At Hilton Pensacola Beach, couples can choose from a variety of deluxe package options, from our Diamond Package to our Silver Package (with a minimum of 35 people). You can host a beautiful ceremony on the beach with your toes in the sand while guests admire the stunning ocean views. After your ceremony, you and your guests can dine and dance the night away. If you are hosting a large celebration, opt for the Royal Palm Ballroom, which can accommodate 350 guests. For a more intimate gathering, the White Sands Room is a great option for up to 80 guests. At the end of the night, family and friends can retire in one of the hotel's well-appointed rooms that feature stunning views of the sugar-white sand beaches and emerald-green waters.

All packages include award-winning chef-prepared food, beverage, ceremony and reception chairs, tables, linens, china, glassware, and professional banquet staff. You will work with their on-site wedding coordinator, Elyssa Simpson throughout the planning process to ensure that no detail is left to chance. Their experienced service-oriented catering team will be there throughout the event to make your dream day a success. veryone had a great time and we absolutely loved every second of it. We got to stay in a honeymoon suite the night of the wedding and had complimentary wine and chocolate strawberries as well as all kinds of snacks waiting for us in the suite. I could not recommend them more, thank you Hilton!

ot BeachPreacher Rev. Bryan Adam’s and his wife as the photographer (Lauren, Reverend, and his wife pictured below) who were just as great and patient as Lauren. Lauren is very responsive, available, and there for anything you may need (including breaking your toe on your big day lol). You can walk easily between the pools to the surrounding hotels which are Hilton, Holiday inn resort, Hampton inn, & Fairfield/Marriott which is great when family are at different locations. We stayed a few nights at the Hilton and at holiday inn both places were great. We did a rehearsal dinner at Felix's who were responsive to accommodating us with good service and it was on the water. We did a non traditional reception outside by the tiki bar at holiday inn which was perfect!

There were serval things that fell flat for our wedding. We went through FOUR different coordinators during our time that “ensured” us each new one “knew what was happening” howeve...
r come the wedding day we were VERY disappointed. They forgot wine service (???), we were placed in the wrong room during our stay, the tablecloths were wrong, etc (just to name a few - the list goes on!!) Would NOT recommend. They added stress and took away from the whole point of a beach destination wedding.
