High Class Limousine

Amazing service. The drive was great. He even helped carry things from our wedding to our house after the reception. They were on time and very professional. I highly recommend them! Our wedding was in October and we had them drive us around in Milwaukee since our wedding was not at the same place as our reception. They got us there safe and they were friendly. They did a great job!

I would not recommend this limo service to anyone - we had such a frustrating experience! First, the driver was late. And when he got there he said the air conditioning wasn't working properly. He said he would drop the guys off at the church and then run back to the office to pick up a different vehicle. It took far too long to explain to him that he was already late and that he absolutely did not have time to get a new vehicle before picking up me and my bridesmaids and that he'd have to wait until we were at the ceremony to get a new one. And even though our ceremony took 30+ minutes and then we had 20+ minutes of pictures, we still ended up waiting for him at the church. He arrived in a party bus and said "you guys are getting an upgrade today, but I'm not going to charge you for it" How ridiculous - of course you're not going to charge me, it was your company's fault that the vehicle wasn't in proper working condition!!! Then he proceeds to ask my husband for the rest of the payment (which had already been taken care of 10 days before the wedding). When my husband didn't give him any money he approached me (TWICE) asking for money. I repeatedly told him that the final payment was sent by check prior to our event. He questioned me, saying that they usually don't take checks. I told him it was in our contract and that maybe he should call his boss...which he should've done after the first time we said no, instead of waiting for me to tell him to do so. After several minutes on the phone he came back to me and said "well this is embarrassing". You're right, it is embarrassing that you would pester a bride numerous times and not get your facts straight!!! Absolutely dismal service and completely unnecessary distraction on our day.

Their drivers smoke on the bus!!! If renters smoke on the bus its an automatic termination of services, no reimbursement, AND a $400 fee! This is not right. We had our ring bearers on the bus with us, a pregnant bridesmaid, and expensive suits/dresses/etc. The smoke was so awful that we had to make a stop to get off the disgusting bus. We all smelled like nasty cigarette smoke for the rest of the evening. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It was a lot of money for something we couldn't even enjoy. Never again.

They were timely and showed up when they said they would. There was AC for the guys on a warm day and we could eat & drink onboard. However, when the wedding party was driving around, the driver slammed on the brakes so hard without any warning that one of my groomsmen was hurt, all of our drinks and food were spilled all over the trolley and the driver didn't apologize or make sure that everyone was okay. We also thought it would be fun to take a photo in front of the trolley but it's really ugly.

They were great! The driver was even a little early to the church and had no problem waiting while we finished pictures. He also drove is all around and stopped at a bar which was not planned but we had so much fun! Whatever we wanted he did! The air didn't work too well but with the windows open everything was perfect!

We were very pleased with our service from High Class Limo! Our driver arrived on time and was so nice to work with. He always helped me (and my giant dress) in and out of the limo and he was so polite. The price was very reasonable too. I would definitely recommend hiring this company!

I was afraid that we would not have time to get to Miller Park and back to the reception in time. We did Miller park, and then we had extra time to get some great fall shots! They were prompt,courteous and reasonable. Five stars!

They were awesome at being flexible and punctual. We had a limo for the wedding party to get to the reception and a party bus. The party bus was a good size and basically drove us around while we had a break between the ceremony and reception time. Would definitely use them again if needed.

We went with High Class Limo and got the 20 person party bus for our wedding. The driver was on time, knew where he was going, and was very professional. The inside of the bus was fantastic and made the wedding day that much easier because weren't worried about our bridal party driving themselves.

The driver showed up late but the address was confusing. Other than that no issues!

They did everything we asked for. Picking up the guys on time, picking up the girls on time, etc.

My husband took on the task of finding transportation from the church to pictures and then to the hall. He did some research, shopped around and found that High Class was the most affordable. The sales associate allowed him to view the limos before he signed or paid for anything. Unfortunately just before the wedding my father-in-law had an accident and was not able to attend our wedding as he was still in the hospital. The day before our wedding we decided to rush our receiving line after our ceremony so we could go and visit him in our wedding garb. The limo driver was so sweet. He introduced himself to us, said congratulations and said he would take us anywhere we wanted to go. We made our way to the hospital and got to give hugs and take some picture with my new dad. As we left the hospital, I thanked our driver for working with us and told him how much we apprecited him being flexible. He replied that he was happy to do it and that we almost made him cry. We knew that we had a good man behind the wheel on our most important day. That just makes my heart smile. Thank you High Class!

I primarily dealt with Willy. He provided excellent service and was very accommodating. Originally I wanted to rent their 1949 Dodge Coronet but I was not able to due to the remodeling of the car not being complete. We came up with a back up plan that met our needs. They were very flexible and good customer service.

They showed up on time, took us where we wanted, and returned us. Our driver was friendly. One of the cheaper options I found.

Very friendly and flexible. Beautiful limos compared to other places we looked at and fairly affordable.

We recently used this company for a limo service for our wedding reception. We had a destination wedding and were in need of a limo for our reception in Milwaukee. Plan was to pick up at 6:15 - drop by 6:30 at the location - re pick 11:15-11:30 - make a few stops on the way home and home by 2AM. Driver arrived at 5:30 - normally I would be ecstatic he was early. We live on a tight street in Wauwatosa and there was no room for her to park the limo, when my sister asked him to move so she could get into my driveway to get into the house and get ready he refused until he had collected the money. I was rather annoyed that I had to stop putting my dress on, run outside and pay the rude driver before he would move his limo out of the way. I'm an honest person, paid the deposit right away and asked the owner the day before how to take care of the balance, had an envelope all ready for when we were picked up. First ride downtown was fine - the limo was old and dated, but they were one of the cheapest so i wasn't expecting to much more. Now for the re-pick - driver was early, again, normally not a problem but he refused to move the limo and was blocking complete traffic on the street. he arrived around 10:50. My dad tried to tip him to get him to move the car to the side street until our guests had left, but no luck. The owner of the restrautnt asked repetely for him to move showed him where he could park, and still no luck. I was practically mortified. Our guest could not pick up their cars from Valet because this guy was blocking the street and refusing to move the vehicle. Now onto the 1 stop that we made, It took us 20 minutes to explain the rather easy path to the driver, by this point nothing in the limo was working (Radio, glass divider, tv). We finally make it to the stop, go in to have fun. The bar was 5 blocks from our home, at 1:40 we closed our tab and started to say good buy to our guests and all of the sudden the drive is in the BAR demanding we leave as he needs to get us home by 2:00AM. Again, completely embarrassed. We leave 10 minutes later and walk outside to find our black Lincoln limo has turned into a white Chrysler limo?? When we got into the back i asked the driver IMMEDIATELY what he had done with our personal belongings (WEDDING DRESS, my husbands Wedding attire, my sisters handbag, and my husbands phone) He says he grabbed everything, well the phone is missing. I have to convince him that it was in the back seat of the other vehicle, he offers to bring it to our house or call when he returns to the shop. Surprise surprise we hear nothing from them the next day. I had to spend HOURS on the phone trying to get in touch with someone at this company. FINALLY the person who cleaned the limo found the phone, right where I said it was on the back seat. We then had to wait another 8 hours until we could pick it up from the cleaning staff. NO RESPONSE from the owner. At this point looking back this company was around $100 cheaper, and the trouble they caused I would HIGHLY recommend using another company, your time and respect is worth more than $100. I would never recommend them to anyone. What a joke. Extremely dissipated.

The limo arrived at each destination clean and on time. It was great to be able to travel in comfort (in my puffy wedding dress) from our cermony to our reception.

Limo broke down and was late for pick up, no water or ice as guaranteed in the contract. Rude service!

We were able to meet with the guy and look at his fleet on a short notice. He showed us his vehicles, but the larger one we wanted was not there. We decided to book it anyway, and he would send us pictures. The limo bus was there on time, and the bus was great. Our only complaint was that our MP3 player and our IPhone were not able to be plugged in, but overall it was fine because we were mostly taking pictures anyways, and maybe if we tried to do this before hand, we could have checked it then. Overall, it was great service!

They were really good. They were there on time with a courteous driver who was prepared, we didn't have to give directions.

High Class Limo was great to work with, very attentive to detail and overall we had a great experience. We coordinated shuttles to our church and to our reception area and had some issues with directions, but we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend them!

So, I used them for my friend's bachelorette party and decided to use them for the wedding day shuttle for guests to get to and from the hotel to the wedding ceremony/reception venue. They only had one that had all the crazy lights and leather seats. It was probably a little much for a wedding day shuttle, but pretty funny! If you knew my fiance and I, we totally went along with it. The scary part was that luckily I (and the rest of the girls) were the first to take it from the hotel to the ceremony...because he was planning on bringing us to a different location! I realized it when he started driving in the WRONG direction! And beleive me, the info was on the contract...not sure how the driver didn't get it! Back to a good thing, they worked a schedule with me that allowed me to only pay for the hours I used it. 3pm to 6pm for the drop off times and then 10pm to 1am for the pick up times. A lot of companies will charge you for the whole night! You have to give them props for that!

We rented limos from them for the bachelorette party and the day of the wedding 28 person bus for the party and 36 person for the day of. They brought the bigger bus for the bachelorette party (not my fault) and showed up the day of the wedding with a bus way to small for our group and didn't do anything about it. Needless to say they did not get a nice tip and they def know why. They do have the nicest limo buses for the best price in Milwaukee and they will negotiate with you

We ordered our limo over 6 monthes in advance. The week of the wedding they called and informed us that they got rid of our limo because they were having problems. The new limo they had was too small. To make up for the inconvenience they gave us 3 extra hours of limoservice. Everything ended up working out. The limo was a little crowded but it did the job. Our 1st limo driver in the morning was awesome. The 2nd driver was alright. He was super nice in the beginning but then wanted to charge us $200 for a broken champagne glass.

I found the best price and had a great time the limo was clean and fully stocked. He was on time and opened the door he even helped me put my shoes on :)

Nice looking H2;Charged for Red Carpet service but did not get it. Said he forgot. Never got refund!
