Harry was amazing to work with. He threw in many special songs and touches and really helped us coordinate our day. We added on the uplighting and photo booth and I'm so glad we did!! The photo booth pictures were so fun to review after the wedding. We could not stop laughing. The uplighting really made our venue beautiful. We had rain and Harry quickly pivoted and put wireless speakers outside once the rain stopped so we were still able to do dancing outside later! Thanks Harry!

From the first couple minutes of speaking with Harry I knew I had to book him for our wedding. Harry was like a second wedding planner! His organization, professionalism, and flexibility is impeccable. He made sure our ceremony, cocktail hour, intros, and dances ran smoothly. We also had a live band and Harry was able to jump in and play music that our guests loved in between their sets. Harry is genuinely kind and we are so thankful to have booked him for our special day.

what can i say about harry? i actually could write a novel on how amazing he was; from the moment Joe and i met him he was so happy and thrilled to be apart of our special day! i could text him whenever throughout the day sometimes more than once and he would answer no matter what! i texted him hey harry can i change this to this and he said absolutely no problem everytime. i can’t even being to express how grateful we were. on my actual wedding day he ran eveyrthing so smoothly i didn’t have to worry about a single thing! he also is a jokester which i loved and he really interacts with your wedding which is amazing. harry, Joe and i thank you x a million for making our wedding a dream come true! To say Harry was fantastic just isn’t enough. One of the best choices we made for our wedding day. When we met with him, we knew he was the right one for a few reasons. - incredibly friendly, like you are talking to a family member that will be working at your wedding - his priority is you having an amazing time at your wedding - will work with you for whatever you imagine for your day and makes it work We found that his pricing was very reasonable. The promises he makes to you about how he DJ’s, he keeps. He told us he would be watching our reactions throughout the reception to make sure we are having a good time and that he would change songs if people didn’t seem into it. This is exactly what he did, almost without us even noticing, because he so seamlessly kept the music rolling in a way that the two of us and our guests danced ALL night. And everyone of every age as well. He also did a great job with the lighting and MCing. Dressed very professionally. He was also very accommodating when we had to reschedule the wedding due to COVID. Cannot recommend Harry enough!!!

From the beginning to the end, Harry was professional and helpful. His years of experience allowed for easy and coordinated planning and made the day of flow perfectly. His music choices had our guests on the dance floor all night. By the end of the night, I was exhausted and my feet hurt….and I’m not usually one to get up and dance!! 10/10 would recommend for any occasion!!

Simply put- if you don't hire Harry, you're doing it wrong. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Harry is. From our very first conversation until the last song played at our wedding, we can't think of a single thing to say that isn't amazing. Harry is quick to respond and always happy to help. He takes the time to get to know each of his couples leading up to the wedding so that he understands the vision for the night. His organization is exactly what you wish for when planning your wedding. The day of the wedding you can expect Harry to be just as excited for the day as you are. He is all smiles and genuinely cares about you having the best day. The week before the wedding, we had a quick call to go over the night and he was probably more prepared than we were.. which was FANTASTIC. An hour before our ceremony, I realized there were two things I forgot to specify about our processional and recessional songs. Harry was able to make the edits and cut the songs with no issue and the two songs were exactly what I had wanted. Our guests loved him, and were telling us all night how perfect the music was. The music choices were perfect, we gave a few artists and songs we wanted to hear and told Harry to have at it for the rest of the night. He nailed it. We truly could not be happier with Harry's work. We will be sending everyone we know his way in the future. Thank you, Harry!

Harry was incredible! He came highly recommended. I also worked a few events with him when I used to work at a catering hall in the past and I wouldn’t want anyone else DJ my wedding. We also used the laugh pod- the pictures had my now husband and I dying. Our guests had a blast. If being a bride wasn’t stressful enough, I decided it would be fun to throw a pandemic in the mix- Harry took all that stress away and our wedding was ran flawlessly! Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. Everyone had a blast! I can’t thank him enough! Amazing, amazing, amazing!

I cannot say enough good things about Harry and I am SO glad my husband and I hired him as our wedding DJ for both our ceremony and reception (we also got our photo booth through him - highly recommend). I actually spoke to a couple DJ's before I contacted Harry but as soon as I spoke to him, I knew we had found "the one" LOL. Throughout the planning process, Harry was extremely responsive, very thorough, super organized, detailed oriented all while being beyond pleasant to work and interact with. I love to dance (I literally only left the dance floor for champagne) so hiring a DJ was very important to me and we could not be more thrilled that we hired Harry. I truly cannot put into words how amazing Harry was to work with. After postponing three times, Harry was unfortunately supposed to be booked for our new date. He assured us he would find us an amazing DJ, and boy did he deliver. Due to the events of covid (and many reschedules) , we ended up with Harry running our photo booth and another DJ as well. Throughout the process Harry’s compassion, wisdom and extreme professionalism made us feel comfortable from the start. He promises he won’t disappoint and he exceeds all expectations. He is the most organized and kind vendor I have ever met. His photo booth and overall wedding planning advice was invaluable. I tell everyone I know to hire Hg entertainment if they want a stress free and amazing DJ! He is truly a class act.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Harry is simply the best. From the moment I emailed him he got back to me right away. We scheduled a call and he put all of my worries at ease. Harry put my Type A personality at ease. Everything was organized, and he kept the flow going without missing a beat. He makes sure to get a good idea of your big day before the day of so he can keep things flowing without having to ask the bride questions day of. We had a back yard wedding. He did the sound for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and of course the reception. He worked flawlessly with our videographer. We had many people come up to us and compliment the fact that he was able to keep EVERYONE on the dance floor all night. This was quite impressive considering we had such a mix in age. Lastly, you could tell that he really cared about your vision, and wanted your day to be as perfect as you did :)

Harry was recommended to me by a coworker and to my husband by a coworker. We work in very different fields but loved that we had a dual recommendation. We can see why both people recommended Harry. First of all, Harry is so great at answering emails right away! Within a day of first contacting him to set up a meeting he got back to us! Come to find out that he was responding back to us and answering our questions while he was on vacation. Throughout the entire process of planning he was still on top of everything! We used HG Entertainment for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and Harry setup and handled everything very well! I've gone to hundreds of concerts featuring alllll types of artists and our house is never without music on, so a dj that could adapt and play a little bit of everything we like was a must! I also wanted to use the microphone to introduce my father personally for my father-daughter dance instead of us both being called up. I really appreciated that Harry let me use the mic for that! The only thing we didn't love was that Harry posted a few pictures on social media the night of our wedding. We had a sign at the entrance and a sign at our welcome table asking guests not to post on social media, but didn't think of mentioning it to our vendors.

Harry is the BEST DJ in CT!! We found Harry through our venue and had been told by them that he was excellent and that they loved working with him--a really great sign! His pre-wedding consultations with us were so thorough and we felt so at ease knowing that he was so prepared and attentive. On the actual day of our wedding Harry truly had everything with music handled. He flawlessly incorporated all of the songs we had picked for our ceremony and was an effortless MC at the reception. We had guests telling us they loved the selections of songs that he played at the reception and it was clear that he knew how to read a crowd and keep people entertained. But you don't need to look any further than Harry from HG Entertainment. We had one phone call with him and we knew we needed to book him for our wedding! His personality, professionalism and experience level are unmatched by any other wedding DJ out there, and it truly shows in every bit of planning and his performance on your big day. His outline for planning your music is easy to use and you can fill it out on your own time as you think of exactly what songs you want for each and every part of your wedding. We had Harry DJ both our ceremony and reception, and couldn't be happier with his performance. He was incredibly helpful with the planning process, very patient with us as we took our time with picking songs and provided perfect recommendations when we had trouble filling a couple of the blanks. On the day of our wedding he showed up early, set up with plenty of time to spare and even did sound checks with the Officiant before any guests arrived to the ceremony. Each and every song we picked was played exactly on cue, transitioned smoothly and at a large venue like ours he managed to keep the volume perfectly even throughout the entire area. We had a couple unexpected things happen during our reception and Harry kept right up with the punches. His ability to adapt and be flexible with us while we delayed things was not only greatly appreciated, but also flawless. During our wedding, Harry was also our master of ceremonies, and kept the evening moving along by corralling the wedding party and guests to where they needed to be, and made sure everybody always knew when and where they had to be and what they had to do next, which took all of that stress off of us and allowed us to enjoy our evening. We highly recommend Harry for your wedding or special event! His superior communication skills, professionalism at all times, and commitment to making sure your big day is perfect.

We used Harry's services for our ceremony, reception, and photo booth. Hiring Harry/HG Entertainment was hands down one of the best decisions we made in wedding planning! He is so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and accommodating. Harry is very easy to communicate with, responds quickly to any questions, and goes above and beyond for his clients. We added his open-style photobooth the week before our wedding, and it was such a big hit. Guests loved that they got a printed picture and/or the picture sent to them via text message. We had snow on our wedding day, and one of the most reassuring things the morning of was getting a text from Harry saying that everything is packed, he is ready to go and he will see me soon! Cannot say enough great things about this DJ. Harry is a professional, he knows exactly how a wedding should go, minute by minute, and will be on top of everybody else working your wedding to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. He provides all your entertainment needs: music, photo booth, lights. He doesn't require too much input on what songs to play, but receives it well when input is given. Everyone was on the dance floor all night, even older relatives who don't usually dance. Highly recommend!

I must say that Harry G's Laugh Pod was a huge hit for our daughter's wedding at Woodwinds! The communication process from the beginning until the day before the event was never anything but professional and specific. Harry's regular updates and reminders were so helpful and welcomed. He has a form for you to fill out that gets rid of all of the guess work of planning a wedding, he has everything timed out and all set for you, no worries, no stress. Harry is worth his weight in gold. Our biggest worry was a booking a cheesy DJ. Happily Harry is exactly not that and is very professional from start to finish. His music and speakers are top quality. Also, he accommodated requests from guests which stays within the song theme I picked ahead of time. Everyone had an awesome time! My husband and I hired Harry for our 8/1/15 wedding (DJ and Photo Booth), and it was one of the best wedding decisions we made! From the beginning, Harry was very professional and informative. His prices were not overly expensive and he was quick to respond to our many emails, phone calls, and questions! He understood exactly what we wanted, what type of crowd we would be hosting, and was spot on with all of his decisions. We had a mixed age group but he was able to find music that got everyone up and dancing...we have been told months later that people had a fantastic time thanks to the great selection of music! The photo booth was a HIT with our guests! They loved the open feel and were using it all night long. We love looking back on all of the pictures, even months later. The night of, he was constantly available and made sure everything ran smoothly. Our venue was extremely late in putting out dinner (like over an hour), which backtracked our dances and order of events. Harry made it so not one single guest noticed!! Instead of having people sit and wait at their tables, he got people out onto the dance floor, opened up the photo booth early for us, and made an extremely stressful situation much more manageable. Harry is a fantastic professional who will just get the job done without stressing the bride or groom. He then was able to fit in everything else we wanted (cake cutting, parent dances) into a new time schedule that didn't feel rushed or awkward. Don't look any further- we could write about his praises forever. You truly get more than a DJ when booking Harry, you get piece of mind. I don't know what we would have done without Harry and we will never be able to thank him enough for saving our wedding night!

Harry of HG Entertainment was recommended to me by a friend after a long and painful search for a wedding DJ. The moment I got to speak to Harry on the phone, I knew we would be in good hands. Harry helped us throughout the entire planning process with amazing advice and he made sure that the timeline that our venue made up for us flowed well and would result in the best party possible. His booth set-up at our ceremony was perfect, and his suggestion for our officiant to wear a mic was spot-on for our location. Though we provided a small list for Harry of songs we'd like to hear on our day, he chose many of the dance songs (that I definitely wouldn't have known to pick) that our guests LOVED. Harry had our guests play a couple of games that also got them more involved in our day and also got them to the dance floor. He was the perfect balance of involved and "behind the scenes" that I feel most DJs who I spoke to before finding Harry, could not achieve. I would recommend HG Entertainment to anyone, and we couldn't have had a better experience.

I just got married this October. Harry was the BEST DJ! Our guests seriously couldn't stop talking about how much FUN our wedding was. The music selection was perfect. We had a beautiful monogram of our names on the dance floor which added a personal touch. We also had the photo booth and lounge which was EXTREMELY popular with our guests! The photo booth was used nonstop and we were able to create our own personal picture frame for the photos that matched with our fall theme. In addition, Harry gave us a flash drive with ALL of our guests pictures - it was so fun to look through them! Harry also helped us with fun details like a game for the centerpiece, glow necklaces and leis for the guests! We ALL really had a great time and I couldn't stop dancing :-)

Harry was an amazing vendor to work with. He was so easy to connect to on our first meeting and it was clear he is really passionate about his work from the very first meeting. His newsletters have great information and he is always available for his clients via phone, skype, or email. He had great suggestions to make our event special, but did not try to take over the event. His uplighting looked fantastic and our monogram was beautiful--he worked to match it to our invitations. OUr guests loved the photobooth during the cocktail hour--our only regret is that we didn't have it for longer! Harry did a fantastic job making our reception flow--even with requests from us on the spot and needs of the reception hall. His attention to detail and concern for his couples certainly made our day so much better. We recommend him to anyone who wants someone who goes above and beyond to make their day special.

He was very fun to work with and did everything that we asked for. Usually DJ's can be annoying after awhile, we had not one complaint about him. We actually had people asking for his number to give to other couples because he was so wonderful!

He was great to work with and met with us twice. He was easy to get a hold of, via email (convenient) and quick to respond. He played everything we wanted and was superfriendly. He also entertained the kids at some point (which I hadn't even noticed until I saw the pictures).
