If you’re looking for simplicity of planning your wedding this Venue is perfect. I was planning our wedding from out of state so choosing a venue that offered food/bar/centerpieces/setup/teardown/rooms to get ready in/hotel accommodations was perfect. Cakie was the coordinator for us and she was amazing. I think I emailed her 500 times in 8 months and she always responded promptly and with an answer, suggestion or solution for me. For the most part, the staff was professional and helpful. One thing we noticed is some of the fixtures/upholstery could use an update but it wasn’t anything that deterred us from the venue or that we even paid attention to on the day of our wedding. Overall it was a good experience!
The Hilton Garden Inn staff and venue is OUTSTANDING! The hotel itself is beautiful and in a perfect location with lots for guests to do throughout the weekend. The food was INCREDIBLE, many of our guests told us it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. The magic behind our perfect reception really came from Cakie, the Hilton’s wedding coordinator. Cakie was extremely professional, prompt, patient, and enthusiastic throughout the whole process. The customer service provided by Cakie and her staff was exceptional, they went above and beyond our expectations. We cannot thank them enough for their hard work, flexibility, and making our reception absolutely perfect. We HIGHLY recommend The Hilton Garden Inn!!!

Hands down the best venue ever!!!!! The food is amazing, staff is amazing, and the convenience is amazing! There is not one thing they didn’t deliver, we asked, they said yes and then made it happen on our wedding night! Our wedding reception was perfect!!! I would like to give a special shout out to the Hilton’s wedding coordinator Cakie. She was amazing!!! She handled everything so well and made our night one we will never forget! She is super easy to work with and communication is on point! Lastly we would like to thank Carl, he waited on my husband and I the night of our wedding, and he is the best!!!! If you are looking for an easy place to get everything you want in a wedding reception look no further because we simply loved our experience with the Hilton in Perrysburg!

First off, I’d like to say 100% I’d get married here again. My day was absolutely perfect and the space was beautiful and food was top notch!! The only downfall is the horrific coordinator they’ve hired. I booked the venue in March of 2021 and got married October 1st 2022. The first coordinator I dealt with was very prompt with responses, met with me on site multiple times, and so very friendly and engaged in helping me! The coordinator that helped me this past weekend and past few months was the complete opposite. Lack of response to emails and phone calls (over a week with no response until I spoke with superiors) I only met on site with her 1 time, and we didn’t even go into the ballroom. She “took notes” but still screwed up our layout of the foyer for cocktail hour, screwed up a signature drink we had, and I didn’t see her one time day of our wedding to make corrections. She didn’t follow our timeline, so cocktail hour ran late, and one of our groomsmen weren’t fed dinner until I approached a waiter and told them. In hindsight, these are all minimal issues, but still you pay quite a pretty penny to have a wedding here and the coordinator didn’t reflect the price tag in the slightest. Thankfully they’re very open to allowing outside vendors in, so if you can get your own day of coordinator to deal with the wedding coordinator they have, I highly suggest you do it. In addition, another wedding was happening at the exact same time as ours - which no problem at all, but there was no stopping their guests (and bride) from coming to our ballroom, using our bar, eating our desserts, and using our photobooth. Again, this is all more money coming out of my pocket because there was no one to keep the parties separate. The last thing I’d consider is the hotel room block. Check in is 4 pm with no guaranteed early check in, which I knew and ensured my guests also knew. But when it was time to check in, many of our guests couldn’t because rooms weren’t ready. A lot of people couldn’t check in until after 5 or 6 pm! Just a lot of inconvenience that after the fact, rubs me the wrong way. But overall, my day couldn’t have been better and if you fall in love with the space that I did, then make sure you hire a day of coordinator!!!
We utilized the HIG at Levis Commons for our out-of-town wedding guests and 2 extraneous events during our wedding weekend. Andrea and Sherry were absolutely incredible to work with as we planned our guests’ stay, as well as our Friday night Welcome Party, and Sunday morning Brunch! All of our guests had nothing but nice things to say about the food and beverage they were served at the HIG, as well as the quality of their room and stay. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning on having a large number of guests come in from out-of-town for your big day.
We are so grateful for Sheri and the crew at Hilton Garden Inn. Our reception was beautiful and the hotel provided an awesome place for our friends from out of town to gather! Sheri helped us finalize every detail and helped us to feel confident leading into our big day.
The Hilton Garden Inn was the perfect venue for our special day. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating throughout planning and execution. They were willing to go the extra mile even though we were out of town and had a tight schedule. Thanks to their staff the day went off without a hitch. Several weeks later our guests are still raving about the great food and the excellent bar service. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a venue.

She was there the day of to make sure we were lined up on time and fixed my train for me before I walked down the aisle. We booked our ceremony at the clock tower there and it was perfect! If you want to have an amazing, stress-free wedding, book the Hilton! Brittney was there for every step of our planning process and made sure to answer every single one of our questions. She was very patient and reassuring throughout problems that arose with COVID and the Hilton team was flexible with the many changes that had to occur. We held our rehearsal dinner, a get-together for out of town friends the night before, ceremony, and reception at the Hilton and it was all flawless! Our suite had a view of our outdoor ceremony space, which made us so excited to see. The food was delicious, drinks were great, and they were flexible with allowing us to bring cultural appetizers and dessert. We would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn for your wedding!

I absolutely LOVED how my reception turned out here! Brittney was amazing to work with, and was extremely helpful from start to finish. We dropped our stuff off for the reception the week of the wedding, and that's really all we had to do. Brittney and her team did everything else, and we barely had to lift a finger. The Hilton also did all the take-down after the reception, and set everything aside for us to grab the next morning. It was very stress-free, and I also didn't feel like our parents or bridal party had to do a bunch of work either, and they actually got to just enjoy our reception with us! The food was outstanding, their wait staff was great, and the venue space overall was just perfect. The Hilton was everything my husband and I could have wanted for our reception!

For the future wedding couples out there, this is the place where you should hold your wedding reception. We felt our wedding was perfect. The coordinator, Brittney Kennelly, was exceptional and knows how to setup a wedding reception hall. Plus she is very professional. She will make time for you, and work with you in the planning of your wedding. Her staff is very professional, and takes the time to make sure everyone is taken care of during the reception. The food at the reception was exceptional. The facility is very clean, and kept up to date. There were a couple of issues that our guests had with the hotel. First, some of our guest rooms weren't ready at check in time, and second, another guest had the door key card system break on their door. But these issue could happen at any time to anybody, and doesn't take away how our wedding reception was setup and handled. All of our guests gave us positive feedback regarding the reception.
If you want a stress free, and beautiful wedding, Hilton Garden Inn is the venue! Brittney at the Hilton was absolutely amazing. She was able to meet with us anytime we had a question, and was able to put my mind at ease. Our wedding was absolutely wonderful, we received so many compliments on how well everything was organized and how beautiful the venue was.

Our original venue, The Holiday Inn French Quarter, canceled on us less than 6 months before our wedding. I was so very fortunate to find Brittney at the Hilton Garden Inn. She was amazing to work with and met or exceeded every expectation. She was able to work within our budget to give us everything we wanted. Her recommendations for the officiant and makeup artist were spot on! Then on the Big Day, the people who were supposed to come early to help me set up didn't. Brittney jumped in and went way above and beyond to literally save our wedding! She set up for the ceremony, took care of all the deliveries, arranged the flowers on the cake, took care of all the tablescapes, and put together the seating diagram my sister was supposed to do. She did absolutely EVERYTHING! She even noticed I was stressed out and about to cry and offered to drop everything to get me a beverage from the hotel bar. I will forever be grateful to her.

The only word that comes to mind when thinking of our experience with The Hilton, Brittney, and staff is, PHENOMENAL!
From beginning to end, Brittney kept me sane and organized. By far the most personal experience for a bride manning the waters of wedding planning. Brittney answered every question, granted every request, and on the day of she was there from start to finish. Always keeping my champagne glass full ;). Our guests were pleased with everything from the accommodations, decor and especially the food. I was told (and am still being told) it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. I highly recommend The Hilton, Perrysburg at Levi’s Commons for your big day. You will not be disappointed. I honestly wish we could do it all again because I will miss her and the staff so much!

Our venue was beautiful! We used 2/3 of the ballroom for ~200 guests, and had more than enough room. Brittney was amazing to work with - she was organized and helpful from the beginning of the planning process up until that night. Originally we thought that this venue would be out of our price range, but Brittney worked with us to come up with a package that was in our budget. Everyone commented on how delicious our food was, and our space was gorgeous without much extra decoration.

My wedding reception at the Hilton Garden Inn was absolutely amazing. We had our wedding & reception here on 8/18/18. The convenience of having the whole event at a hotel was great for us and for our guests. We felt comfortable with Brittany right away after meeting her on our initial tour. She was so laid-back, easy to work with, helpful throughout the whole process, and SO responsive to emails. I sent so many emails in the months prior to the wedding and she answered them all promptly. We can’t thank her enough for all of her help. We were concerned about everything being ready because there was another event that lasted up until 2 hours before our wedding, but everything was set up perfectly and we had nothing to worry about. The food is amazing. We would pay to come to another tasting if we could, it was that good. We had a great time on our wedding day and if we were to do it all again, we would still choose HGI.
Where do I begin? My experience with the Hilton Garden Inn-Levis Commons was absolutely wonderful. As a bride planning from over a 1,000 miles away, it was a relief to be working with such a wonderful, detail-oriented location. Throughout all the planning, Brittney, the Catering/Weddings Manager, was a blessing! She was patient, helpful, provided details and support, and was enjoyable to work with! To travel back to our hometown for our wedding and to have it all come together perfectly, was more than we could have ever ask for. Brittney, her peers and fellow staff members were kind and willing to help in all the ways they could. I will recommend this location over and over again to any future brides I know because I know it will allow them to have a beautiful, stress free day!
Brittney and the other staff at HGI were ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! We hosted our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and reception at HGI, and I truly cannot express how absolutely AMAZING everything was. My husband and I received so MANY compliments on the spectacular food, the gorgeous ballroom, and the incredibly helpful staff. Our out of town guests absolutely loved the surrounding area, and they really appreciated the convenience of being able to stay overnight at HGI after the reception was over. The gorgeous lights and clock tower and the nearby Owens Corning building made for some really gorgeous (and convenient) pictures. From the very beginning, Brittney was so helpful and accommodating, answering our MANY questions, all while being so patient and friendly. She was always so flexible and easy to work with. She truly goes above and beyond! Throughout the planning process, she helped me think of things that wouldn’t have otherwise been on my radar. She provided so many valuable suggestions. My mom and I stopped by HGI on multiple occasions to set centerpieces and such up and see how things would look. Brittney and the other staff at HGI were so helpful. I am a perfectionist and a control freak so you would think I would have been at least a little anxious about how everything was going to look and work out, but I trusted Brittney completely! Everything went so smoothly and looked absolutely amazing! There is a lot of pressure to make things perfect on your wedding day, and I definitely feel like my husband and I achieved that goal, largely due to the great service we received at HGI. I could not have imagined a more perfect wedding day!
From our first meeting with Brittney to the wedding day, every question and concern was promptly answered. Service during the wedding weekend to our guests and during the reception was exquisite - many guests personally commented to me about how well they were served. We sought a simple and elegant event to 200 guests which because of the caring and attention to detail we were provided far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this venue for great food, drinks and service.

We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! The Hilton wasn't the on my list to look at, but it was the first venue we did see and every place after that didn't compare! The Hilton Garden Inn was the PERFECT wedding venue!! Brittney was extremely accommodating and calm throughout the entire day and planning process. Brittney successfully pulled the day together with ease, grace, calmness, and a smile! She is very professional and easy to work with. Her staff was the same way. Brittney made sure every detail was correct on the day of and insisted on bringing us bowls of mac and cheese to make sure we ate on our wedding day prior to the reception. The ceremony was perfectly placed outside on the terrace. Everything pulled together and ran super smoothly. Brittney made sure we had everything we needed during rehersal, getting ready and during the evening. The ballroom turned out absolutely beautiful and the entire evenign was amazing.

We surveyed a number of venues that were comparable to the Hilton at Levis. After our tour and after talking to their events manager, Brittney, through email about more specific aspects of the event and venue, we decided to book it. From there it was an extremely easy and perfect path to our special event. They were able to give us exactly what we wanted and needed. Some specifics of the greatness of the place, ample FREE parking, amazing hotel facilities that are well kept and constantly undergoing improvements, the actual hall is absolutely beautiful and private even with other groups using other portions of it, the bathrooms were extremely clean and well supplied, the staff is extremely courteous and thoughtful (not only did the get us everything we needed but also complimented us on our dessert choices and the beauty of the decorations we chose), the food was amazing (I am a food enthusiast and I was somewhat impressed after the tasting event but was extremely happy with the food day of, it was even better tasting and better executed than at the tasting!), and honestly, the best part of having our reception here was working with Brittney. She made everything from setting up a hotel room block (which I needed to expand multiple times), to moving our decorations and gifts into a secure room for the night, and going above and beyond to make sure we had enough room to seating an older relative of mine that was holding up the bridal party entrance ( I literally gave her his seating card and she took him by the arm and got him to his seat), Brittney was the reason that my wedding was the least stressful wedding that I have ever been to. Seriously consider this venue and book it if you are even somewhat interested, you will not be disappointed.
We did a small wedding of only 12 peopl me and Brittney our coordinator made all the difference! The setting by the clock tower was beautiful, the food was delicious, and everyone at the Hilton was extremely helpful! I am so glad we choose the Hilton!
My husband and I choose to have our rehearsal dinner, henna night (Turkish tradition), and wedding reception at the Perrysburg Hilton Garden Inn. HGI is beyond wonderful! I cannot speak highly enough of their attention to detail, customer service, and innovative solutions. The management and staff go out of their way to make sure you day is beyond your dreams. Every curve ball we threw at them and every last-minute change was handled with operational excellence.
One distinguishers of HGI is that they will take the time to get to know you and understand what is important to you. They are prompt, professional, and perfectionist. We got married almost 5 months ago and our friends and family are still talking about how delicious the food was, how thoughtful the staff was, and how perfect the whole evening was. We could have not asked for a better team of people or venue for our big day.
We had our wedding on 9/16/2017 and it was the most perfect day. Brittney went above and beyond everything that we asked her to do including helping with last minute decorations while we were at the church! The food was AMAZING and everyone we talked to had such a blast. We can’t thank the Hilton Garden Inn enough for making our day so wonderful.
My husband and I had our wedding reception there on 10/7/17. It was so beautiful and Brittney was so good to work with, she emailed me back really quickly she was so nice and such a warm hart. She help me with everything in the wedding process and made it so relax and I trusted her 100%. The staff was so nice from the first time I came to the Hilton Garden Inn. After the wedding our guest told us how beautiful it was and how nice and respect the staff was. I would definitely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn for any wedding, stays ect. We are so please and happy that we choose the Hilton Garden Inn for our wedding :)
Brittany and her team were more then we ever could have hoped for, they made our special day a dream come true! They handled everything with all of our vendors to make it as stress free as possible! They also set and tore everything making it so we could enjoy the day along with our families! Having our wedding at the Hilton was the best choice we made! I will never forget how special they made my day and how all of our guest enjoyed themselves as well!!

I contacted HGI more than a year before our wedding date to inquire about having our wedding there. From the first interaction thru phone call and email, Brittney was professional, helpful, and thoughtful. I can not express to people enough that we knew from the beginning that we would get married here. We called HGI the one-stop-shop and even made the decision to have my bridal shower there too, which completely blew us away and helped solidify that our wedding would be amazing. Our ceremony, which included a back-up plan if inclement weather made us have it inside, the reception, catering, alcohol, linens, hotel block for our guests....the list goes on and on. They made it SO easy and stress-free for us that I would choose them time and time again. I've already recommended others to look into them because you get such a huge bang for your buck! Brittney also led me to find the rest of my vendors, all of which had worked together and with her. This was so reliving because they already had been involved in weddings at HGI, knew Brittney, and were confident with the space. It's been almost a month since our wedding and we're still receiving praise from our guests of how much fun they had, how much they loved our venue, the food, and the convenience of not having to travel from the ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. It was everything I could've ever dreamed of or hoped for! Thank you HGI staff and Brittney - we love you guys!
I am so glad I booked the Hilton Garden Inn for my wedding! Brittney, Chris, Andrea, and the entire event staff took such good care of us throughout the entire process! They were so accommodating for our every need, from moving our ceremony indoors due to cold weather, to setting up the "getting ready" room for me and my girls, Brittney and Co. were absolutely amazing.The food is delicious - so many guests raved about their dinners and the appetizers - and the bar was top-notch (thanks, Hannah!!) That said, this is *not* an inexpensive venue, but in my opinion, it was worth every penny we spent. Amazing! Brittney was very easy to work with (especially in the final two weeks). The venue was decorated so nicely and really had the wow factor I was looking for. It was also nice to have our guests stay in the same place! I would 100% recommend having your reception here!
HGI was the perfect location for our wedding reception. From the first tour to the night of our wedding, they were incredibly helpful. Brittney was super helpful with all of our questions and never made us feel silly for asking something. She is a built in event coordinator for the reception and makes the planning fun and stress free. The hall was beautiful and was very flexible accommodating our small details. The food was phenomenal, everyone raved about it. Almost everything is included in the price, which makes it stress free as a couple. They even include a wedding night stay and other small details that really make them a class act. We cannot say enough good things about HGI. They are worth every penny. Our wedding would not have been the same anywhere else!

The Hilton Garden Inn was the perfect spot for our wedding reception. The staff was very accommodating and the food was delicious! They were easy to work with and helped to create a beautiful atmosphere for our wedding. The food was delicious and they chef really worked with us to ensure it was the menu that we wanted for our weekend. Great location and our out of town guests loved the convenience of the shops nearby.
Our wedding experience at the Hilton was absolutely perfect. Brittney did a great job communicating with our vendors (she's worked with most of them before and can recommend good ones to hire) and always responded to our (many) emails promptly. She was very laid back and easy to work with. Planning a wedding can be stressful but everything was so simple and convenient! We also loved that it was one flat rate for guests then the bar was unlimited. Let's just say we took full advantage of that! We were happily surprised when we got back to our room that night to see flower petals, food, champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries - what a great way to top off the night. We are pumped to come back for our anniversary next year!
Brittney and the Hilton staff were a pleasure to work it. We planned our wedding long-distance, which we were told would lead to many challenges. However, with their help, we didn’t have the challenges that we expected. Brittney went above and beyond to respond to our numerous questions and concerns, she executed our vision and coordinated a lot of details for our entire wedding weekend. We had numerous out of town guests and from welcome bags, to day-of preparations, to a Sunday brunch, she made sure things were seamless. We were blown away with how attentive the staff was at the cocktail hour and reception. When we arrived back to our room after the reception, we were surprised to have 2 full meals, a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us! We can’t say thank you enough to Brittney and the HGI staff for making our weekend very special and memorable.

My husband and I do not live in Toledo, and Brittney made the planning process so easy. She took care of everything that typically would be handled by an outside coordinator. While the wedding package itself is excellent, I felt that, at every turn, Brittney and the HGI staff were happy to go above and beyond to accommodate every request. Our goal really was to create an elegant and relaxed atmosphere for our guests, and they were instrumental in bringing that to life.
We really loved the setup of the cocktail hour area, patio, hospitality room, and ballroom. We utilized the whole ballroom for the reception, so other parties weren't using the same spaces. After the wedding, guests were able to come back to the hotel, walk down to the hospitality room (they provided the whole room setup and stored food and drinks my parents had delivered), sit on the patio, and relax during cocktail hour. While the perfect weather definitely helped, the space really was great!
I think these things have been mentioned, but food and drinks were top notch! This venue really is the best! I would recommend it to anyone.
Only note would be to really consider renting the full ballroom if you feel that your guest count is on the bubble. We had a 280-person reception, and the room felt very full with larger dance floor and photo booth.
The Hilton Garden Inn Toledo Perrysburg was amazing! The venue is beautiful and the staff is the best! I originally began planning and working with Chelsie but halfway through, she had left her position at the Hilton and a new person was hired. I was nervous at first to have someone new take over half way through but Brittney exceeded our expectations and did an amazing job! I can't say enough nice things about her, we love her! She always answered all of our questions and emails promptly and was very easy to work with :)
HGI was fantastic. they made everything so easy for us. wedding package included: champagne toast for all guests, 5 hours of premium open bar, cheese/veggie platter and 3 butler passed hors d'oeuvers, 2 entrees, after dinner coffee, chair covers, centerpieces and linens, wedding night room for bride and groom, block of rooms for guests, and an over night stay on your one year anniversary. i was in contact with the catering manger the whole time. they set it up and take it down. i want to get married all over again because it was sooo perfect!
Our experience with the Hilton Garden Inn was the best! Our wedding day was absolutely phenomenal. Chelsie was so accommodating and she answered questions and concerns in a very timely manner. We had quite a few guests from out of town, and they loved the customer service at the Hilton as well as the great location and ambiance of Levis Commons. It's been 3 weeks since the wedding and we are still getting compliments about the venue and especially the food! If we had to do it all over again we wouldn't change a thing.
My husband and I are so happy we choose the Hilton Garden Inn for our reception. Chelsie is everything one can hope for in helping plan a reception. She is responsive, energetic, and organized. Everything was taken care of and she made us feel very comfortable. Our guests commented that the food was the best they had at any wedding they have attended. The cocktail hour was lovely and the ballroom was set up so beautifully. Bob was our server and he we requested him after he was our server at the food tasting months before the reception. He was great!

I cannot say enough good things about the Hilton Garden Inn at Levis Commons. Chelsie was absolutely amazing to work with! She was so helpful and responded fast to all emails! She even got a stubborn wedding vendor to respond to my emails once I said I was going to go with someone else! She helps with the planning along the way and thinks of any details you might not have.The food was amazing there (we did a combo plate of stuffed chicken and beef), great alcohol selection, the staff was awesome, there were a ton of options for add-ons (like a signature drinks, fruit kabobs, late night snacks, etc.)... I could go on and on. Our experience was fantastic.
If I had to pick one thing that I could have lived without it would be dealing with guests from another wedding. There was another reception there that night and you had to share a bathroom with the other wedding, and we actually had some people from the other reception come into our reception because ours had alcohol and it was "more fun". I was not having any of that lol sorry your bride and groom don't know how to throw a party! ;-)
Again, our experience was awesome. I would recommend the Hilton Garden Inn to anyone looking for a great, classic wedding venue! Now, it's definitely not in everyone's price range, but if you can swing it, definitely book this venue!!! You will not be disappointed!! :)
First and foremost, the venue was perfect and beautiful for our wedding reception. Our ceremony was held at a church. We worked with Chelsie Schmidt start to finish planning our event. She was phenomenal to work with, as she paid close attention to every detail and provided reassurance along the way. I communicated often with her via email and never had an issue hearing back from her. She always answered in a timely fashion. We did not hire a wedding planner, so it was nice knowing she would contact each vendor the week of the wedding and confirm with them. I am one, that my friends and family, would call a "perfectionist" with an eye for detail. We utilized the entire ballroom as we had 300 guests. We have received an enormous amount of compliments on the quality of the food, beverages, and bar service. Our wedding package included a complimentary glass of champagne for all guests to toast with and the champagne tasted amazing--sparkling and sweet! Many guests asked us afterwards what kind it was because they thought it was that good! The ballroom looked impeccable when we viewed it before any guests were let in from cocktail hour. During the event, Chelsie took a quick moment to check in with us before she left for the night and introduced us to the gentleman who was overseeing things from that point on. She made sure that we did not need anything. She personally gathered all of the cards and handed them to my mom to be taken to her hotel room for safe keeping. At the end of the night, there were 2 meals in the bridal suite's mini fridge if we were hungry. The venue is on the expensive side, but they do everything! We had compared about 5-6 reception venues in the Toledo area before making our final decision. A few negatives: there was not an included breakfast for our guests the following morning, but was available for guests for purchase. . . we had hotel welcome bags that did not get passed out to all of guests who booked within our block of rooms.

We recently had our 200+ guest wedding ceremony and reception at the Hilton Garden Inn and loved every minute of it. During the planning process, there was some communication lapses but the weekend itself went very smoothly. Great than 50% of our guests were from out of town so they stayed the entire weekend. We were able to have our rehearsal on Friday night (with the ceremony space set up), ceremony and reception, as well as a day after brunch for family all in the same location making it easy on us and out of town guests. Chelsie worked well with all my vendors, even those who had not done a wedding at this location before. Our guests were very happy with the food and alcohol selection. The servers and bartenders were polite and professional.
It was pricy, but definitely worth it for the quality of service we received.
For everything we received, the service, the flexibility, the staff were all 5 star. It was not cheap, but they are willing to work with you to create a plan! Chelsie was the point person at the venue and she was great. I must admit, I was planning the wedding from a few hours away so my Mom worked closely with the venue. All in all we do not have one regret about the Hilton Garden Inn Toledo Perrysburg!
We had a lot of out of town guests coming to our wedding, so one of the most important things we considered when choosing a venue was location and place to stay. The Hilton Garden was perfect because the accommodations were wonderful and the staff were respectful and very helpful. The catering manager was great in putting everything together for us and setting up. Highly recommended

The Hilton Garden Inn made planning my reception there very easy. The room was very beautiful and elegant that night. The food was amazing!! Everyone there was so very helpful throughout the entire process.
Having our reception at the Hilton Garden Inn was worth every single penny. They were so incredibly accommodating and the things that were included in the price were not only money savers but also stress savers. With our package we got a cake, plate service, an open bar, chair coverings and sashes, coordinating napkins and a champagne toast for all of our guests. They also included centerpieces but we opted for our own. Our out of town guests got discounted accommodations and we (the bride and groom) got free accommodations in a suite the night of with a late check out and full breakfast (There was also chilled champagne and rose petals on the bed when we got up after the reception). We also get a complimentary anniversary night stay with breakfast. Chelsie Schmidt was so easy to work with and she endured constant phone calls from me in the final weeks. OH! and the food was good too!
I thought the Venue was very nice. I selected a package deal and was very pleased with the food. Chelsie and Jennifer were very pleasant to deal with. My guest enjoyed being able to stay the night there. I recommend this venue to other brides. There was another wedding the same night as mine and I thought I still got the attention I deserved.
While we experienced a couple communication breakdowns along the way, the end result was fantastic and all the pieces to the puzzle fit together as intended.
The venue itself is incredible, and the location is perfect especially for out of town guests as it is situated in a beautiful outdoor mall area with plenty to see during down time.
The service was great. All items were executed pretty much right on schedule. The only hiccup was during cocktail hour - there was a period of ~5-10 minutes where no food was being passed around because of poor timing.
The food quality is OK, though I should also caveat that with the fact that I am a little bit of a food snob. The steak was cooked well done, so really only appealing to a small portion of guests. I get that when you cook for a large group it's better to overcook than undercook but it really diminished the texture of the meat and I only ate ~1/3 of my dinner. The hors d'ouevres were great, and we were able to pick from a wide selection.
Overall, very pleased and I would recommend.

My only complaint was after the 4 hours of drinks included you had to pay based on consumption and they didn't cut you a deal on drink prices. I would think that they would cut you a deal based on volume when in actuality they charged more then normal..
We had about 20 rooms blocked, and all of the guests were pleased with the accomodations, and also the helpfulness of the staff. I had gift bags for all of the guests, and they made it really easy on me by ensuring that all guests received one. They also arranged for us (the bridal couple) to have a suite for our wedding night.
This is a great venue choice for those brides who don't want to spend a lot of time hiring individual vendors. Included in the wedding package at the Hilton is dinner, bar service, cheese/veggie/fruit display plus butler passed hors d'oevres for cocktail hour, cake, all linens/chair covers/tableware, candles, champagne toast for all guests, wedding night accomodations for bride and groom (in a huge suite). We received excellent service from all the staff (we served a plated dinner, and the server for the head table went out of her way to get my MOH a Coke because the Hilton only carries Pepsi) and everybody was really friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that nobody asked me about some small details that I would have liked to have a say in (they placed a microphone up front for the ceremony, which wasn't really necessary for my size wedding and I felt looked a little stupid in the pics, and I thought the lights in the ballroom were a little bright considering the number of candles we had in the room - just would have preferred it to be a little more dimly lit). That issue could be avoided though if you're just up front about any details that are important to you. All in all, great venue, great service, and reasonable pricing.
Jenny McCord was wonderful to work with. She was so helpful and on top of everything. The whole wedding was held here from the ceremony to the reception and many of the guests stayed at the hotel. It was so easy to have everything in one location. The food was great and everything went so, so smoothly the entire day. If I had to pick again, I wouldn't change a thing!
Great outside and inside ceremony locations. Wonderful Price Packages. Jenny Mccord is a great wedding coordinator w/ the hotel. Guest were really impressed with food and venue. I opted to only serve wine and beer which cut the cost of the wedding. The hilton is very modern compared to the competition!
