I would highly, highly recommend Hilton Rockwall to anyone who's looking for a beautiful venue for their next event.

s enough the amount of compliments we recieved from multiple guests, weeks and even months after the wedding on how great the food was and the wonderful service. My mother was concerned about the quality of food and it by far exceeded hers and everyon else's expectations. Staff was great and we can't wait to go back for a staycation very soon!

onsumption towards the end. We had 120 people that drank alcohol and they are trying to charge me 4,000 for 297 drinks in 30 minutes. Complete rip off! The venue was beautiful, but the staff was very inexperienced with serving. They didn't replenish plates during cocktail hour and left dirty plates and glasses on tables for a while. Our planner did not stay the whole time to make sure everything was going well. When they cut my cake they just left the mess on the table the rest of the night. Do not do consumption bar and I would look for a venue that caters more weddings.

o offer the most bang for your buck. We wanted a beautiful location that did not break the bank. Our Hilton wedding coordinator, Nicole, was awesome. She was completely responsive through the process and just a pleasure to work with. I definitely would recommend this location to any couple without reservation.

it came to the rehearsal she wasn't there, came to the wedding showed up to only ask for more money! When we thought we paid in full already! We were missing chair covers for 4 chairs and all the rest had them and I physically had to go ask for them to please put chair covers on the rest of the chairs! We stayed in a suite from Monday- Thursday and only had Housekeeping come once! We ran out of toilet paper and towels and had to ask the housekeepers when they were cleaning other peoples rooms for these items. When we asked why the coordinator didn't come to the rehearsal she stated she wasn't required to! Even though she said that she would be there for anything we needed. She definitely let us know that we were not on her priority list and/or we just didn't spend enough for her to do extra work. The hors d'oeuvres were disgusting as well
