I purchased my wife's ring in 1995 from Tom. He was ethical, honest and trustworthy. I had a very tight budget being just out of college and Tom honored that and provided me with t...he best value I could afford at the time. 20 years later, we could now afford much more, but my wife still wears that same ring! We have made many more purchases at Hiss's over the years knowing that no matter what your budget is, you will get the best quality you can afford!
