After being in the wedding industry for seven years we can ensure a streamlined process offering full-service staffing that includes bartenders, servers, party chefs, and event managers. Our staff is also able to do setup and breakdown. We work with caterers and food drop-offs from your favorite restaurant. Our bar service includes optional bar packages where we will consult with you to create a bar that is personalized for your special event.

Hill Country Event Staffing was such a blessing to have for our big day. They were super attentive to our guests and as the bride I didn't have to worry about a thing. They even went as far as making a plate for my husband and I to enjoy instead of going through the service line. We didn't have to ask for anything, it was all done wonderfully and the cleanup was perfect. We didn't use their bartending service, only the event service, and loved everything about this team!
We hired Hill Country Event Staffing to do bartending and cleanup for our wedding at the Hummingbird House. They did a great job! We did pay for a consultation to determine how much alcohol to buy for our 100 guests and unfortunately we did still end up running out of almost everything. However, one of the bartenders did a beer run for us to get more during our wedding, which was above and beyond, and so appreciated. The pricing was very fair and overall we were happy with our experience. Would recommend!
