scus 5 stars out of 5, and will detail how incredible they are below! That being said, if the following is too long, TLDR: Sandra and Michelle of Hibiscus are professional to the utmost, warm and dedicated, and hiring them to assist you with your event will be the best decision you'll ever make!
Sandra and Michelle are the Hibiscus wedding coordinators. They are two sisters so they already know each other really well and know how to work together. They also took an enormous amount of time to get to know me and my wife before the big day, so that when the wedding arrived, they knew exactly what we were envisioning and how to make it happen. We had our ceremony in a separate space from our reception, and Sandra and Michelle oversaw setting up the reception space while we got ready at the ceremony space. I knew that they understood our vision and executed it flawlessly (frankly, better than I could have done if I'd been there!)
I believe that Sandra and Michelle are so good at what they do because they obviously care about event planning and making the best possible event that they can. They had weekly calls with us before the wedding to hash out details that we wouldn't have been able to think of ourselves, and always had our preferences and the comfort of our guests in mind. They provided us with detailed checklists to make sure we didn't get overwhelmed, and we worked together to make a timeline so that the actual day ran smoothly. Their experience with past events was immensely helpful, as they were ultra knowledgeable with all things wedding so they knew exactly what questions to ask and which tasks to complete!
Perhaps most importantly, Sandra and Michelle were a joy to work with. I enjoyed our planning calls because they are so much fun and so easy to talk to and get to know-- my wife and I really enjoyed spending time with them! Those feelings only amplified when they came to the rehearsal dinner and wedding, where they were so sweet and funny and put everyone's nerves at ease. My wife and I and our families felt totally secure knowing Michelle and Sandra were there to help us through the day. On the actual wedding day everything went without a hitch, exactly as I'd envisioned, and I 100% attribute that to Sandra and Michelle's hard work! They are truly the dream team and while I obviously hope I never get married again (LOL) if I do I know who I am calling!
TLDR: The experienced, warm, personable and dedicated Sandra and Michelle will make your wedding planning journey not only easier, but a fun and joyous experience. Do yourself a favor and hire Hibiscus today, and I guarantee it is a decision you will be thrilled about when your event rolls around!
