My wife and I have already said that when our other daughter decides to get married, we’ll nudge her towards Hidden Pines. We, and all who attended, experienced such a beautiful wedding and spontaneously fun and dance-filled reception, no one wanted to leave. eds. One piece of advice, when giving your total head count at the beginning, you will be paying for this amount, no matter what. I did not realize I could not have less or change this number (except to increase it). Also if you plan on having kids, have them in the initial count and quote also. They are half the price and aren’t charged for alcohol. In the end it worked out for me because I went over my initial head count but the children price had not been calculated yet. I ended up even and all was well! Lastly, Maddie was my day of coordinator. She was perfect. She kept everything moving smoothly and if it wasn’t, I didn’t know! That’s how it is supposed to be. The bride and groom were able to eat, YES WE ATE. While everyone else was in line for food, Maddie brought us plates and drinks. It was nice to be able to enjoy the food we payed good money for! Lastly, the venue did a wonderful job cutting the cake. Maddie had to go boxes set aside for the bride and groom to take home and enjoy. So again, thank you to everyone at Hidden Pines! You made our special day one to remember!!!

They also gave us to go boxes that we enjoyed the next day when we were too exhausted from our great time to make dinner. I would highly recommend Hidden Pines in Highland Village.

hile it was a beautiful wedding, we felt like a number instead of a person. Hidden Pines is completely different. We were all very pleased! Every time I sent an email with a question or concern, I would get a response within the day. The staff were incredibly kind and quick, and they worked with me to create my dream wedding. Everything I needed was there for me! I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married. Liz, our wedding coordinator, was responsive and prompt! Everything went smoothly (even though there was a flash flood warning on the day of the wedding!) I couldn't have asked for a better venue.

On top of that, it rained on our wedding day (good luck I'm told!) so guests didn't have to get too wet. The food was delicious. In fact, some of my guests commented on how good it was - they were surprised! Working with the coordinator is a gift! I didn't have to worry about anything as the bride. I created most of the wedding details, had a couple of relatives/friends in charge of things like decorating the front table and the reception, but the coordinators took charge, gave us valuable advice and tips and suggestions on how to save money. I highly recommend Hidden Pines!

issue or the room it self . Music seemed to echo, & I could not hear my husband’s speech. The coordinator was very pushie, and she was told to not be. The food was not visible appealing. The green beans were salty, and looked and did not taste like they were fresh. The NY stripe looked like prime rib and was extremely rare, and many of my quests told me! It was so upsetting! The taste testing was awesome, so we decided to upgrade our package to include two entrees. BAD DECISION. The chicken was good but cut in half, while the extremely raw meat was a larger piece. The roasted potatoes seemed not to be roasted and the salad had little to no dressing and no red onions or red peppers. The mixed drinks were very watered down! So between the food and liquor per person it was a small fortune and I wouldn’t have minded at all, BUT we did not get what we paid for. As a customer who paid for a service in full before the wedding day, and clearly didn’t get what we should have gotten, my question to Hidden Pines how do you make this right?

sage (hey millennials), making it super easy to keep all my vendors informed. The site was impeccable and so easy to make my own because of the vast white, clear and simple wood look throughout. My wedding was not rustic but the little details they have added just enough personality to my glam 225 person event. The set up and tear down was made seamlessly easy with the staff and our day-of coordinator, Alex. She was a doll to work with and aided with all my various helpers bringing in our personal touches. Milestone catering did a fabulous job and even the "classic" package was delicious and great for all the guests. Having all the big ticket items from tables and chairs, linens and bartenders and security all the way down to easels and centerpiece glassware available for use made a lot of things easier. This interior designer's heart was so happy with the feel of the space and the personalized transformation it took on. In comparison to so many other places, the pricing, package and product delivery are superior and competitive. And my husband loved the turnkey affects, ease of their contracts and details, and everything else from Hidden Pines that made his bride so very happy! Thank you Alex, and the whole staff, for making our day so special and memorable to all!

Bailey was our coordinator and was there for me every step of the way - from my many questions beforehand even to helping us get through a medical emergency in the middle of the ceremony with such poise and professionalism! Several of our family members as well commented on how impressed they were with her. My only complaint would be that it felt a little pricy to me - although looking back, I would definitely say it was all worth it.

just breathtaking and I could not have asked for a better place to say my “I do’s”! The venue needs VERY minimal decor because the design and aesthetic is already enough to make any wedding gorgeous! Emma, our coordinator, was so easy to talk to and very understanding of our requests. The meeting with her had me feeling like everything was perfectly in place! I’m so glad that we chose to get married at A WWE venue. I highly recommend you check them out!

She had the rehearsal run so fast and the day of, everything went perfectly! The venue is gorgeous and doesn't need much decoration. Their catering, Milestone, was also delicious! We had a fajita buffet and it was a big hit! The bar ran smoothly and our guests had a great time. All their staff was really friendly and helpful! Our wedding day could not have been more perfect! I suggest renting out the space for the entire day if you can as it makes it much easier and less stressful to get everything done!

AND when my bridesmaid was frazzled trying to figure out my bustle, Alex jumped in and saved the day! Thank you so much ALEX for making my day UNFORGETTABLE. actually really good! My husband and I didn't get the change to taste the food before the day of so I was SUPER nervous...but they nailed it! The bridal suite made me feel like royalty and the champagne service was superb. The only thing I wish that they had was a bigger grooms suite (husband's wish, not mine!) but it was such a small thing that we still wanted to give them 5 stars. If you want your dream wedding to become a reality, choose hidden pines! You won't be disappointed!

e REAL MVP though, is Stacy, our Day-Of Coordinator. She was incredibly organized, calm, and sweet, and her confidence helped not just me but my mother and mother-in-law feel as prepared for the event as we could be. She was so helpful - from our first meeting a month out, to the rehearsal, to the big day. The day was a blur, and thankfully, incredibly smooth and successful. My now-husband and I will remember the day forever!

Making payments for our event here was so easy, and the entire staff was extremely accommodating whenever we had any questions. Our event coordinator, Stacy Holter was extremely polite and organized, and she is so skilled at what she does. Our wedding went off without any issues whatsoever. The teamwork between Stacy and our DJ made everything so seamless, and we were able to enjoy our entire evening without ever feeling rushed. We feel so appreciative of the hard work this staff (especially Stacy) put in to make our big day the best it could be. In fact, we've already received a sweet hand-written thank you note from Stacy. We wouldn't change a thing about our experience!

They were great with suggestions on what limitations Walter Wedding Estates usually applies (they require you to use their food and alcohol or pay a fee in order to bring in an outside vendor). Sydney was wonderful in helping me update the table arrangements, set up the rehearsal, and being a day-of coordinator who took care of all of the things that fell slightly off schedule. The venue itself is a beautiful one-stop-shop and almost doesn't need any decoration with its modern-meets-rustic style! Parking was not an issue with my guests (~125 people) and everyone had pictures throughout the venue showing how photogenic it was! Would definitely recommend.

We had a little confusion with the rehearsal, but she had an extra meeting with my fiance and I before the day of and had Alex (who is equally as wonderful) step in for her at the rehearsal. I never felt nervous about the venue and always felt like I could go to them with questions throughout the wedding planning process. As an out of state bride, that was such an important aspect of planning our wedding. They also accommodated meetings to when I was in town. Hidden Pines is for sure a wonderful place to get married!

like you are somewhere else. The reception is also beautiful! We loved the barn doors, chandeliers in front of the bar, and it has a comfortable bridal suite. Throughout the entire wedding planning staff was very nice and hosted several open houses. Those were great opportunities to meet with the staff, taste the food from Milestone Catering (which is AMAZING), and meet with other vendors. I will, however, say make sure that you get everything in writing and there is no miscommunication. Early on in my planning I was told I could reallocate our money (if we had less guests than estimated) to the rentals/upgrades they provide. Two weeks before the wedding when our guest count was due I was told I could not do that and could only reallocate the catering side. This was disappointing and frustrating as we had to come up with the money last minute. The day of our wedding, however, was perfect. Sydney, our venue coordinator, made everything run smoothly! All of our guests had an amazing time and couldn't get over how beautiful the venue was.

with someone else and Kelli called me back to check in because she had heard about my uncertainty. On the day of everything went off without a hitch and Kelli was a big part of that. They also make sure to get you food and give you time to eat :) Overall, very beautiful and a professional, experienced staff.

was so nice! everything went smooth because of HER! The only warning/complaint i have: Your time frames and rules are awful. You have to pay extra for more hours which is expensive. Two hours to set up the venue/chapel is not enough time for pictures or set up. Fees for non-preferred catering. ( their catering was outrageously expensive) Rules about everything, which I understand but we paid a lot of money for the venue and I felt like it was fees for every little thing, there was no leniency. Overall, besides the terrible fees and the time frames, it was the look i was looking for and i felt that was important for us and the type of photography look i was looking for. That is the only reason i chose this venue. A solid option if you are looking for a natural light type of event, because I Loved all of my photos.

n, there are trees and a pond right outside of the venue that makes pictures look like you're the only people in the world. The staff at Hidden Pines was also wonderful to work with! This is the only wedding my now husband and I have ever planned so we had no previous knowledge of what to expect and what to do. Our coordinator Charlotte was so helpful and kind! She answered all of our questions and helped us make the day run smoothly. I am so glad we chose to have our special day at the Hidden Pines Chapel!

o the catering from Milestone and everything was great on our menu, and they allowed us to bring in home-made items for a special touch to add to our meal. The bride and groom were given an extra meal to take home as they left, as well as more cake, so they can truly enjoy the food, as during the reception they did not get very much time to really eat. The pricing for changing the color on linens I felt was really high, so we ended up renting the linens we needed in ivory to avoid the upcharge on that. The only glitch I felt was when the couple went outside to take pictures with the photographer, and it appeared there was a break-down in communication with the coordinator and the DJ, who was unaware of the pictures being taken outside. An announcement made to our guests would have been ideal so everyone would know they would be returning shortly, but this one lack of communication was the only issue I saw come up during the entire event. Thank you Hidden Pines for making my daughter and her husband's wedding day super special for both of them!

bartender and had to pay extra because their package had the bartender leaving an hour before the wedding was over. I wanted to have the plates and glasses set on the table (did not need to have food or glasses filled as my guests could walk through the buffet themselves to be less trouble on the caterer) but milestone wanted to charge me $495 and would not budge, they would also not allow us to set the table. I even offered to pay $200 to let us do it ourselves. I paid for 160 people and I only had 130 people show up and did not get to take any of the extra food home (that's $900 extra I paid for the 30 people, I should have been able to take that home or they should have at least not taken the food away as soon as everyone was seated so people could get seconds since there was plenty of food left). when we tasted the food I thought the salad was dry and asked for a little more dressing, they wanted to charge me $80 for a little more ranch to be mixed in. The time at the venue was super rushed. I booked this venue in December 2015 and was told that my vendors would be able to get to the venue before us but we couldn't get there until 4:30, which I was fine with. A month before the wedding I was told that no one including my vendors could get there until 4:30 which gave us 2 hours to decorate the venue and take pictures. You have no time to get all the pictures in you want and be able to relax beforehand. You have minimal options for your grand exit, no sparklers or confetti. No food or beverages allowed in the bridal or groom suites. My wedding was at 6 and everything had to be out by 11. One positive thing was the venue allowed us to get there at 4 instead of 4:30 since my wedding was at 6 instead of 6:30 like they have on their contact. With this I did have to pay an extra $480 for the catering staff to get there half an hour early. I would encourage you to read everything and ask questions before signing a contract with them. This is a business and its ran solely to make money so beware this is a cookie cutter venue that doesn't allow much room for enjoyment. Also, I paid $20.95 per person for food and they gave 6 pieces of Mac and cheese for a serving.
