Our wedding planner, Newshaw, has been exceptional. Her professionalism and warm demeanor have made the process enjoyable and stress-free. Excited to continue to work with Newshaw. I’m the lead photographer with Lighthouse Creative and I worked directly with Newshaw for a wedding this weekend! She was the coordinator. Newshaw was kind, efficient, aware of plan but abel to be flexible. She was communicative and in tune with the couples desires. A great coordinator makes or breaks a wedding and Newshaw MADE IT!

I got married in March 2024 after working with Newshaw (wedding planner), Jenny Layne Bakery (cake/dessert table), Christina with Emily Chappell Productions (photography), Michael with CoHost Entertainment (DJ), Lyons Paperie (save the dates and invitations), Hannah with Design Haus (florals), and the Hidden Pines catering team. This vendor team is all in-house through Walters Wedding Estates and I had such a smooth and flawless experience. Because they all work so closely together, I was able to enjoy the wedding planning process and not stress about how vendors would work together. Communication was easy as each vendor was responsive to emails or texts, and they provided such detailed answers to ANY question I had. I know a lot of brides stress about planning a wedding, so I was expecting to experience high levels of stress. But no - this was a breeze and I couldn't recommend this team and venue enough :) Thank you all!!!

I recently had my wedding at Hidden Pines Chapel and I can honestly say I wouldn't change at thing about the venue or staff. Their all-inclusive wedding package made wedding planning much less stressful and when the day came, Newshaw, one of the wedding planners there, did a fantastic job about making sure everything went perfectly. Everyone vendor in the all-inclusive package was amazing too. So professional, so talented, and so willing to make every detail perfect. Will recommend Walter Wedding Estate to any engaged couple looking for a venue.

I had my wedding here, and the Walters team exceeded EVERY single expectation. My planning rep Emily, day-of coordinator Newshaw, photographer Lexie, and DJ Jared provided an unmatched experience. They were thoughtful, supportive, highly responsive, and SO detail-oriented. I can’t say enough good things about the entire venue/vendor team. The wedding planning process has been made so much easier by deciding to book with this venue. We were able to bundle pretty much everything we needed and make it "all inclusive" for the wedding and not have to worry about looking for outside vendors during such a stressful time. I worked closely with Emily, she has been so nice and informative. she responds quickly to all of my questions and helps steer me in the right direction. The wedding planning process has truly flown by and I am glad that I had someone there with me to answer questions and keep me on track. I would definitely recommend this business to others!

Highland Village Walters Wedding Estates made our dream wedding come true. All the staff, from beginning until end, demonstrated professionalism. They communicated on time and provided quality services. Also, I wanted to shout out to Tatyana and her staff on the wedding day. They did an excellent job and made the day truly memorable.

My wedding is less than a month away at Hidden Pines- Highland Village and the planning process has been amazing. Sydney has guided us through every step and made me feel comfortable asking all questions. The venue is communicative and timely and has an amazing array of options to customize your wedding to exactly how you picture it. Every vendor connected to our package at Hidden Pines has been kind and intentional in their planning to make our day special. I couldn't ask for a better venue!

Planning with Sydnee was a breath of fresh air! We would come to our meetings with a million little things all over the place, and her sweet and calm disposition made all those details fall into place, in a stress free way. We would leave our meetings with a renewed sense of excitement for our wedding day, focusing again on what is important, because Sydnee had taken care of all the loose ends. She had our back with the vendors and was super clear in her communication with us and with them. She was helpful and wanted the best deals for us, (she even researched a variety of props on Amazon that we wanted on the dance floor!). Besides her calm personality and being genuinely happy for us, our favorite thing about working with Sydnee was that there were no surprises. There was no fine print with her, as it is in the wedding business, sometimes. She was honest, down to earth, organized, and peaceful. What more could you ask for in a planning coordinator?

We just had a wedding held at Hidden Pines Chapel Hill a week ago. We had a bad experience with our experience day of due to the lack of coordination with individuals working day of. The venue coordinator did not deliver the right information causing many day of details to be missed. There were missing items such as easels, tables for dessert table, cheeseboard table and no welcome drinks. The bathrooms were dirty, food was not delivered out in time. Some guests did not have salads and some were already finished with their entrees. The package I purchased were not successfully delivered as well. For 275 guests there were 2 bartenders which resulted in long lines all night. Bartenders lacked knownledge of the drinks behind the bars and did not speak English. Our 2 specialty drinks were also not advertised. The day after the event, I sent a note to the coordinator with my detailed email and a full week later, the regional director sent a generic response which seems like the company not wanting to own up to their mistakes. I am so disappointed in the service as they charge an arm and leg for their packages. I want them to make this right. I gave them an opportunity to fix this issue and will pursue legal actions if needed.

The best part about booking with Walters Wedding Estates is having a planning representative with you every step of the way! I had Amber Millsap! This woman has taken care of me from the very beginning to the end. Being someone who has no clue about the wedding world, having Amber has been sooo helpful. She will answer any and all my questions, give me reminders on deadlines, and is so willing to help! Amber Millsap made my experience with Walters Wedding Estates worth it.

We couldn’t have picked a better venue to have our wedding. We were planning our wedding from out of state. Walters Weddings package for Hidden Pines Highland Billage was a no brainer. Fun fact. This was the very first venue I ever looked up before I was engaged. After we got engaged and visited we were excited to officially say yes to Hidden Pines Highland Village. Our vendors were amazing and made planning our wedding so easy and truly stress free. Amanda-She was so quick with responding and answering questions for us throughout the planning process. She was also a friendly, smiling, happy face to work with. Colleen-day of coordinator with the help of Alejandra WOW!!! They went above and beyond and added special and absolutely noticed by all added details to help our wedding day be so smooth and beautiful. Even when a little drama threatened my wedding day they were quick to provide kind words and keep the day rolling for me. Daniel W/COHOST-so sweet, friendly face and helped keep wedding timeline on time and kept everyone on the dance floor. Lizzie Bee’s & Design Haus- Made my dream wedding Bouquet and wedding day florals. Their team was quick to respond and so easy to work with. Lyons Paperie-executed beautiful wedding invite stationary for us. She also was quick to responding to emails. 3 things people who attended our wedding said 1) the space was absolutely beautiful, clean, elegant, and perfect place to have a wedding 2) the food that we chose from Walters Wedding catering was so delicious (honey mustard chicken, green beans, roasted potatoes, and the Walters salad). I’d love the recipe for my own recipe book. 3) Colleen and Alejandra helped make the wedding day go perfect. Thank you Walters Weddings and Hidden Pines Highland Village for letting and executing Ben and I’s most perfect day.

I could not thank the staff enough for making my day special and being attentive to my needs! Their location and layout was perfect and they provided the perfect atmosphere for the big day. I also wanted to give a big shout out to the manager on-site because she went above and beyond for my family and I. If you are looking for an amazing team on your side, I recommend this location!

I fell in love with this venue the moment I entered. We were looking for a venue with a Posh Rustic feel and hidden pines was It. From the elegant chandeliers to the floor to ceiling windows it was every thing we wanted. We had both our ceremony and reception there which was perfect. The chef did an outstanding job with food and the entire staff did an outstanding job throughout the process. They are very professional and very passionate and went above and beyond to make sure all the wedding details were to our liking. They also partner with amazing vendors and we were able to get the floral and stationary through their partners which did an outstanding job as well. Even our guests were very impressed. Needles to say I highly recommend Hidden pines in Highland Village ❤️❤️

Colleen, Carson, and all of the staff at Hidden Pines Highland Village were absolutely amazing to work with. They made our special day so easy and everything we could ask for. Colleen and my planner Megan coordinated very well together. The venue is so stunning and has that bright, airy feel to it. The bridal suite is a big and accommodating. We had our wedding at Hidden Pines - Highland Village on 10/9/2022 and it was outstanding. The beautiful windows in the chapel, the bridal suite, the reception space - it was all amazing. The only qualm we had was that the groom suite was small, but it worked for the size of our party. If we could get married all over again, we would definitely choose this location every time. Colleen, Amanda, Newshaw and Carson were the best and easiest people to work with. They kept our guests happy and fed, and eased all anxiety I was feeling about how the day would go. I highly recommend this location for its beauty and those workers for their amazing personalities and helpfulness.

My husband and I had our wedding at Hidden Pines Highland Village back in September and wow what a dream it was!! The venue was gorgeous and easy to transform into whatever theme we wanted it to be. I loved that the vendors were included so I didn’t have to hunt for vendors. That just took another task off my plate as a busy bride! The staff is friendly and ready to help. My wedding planner Adriana from Perfect Timing Events worked well with the venue and helped me accomplish my dream wedding!

The ideal setting for any celebration , ever. Our tale We are from Indian descent planning for a Sangeet party. After looking up many venues , we came across Walters wedding . We were tensed initially since none from my friends’ circle or relatives had an event at Hidden pines .We decided this is it after taking our first glance at the venue and moved forward. The transition related to reservation is very smooth and well coordinated.A big shout out for Newshaw, Melanie and the manager of the Hidden Pines ( forgot the name- sorry) for making all this happen . They coordinated so well with our vendors and helped in organizing everything before hand.All the paper work are clean and precise. Pros 1) Well coordinated event management 2) Very responsive Staff 3) Best location for cock tail parties 4) Amazing Drinks ( Best bartender) 5) Clean premises 6) Provided chairs and linens Cons A bit expensive but worth it. Adam and his staff were absolutely amazing to work with during our wedding planning experience. They honestly made planning so easy and non-stressful! The day of the wedding was so magical and Adam was so supportive and made things so smooth throughout the day!

We recently got married here and the venue is beautiful! It’s nice to have the ceremony and reception areas in the same building and nothing outside in the heat. Adam was a great help throughout the process. At first, we were a little nervous, because it was hard to get responses through email/phone call. However, Adam more than made up for it once we got closer to the actual wedding date. He’s very personable, friendly, and professional. Sadly, we didn’t pay for the “day-of coordinating” service and went with our own day-of coordinator, which wasn’t great. Luckily, Adam was present during the whole wedding and stepped up when needed to keep things running smoothly. Our only complaint is that the steak from the in-house catering was overcooked (plated meals), but the catering staff and bar staff were amazing!

I recently had my wedding here, what was promised an “exceptional experience” was far from it 👎🏻 To start off many of my texts/emails were never responded from Adam “coordinator” or Karissa “lady that gets you to sign contract” disappears once contract is signed! We got the most expensive package (elite) But when it was time for the rehearsal Adam forgot about us and we had to practice outside in humid heat followed by a crazy storm soon after. Our plans for a rehearsal dinner were ruined. As things could not get worse we called and called didn’t get a text back until later that night. We were completely humiliated in front of family and friends as if we didn’t have it together! The day of our wedding our cake was cut without us being notified...a special moment, we were unable to get pictures. Walking into the reception I noticed our table was not decorated. I had to remind Adam of almost everything... guess our details meeting we had the week before to make sure everything was “exceptional” was a complete waste of time. I hope this venue gets the extra help they need. It was obvious when the lady doing my hair stated “ sounds like Adam needs some help” Oh and one last thing brides who choose to get ready at venue the door by the restroom does not lock so as people are walking in they are able to get into your dressing room. My makeup bag and money envelopes were stolen that night just to add the cherry on top.

This venue is beautiful and level of service is top notch! From the moment we walked in to take tour we knew this was the place for our wedding! On our wedding day it exceeded our expectations! The venue is classy and chic-perfect for someone who is looking for an elegant wedding venue. The level of service from Adam and his team at Hidden Pines was also exceptional!

I had my wedding at Hidden Pines and it was a dream. Adam did an amazing job of helping me enjoy the planning process as well as the day of the wedding. He answered every question I had, responded to me within 24 hours, and offered a lot of creative and unique ideas so that I could have my perfect wedding. On the day of my wedding, there was a panic moment I had during the reception because I felt like I was running out of time, but he reassured me that everything was going well and that we were actually doing a good job with the time. Adam was so easy to work with and was literally with us the entire day. Clean-up was super simple as well. I would 10/10 recommend this venue to anyone.

Our wedding day was a dream at Hidden Pines Chapel. It’s a very open venue with a simple yet gorgeous space. The lighting was beautiful everywhere, so our photos turned out warm and light just as we hoped they would. I would highly recommend hiring Adam as your day-of coordinator. He was so abundantly thoughtful and helpful; he truly went the extra mile to make our day as stress-free as possible.

I LOVED having my wedding at this venue. Adam was an awesome manager and venue coordinator to work with. Anytime I had a question, he responded by email fairly quickly. Showed no irritation towards all the questions and changes I made. I was able to go to the venue anytime I needed. It was hard to get a hold by phone though. I have no big complaints about this venue and no regrets at all for using it as our venue! It is so beautiful and very spacious.

Hidden Pines did right by us! We married in the middle of Covid but Walter's Wedding Estates still made this the best day of our lives. Communication with the event planner, Adam, was so great. He really worked with me as I kept changing things and adding to the event - I could literally not ask for a better experience. And the venue! We wanted a wedding with a country theme but not IN the county. This place allowed us to have more of a rustic feel and we danced with our boots on! Thank you very much to the Weddings for Warriors program that set us up with our fantasy wedding (husband is in the Army) on such a good budget thanks to the program. Our guests commented on the venue over and over - the feel of the place was outstanding, the food and drink exceeded our expectations, and the service went above and beyond. Thanks again Walter's Wedding Estates.

We loved our venue! We didn't have to flip the room, it was big enough to socially distance, tons of parking, beautiful, and we had so much help from our day of coordinator. They made the process really easy and our day was so relaxed.

We were so blown away with our wedding at Hidden Pines in Highland Village! Not only was the venue just such a beautiful space that really requires minimal decor, but we also loved our experience with the staff. Avery was a great coordinator, and she made sure everything went extremely smoothly the day of our wedding. We were also impressed with how accommodating the staff and manager were with the covid-related adjustments / reallocations we had to make, especially since our wedding was cancelled one week before it was originally scheduled to be. We could not have had a better day and would highly recommend Hidden Pines for your wedding related needs!

This venue and more importantly, their staff, are worth every penny. Our ceremony and reception were beautiful, our day was well organized and smooth, and the food (bruch!) was great. Our families and us hardly had to do a thing for set up and especially on the day of! Our coordinator, Taylor, was absolutely incredible and made sure that every thing exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend spending the money for a more inclusive venue with high commitment to customer service like Hidden Pines Chapel Highland Village!

BEWARE of signing a contract with this venue. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we are having to postpone our wedding until a later date. A vast majority of the guests may not be able to attend. Hidden Pines is NOT willing to discuss ANY amount of refund for guests that do not attend. This company is taking a hard stance on maintaining their contracts when most other businesses are doing everything possible to accommodate their customers during this state of national emergency. Such a sad state we live in that brides and grooms are already devastated by postponement of the biggest day in their lives and now they have to deal with a heartless company such as this venue. All due to money! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this VENUE and ANY of the venues associated with WALTERS WEDDING ESTATES!!!!

I can’t say enough things about this venue. It is absolutely stunning and when we toured it, I knew I wanted to get married there. It offers so much that you don’t have to stress or worry about (such as catering, bar, linens, tables & chairs, etc.) Everyone on staff is so friendly and accommodating and very quick to respond and help! Our day of coordinators, Maddie and Liz, made our wedding day go as smooth as I could’ve ever imagined! If there were any hiccups, I didn’t know a thing and neither did my guests. They are organized and cater to the couple getting married. It was such a breath of fresh air working with them knowing that I wouldn’t have to worry about a thing on my wedding day!

My daughter got married at Hidden Pines January 3, 2020 and everything was just beautiful! Liz and her staff made planning so stress free! The staff at Hidden Pines throughout the whole process were very accommodating and would quickly answer any questions we had. Would certainly recommend this venue!

Liz and her staff at Hidden Pines made our daughter’s wedding day an absolute delight. On a scale of 1 to 100, I am sad that I can only give them a 100, they deserve a 150! All the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. Liz was seamless in her fluid execution of the day, her advice and recommendations were spot on. My wife and I have already said that when our other daughter decides to get married, we’ll nudge her towards Hidden Pines. If there was anything I would change about our experience there, it would be that it just kept going, like a Twilight Zone episode, the reception that never ended. We, and all who attended, experienced such a beautiful wedding and spontaneously fun and dance-filled reception, no one wanted to leave. I HIGHLY recommend both Hidden Pines Chapel and Liz as your on-site coordinator, they’re a winning combination.

Venue is absolutely beautiful! The venue is big enough for 300 but my 150 did not look too small and we had a nice big dance floor to enjoy. My day of coordinator, Emma, was absolutely amazing! She made sure we stayed on time and enjoyed our wedding!

Hidden Pines Chapel in Highland Village is a gorgeous venue. The natural beauty is why I originally fell in love with it. As I moved through the process of planning my wedding, everyone at Hidden Pines was helpful. They accommodate all of my needs. One piece of advice, when giving your total head count at the beginning, you will be paying for this amount, no matter what. I did not realize I could not have less or change this number (except to increase it). Also if you plan on having kids, have them in the initial count and quote also. They are half the price and aren’t charged for alcohol. In the end it worked out for me because I went over my initial head count but the children price had not been calculated yet. I ended up even and all was well! Lastly, Maddie was my day of coordinator. She was perfect. She kept everything moving smoothly and if it wasn’t, I didn’t know! That’s how it is supposed to be. The bride and groom were able to eat, YES WE ATE. While everyone else was in line for food, Maddie brought us plates and drinks. It was nice to be able to enjoy the food we payed good money for! Lastly, the venue did a wonderful job cutting the cake. Maddie had to go boxes set aside for the bride and groom to take home and enjoy. So again, thank you to everyone at Hidden Pines! You made our special day one to remember!!!

Hidden Pines Chapel in Highland Village. Literally my DREAM VENUE. We got so many compliments on how beautiful our venue was. They provide tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, mirrors, easels, and a day of coordinator. Our coordinator was Taylor and she was AMAZING. She helped put together our timeline, and made our day run smoothly. Couldn’t say anything but great things, absolutely love this venue.

Hidden Pines is a beautiful venue with tons of natural light in the ceremony space. It has a light and airy feel. Everyone that I spoke with was very helpful and professional. Liz was my day-of coordinator and she did a great job of keeping us on schedule and making sure everything ran smoothly. We had a small hiccup where a couple guests had been left off the seating chart. She figured everything out and I didn't even know there was an issue until the next day when a family member told me. My parents and in laws were both very impressed with Liz and everyone at Hidden Pines. We heard a lot of compliments about how great the food was for the reception. They also gave us to go boxes that we enjoyed the next day when we were too exhausted from our great time to make dinner. I would highly recommend Hidden Pines in Highland Village.

Not only is this venue beautiful, the staff is awesome. Our coordinator, Maddie, did an outstanding job. Our wedding was quite large and she handled it so well. The day/night was absolutely perfect.

What a wonderful wedding! I got so many compliments on the beautiful architecture and design of our venue choice. The venue simply gorgeous and the staff makes you feel special! My sister got married three years ago at a different venue, and while it was a beautiful wedding, we felt like a number instead of a person. Hidden Pines is completely different. We were all very pleased! Every time I sent an email with a question or concern, I would get a response within the day. The staff were incredibly kind and quick, and they worked with me to create my dream wedding. Everything I needed was there for me! I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married. Liz, our wedding coordinator, was responsive and prompt! Everything went smoothly (even though there was a flash flood warning on the day of the wedding!) I couldn't have asked for a better venue.

HP - HV was a great venue to work with! They offered a great selection of dates/times, had several levels of meals that all tasted great, and made sure every detail was tended to. They also had frequent tastings and raffle nights which was such a fun bonus! Their staff is excellent at taking over the small details and leaving the wedding party to relax.

This venue was gorgeous! Our wedding was perfect and Liz, our wedding coordinator, did an amazing job ensuring we were happy and that the day was definitely one to remember!

They had so many venues to choose from and they were all at different price points. It was easy to schedule an appointment with each location and every location was very nice.

I am so glad that I chose Hidden Pines as my wedding day venue. Not only is it beautiful, but the staff is amazing. Liz, my day-of coordinator, was so easy to work with. She kindly accommodated all my requests and made sure my day ran as smooth as possible. The on-site caterer was wonderful. Our guests were raving about the food! The only downfall with this venue is that, even if you rent the space for the whole day, the earliest you can arrive is noon. This limited our time to get ready with the hair/makeup stylists before pictures, etc. Other than that, I am so thankful for the Hidden Pines team and their effort in making our day so special.

Since it's so beautiful, you don't need to spend a lot on decor to make it beautiful - in fact, much more would be cluttered. There is plenty of close parking for the ease of your guests. Both of our mothers are older and didn't need to walk too much. On top of that, it rained on our wedding day (good luck I'm told!) so guests didn't have to get too wet. The food was delicious. In fact, some of my guests commented on how good it was - they were surprised! Working with the coordinator is a gift! I didn't have to worry about anything as the bride. I created most of the wedding details, had a couple of relatives/friends in charge of things like decorating the front table and the reception, but the coordinators took charge, gave us valuable advice and tips and suggestions on how to save money. I highly recommend Hidden Pines!

I absolutely loved this venue!! It's beautiful and a perfect mix of rustic and modern. They were easy to work with and had great recommendations for other vendors as well! The in-house catering was delicious! They include a day of coordinator which was very helpful as well!

The chapel and reception area were beautiful and perfect for my wedding! The staff did a great job of accommodating to me!
