All of the staff and food was excellent. They were helpful and very professional. They accommodated us when possible. We would highly recommend them to anyone for their wedding. We can't say enough great things about them. We had the rehearsal dinner, reception and good buy continental breakfast with them.

Ashley is incredible to work with. Her professionalism, attention to detail and efficiency made wedding planning so easy and enjoyable! We appreciated her insight and guidance, all of which was spot-on because she took the time to understand our vision and budget. Ashley communicated all details to the staff for a smooth delivery of our event. All staff were so courteous and attentive throughout the event- our guests were very impressed! The event room was beautiful, the location of the room was so lovely, along the river. The Crave catered food (we went with all appetizers) was FABULOUS- beautiful presentation, hot foods were fresh and hot, cold foods were fresh and cold. All food items were delicious & it was a thrill to offer such variety to our guests. We heard over and over that it was the BEST food guests had experienced at a wedding. Truly, we can not say enough how the Garden Hilton exceeded our expectations and we know this is in no small part due to Ashley. (By the way, the tasting event is not to be missed- it was a wonderful experience & truly says a lot about how high the Garden Hilton sets the bar.)

Ashley, Matt, and the ENTIRE HGI staff were absolutely exceptional! Ashley was an excellent communicator, prompt with replies, and always willing to give us her honest feedback with our ideas. We always felt that everyone was responsive to our questions, concerns, and needs. The food was amazing, and the ballroom was stunning! Our daughter’s wedding reception and dance were exactly what she envisioned for her special day….all because of Ashley, Matt, and crew! We will highly recommend the HGI to all!

The workers at this venue were so helpful. Ashley and Maddie made the planning easy and we’re able to think ahead on a lot of logistics. The servers were great and it is so nice to have everything needed for the event in one place. The only thing we weren’t happy about was the cost of the food versus the quality and portion size the guests received. Food wasn’t high on our importance list, luckily, but is the only thing that wasn’t absolutely awesome!!

I'm belatedly writing this review for my daughter's wedding. The Hilton Garden Inn was a fantastic place! She had a summer wedding, and we loved the location with the patio on the river as well as the sunny little bar area outside the reception room. The reception room itself was just beautiful; the staff very kindly put out the table runners that we brought, and our florist took care of everything else. I loved the ease of having to do very little to get the room ready. The food was delicious and table service was very prompt. Communication with Maddy was top notch, and we had no issues with billing, contracts, etc. Our only "complaint" and this is just minor, we had very thirsty guests, and we could have used more bartenders. Highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn for a reception!!

We enjoyed this venue so much!! We stayed at the hotel Friday-Sunday. From the moment we walked in on Friday, we felt welcomed! The rooms were amazing, and the staff was amazing. Whenever we had a question, Maddy was always quick to respond, and I never felt like I was bugging her. We did have a run in with the food, however, the Hilton took care of the issue and that was reflected on our bill. I was pleased with everything, and I would definingly recommend this venue to anyone! :)
