Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland/Twinsburg

Our journey began around the start of COVID in America. We first worked with the Hotel's Director, Roger, who was very nice and welcoming to work with. We collaborated well with each other to come up with a joyfully agreeable contract. As time went on and the pandemic grew worse, this vendor was able to work with us to change our wedding date. Once the Special Events Coordinator, Kathy, returned she was very pleasant and easy to talk with. She's extremely detail oriented and she knew what we were thinking even before we asked. When we wanted to make changes, she was flexible and accommodating. She also worked really well with our other, outside vendors. So, for our 300 person East Indian Wedding, here's our rating: Staff (5 stars): prompt and courteous; very polite; above & beyond Service (5 stars): on-time, above & beyond Cost (5 stars): very reasonable Food (4.5 stars): our event only included hor deourves and apple cider/water/coffee; everything seemed great! Hotel & Space (5 stars): clean, accommodating, spacious, comfortable; worked well for our wedding day flow Overall (5 stars): we highly recommend this vendor for your next occasion without any doubts. With Roger, Kathy, and Staff, you're in good hands.

My daughter's wedding was originally planned for Fall 0f 2020...we all know that didn't happen. What did happen, was the Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland/Twinsburg . Roger Greene and Kathy Pansmith along with their staff, created a magical wedding for my daughter one year later and well worth the wait. We used the venue for the bridal shower, ceremony and reception and all three events were beyond my expectation. The food was not only over the top delicious but served hot which is incredible at an event for 200 guests. The chef prepared a special menu for for our Vegan guests and they were amazed that such attention was given to them. The staff was delightful and attentive to every detail. We were provided with 5-star service. Three weeks later, and our guests are still raving. Our family has used this venue on many occasions. My daughters wedding was flawless! A big THANK YOU to the Hilton Garden Inn Twinsburg, OH to Kathy our Event Sales Manager, the Chef and Rita one of the many servers. The General Manager Roger was on hand as well. Our ballroom sent up was stunning. The food was excellent, all of our guests commented on the food. My other vendors to thank Even Batter the cake was fabulous looking and delightful in taste, The Blossom Shop provided our flowers, Natalie our florist went over the top for table decorations, and to decorate the outside for our ceremony! We had Kyro as our DJ, phenomenal!!! Ran the show. Our trio for the ceremony was Celestial Strings, superb. This Mother of the Bride had no negative comments what so ever! I recommend all of these vendors for your wedding! The day was absolutely perfect!!!

John and his entire staff did a great job of communicating with us to make the entire wedding day go smoothly! The venue practiced cleaning standards during COVID and wore masks making our guest feel comfortable the whole time. Would definitely recommend, we had a great time with the hospitality room after the wedding reception was over.

Hilton did such an amazing job at making the process of planning a wedding stress free! They have been hosting wedding there for decades and have it down to a science. We were able to make the wedding fit our budget which was great! It was also nice because everything is in house (food, alcohol, appetizers, linens, etc.) We have been married a month now and we are still receiving phone calls about how amazing the food was (my brother had his reception there 3 years ago and people still talk about how wonderful the venue was)! Kathy did such a great job organizing everything and really made this experience memorable! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hilton Garden Inn in Twinsburg to anyone!

Highly recommend selecting the Hilton Garden Inn for your wedding. Everything was organized, stress free and exactly how I imagined. The food was amazing the hospitality was amazing and they went above and beyond to give us the wedding of our dreams! Truly an outstanding experience!!!

We made the best decision in choosing the HGI Twinsburg for our ceremony and reception venue. Kathy was amazing to work with and truly ensured that every detail was in place and the entire day flowed perfectly. The complimentary hospitality room was a great bonus feature for bridesmaids to get ready in and for friends to use after the reception. They made it easy for every vendor to get in and set up. Every guest raved about the food.

We were married at the hotel on May 10, 2014 and we wanted to say a big thank you to Kathy and her team!! They were absolutely fabulous about getting us all ready and getting us through the big day. Kathy was remarkable reachable with my million questions and lack of decision making. She was there to help and guide us through food choices which proved difficult as all the food was amazing which was impressive considering we had many things to work around (vegetarians, religious beliefs, food allergies, gluten, diabetics, etc.). The entire hotel staff was wonderful and did everything to make our stay even more amazing including keeping breakfast open the next morning as we were too busy talking with our families to actually eat in a timely manner. Additionally the entire hotel staff was wonderful when we asked for things like power cords, cleaning the room on our schedule, and helping us to find places to take pictures if the weather had been bad. Kathy was great to help us with the rehearsal and had us practice both indoors and outdoors in case of rain. We were very lucky and were able to be outside but it was good to do both just in case. It really was the best day of our lives and the Hilton staff played a huge role in that. They provided wonderful service and amazing food. The snacks provided to our rooms while getting ready was perfect. Good finger food and nothing that my nieces could get on their flower girl dresses. Additionally, the hospitality room that we used for our guests to hang out in was perfect. It had snacks and a place for people to be during the day on Saturday while waiting for the wedding. It was a great idea and provided a great place for us to finish out our Saturday night after the wedding. The hotel was just perfect was it was definitely designed for having weddings. Thank you so much for everything!! It really was the best day. We keep thinking back and say how we wouldn't change one thing. It was PERFECT! Thank you so much!!

I honestly wasn't looking to have my wedding in a hotel, but I'm so glad I ended up making the decision for the Hilton Garden Inn in Twinsburg. The service there was absolutely amazing from beginning to end - they coordinated and set up/tore down everything, making the day simple and perfect for us! The food was absolutely delicious as well. Overall, our guests were blown away by the reception - we're still hearing about it!

Everyone that attended our wedding kept commenting on how this was the best wedding food that they had ever had!! We loved the staff who were always friendly and accomodating. Absolutely amazing experience!

The Hilton was absoulty perfect! I can not say enough good things about the Hilton. Kathy helped us and made sure we had everything we needed. She was more then accommoodating. The food was excellent, drinks/ bartenders were excellent. It looked gorgeous. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Excellent service. Excellent food- people are still talking about it 2 years later! Loved the decor, beautiful outside location for cocktail hour. Very attentive to all details - I didn't worry about a thing!!
