e began planning our wedding, Gianna, our point of contact at the Clearwater Beach Hilton, was there every step of the way. Over the course of 14 months, she consistently responded to our communications in a timely manner and demonstrated extensive knowledge and expertise. Gianna's helpfulness extended beyond her role, as she took on all the coordinator tasks even though she technically wasn't the designated "Day of coordinator." She assisted us in keeping to our timeline and coordinated with vendors on the day of the wedding, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our special day. The wait staff and caterers at the Clearwater Beach Hilton were truly amazing. They took exceptional care of us and ensured that every detail was attended to. Throughout the reception, they made sure we were well-fed and even packed us a to-go meal that was delivered to our room, allowing us to enjoy a delicious meal later. Their attentiveness and commitment to our satisfaction were greatly appreciated. I would not recommend using the hotel laundry service. We entrusted my bridal gown, the groom's suit, and all of our bridesmaids' dresses to be steamed and pressed the day before the wedding. Despite being assured that they would be delivered to our room by 4 pm, we faced a significant delay and confusion. After multiple phone calls and stressful moments, a valet finally helped us track down our clothes at 11 pm and brought them to our room. While the laundry service experience was stressful, the exceptional efforts of the valet helped alleviate some of the frustration. On a positive note, the Hibiscus Spa at the Clearwater Beach Hilton provided excellent service for our bridal hair and makeup. Crystal, in particular, stood out with her remarkable talent. She created an exquisite bridal hair and makeup look, leaving me feeling like a supermodel. Crystal's skills were truly impressive, and she went above and beyond by coming into the bridal suite to touch up my hair before she finished her day. However, a few bridesmaids were less satisfied with their makeup, feeling that the products used were of lower quality. Some of them ended up washing off the makeup and doing it themselves. In summary, the Clearwater Beach Hilton provided an exceptional venue for our wedding. Gianna's support and coordination, the outstanding service provided by the wait staff and caterers, and the remarkable talent of Crystal at the Hibiscus Spa made our wedding day truly memorable. While we encountered some challenges with the hotel's laundry service and makeup for a few bridesmaids, the overall experience at the Clearwater Beach Hilton was excellent. We highly recommend this venue for couples seeking a beautiful and accommodating location for their special day.

ecommended vendors and they are a dream-team when they all work together! We could not have imagined a more perfect wedding day; the venue on the beach was a dream come true! There were 3 other weddings booked there on the exact same day as ours and they did such a great job at making sure each event ran smoothly and did not interfere with each other. The food & service was excellent as well! The only thing we wish we could have changed is to have been able to extend our reception past 11pm; however, there is a noise ordinance on the beach so we couldn't and when we went inside, the hotel bar was already closed. Overall, we highly recommend the Hilton Clearwater Beach for your big day!!

without a hitch. The catering staff served us our meal and drinks to ensure we actually ate and enjoyed ourselves. At the end of the night they had everything packed up and delivered back to our hotel room so we could continue having fun after the wedding. It was the best night of our lives, so happy Candice helped make it the wedding of our dreams.

wanted. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception would all be on the beach (reception on sandpiper deck). The deck is stunning and after the remodel we were blown away at how beautiful it was! The venue is great but Candice was absolutely amazing to work with. Being in Chicago, she did everything for us. And we had LOTS of questions.... every other day :-P. With Covid they had limited staff so we also talked with Courtney often too-she is awesome as well! The day of our wedding could not have been better. Candice knew my vision and made my wedding even better than I imagined! Covid couldn’t stop our wedding and we still had 65 people come for it! Everyone was blown away at how beautiful everything was. I would say the Hilton was a little expensive compared to the other venues we were looking at in Clearwater and St Pete, but if you’re looking to have the dream beach wedding it is completely 100% worth it. The incredible sunset at dinner was just the icing on the cake. Thank you to Candice, Courtney and banquet staff for making my dream wedding come true! Love, Adriana & Mike

ey made the process so easy. We had to adjust a few things last minute to make sure we could get sunset photos and Candice readjusted the whole schedule with ease. I was able to relax and enjoy the moment on my wedding day knowing I could fully trust Candice and the Hilton staff for making the whole night run smoothly. We had the skirt steak and mahi mahi for our dinner choices and they were both phenomenal. Not only is the Hilton staff incredible, the venue is absolutely breathtaking! We had our ceremony on the beach and reception on the Water’s Edge Ballroom & Deck. I couldn’t have been happier with our choice! I highly recommend the Hilton to all couples! It’s the absolute best place to have your destination wedding!

We also had an open bar that the guests loved! We shipped our decor to the hotel where it arrived about 4 days prior to the wedding, we gave them a mock up that we did at home and they nailed it perfectly. Highly recommend having a wedding here! From the ceremony to the reception to the stay, Hilton made sure it was the best experience possible.

It was so comforting to know we had her on our side coordinating day of so we could concentrate on enjoying the whole experience without any stress. Also, we need to mention how delicious all of the food was. Above our expectations and many guests mentioned the high quality food that was full of flavor. We had the grammy nominated band, Sevendust, play an acoustical set on the beach during our reception so we had extra coordinating and setup than a typical reception on the beach and again Holly was our girl! Everything went off without a hitch! Finally, we can recomend this location enough. From the gorgeous white sand beach backdrop to the A+ staff at the Hilton. You won't be disappointed. :)

We couldn’t have been any happier with how everything turned out and Brooke and Candice were saints throughout the whole process! We had 90 people on the sandpiper deck. I wish I could relive this day every day - it was that perfect.

n Chicago where I met my husband, so our wedding was a destination for most of our guest. Our guest had such an amazing time and can't stop talking about the entire weekend and the Hilton resort and staff. We worked with Brooke Tackes and we would highly recommend her if you are looking for someone who is really passionate about what they do. Brooke continuously worked with us throughout the entire process to help create our vision and we couldn't be happier with our experience! Thank you, Hilton, and staff!

eck on the beach is hard to say no to. We had our wedding in January and cold temperatures and high winds made it a chilly night but the Hilton staff brought out comforters for all of our guests and Courtney helped us rent last minute space heaters so we could keep the party going all night long outside. The ability to have our hair and makeup done right at the venue made the entire day relaxed and stress-free​. They truly helped accommodate all of our guests with their room requests and special dinner requirements. Best decision we made was to have our wedding here.

felt like that was our only option. One day, someone mentioned Florida and it clicked. We loved visiting our family in Tampa, and it felt like Clearwater Beach was the perfect “happy medium” for having our destination wedding. We flew down and visited some of the popular hotels on the beach. Since we were having a destination wedding we obviously wanted everything outside. Why travel to a beautiful beach and have our wedding inside? (Yes, in July lol). The Hilton’s outside venue was perfect. It may look like a deck but from all the Instagram and Facebook stalking of weddings online I did I knew once it was decorated it would be perfect. We began with another coordinator, but was then assigned the wonderful Courtney Owens once she was back from maternity leave. We flew back down in December for our tasting and to meet Courtney. She walked us threw EVERYTHING. We sat for a few hours talking about every single detail possible. She answered every question I had, even the silly ones we had. We decided on what we could, but I was able to make a list of everything else that still needed to be decided. We picked our menu, linens, and all the extras. I’m sure doing this over the phone would be possible, but meeting in person was so much easier. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. My only complaint is the noise ordinance! Our wedding had to be over by 11 because we were outside and there is a town noise ordinance. (Obviously not the Hilton’s rule) The food was AMAZING, to this day guests are still ranting and raving about our wedding and welcome party food. Courtney and the Confetti girls truly made our day go perfectly. I wish we could do it all over again. The hotel was in the perfect location. A car was not necessary. We were in walking distance of great restaurants, bars, and attractions. Even though the pool was crowded at times (it was 4th of July weekend), we were always able to get a chair. On the beach there were rental chairs which were overpriced, but we found a great store a couple blocks away near the bay that rented out beach chairs for a reasonable price. The rooms were small, but always clean. As the bride definitely upgrade to the suite! We kind of just assumed we would be automatically upgraded (like friends of ours who have been married in other countries were at their destination wedding) but it’s not going to happen. Do the upgrade it’s definitely worth it, especially for the day of. Every vendor we picked worked out so amazingly. I have not 1 complaint. I used websites like The Knot and Wedding Wire to help me make decisions. I highly recommend them all.
