This vendor team is all in-house through Walters Wedding Estates and I had such a smooth and flawless experience. Because they all work so closely together, I was able to enjoy the wedding planning process and not stress about how vendors would work together. Communication was easy as each vendor was responsive to emails or texts, and they provided such detailed answers to ANY question I had. I know a lot of brides stress about planning a wedding, so I was expecting to experience high levels of stress. But no - this was a breeze and I couldn't recommend this team and venue enough :) Thank you all!!!

We would leave our meetings with a renewed sense of excitement for our wedding day, focusing again on what is important, because Sydnee had taken care of all the loose ends. She had our back with the vendors and was super clear in her communication with us and with them. She was helpful and wanted the best deals for us, (she even researched a variety of props on Amazon that we wanted on the dance floor!). Besides her calm personality and being genuinely happy for us, our favorite thing about working with Sydnee was that there were no surprises. There was no fine print with her, as it is in the wedding business, sometimes. She was honest, down to earth, organized, and peaceful. What more could you ask for in a planning coordinator?

f. The venue coordinator did not deliver the right information causing many day of details to be missed. There were missing items such as easels, tables for dessert table, cheeseboard table and no welcome drinks. The bathrooms were dirty, food was not delivered out in time. Some guests did not have salads and some were already finished with their entrees. The package I purchased were not successfully delivered as well. For 275 guests there were 2 bartenders which resulted in long lines all night. Bartenders lacked knownledge of the drinks behind the bars and did not speak English. Our 2 specialty drinks were also not advertised. The day after the event, I sent a note to the coordinator with my detailed email and a full week later, the regional director sent a generic response which seems like the company not wanting to own up to their mistakes. I am so disappointed in the service as they charge an arm and leg for their packages. I want them to make this right. I gave them an opportunity to fix this issue and will pursue legal actions if needed.

ner. Fun fact. This was the very first venue I ever looked up before I was engaged. After we got engaged and visited we were excited to officially say yes to Hidden Pines Highland Village. Our vendors were amazing and made planning our wedding so easy and truly stress free. Amanda-She was so quick with responding and answering questions for us throughout the planning process. She was also a friendly, smiling, happy face to work with. Colleen-day of coordinator with the help of Alejandra WOW!!! They went above and beyond and added special and absolutely noticed by all added details to help our wedding day be so smooth and beautiful. Even when a little drama threatened my wedding day they were quick to provide kind words and keep the day rolling for me. Daniel W/COHOST-so sweet, friendly face and helped keep wedding timeline on time and kept everyone on the dance floor. Lizzie Bee’s & Design Haus- Made my dream wedding Bouquet and wedding day florals. Their team was quick to respond and so easy to work with. Lyons Paperie-executed beautiful wedding invite stationary for us. She also was quick to responding to emails. 3 things people who attended our wedding said 1) the space was absolutely beautiful, clean, elegant, and perfect place to have a wedding 2) the food that we chose from Walters Wedding catering was so delicious (honey mustard chicken, green beans, roasted potatoes, and the Walters salad). I’d love the recipe for my own recipe book. 3) Colleen and Alejandra helped make the wedding day go perfect. Thank you Walters Weddings and Hidden Pines Highland Village for letting and executing Ben and I’s most perfect day.

ng windows it was every thing we wanted. We had both our ceremony and reception there which was perfect. The chef did an outstanding job with food and the entire staff did an outstanding job throughout the process. They are very professional and very passionate and went above and beyond to make sure all the wedding details were to our liking. They also partner with amazing vendors and we were able to get the floral and stationary through their partners which did an outstanding job as well. Even our guests were very impressed. Needles to say I highly recommend Hidden pines in Highland Village ❤️❤️

were tensed initially since none from my friends’ circle or relatives had an event at Hidden pines .We decided this is it after taking our first glance at the venue and moved forward. The transition related to reservation is very smooth and well coordinated.A big shout out for Newshaw, Melanie and the manager of the Hidden Pines ( forgot the name- sorry) for making all this happen . They coordinated so well with our vendors and helped in organizing everything before hand.All the paper work are clean and precise. Pros 1) Well coordinated event management 2) Very responsive Staff 3) Best location for cock tail parties 4) Amazing Drinks ( Best bartender) 5) Clean premises 6) Provided chairs and linens Cons A bit expensive but worth it. Very much happy to have our next event at Hidden pines

However, Adam more than made up for it once we got closer to the actual wedding date. He’s very personable, friendly, and professional. Sadly, we didn’t pay for the “day-of coordinating” service and went with our own day-of coordinator, which wasn’t great. Luckily, Adam was present during the whole wedding and stepped up when needed to keep things running smoothly. Our only complaint is that the steak from the in-house catering was overcooked (plated meals), but the catering staff and bar staff were amazing!

We got the most expensive package (elite) But when it was time for the rehearsal Adam forgot about us and we had to practice outside in humid heat followed by a crazy storm soon after. Our plans for a rehearsal dinner were ruined. As things could not get worse we called and called didn’t get a text back until later that night. We were completely humiliated in front of family and friends as if we didn’t have it together! The day of our wedding our cake was cut without us being notified...a special moment, we were unable to get pictures. Walking into the reception I noticed our table was not decorated. I had to remind Adam of almost everything... guess our details meeting we had the week before to make sure everything was “exceptional” was a complete waste of time. I hope this venue gets the extra help they need. It was obvious when the lady doing my hair stated “ sounds like Adam needs some help” Oh and one last thing brides who choose to get ready at venue the door by the restroom does not lock so as people are walking in they are able to get into your dressing room. My makeup bag and money envelopes were stolen that night just to add the cherry on top.

I had, responded to me within 24 hours, and offered a lot of creative and unique ideas so that I could have my perfect wedding. On the day of my wedding, there was a panic moment I had during the reception because I felt like I was running out of time, but he reassured me that everything was going well and that we were actually doing a good job with the time. Adam was so easy to work with and was literally with us the entire day. Clean-up was super simple as well. I would 10/10 recommend this venue to anyone.

We wanted a wedding with a country theme but not IN the county. This place allowed us to have more of a rustic feel and we danced with our boots on! Thank you very much to the Weddings for Warriors program that set us up with our fantasy wedding (husband is in the Army) on such a good budget thanks to the program. Our guests commented on the venue over and over - the feel of the place was outstanding, the food and drink exceeded our expectations, and the service went above and beyond. We were also impressed with how accommodating the staff and manager were with the covid-related adjustments / reallocations we had to make, especially since our wedding was cancelled one week before it was originally scheduled to be.
