My Husband and I could not have picked a better place to get married at! Starting from booking, we dealt with Danielle and she was very amazing to work with. Any email I sent to her she would get back to me ASAP with an answer and made me feel comfortable to ask any question I needed answers to. From there we had Edgar as our Maitre D, he made our day go by so smooth and anything we needed he was there doing for us! Janet was my personal bridal attendant and she KILLED it, she even looked after my husband for anything he needed. She gave us water sneakily (because you forget to eat and drink) and gave me a fan, made sure I was comfortable and got me anything I needed when I needed it! The staff was awesome as well! Food was 10/10, I’m still receiving texts from guests saying different foods they enjoyed from cocktail hour! I personally

From start to finish, the heritage club was AMAZING to work with!! We had Danielle as our sales manager and she was always very helpful in answering all of our questions and any changes we had along the way. It was such a smooth and easy process and made our planning that much easier and flexible. They were SO accommodating to any requests we had for the day of. We had Edgar as our Maitre'D and Kelly as our Bridal Attendant. Edgar went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our day so so special. My husband is a HUGE golfer and plays at Bethpage almost every weekend. Edgar knew this and made my husband a custom wallet with the Bethpage state park and ryder cup logos (which he needed permission from the Ryder Cup to do). Edgar handled everything with my DOC and was asking both sets of parents & our guests if they need anything the whole night. He really is so passionate about his job and truly cares about all of the little details and making sure we were happy. Kelly was also fantastic and was always there ready with our drinks, carrying my dress and bouquet and being all around helpful throughout the whole night. I can't say enough great things about this place. They are truly so amazing at what they do!!!
We held our wedding at The Heritage Club on August 16, 2024, and it was everything we dreamed of and more!! From the moment we arrived for our first tour with Mindy to the final moments of our reception, the experience was exceptional. The venue is so stunning and was the perfect backdrop for both our ceremony and reception.
The staff at The Heritage Club is incredible as well! We worked with Mindy for most of the planning and she was attentive, organized, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Our Matre’d, Edgar, was unbelievable!!! He did not miss a beat and took so much stress off us making sure our guests were well taken care of and that everything was running smoothly. He is a true gem and you can tell he loves what he does. Janet was the best bridal attendant ever!! Always by my side taking care of me, making sure I was hydrated and my lipstick was fresh. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to help run our wedding day. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better venue to host our special day. As soon as we stepped inside Heritage Club at Bethpage, we knew this was our wedding venue. We fell in love with the Hollywood glam vibes, the large windows in the bright beautiful ballroom, and gorgeous green grounds – it was perfect! Everyone at Heritage Club was so personal and easy to work with and communicate with beforehand, especially Danielle! Danielle was incredible, we love her! All staff were very accommodating to all our needs and worked well with our caterer and other vendors. Day-of, Edgar and Janet were unbelievable!! Edgar made everything happen behind the scenes, and Janet didn’t leave my side, making sure I was always hydrated and had lipstick on, and so much more. We love the Heritage Club and couldn’t be happier!!

From pre-booking to the after party, I couldn't be happier with our choice to get married here last weekend!!! I wish I could relive the night over and over again! Everything was absolutely perfect. Danielle helped us seamlessly throughout the entire planning process, was very kind and professional, and helped accommodate some unique requests we had being from 2 different cultures. Janet, our bridal attendant was the absolute BEST, she was with me all night and anticipated our every need. Not only was she extremely helpful and professional, but soooo much fun to be around and my whole family loved her!! Chef Mike!! What can I say?!? You did not disappoint, nothing was missed. The cocktail hour was incredible, the pasta was truly al dente, the entrees were delicious. I wish I was a guest at my own wedding so I could have enjoyed more of the delicious food!! Edgar, our maitre de was also great; very on top of everything and kept us on schedule (my fiance & I tend to be a little late lol) and kept a smile on his face the entire time despite the chaos and craziness of our families! The staff really make this an elevated experience. I don't think I need to boost about the ambiance and vibe of the place; that shines all on its own! I hope we can have a party here again some day!! The Heritage Club was amazing from start to finish. From the moment we walked in to tour it we knew it would be where we had our wedding. We worked primarily with Mindy, and she was so incredible. She was friendly, kind, and realistic. Throughout the entire process she was there to answer our questions, calm our anxieties, and share her expertise. We loved all the events that the Heritage Club put together, including the showcases and BINGO nights. We were able to win an extra captains station for our cocktail hour! Danielle and Sarah always did an amazing job making BINGO nights fun and entertaining. Come to the day of the wedding, we knew we were in amazing hands with Edgar and Janet. Edgar was always there to make sure the day was going smoothly. Janet is hands down the most amazing bridal assistant. Every time we needed something she was there. Even with hand held fans for the sweetheart table since we were sweating so much from dancing. My husband even ripped his pants after our ceremony and Janet and Edgar sewed them before cocktail hour. We couldn’t be more thankful for the staff at the Heritage Club for making sure our day went smoothly and just how he imagined.
My husband and I got married at the Heritage Club on 1/13/24. We had an absolutely amazing time. The staff at the heritage club made us feel so special and the entire night was wonderful. We worked with Mindy as our salesperson and she is a sweetheart. Our matre d was Edgar who my husband loved working with. He made sure everything went as planned. The true star of the Heritage club was Janet. I loved her so much. As soon as I walked in she was feeding me, having me sip water and reapplying my lip gloss before every picture. She is the dress bustling queen. She had my dress bustled in minutes and it wasn’t an easy one. I had also told her how my snap on my dress broke off and she decided it would be best to sew me into the dress so it wouldn’t fall down. Hands down the best decision. I was dancing the night away with no issues. She was ready with any possible item we needed (bobby pins, actual pins and even a hair dryer for when my bridesmaid had a drink spilled on her). She was a dream to work with and I’m so grateful. The bartenders and all the waitstaff were awesome. We had a blast and wish we could do it a million times over again.
My daughter got married there Saturday Night. It could not have been better. The staff are amazing. The food amazing. Most of all the staff. Janet is the overall MVP. A button popped on my tuxedo and within seconds unprompted she was sewing back on to my jacket. Mindy Savvides is a rock star and Edgar is amazing as well. Tremendous and they will accommodate everything and more.
We just had our wedding here last night and it was the most incredible venue ever!!!! To start - our sales manager was Mindy and we cannot say enough great things about her. From the start she helped us navigate a 300 person wedding with kindness and patience. She always answered our emails and questions immediately. She made sure we got everything we wanted and more!!!! Edgar and Janet were amazing additions. They managed to flip the ballroom from a ceremony space to a reception space in <80 minutes and it was seriously incredible. No one even knew that it was the same room!! The food was top notch, bar tenders were INCREDIBLE, staff was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better day. This wedding cannot be beat and that is because of this incredible venue and people. If you’re considering the Heritage Club print hesitate !!!!
From the beginning our sales rep Mindy was an absolute rockstar. She was so I formative and so accommodating to everything we needed. My mom has a deathly seafood allergy so she made sure the kitchen was clean and no seafood came in contact with any of the food that night. She’d be on standby and answer all of our questions no matter the time or day. Our Matte D Edgar was also amazing. He had the day flow so nicely and was on top of everything! My husband and I didn’t lift a finger, we were so grateful. My wedding attendant Janet was out of this world!! She stood by our side all day!! Beautiful venue with great space!
The venue space is absolutely gorgeous, so my partner and I were thrilled to secure a date for our wedding here. The year long process in communicating with the Heritage Club was stressful. I would not recommend getting one of the packages and securing your own vendors because the vendors like the venue staff treat you like your just another wedding and really don't show any care or attention to your needs and or requests leading up to the wedding day. It just feels like a factory. They have two weddings or events on the same day, you make an appt and then they time you out to have someone else come right after you, so you need to rush out. Also, If your a detail oriented person and want things to be a certain way, then do not listen to Mindy when she tells you not to get a planner. The whole year was spent with her saying one thing and then disconfirming it or forgetting what she said closer to the date. There was little to no communication about setting up a meeting to drop off wedding things the week of, meeting the maitre d or wedidng attendant and so the week of the wedding was very stressful. Edgar, maitre d' was rude, didn't even introduce himself and took notes at the drop off, but the day of the wedding everything was in disarray. He didn't know what was going on for the processional, in spite of me giving him a pdf and reviewing this with him at drop off. This delayed the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour by 40 minutes. I had place cards to go on top of place card holders and the day of they were placed with no care or attention in the cocktail hour space, even though the florist had made a nice table and floral arrangement for them. He put the card and gift box in the reception hall which is not what we had discussed at drop off. Janet, the bridal attendant is absolutely wonderful and the only saving grace of the place. She understood when I said the gift box in the reception hall looked tacky and to please find a place for them in the hallway by the memory table. Lastly, my partner and I spent some time with Mindy creating a signature drink flier to honor my dog who passed away this year. After all the work and heart that went into it, they used a different drink flier that we had never even seen before. It was those little things- including a terrible tasting in July (thankfully the food ended up being ok on the wedding day though the drinks are very watered down in spite of us bringing our own alcohol) that really added up and makes it hard to give this venue a high rating. I wished they had shown us more care and consideration for our special day. We made the most of the chaos and lack of organization, but looking back would have gone with a different venue.
We had our wedding at the Heritage Club on 10/21/23 and could not have more great things to say about it. Our guests did not stop raving about the food and service, everything went above and beyond expectations. We worked with Danielle as our sales coordinator and she was the most responsive and helpful person. It always felt like she truly had our back and was always doing what she could to fulfill all our requests. I would highly recommend trying to work with Danielle when planning/booking your wedding!!
On our wedding day we had Edgar & Billy as the maitre d’s and they were so organized and made the event run so smoothly. We met before our wedding and they made sure to take into account all our wants and to keep everything moving on schedule. Last but not least, I cannot express enough how amazing Janet was as our bridal attendant. She was always two steps ahead of anticipating any needs we had- bringing us water/drinks, reapplying my lipstick, sewing a groomsmen’s button back on, and even getting multiple red wine stains out of guests’ shirts. We really felt like we had the A team from start to finish that brought us to the wedding of our dreams!!!
The Heritage Club was a magical place to get married. From the moment we decided to host our wedding there, the staff could not have been more helpful with coordinating every small detail. Our wedding at the Heritage club was amazing, the venue is beautiful and the food was delicious. The day of staff, Janet and Edgar were absolutely stellar, we had horrible weather and they acted very quickly to make sure everything was taken care of, the whole night they were on top of everything and went above and beyond to make sure the night went perfectly I can not speak highly enough about their incredible work.
The planning experience with our sales representative was not quite as good, all of our meetings felt very rushed and impersonal, causing details such as the table cloths we chose to be missed and ultimately ended up being wrong. We also had a scheduled meeting where we showed up and she wasn't even there. Every time I dropped off a check I had to follow up and ask that a revised invoice was sent reflecting the new balance, and even with that we had a last min 2,000 dollars added to our balance 2 days before the wedding due to an error on her part. We had an amazing wedding and I would still recommend the venue, but make sure you stay on top of all the details and double check everything during the planning process.

We worked with Danielle on our wedding details and she was wonderful. She answered every question we had and made the process seamless. On the day of our wedding, Edgar was the maitre'd and Janet was my bridal attendant. I can't say enough wonderful things about both of them. The whole evening ran so smoothly. They made me feel so calm, they were so accommodating, and I am extremely grateful. This venue + staff deserves an 100/10, seriously. Beyond PERFECT.
We recently hosted our sons wedding at the Heritage Club and were less than thrilled. After reading the other reviews, it may well be we caught them on a bad night. We would have left it at that had it not been for our communication with them after our event. When we called to voice our dissatisfaction with how our event was run we were met with sarcasm and disdain. No apologies. No financial compensation. Ultimately we were offered coupons to their restaurants which are nowhere near where we live. Consequently, we can't in good conscience recommend them. The wedding cost a small fortune and should not have been wrought with issues from the moment we walked in on the day of. Maybe an outside planner on the day of the event is the way to go if you have an affair here. It would have avoided much of the stress and poor timing.
If you’re considering getting married at the Heritage Club, please book it! The venue is absolutely incredible, the staff are extremely helpful and considerate on your big day. The meals are expertly cooked, appetizers that please all palettes, and it’s really amazing to celebrate with such a unique venue with the perfect ceremony space.
There are literally endless photo spot opportunities from beautiful brick architecture, to lampposts, and trees, grass, park views.

The Heritage Club was truly a dream for our wedding this month! I fell in love with the elegant, vintage feel when I came for a showcase a few years ago. The green walls, black and white floor, the gold light fixtures - it felt different yet so beautiful. For us, the peace of mind of having a separate indoor ceremony space is what sealed the deal. Many venues will show you their ceremony set-up in the event of rain and it looks sloppy or is simply a fast rearrangement of your ballroom. Not at the Heritage Club - it is an entirely separate room that can be decorated just how you want.
The staff at the Heritage Club were true professionals and wonderful to work with throughout our 1.5 year planning process. We had a longer engagement, so there wasn't a ton of communication initially. When you get closer to your wedding day, the response rate to emails and calls definitely gets faster, which is what you'd expect. The staff genuinely cared about us and made sure our wedding was smooth and just as we wanted. We worked with Mindy to coordinate all the logistics, and she really looked out for us and always gave us sound advice. Edgar was our Maitre D and ran such a tight ship keeping the wedding on schedule! He was so easy to work with and we trusted him 1000% percent. As far as bridal attendants go, Janet is the best in the business. She was a gem, applying my lipstick, changing my shoes, and making sure we had food and drinks throughout the night. Right after the ceremony she placed two of every passed hors d'oeuvre and food from every single captain station in the bridal suite so my husband and I could take a minute to enjoy before greeting our guests. At the end of the night she made sure the leftovers from our meals were packed up for us to take home (including two of EVERY dessert)!
Booking a wedding here is not cheap, but you really do get what you pay for. We got incredible service, a level of care and dedication from all staff, and a beautiful space to celebrate with our loved ones. Not to mention delicious food (and lots of it)! We still can't believe our wedding was OUR wedding. It was completely worth the investment.
The most gorgeous venue with so many "bonuses." We ended up not booking an event coordinator because the venue truly takes care of so much. We had a 5 course meal, the most gorgeous ceremony room and the BEST cocktail hour! All of our guests still talk about how delicious all the food was and how fun our wedding truly was. It's a blessing to me to hear this, since I know being a wedding guest can be miserable if even the slightest details are overlooked. I am so glad that heritage bethpage had the food as the focus!
During our first visit and initial sales pitch meeting with Mindy, she encouraged us to not hire an event planner. I was so shocked, but she did say it was unnecessary considering the venue does so much. The venue came with a matridee and a bridal assistant. My bridal assistant, Janet, was a literal gift from God and the best thing that ever happened to this venue! Our matirdee was awesome too. My dress had ripped while practicing our first dance in private, and Janet sewed it back together in under 1 minute. I seriously love this woman and would hug her if I ever ran into her! Make sure you have her at your wedding!!!
The only downside was that our sales rep, Mindy, was a bit aggressive on the wedding day. She had taken a vacation a week before our wedding without telling us, so we had to track down her substitute by calling the venue repeatedly. This substitute gathered all of my planning materials: (day of timeline, seating arrangement, delivery of items details) and said she would pass them off to Mindy.
On the wedding day, I arrived 2 hours before my wedding ceremony and nothing had been taken care of that I had provided to Danielle, the substitute. I knew things like this happen so I gave all of the documents to the matridee and bridal attendant and maid of honors. They fixed EVERYTHING! All was going well, and we were so giddy and excited. Then, Mindy barged into my bridal suite and started aggressively telling me all the things I hadn't done in preparation. I sweetly told her that we had done all of those things, but she was randomly on vacation so she missed it all. Later I found out, she had yelled at my groom, MOH and sister. I would really stay away from working with Mindy if at all possible. She was so sweet at the beginning but at the end of the day I think she's just a good sales woman. She's the only person I wish had not been at my wedding! Lol!
Other than that, I highly recommend booking this venue. Our wedding was in Feb, so it was all indoors, which actually was a huge plus. Our wedding photos are to die for!!! We booked Abby Leigh Miller for our wedding. The photos seriously belong in a magazine. This venue is so so stunning and provides such a great experience for you, your partner and your guests!
I just had my wedding at the Heritage Club, and the day went perfectly. I met with Mindy when touring the venue, and she was very helpful in explaining all the details, and she remained hands-on throughout the whole process. Everything was set up beautifully, and the events progressed seamlessly. Guests told me that this wedding was the most "on time" and organized wedding they have ever attended. The maitre-d helped make sure everything was going according to plan, and he even made sure we were looking at the right cameras during various events. Janet, the bridal attendant, was also incredibly helpful beyond words. When my husband's button popped off his tuxedo jacket, she sewed it back on within seconds. When lipstick got on my teeth, she appears with a q-tip and some floss. She was always around to help carry my train or give me a glass of water (with a straw!).There was a moment when I was walking with my full train, but by the time I reached the end of a hall, Janet had magically bustled the dress without me even noticing.
From a guest-experience perspective, the Heritage Club also went above and beyond. Everyone raved about how full they were from cocktail hour, but then were still amazed by the quality of the seated dinner and passed desserts.
The venue itself is also beautiful, with each space having its distinct characteristics. The ballroom in the daylight is breathtaking and airy.
We cannot get over how amazing our experience was with the Heritage Club for our 1/14/23 wedding! We worked with Danielle, a sales coordinator, throughout our wedding planning and she was incredible to work with. She was attentive to our preferences as a couple, extremely responsive to all calls and emails, and worked tirelessly to make our wedding day seamless. She was able to accommodate a change in timing, allowed us to bring both sets of parents to multiple meetings, tastings, and vendor showcase. She even stayed late on our wedding day to see the beginning of our reception go off without a hitch. Our Maitre d’, Edgar, and Bridal attendant, Janet, were amazing day of. I did not feel as though i needed to hire a day of coordinator at all. I gave them a detailed list for all the items we dropped off (guest book, pictures, etc.) All of our items were perfectly in place. He even transported cards/gifts to a safe during the reception to ensure their safety. Janet was so incredibly attentive throughout the evening. She had a copy of my shot list with the photographer and coordinated every family photo to ensure we had all the pictures we wanted. She constantly made sure I had a fresh lip applied and not a hair was out of place for every photo. My husband and I really appreciated that she brought us into the bridal suite right before cocktail hour to make sure we ate and hydrated before mingling with all of our guests. We absolutely wouldn’t have eaten all night if she hadn’t done that lol. I cannot recommend the heritage club enough for your event or wedding. My guests felt absolutely doted upon, the bartenders were fantastic, and the entire staff will make sure you have a blast on your day!
Perfection! We are so so happy we went with The Heritage Club at Bethpage for our wedding venue. From the beginning, Mindy was wonderful - she's a true expert and was with us through our whole planning process answering questions, being a voice of reason, and offering tips.
Our wedding day was fantastic. We did our ceremony off-site but when we arrived for pictures, Janet, the bridal assistant was right there, helping me off the bus. She made sure I had water and food and anything I needed at all times - I can't sing her praises enough. Anthony was also there to make sure the whole event was running smoothly. Between the two of them, you truly don't need a day-of coordinator - they're confident and know what they're doing.
Kevin and I had a great time at our wedding but the feedback we've received from our guests has confirmed that we made the right choice in choosing the Heritage Club as our venue. Everyone raved about the food, especially the veal chop. Also, because we choose the veal, Mindy added an extra entree (filet mignon) to our menu in case anyone wanted beef. It was so nice of her to think of it and make sure it was a choice on the menu for our guests. Everyone also talked about how big and beautiful the space was. During our reception the cocktail hour room was open for bar access and we loved that we could spread out into that room as well and be away from the music when we wanted. The flow of the night went great, and our after party, which we had at the Heritage Club at their Public House Bar, was so much fun too.
I can't wait to host another event at the Heritage Club. We feel so at home there and cannot say enough great things about our whole experience and the entire staff.

I want to start this review saying The Heritage Club is INCREDIBLE. The staff that worked our wedding were great. Janet is truly heaven sent. We got into the bridal suite and she was making sure I ate before photos, she was amazing, we love her! Unfortunately, my issues start here, not even 24 hours after getting married we received a call from a staff member there. They were calling to see how the service was in a rude and inappropriate way. Turns out, they were saying that they base the staffs quality of service off how they are tipped. We were so upset for many reasons 1- because your staff was fantastic and deserved a great tip and 2- because we were not even married for 24 hours and we received such an inappropriate call. It was not only embarrassing but it put a sour taste in our mouths. What is fair is fair and we resolved it right away by quickly paying another one of your staff members so that he could tip everyone. We had given tips that night but apparently it was not enough and whilst that is true it could have been an email on Monday. Instead I received a call while leaving our wedding brunch. Not to mention, this staff member could not even find me or my husband to say hi the night of our wedding. Its funny because the rationale for calling was because they have known us for two years, but yet it was not important enough to stop in before photos or during to say hi. The Heritage Club is nowhere near cheap and rightfully so it is INCREDIBLE. My sister recently had an equally as beautiful wedding at The Boathouse in NYC and tip was included in their final bill. With the obscene administrative fees that are tacked on to the final bill, maybe tips should be added to that so that your staff does not have to make painful calls like they did for us. We had the most amazing night but unfortunately this one incident happened. I really debated writing this review but I do think for other couples it should be known to allocate a large amount of tips for their vendors. I know that the members at Heritage Club will probably say that they wanted to make sure the service was good and that's fair but obviously "New York's Premier" property is not going to have poor service. That was just an excuse to justify searching for more tips. Like I said, what is fair is fair and we wanted to make that right and right away and we did. I guess my point in this review is we really were rubbed the wrong way in the end. If it were not for this I would give 5 stars. The delivery of this call was just wrong and extremely unprofessional.
We are so happy that we chose to get married at the Heritage Club. We considered many venues across the tri-state area but ultimately felt that the Heritage Club offered the best total package - including the beautiful, unique space, extensive cocktail hour, and after party package. We loved working with Mindy and were blown away by both Edgar and Janet during our wedding. They really went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding went as smoothly as possible and that our guests had the best possible experience. Edgar and Mindy were very flexible and let us propose a new timeline / flow that the venue hadn't done previously and helped us answer every question and accomodate all of our needs leading up to the event. We couldn't recommend the Heritage Club enough!
We are beyond grateful that we decided to go with the Heritage Club for our wedding day. First off Mindy was an absolute pleasure and she made all of the planning and decision making easy! She went above and beyond to make us feel happy and taken care of on our special day. And it is true, Janet is the best bridal attendant on Long Island! When looking for a wedding venue it is easy to get blown away by all a venue has to offer. More important, however, is how can they handle if everything doesn't go as planned, because unfortunately sometimes things do no go as planned. We had a 275 person wedding with plans to have the ceremony and cocktail hour outside. When it poured all day - we felt so blessed that we went with Heritage club because not only were they able to accomodate this large number inside for both a ceremony and a cocktail hour - the staff made it look easy and the venue looked just as astonishing inside as it would have looked outside. We were beyond impressed with the heritage clubs professionalism and ability to make the guests feel welcomed and entertained. Truly a fantastic experience from the beginning to the end.
Wish I could give this more than 5 stars!! We had our wedding reception on 5/20/22 at Heritage Club and it was truly the most magical day of our lives! Truly a DREAM! We worked with Mindy from the start, who is beyond amazing. She always answered our questions promptly and made us feel like we’ve known her forever! The night of our wedding we had Edgar as our maitre d’ and Kelly was my bridal attendant. Edgar was on top of everything and made sure our night ran smoothly! Kelly was the best, always there when I needed her, helped me change my shoes, made sure we drank water and ate!! We couldn’t ask for more! The venue is stunning and the food is out of this world!! Our family and friends have not stopped talking about our wedding. They raved about the food and how beautiful the venue is. I wish I could relive this day over and over again! Could not be happier!!
I had my wedding at Heritage Club on May 7th and it was everything I waited for! We had to reschedule because of Covid and it was absolutely worth the wait. Billy was amazing to plan with, always available when I had a random question and went above and beyond to make sure our night was everything we wanted. As for the night of, Janet and Edgar were a legitimate dream team. Edgar made sure everything ran smoothly and we didn't have to think about a thing. Now, onto Janet! She is the bridal attendant and truly the rockstar you didn't realize you needed on your wedding night. She predicted my every need and made a busy hectic night so much more relaxing. I can't say enough good things about her, just the absolute best. Our (and our guests) favorite part was by far the food, it is UNREAL. We haven't stopped talking about our wedding night since!
We wanted to send our biggest thanks to the entire Heritage Club team for truly making our wedding the best day of our lives! Between the foundation Mindy helped us create when we started wedding planning, Edgar stepping in as we got closer, and Janet being the most attentive to all bridal needs, this night essentially progressed seamlessly. We knew we were in good hands with Mindy the sales coordinator right from the start, and we so appreciated her working with us anytime we needed to come to a solution of a problem. Edgar is the maitre d’ of every bride and grooms dreams! It was so great to have someone whose goal is to keep the night moving along with little to no issues, and that’s exactly what he did with us on our big day. He was always upfront with us with what was going on and when important things would be taking place, as well as doing everything he could to make sure these things went smoothly. Janet the bridal attendant was so on top of her game between bustling my dress when need be, constantly reapplying my lipstick, and doing hydration checks and making sure I always had some water to sip on. Heritage Club is so lucky to have someone like Janet who exudes the balance of professionalism and kindness. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with, and we’re so incredibly grateful to have worked with everyone here. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!
This is a month overdue, but cannot say ENOUGH about The Heritage Club. Start to finish, our experience was unmatched. Our wedding was supposed to be March of 2020, in fact we were their first cancellation at the world began shutting down. Despite that, working with Mindy the last 3 years from the time we got engaged to the moment we FINALLY had our wedding was an absolute dream. Mindy made the most stressful of times so much easier, always making herself available to us to help plan, finalize details and so much more. Fast forward to March of 2022, we had the pleasure of working with Edgar and Janet for our wedding day/night. Edgar is maybe the most organized, detail oriented person we've ever met and the weekend went off seamless because of him. Janet was our hero the whole day; she went above and beyond anything I could have EVER imagined. She kept our bridal party fed, hydrated, organized- she sewed my husbands tux when the button popped off right before the first look and she was there at every moment I needed her to help with my dress, my shoes, my makeup and ready with a fan to cool me down on and off the dance floor. Heritage Club is the full package and our guests still can't stop raving about the the venue and the food. Thank you for EVERYTHING <3
LOOK NO FURTHER than the Heritage Club. The planning process was smooth and easy, it's clear they're professionals and a completely well oiled production. HOWEVER, that doesn't take away any of the personalization and specialness they provide you with the day of your wedding. The food is phenomenal (people we're raving to us all night), but to top it off Janet and Edgar are the single greatest people you could ever have to help out on your wedding day. Janet was so on top of everything without getting in the way, and literally anticipated my every need. I think I told her I loved her more times that night then I did my new husband. And Edgar was so on top of everything, there was a wedding before ours and you would have had no idea based on how quickly & smoothly everything transitioned. He had everyone in the right place at the right time & all our vendors organized and being exactly where they needed to be. I'd do another event here just for the opportunity to work with Janet & Edgar again. The venue was BEAUTIFUL, the food fantastic, and it was everything we could have dreamed of for our wedding. Thank you to everyone at the Heritage club, our wedding was truly the best night of our lives.
The Heritage Club was the perfect venue for our wedding. It is beautiful, unique, artistic, yet modern. This venue is tried and true. The staff know what they're doing, which will take major questions of venue stability and ability completely off your plate - especially during covid.
We worked with Mindy, then Edgar who were both so personable, accommodating, and FUN (this is underestimated, but important!!). They want you to have exactly what you've envisioned on your wedding day and are actually excited to make it happen. Kelly helped me (the bride) day-of and was incredible from start to finish. She was so attentive and helpful without stepping on my toes- she really had the perfect balance.
My husband and I cannot recommend the Heritage Club enough. Our guests thought the venue was stunning and loved the personality of each space. We are also still hearing about how good the food was!! Planning with the Heritage Club staff was a great experience and which allowed us to kick back and have so much fun at our wedding.
The all windowed reception room @ The Heritage Club in Bethpage may be the prettiest room of all venues on Long Island. The guests were blown away when they walked into the room seeing the reflection of the lights in the windows from the chandeliers. We had a large party and the room is plenty big unlike other places.
Besides the beauty of the place the food is fabulous and the staff is beyond accommodating.
No need to look any further its 10 out of 10!
Where to even begin?! Choosing The Heritage Club for my wedding was the best decision we could make. As someone who works in the wedding industry, my standards were very high and they exceeded my expectations. We were fortunate to work with Mindy Savvides throughout planning and she made the process easy and seamless. We worked with Edgar for our tasting as well as the day of the wedding and he went above and beyond for our day. Janet our bridal attendant is truly incredible, she was beside me every step of the day and I couldn't have asked for a better team of people. My husband and I had the most amazing and beautiful day and that is largely in part to choosing the best venue on Long Island with the best team in place. If you're getting married on Long Island, look no further than Heritage Club, they will exceed your expectations and make your day incredible.
The venue was perfect, the staff was impeccable and both the Maitre D (Edgar) and Bridal Attendant (Janet) were quite intuitive in meeting all of our expectations!
Although we did not end up booking Heritage Club (reason being our preferred date was taken) I’d like to say that anyone who chooses this venue is in such great hands! Mindy provided us with a tour of the venue and was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She was available for all questions we had thereafter, we were sad to miss out on this venue! Mindy is so passionate in what she does and makes it known that making your day the most special it can be is her goal…best of luck and congrats to all that book this beautiful venue!! The Heritage Club was a literal dream to work with! The space is so special and the perfect place to host a wedding or large event. Billy (the GM) took over our contract during COVID, and he was always communicative and worked with us on our contract as everything continued to be in flux. He always made time for us and never made us feel like a burden. The day of the wedding, Edgar the Maitre'd and Janet the Bridal attendant were complete all stars. Honestly, they were worth their weight in gold. They made us and our families feel like VIPs, and were two steps ahead of us the whole night. We had a snafu with the seating in the reception room, but they were able to make it work without involving me or my husband, which I appreciated. Our guests are still raving about the food at the wedding - everything was delicious and so beautifully plated - it feels like you're at a 5-star restaurant. When my father in law brought some cigars to enjoy at the wedding for my husband and guests, Edgar made a whole display and experience outside for everyone without being asked. The care they take to make sure your day is special is more than you can ask for, especially as someone who is extremely Type A and wants everything to be perfect. You cannot go wrong with having the Heritage Club host your event.
I would like to thank the heritage club for hosting our wedding on 11/21/21!! It was such a beautiful and amazing wedding. From the start my sales coordinator Danielle went above and beyond. She answered every question we had, at anytime of the day. She was super sweet and was on top of everything!! Loved her, truly made the planning process stress free!!
My bridal attendant Kelly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She truly is a gem!!!! she made sure we ate and always checked on us! Packed everything for me so at the end of the night I would be all set to go. How amazing is that!!?? Truly the best!!
My maitre d Edgar wow amazing guy!! I left him a whole list of where I wanted my wedding decor and details placed and he delivered. Everything turned out EXACTLY or even better than what I envisioned!! Definitely helped us save some money on hiring a wedding coordinator. He also made sure our families were taken care of!!
The entire staff was amazing. All the waiters and the bartenders were amazing! No one messed up the orders, I had about 95 guest and they were all treated so well. Excellent customer service! my family is truly grateful.
Finally the FOOD!!!! Everyone loved the food and loved how much food there was! We ate till we couldn’t eat anymore!! AMAZING!!
If you were thinking of the heritage club as your place to get married, don’t think it twice!!! You are in good hands!!!! They will treat you and yours as family and it’s a beautiful place!
My wife and I got married during the pandemic, while looking back at it there are some things we would have done differently…. One thing we would not have changed was our Venue. The Heritage Club is a one-of-a-kind venue on Long Island. No where else will you get the space and privacy your special occasion deserves. Billy was with us every step of the way and was always happy to answer and question or address and concerns we had. Edgar is truly amazing and takes pride in what he does. I hope we can host another event here in the future.

Wow!!! The Heritage Club was phenomenal for my daughter and son-in-law's dream wedding. The food was incredible, the place is absolutely beautiful and the service was off the charts. Janet, the bridal attendant, was magical....she always had what was needed and made it all run so smoothly. I would highly recommend this place for any special function. It was the best!!!
Planning and re-planning a wedding during Covid was not easy but the Heritage Club went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us along the way. We got married on 9.24.21 and it was an absolute dream come true. Every person that worked with us leading up to and on that day were so kind and attentive and made sure our day went off with no stress. We are still getting compliments on how beautiful the venue is and how amazing the food was. I can not say enough good things about this venue and highly recommend to anyone who is considering.
I had my wedding on September 4, 2021 at the Heritage Club and cannot say enough good things about this place and every person who works there. Mindy is fantastic at her job and truly makes you feel special. She takes the time whenever you need to answer any questions and make sure you are happy and comfortable. I was a covid bride and can honestly say Mindy and the whole Heritage Club team went above and beyond to make sure my wedding was able to happen. Janet was my bridal assistant and she was truly amazing!! The day would not have gone by as smoothly without her. She literally hand fed me! Edgar was amazing as well, and made sure the whole experience went smoothly and all my guests were taken care of. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone! A DREAM VENUE! We got married this past July after delaying our wedding 15 months after our original date (due to Covid). I can say without hesitation that our wedding day was worth, the, wait! We had a wonderful experience working with Billy (the GM) who held our hand and provided us with all options during such an uncertain time. Everyone at Heritage Club makes you feel important and special throughout the wedding planning process. We even had the pleasure of meeting the Chef during our tasting who gave us an incredible culinary experience. Ahead of and on the day we worked with Edgar and Janet who are INCREDIBLE at what they do. Day of coordinator is NOT something you need because these two handle it all! Day of, Edgar runs the show and makes sure everything runs smoothly (managing vendors, coordinating run throughs, etc). Janet is EXCEPTIONAL and is the shadow you didn't know you needed. She is attentive, caring, and has fantastic relationships with your other vendors (E.g. photographers) where she can help direct, lead, and keep things in order. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and really made our day extra special. It was truly a night to remember and we have absolutely no regrets with our decision to get married at The Heritage Club. We have received overwhelming feedback from our guests about the venue, the food, the service--truly everything! We can't thank the Heritage team enough.
We absolutely loved our wedding at The Heritage Club in August! We have no complaints and the entire day went smoothly. Mindy is a fantastic sales manager, who helped every step of the way and was very responsive in answering questions (especially with COVID concerns). Edgar and Janet were amazing at our wedding. Janet walked onto our bus the minute we arrived at the venue and I felt at ease. She was super attentive the entire time, refreshing my lipstick, holding my dress train during photos, making sure my husband and I had drinks and were doing well all night. Edgar was very organized, friendly and a pleasure to have as our Maitre D’. Everything was arranged exactly as we wanted it and the place looked gorgeous inside and out. The food was excellent! All of our guests complemented the space and the food! We were lucky to have beautiful weather for an outdoor ceremony, but the venue has a really nice room for an indoor ceremony as well. We are thrilled with how our wedding turned out and I can’t recommend this venue enough!
I really cannot say enough great things about the Heritage Club. First of all, I was planning my wedding during COVID and through all of the uncertainty Billy Lodato was able to guide us. He was always available to speak with; if he didn't have the answer, he would look into it and get back to you quickly. Honestly, he was a joy to work with. On the day of we had Edgar and Emily. They both helped make our day run smooth. They were always right there if we needed them, truly the best. And finally, the food was INCREDIBLE. Our families are both tough to please and not a single person complained about the food; in fact, they said they loved everything that they had. I could not recommend this venue more.
I can’t say enough about Billy, Edgar, Janet and the rest of the heritage club team. Their patience, attentiveness and professionalism is incredible. We wish we can do it all over again with them- it was the best night ever. Highly recommend this venue!!!!
Just had my daughters wedding at the Heritage club last night and am overjoyed with the entire event. From working with Mindy Savvides for the past 2 years planning the day, paused due to Covid, which was certainly a challenge, nothing seemed to be too difficult for Mindy to overcome. She was responsive to every call or email and request without any hesitation. Edgar Gamboa, our maitre’d for the night, was attentive to every detail, and as so many guests commented, seemed to be a jack of all trades. Our bridal assistant Janet couldn’t have been more delightful or skilled. The staff as well were professional and as the MOB, I was able to enjoy the party knowing I was in capable hands. So pleased with everything!
My husband and I are so glad we went with the Heritage Club at Bethpage, and Lessings as a whole, for our May 2021 wedding. We had to postpone twice due to COVID-19, and Billy and his team at the Heritage Club were incredibly flexible, patient, and creative as we navigated the many updates and changes caused by the pandemic! Billy spent so much time talking with us, always assuring us that the wedding would be beautiful, and it was! Throughout the ups and downs, we felt so confident in our choice to have our wedding at the Heritage Club, especially after hearing about other venues that weren’t as good to their clients during the pandemic!
We had a beautiful wedding, despite it being a very cold and rainy day! Although we would have loved to use the patio and grounds more, the inside of the Heritage Club is so beautiful that we knew our guests would love it and the pictures would be beautiful no matter what. Edgar, Kelly, and the team at the Heritage Club really made our day fantastic.

When my fiancé and I walked into the Heritage Club on our tour of multiple LI wedding venues, we knew immediately that this was the one. We cancelled all of our other tours and booked a date immediately. Shortly after, COVID hit and everything began to shut down. Throughout the pandemic, the staff was flexible, attentive, quick to answer questions and always there for support. Billy, the GM, was there to give us any updates or changes to restrictions (and there were many!). He truly made me feel as though I was the only bride he was dealing with throughout the process. When the day finally came, everything went off without a hitch. If a single thing went wrong I didn't have a clue. Edgar our Maître' D and our bridal attendant were phenomenal. They were on top of every detail which allowed me and my husband to just enjoy our wedding. I can't imagine going through the wedding planning process with anyone else and would recommend the Heritage Club a million times over. Truly the best day of my life!

My husband and I just got married here as the FIRST covid wedding of 150 guests on March 19th.
I can't begin to express how grateful my husband and I are for Billy, who is the Manager and has helped me and been by our side while planning since day 1! He was always available and ready to help with any crazy questions I had as well as covid related bumps along the way. He went above and beyond to assist in setting up testing for our guests and making everyone feel safe while still being able to enjoy the special day! When we got to the day the staff, Dominick (Maitre d) and Kelly(our bridal attendant) were absolutely fantastic, they were beyond professional but made sure my husband and I and even our family were taken care of the entire night. Even with the covid nonsense we were able to have our wedding feel like it didn’t even exist! It was the best day ever and would not have been at all possible if it wasn't for the incredible staff I had the pleasure of working with. Thank you again to them for everything! I wouldn't just recommend them to any brides planning but I would go as far as saying you NEED to get married here !

I think we can all agree that planning a wedding during a pandemic is not fun but I have had the pleasure of working with Mindy and she has made this process a smooth and less stressful one! She never misses a beat with responding to my emails - especially in a timely manner - and is always happy to have a call whenever I ask. She has been nothing but honest, clear and transparent. I highly recommend this venue for your wedding and hope you get as lucky as me to have Mindy as your point person.
Leave it to the pros! I recently had a micro wedding here at the Heritage Club and couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. From start to finish everyone who we worked with including but not limited to Mindy, Billy and Edgar were wonderful!
My event went so smoothly, my guests had a great time and the food was delicious. Everyone’s dinner plates were totally licked clean.

My fiancé and I booked our wedding today at The Heritage Club and we are beyond excited! Mindy was an absolute dream, she was so kind, caring, considerate, the list can go on! We looked at 18 other places and because of Mindy I can have the wedding of my dreams ! I can’t wait to start planning with her ! I highly suggest if you’re going to look at The Heritage Club ask for Mindy Savvides ! You won’t look any further, not too mention how stunning the property/venue is. Let the countdown begin!
There are not enough good things I can say about the staff at Heritage Club. From originally planning on a full blown 140-person wedding to considering cancelling because of the pandemic, Mindy was there to answer my questions, keep me updated, and ease concerns throughout the whole process. She is truly handling the wedding-pandemic craze so well. Heritage Club completely accommodated us to have a beautiful 48 person wedding on 10/4/2020. The food was amazing, the service was amazing (especially Edgar), and the attention to detail was great. The whole staff followed COVID protocol very well and made all the guests feel comfortable. I am so happy we booked here pre-pandemic because Heritage Club made our wedding day amazing!!
My husband and I could not be happier with The Heritage Club at Bethpage. It has been a pleasure working with this venue to create the wedding of our dreams. The managers, Billy, Edgar, and Dominic are fantastic and will work hard to make sure that your day is perfect. The professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication was refreshing. The bridal attendant, Stephanie, also fantastic!! She was my right hand woman all day and helped with anything and everything I needed.
We did have a COVID-19 wedding and only had 50 guests, had to wear masks when not seated, and were not allowed dancing. However, I'm telling you --it was still more amazing than ever. It was intimate and just the people who we really cared about us the most. The Heritage took many precautions to ensure the safety of the guests and to ensure that the guidelines were being adequately followed. We filled the day with the shoe game, a trivia game, and honestly didn't even notice that we couldn't dance.
Even though I did not eat much, the food was absolutely incredible, all of our guests would not stop raving! The Chef, Santos, blew us away. From the quality of the cuisine down to the placement on the stations, it was beautiful. The heritage truly has phenomenal food, good luck narrowing it down and choosing your stations!!
There are so many great photo op locations in and around this venue as well. We have such a great variety of photos in front of the club, in front of the clock, down the road, in the back with the Bethpage state park sign, in the ballroom/ceremony room/cocktail room/green hallway. There are so many beautiful locations and spots to utilize.
We were so pleased with his venue and cannot express how much we recommend the Heritage Club to anyone considering it.
Billy at the Heritage Club has been the most responsive and understanding vendor to work with while trying to plan a safe wedding during COVID. I have heard absolute horror stories from other brides during this time and I am so thankful for Billy for helping us move through this time as smoothly as possible. I would recommend the team at the Heritage Club to anyone! On top of being a beautiful venue, delicious good, the people running the show have been wonderful to work with.
Having grown up on the other side of the Bethpage park, I always had my eye on the Heritage Club. My fiance and I had booked our wedding at a venue upstate instead. 6 months prior to our date, that venue told us to change our wedding date since they booked a larger party than ours for the same date! ... We contacted Heritage Club, and in a pinch, Cynthia helped us put together our dream wedding only a few months out from the wedding date. Then, Coronavirus came and we really didn't want to wait a year or longer to have the wedding we REALLY wanted. Without hesitation, Cynthia connected us to her supervisor Billy who helped us to get our deposit back with no questions asked. I really wish we were able to have the wedding here, it would have been amazing, and I would recommend anyone looking for a place that is seamless and accommodating to book through Heritage Club.
So with all the uncertainty with COVID and our wedding in May being cancelled then the rescheduled date being cancelled we were not happy as anyone can imagine. It got to the point we didn't want to wait to start a family so pushing it to late 2021 wasn't an option anymore. We had to cancel all together but were concerned after hearing horror stories about other venues not returning deposits making a bad situation even worse for couples. The Heritage Club , Billy and Cynthia were just the most understanding people I have ever dealt with. They refunded us no questions asked and made a bad situation somewhat tolerable. We wished we could have had a wedding here because they are such good people and the main room is gorgeous especially with the surrounding property. You cant beat it. At the end of the day I would 10000% tell anyone who is looking for a top notch venue to use them . The team there is as good as it gets.
After cancelling our big wedding due to COVID-19 and that current venue not being accommodating at all due to the circumstances, we came across the microwedding package being offered by the Heritage Club. My first conversation with Mindy turned this difficult time into an exciting time again! Mindy was super supportive and accommodating to our plans and we were able to have a small 31 person ceremony and dinner and say I Do after all. Raphael was our maitre D and he was the best in making sure everything went well. Even though there were small restrictions due to the times of Covid (completely understandable) all of my guests enjoyed the food and the overall event. So glad our wedding was saved and we were able to get married with our close loved ones present! Thank you again to Mindy, Raphael & their team!
I personally can’t say enough about the Heritage Club and Lessings. As a pandemic couple, we had to postpone our reception, but still planned on getting married on our date. We spoke to Billy about having a dinner at the Heritage Club after our church and he was more than happy to help us make that a reality. Our dinner was our immediate family and bridal party, 32 people total and it was absolutely amazing ! Everyone said how much they loved it and how much fun a wedding can be without a dj. They had menu cards, table numbers and floating candles on each table (5 tables total) and it was such a nice touch that we didn’t expect. I really hope other couples take advantage of doing something like this, it is honestly a day we will never forget. We already discussed that we will be doing many more affairs at the Heritage Club because of how incredible they have been. Thank you Lessings, the Heritage Club, Billy and Cynthia!
Billy has been extremely accommodating and responsive as we rescheduled our October wedding. There was never a doubt in our minds that Heritage Club and Lessings would work with us during this difficult time. We’re grateful we choice Heritage Club and prioritized customer service at the beginning of selecting our venue. Highly recommend working with Heritage Club and looking forward to October 2021 ❣️!m

Mindy from the Heritage Club is an absolute angel on earth. My fiancé and I had an engagement party scheduled at the Heritage Club for later this summer. With everything going on with COVID-19, we did not feel comfortable proceeding with our event. I was on high anxiety before calling the Heritage Club to discuss our options as I have been hearing all these horror stories of venues refusing to work with couples in rescheduling events. Upon speaking to Mindy all my fears were alleviated. She was very empathetic and really took the time to help work through the best decision for us. Her kind and positive demeanor radiated through the phone and really put me at ease. When I got off the phone with Mindy I felt like a weight had been lifted off my chest. I also want to acknowledge Cynthia who assisted us in booking the venue. She was also very helpful and patient in answering all our questions. Thank you Heritage Club. My fiancé and I cannot wait to celebrate with you in the future!

We were scheduled to get married at Heritage Club on 4/4/20; however, due to COVID-19 we decided to reschedule. The Heritage Club has been EXTREMELY helpful throughout the entire process. A major, major shout-out to Billy. He has been our go-to guy throughout this entire process. He is responsive, equitable, reassuring, and kind. Even before the COVID-19 situation, I was e-mailing him daily and receiving responses instantly. Through this situation, Billy has helped us figure out a new date, that was both a day/time that we were interested in and excited by. He never wanted us to settle for anything that didn't make us as happy as our original date would have. He worked with us endlessly to calm our anxiety and help us figure out the postponement plans each step of the way. I cannot say enough nice things about Billy and Heritage Club.
We haven’t had our wedding here yet, but as we are dealing with the situation of COVID-19 impacting our wedding as the same goes for many other brides, I wanted to leave a shout out for the team at Heritage Club. First, Cynthia made our process to start so seamless and provided many recommendations which we were grateful for. When dealing with the current situation as our date was quickly approaching and we started recognizing that we would have to postpone our wedding, we have been working with Billy who has equally been amazing. The team there is really willing to work and support any way they can during these trying times and recognize everyone is going through something and they want to help. We really appreciate the support we’ve received from the team and although we had to push our wedding out, we can’t wait for our big day when it comes!
We can't be happier with our choice to have our wedding at the Heritage Club. Mindy has been an amazing coordinator at the Heritage Club. Since our first meeting with her, she has always been available to answer any questions we have and help us through the planning process. With COVID-19 forcing us to postpone, Mindy was able to work with us and secure a new date seamlessly.
The second I walked into the Heritage Club I was stunned by the floors and ceilings. Within seconds I knew I wanted to get married there, even before my fiancé walked in. Working with Cynthia was a breeze as she is so knowledgeable in her craft and really knows Heritage Club inside and out. The months leading up to the wedding she was readily available and super helpful in navigating the many options that they have to offer. As our event got closer, we had an awesome Rehearsal Dinner where the waitress was super helpful and we were able to eat and drink in a private dining room while trying to make the difficult decision about what to serve. Edgar met with me before the wedding and was super helpful the night of. While everyone was incredible, Janet – the bridal assistant – was the star of the show. She was by my side all night long helping with things that I did not even know I needed help with. Everyone was incredible and there were no hiccups throughout the event. Ryan and I thank you both for making our wedding a night that all of our guests will not forget.
We had our wedding at the Heritage Club at the end of January and we could not recommend this venue and team more highly. The team at the Heritage Club is incredible. From our very first day of wedding planning to our wedding day, they made creating the wedding of our dreams an easy and flawless reality. We could not be happier with the wedding planning process and with the wedding day itself. It's almost 3 weeks post wedding and our guests are still talking about how amazing it was.
We worked with Mindy during our entire planning process. Mindy is amazing and a pleasure to work with. Everyone had told me about the stressful nature of planning a wedding, but with Mindy in charge, our planning was truly stress free. She was always available to answer our many questions, whether it be via email, over the phone, or even meeting in person. I could tell from the onset that Mindy was in our corner, working with us to create our wedding vision. If we suggested things out of the ordinary, Mindy never replied with ‘No, that can’t happen,’ but instead would say ‘Let me find out how to make this happen’- and she always would. She is truly a super-star. Mindy is also very creative with suggestions and detail-oriented. She suggested we do ‘black and white’ sprinkles on our ice cream desserts to keep with our black and white color scheme of our wedding. I felt confident and comfortable knowing that Mindy was in charge of our planning.
Another member of our amazing team was our maître d, Edgar. Edgar is phenomenal. He is very knowledgeable, organized and professional. He contacted all of our vendors, ironed out our timeline and ensured the night flowed smoothly. When one of our vendors missed a photo-op, Edgar swooped in with a solution before it became an issue. I felt extremely comfortable knowing Edgar was in control.
My bridal attendant was Janet and she is an absolute champion. As our party bus pulled up to the venue, Janet met us on the bus with umbrellas and mine and my husband’s favorite drinks. She had everything I needed, before I even knew I needed it: hairspray, bobby pins, tide to go, mints. Before every picture she would put my lipstick on me and make sure my hair was in place. She helped bustle my dress, change my shoes and always kept me hydrated. When I started to get hot from dancing, Janet fanned me and provided me with cold towels to cool me down. When we made our rounds to say hello to tables, Janet made sure we kept moving along so we could get to every table. She made sure our drinks and plates were always full. Janet really is an angel, always making sure I looked my best, was stress-free and having the best night.
I cannot recommend the Heritage Club enough. Mindy, Edgar and Janet are the dream team and are all assets to the wedding industry. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams-and because of all of you, it was better than we even dreamed of.
We had the most amazing day, and night for our wedding . We primarily dealt with Mindy for the booking of the venue. She was most helpful with even the tiniest off questions. She answered all emails in a timely fashion. The staff was amazing especially the Bridal Attendant Monique. She went above and beyond to help us with everything. Our drinks were never empty, our plates were always full. She had all of the bridal parties drinks memorized and prepared by the end of the ceremony. The maitre d Edgar was also phenomenal. He was on point with everything keeping the night moving smoothly as possible.
I highly recommend the Heritage Club!
