et 2 hours to decorate the venue before the ceremony, but the staff were super helpful and we pretty much got everything done in around 30 minutes! This was one of those all-inclusive venues that made wedding planning as stress free as it gets. I will have to add that the food (at least the chicken according to the guests) didn’t make the expectations from the tasting that we had. The tri tip and the salmon were solid, but I was told the chicken ended up being pretty dry. I do understand cooking chicken banquet style is no easy task, and thankfully the majority of people didn’t get the chicken. So, that might be one area to improve on. Communication was great, Sofia was extremely helpful and made sure everything goes according to plan! The wedding coordinator (Jennifer) did amazing to make sure everything went according to schedule and made sure the groom and and bride were having the best time while being well fed (I was warned by all my friends to not expect to have enough time to eat much during my wedding, but we had no trouble). If there was anything I would’ve done differently, it would be to reach out to the included vendors (florist, DJ/MC, photobooth, wedding cake) more ahead of time (maybe 2 months before the wedding instead of just 1 month that was recommended). Also, though this might not be avoidable, because we were coming from LA, we were going to have traffic no matter what, and quite a few of our guests weren’t able to make the ceremony because of it. So, make sure the guests plan accordingly on when to start heading out (I’d say at least 3 hours before the ceremony from LA, and if anything you can find a place to hang out at Rancho Cucamonga if there are leftover time). And there is no reception at all at the venue, so party responsibly! I hope to attend an event again in this venue. I don’t just miss how beautiful it is, but also the horses that we were allowed to play with.

er. The food was delicious, the vendors they work with are all top notch. Our wedding day exceeded our expectations. We had so many guests come up and tell us that it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. I can't thank the Hidden Acres team enough for the wonderful job they did.

cash and items were stolen, and I could guarantee it was not by any of our guests. An envelope with 1,000 cash (possibly more) that was gifted to my husband and I mysteriously dissapeared from the bar area after I placed it down and walked away for a few minutes. This happened towards the end of the reception, so the bar was closed and empty, all the guests were in the reception area. The bar tender was cleaning up and conveniently had already left after it was discovered the envelope was missing. I informed the day of coordinator of the missing envelope and she assured me it would more than likely turn up somewhere. The following day I had to show up to the venue- since they were not answering the phone- to look for the envelope and ask about security footage. Ofcourse nothing was found, and the venue manager assured me they would go through security footage to figure out what happened. Two days later when I unpacked the bag I used the day of the wedding, i come to find out i am missing a perfume along with a $100 bill that was inside of my makeup bag. These items were inside of the bridal suite on top of the makeup desk, and my maid of honor who helped pack my items away after the reception assured me there was no perfume in the room when she put the items away. In addition to my items, a pair of $500 sunglasses were stolen from the groomsmen suite, as well as an envelope that the officiant gave to my husband prior to the ceremony. The person who took the envelope probably assumed there was cash inside. I called hidden acres immediately to follow up on the missing envelope and inform them of the other missing items, and the manager told me she would call me back. I received a call back later that day from the owner, who tells me she is so embarrassed to inform me that the cameras were down and there is no security footage of anything from the night of the wedding. I asked about other cameras in the venue, and she stated they were all down. She went on to tell me none of the employees, including the bar tender who was at the bar when the envelope was left there, had seen or found the envelope. She assured me they would notify me if the envelope or any of the other missing items turned up. I followed up with hidden acres one more time a few weeks after the wedding and again, nothing was found. I filed a police report with the San Bernardino sherriffs Department, but hidden acres also told the detective the cameras being down and refused to provide a list of guests and employees that were in attendance. Two possible scenarios took place that night, both unacceptable for a venue that hosts large events: 1. the cameras were really not working, which means hidden acres doesnt bother to ensure that their cameras are up and running during an event in case of an incident, or 2. The footage incriminates their employees and they would rather lie than take accountability for the emoyees actions. This is not the first time an incident like this takes place there, if you look through their reviews a couple had their ENTIRE gift card box stolen about a year ago and hidden acres also claimed their security cameras were down. I have no doubt in mind that the items were taken by an employee or an outside person who was given access to the premises.

ery detail. My wedding was so beautiful and not one fluke. All my guest kept saying how beautiful and the wedding was and how everything work out so seamlessly. Beautiful venue and experts at what they do! Will 100% recommend this location.
