o detail oriented. She made it easy to be a relaxed bride knowing she would take care of every detail that popped into my head and also those I over looked! I would strongly recommend planning a wedding or any event here with Lauren or their amazing staff.
Hilton was very accommodating to get our business; however when we needed to cancel the wedding all they cared about was getting their money They had six months to re-book the spac...
e, They made a very painful situation much worse with a big bill. If we have a future need for hotel and reception space, Hilton will not be considered.
We went to the Hilton in June of 2014; from that day until our wedding day in May 2015 we had an absolutely incredible experience with Andrea, Britt, and Doug. We could go on and ...
on about their kindness, availability, flexibility, and the way they made our reception seamless. we would recommend the Hilton to EVERYONE!
We had both our ceremony and reception here. Kelly Nissanbaum was our coordinator and she is an unbelievable woman. She was so helpful and easily accessible. She handled everything...
with our wedding planner which allowed me to have the least amount of stress as possible on the day of. Not only was she there the night before for rehearsal but she was there bright and early on the day of and the following day for our brunch. The ballroom looked amazing and everything went off without a hitch.
Jacob and his team at the Hilton Polaris are absolutely amazing! They catered to everything we could have ever wanted! They made our reception look beautiful and we didn't have to ...
worry about a thing! I couldn't have asked for more professional/helpful people.
We held our new years eve wedding reception at the Hilton Polaris. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the night was a success. The food was excellent. We did not mingl...
e during the cocktail hour but received rave reviews on the food from our guests. The dinner was just as good as the food had been during out pre-wedding tasting. The service was excellent. Food was brought out in a quick and orderly fashion. Table were cleaned promptly, but not so promptly that you felt rushed during the meal. The only reason I did not give them a 5 out of 5 was because we did have a problem with guests from another wedding using our bar, as ours was an open bar and theirs was a cash bar. The hotel did a decent job to compensate us for the excess on our bar tab, but I feel they could have done a bit better. Overall all our guests had a good time and we had a fun and relaxed reception.
The food really set the Polaris Hilton apart from other venues we researched and it received rave reviews from our guests. Additionally, the service was amazing. The staff worked w...

the event coordinator i worked with was horrible. another one stepped in for her and he was great. the venue was beautiful.
Great location, beautiful ballroom, great service!
Service was fabulous. Food taste was amazing. Presentation not exactly as presented at food tasting.
wonderful hotel
We did not have time to take a formal honeymoon, so we decided to get a suite for the weekend. We felt pampered ... what a great start to a wonderful marriage.
It was the first wedding reception at the venue and it was amazing. The staff was wonderful and always worked with us to make sure our expectations were met. The food was great ...
better than the typical caterer with a variety to choose from. They had many different spaces to accommodate different sizes of wedding parties. They went out of their way to make the night wonderful and perfect.
