We booked The Hilton for our January 2026 wedding and we hit the jackpot! My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Haleigh, Tracy, and Bryna! From the initial walk through, to the many planning emails, the complimentary menu tasting, and the day of the wedding itself, our wedding went off without a hitch thanks to them! Haleigh and Tracy were so great answering all my questions and even making great suggestions. They worked with my coordinator flawlessly. Bryna coordinated our room blocks and was so patient and constantly flexible with last minute changes. We have to mention, there was a snow storm planned for the weekend of our wedding and The Hilton went above and beyond to make sure us and our guests were safe and had accommodations throughout the whole weekend. We chose a plated dinner of steak or chicken and all of our guests were impressed with the meal and service the Hilton provided. The Hilton gave us the classy winter wedding we were looking for. The Hilton became a one stop shop for us. 6/5 Stars

Haleigh and Tracy were absolutely phenomenal to work with! We were thrilled with the amount of space we used, the set up, the service, and the bar package we chose. Everyone was incredibly kind and easy to work with. Our reception was a dream and we credit a lot of that to the fantastic staff. We received many compliments on the food and decor, and found the location to be easy for our out of town guests to find. The room block process was also incredibly easy. 10/10, absolutely would recommend the Hilton!

orgeous bridal suite during the day, and stay in the complimentary honeymoon suite the night of our wedding, but it was a beautiful space that can be transformed into the venue of your dreams! When working with the catering team, they were fully committed to creating a perfect menu completely customized to our wants and needs! The wedding coordinator, Ashley, was so helpful and always available for any questions I had. While the wedding team itself was amazing, the staff working the event certainly fell short. It was disappointing to hear from several wedding guests that the staff working the bar was incredibly rude. They were not informed of what the plan was for when the kegs ran out, and they acted as if guests ordering drinks were inconveniences. It was also disappointing that one of our food stations ran out of food within minutes. For the money we were spending, we should never have ran out of a certain dish so quickly. Lastly, from what I understand, the staff completely threw away the leftover cake, nor did they save the top tier of our cake for us. Some guests didn't even get any cake because the staff was so quickly to remove the cake slices. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed our experience, but would advise any future clients to go through the smaller details to assure there is no miscommunication when it comes to the staff working the event.

ist, is amazing. She did everything in her power to make sure my experience was exactly what I wanted. The food was very good, and my guests enjoyed both the cocktail hour and dinner. The ballroom is a really nice room (which doesn't hurt!).

I loved using the Hilton as a venue for our reception. The night went flawlessly, and all of the employees were nice and extremely helpful. The planner took care of dealing with ...
all of our vendors (baker, florist, DJ) and provided us with all of the information we needed to make our day special. The only glitch we encountered was when the planner we had worked with for 8 months decided to leave for a different job, 1 month before our wedding! All of the staff handled the move professionally and worked with us to ensure that all of our preferences for the reception were transferred to the new planner. The wait staff the night of the wedding were OUTSTANDING, and all of our guests loved the food and the venue. Also, the Hilton provided all of our out of town guests with a great rate on their hotel rooms. I would absolutely recommend the Hilton to anyone looking for a fun and formal reception venue!

long with them taking care of every last detail. The food was beyond incredible and the centerpieces looked gorgeous. Even when I had a guest show up unexpectedly, it was not big deal, they had extra food available. The staff was fantastic and everything was handled perfectly.

I held my wedding reception at the Hilton Downtown about a month ago, and I would recommend this location! The staff was wonderful to work with--all very helpful and knowledgeable....
Everyone had a helpful demeanor, and all 300 of my guests were delighted with the event. The attention to detail is so important for the reception, and Karen in Sales, Kimmy in Banquets, and all of the staff excelled in making this day special.
