speak with the owner again and I was told she'd call me after lunch. I called 4 hours later, after not hearing back, to find out I can't talk to her this time because she's out. I am infuriated that they screwed up so much of my wedding and won't even take the time to try to make it right. I WILL NEVER go there again or recommend them to ANYONE unless they don't mind someone screwing up something they spent a year planning.

Great to work with and offered nice bonuses! They took the time to really sit down and figure out what I wanted.
