The food was impeccable, the service flawless, and the stunning waterfront views created the most beautiful backdrop for our celebration. Having all of our events and guests together in one place was not only convenient but made the entire weekend feel seamless and extra special. , the team at the Hilton worked tirelessly to execute our dream wedding weekend. Neil, the Director of Catering, was a pleasure to work with! He ensured he had a clear understanding of our wedding vision and brought it to life (even better than my Pinterest inspiration!). He was attentive, communicative, and handled our wedding with care. Neil’s expertise in the industry elevated our overall wedding experience. His guidance helped us develop seamless weekend timelines and manage vendors effectively and efficiently. Alan, the General Manager at the Hilton, clearly works hard to ensure his guests are content and accommodated during their stay. The staff behind the scenes at the Hilton completely enhanced our wedding weekend. From the helpful bellhop unloading cars to the friendly front desk staff, each guest raved about the level of hospitality they received. The rooms were fresh, updated, and had beautiful waterfront views of Penns Landing. At the end of the night, guests absolutely loved the convenient luxury of taking the elevator right up to their rooms. It was no wonder our wedding room block filled up so quickly! The team at the Hilton also proved to be experts in multitasking, managing several of our wedding events throughout the weekend including Welcome Drinks, Cocktail Hour, Reception, and the After Party. Each event was handled with equal care and attention. My husband and I had a variety of food and beverage options to choose from for each event as the chef demonstrated his culinary talent amongst a range of cuisines - seafood, high quality meats, pasta, and so much more! Guests were blown away by our unique food stations and endless dessert options. They also diligently handled our decor and signage, setting it just as we envisioned to enhance the ambiance of the room. The Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing truly made our wedding weekend magical!

The staff went above and beyond at every turn—fabulous, flexible, communicative, and warm in a way that made us feel completely supported throughout the entire planning process. A special shoutout goes to Neil, the Catering and Events Director, who was nothing short of extraordinary. His professionalism, responsiveness, and calm, friendly presence made all the difference. Neil anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, offered thoughtful guidance, and ensured every detail was executed flawlessly. He made us feel like our wedding was the only event on his calendar, even though we know the hotel hosts many, especially on New Year's Eve. o add rooms and deal with changes with ease. During the wedding weekend, experiences were mixed. There were some issues with housekeeping and long lines at check in. Some guests were not satisfied with the cleanliness of their rooms. When we (the bride and groom) returned to our room at 11:30 pm, it had not been cleaned. However, Alison Buttari (the assistant restaurant manager) went completely above and beyond and cleaned our room for us! Despite the cleanliness issues, we were very pleased with the hotel bar. Many people decided to continue the party after the wedding at the bar, and the bar stayed open until 2 am and was very hospitable. The morning after the wedding, we had a ton of wedding decorations and the big wedding dress to move, and a bellman helped us carry it downstairs and pack it all into an Uber. Additionally, my husband left his debit card inside an ATM in the chaos of leaving and the hotel called us right away to let us know, probably saving our honeymoon in the process!

husband and I got married last month, August '22 and from the very first meeting we had with Alison, she made everything easy! The bridal suite was beautiful and fit all of my bridal party comfortably while getting ready. The food and drinks paired with the view of overlooking the Delaware, made for the perfect setting. All of our wedding guests can't stop talking about it so thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

d a unique vision for our wedding (Indian/Jewish fusion) and the Hilton's extensive experience with both South Asian and Jewish weddings put us at ease and we had the day of our dreams. The space was bright, big, and the location was really fun and convenient for our guests. They have multiple spaces to work with, so you don't need to wait for a room to be flipped, which was actually really convenient for our different vendors. We were able to have a Baraat outside the hotel before the ceremony. Even though it was during afternoon check-in time, the hotel staff helped us make it happen -- which we were really glad they could accommodate as it was an absolute highlight. The team answered all of our questions, big and small, and were communicative and professional.

ly large, modern, and romantic, featuring a beautiful balcony overlooking the Delaware River. I loved getting my hair and makeup done in this suite because the lighting was amazing and the space was large enough to fit my 5 bridesmaids + 3 other wedding party guests. thing. After looking at so many venues, we looked into this Hilton Penns Landing and even more than the venue, we were sold on Alison Manna. Alison made everything a BREEZE, and that’s saying a lot when you’re planning a multi-day indian wedding! She was FABULOUS!! I mean she provided everything from horse recommendations, to my request for bar pictures to pictures of the venue in different angles to so many accommodations. She even knew where the mandap would go based on traditional Hindu pandit instructions. They had great options for cake vendor and we went with Chand Palace for our food. Alison truly makes your wedding personal. For every stressed out call I made to her and the 3 walkthroughs I had scheduled, Alison met me with excitement, positivity and just incredible problem solving. Working with someone with that energy is so important. I just cannot say enough good things about When COVID hit and we had to replan our wedding, we, like a lot of other couples were super stressed. But, they surpassed all expectations and returned our full deposits and we didn’t even have to ask or go back and forth on anything. I’d recommend this venue over and over again. And when I replan my wedding or any other event- the Hilton and Alison will be my only choice!

The Director of Catering, Alison Manna, was AMAZING. Through this whole process, she continued to communicate with me and helped us through every step. I felt like I had a private wedding planner! Lupita was amazing with room block information. Stephenson is an amazing staff member as well! The Hilton was so flexible, communicative, and overall wonderful. The food was exquisite too!

as so great! We felt like we had our own wedding planner. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and made our experience so much fun! -The staff at the event. From the door attendants to the bartenders ot the serving staff, everyone was kind, professional, and made us feel welcome. -The tasting and planning process. This was a blast! It was like a separate event in itself. We loved trying the food and making some choices for the big day. Planning was a breeze with the staff here. -The food! 1 word: delicious. The cocktail hour food, beverages, entrees, and desserts were all so so good. -The venue itself of course! The ballroom and cocktail hour location were perfect; just dressy enough for a classy affair, but not stuffy at all. Everyone felt comfortable and there was plenty of room for dancing! Beautiful views of Penn's landing could be seen from every location in the building, which was fantastic. We had many out of town guests, so we loved that they could enjoy the sights of Philadelphia, even from their rooms! -The rooms. Our suite was fabulous; we didn't want to leave! Rooms were clean and updated. Thank you for helping to make our big day perfect!

tion. There was something for everyone in the area -- Old City for the kids in the family, bars and restaurants for our friends, and the awesome park next door. We were able to book a large room block that accommodated a lot of out of town guests. Our families aren't from the Philadelphia area, so it was important to us that we had a large block with handicap accessible options. They were great about accommodating these requests. The day of the wedding, they gave us the Penthouse suite for myself and the bridesmaids to use to get ready. The room was amazing with a breathtaking view. We had not seen the ballroom that morning, so when we got back from our wedding, we snuck in to take a peek, and we could not have been happier. The ballroom we were in (Columbus) has huge floor to ceiling windows that let in a lot of natural light in the evening, and as the sun went down you could see the lights from the park. Overall the atmosphere was very romantic. Savannah also made sure our decor was beautiful ! We also got a bunch of compliments on the food. We had many options between the passed hors d'oeuvres and the multiple stations. We even asked if they could add something to the menu for us (cheesesteak eggrolls), and they made it work. Dinner was just as good, and my husband's family can't stop telling us about the "steak you could cut with a butter knife." Overall, we took a risk booking this venue because the ballroom was going to be redone after we booked it. In the end, we are so happy with how everything turned out. I'd highly recommend this venue to anyone.
