My husband and I reserved our wedding block at The Hilton Short Hills for our wedding at The Park Savoy Estate. First off, The Hilton Short Hills is absolutely beautiful and working with the sales manager, Victoria B., was a breeze. Victoria is so kind, communicative, and goes above and beyond for her couples. My husband and I cannot speak more highly of Victoria and all of the staff at the Hilton Short Hills.
Don’t overlook the Short Hills Hilton for your wedding! It was the perfect location for our big day, offering a central gathering spot where our guests didn’t have to worry about traveling throughout the day. We explored several traditional venues, but none felt as right as this one. We had a November wedding and didn’t expect to have an outdoor ceremony, but the hotel’s lovely patio space was a wonderful option, and surprisingly, the noise from the JFK Parkway wasn’t an issue. For our indoor ceremony, the venue features a permanent enclosed tent structure. At first glance, it didn’t seem like much, but with the help of the event coordinator Vivian Cohen’s help and coordination with our florist, the space was transformed into something breathtaking. The reception space was spacious and perfect for our 170 guests—large enough for everyone to feel comfortable but not so big that it felt empty. Guests still rave about the food and service! The chef and maître d' truly deserve all the praise. The hors d’oeuvres were diverse and delicious, from sliders to a pasta bar to sushi. We chose the salmon and short ribs for dinner, which we selected during a private tasting session. The hotel grounds, filled with foliage, were perfect for photos, especially as we were lucky to have beautiful fall colors for our shoot. Victoria at the Hilton was incredibly helpful with coordinating room blocks, hotel room gift bags, and storage. Vivian was a dream to work with—she was welcoming, communicative, and made everything run smoothly. Her checklist was a lifesaver for keeping track of details, and she was hands-on with day-of coordination, ensuring everyone knew where they needed to be and helping with the little touches that made everything perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to help make our wedding day unforgettable!
Hilton was amazing for our big weekend!
The Hilton went above and beyond in preparing our wedding room block for us. Not only was the bridal suite complementary, but we were also offered complementary transportation to & from our wedding venue when we hit our block minimum. On our wedding night when we arrived in the bridal suite, there was champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us! We would not have done anything differently and loved our stay at the Hilton, as always.
The whole team at the Hilton Short Hills was a pleasure to work with! We used the Hilton Short Hills for our wedding weekend – room block (~50 rooms), breakfast and after-party. It is a very well-operated hotel - clean, comfortable, well-staffed. The sales manager made the reservation process so easy, and the catering manager was very helpful with arranging the space and menu for the breakfast and after-party. Both were very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. The Hilton Short Hills services numerous weddings and other functions so they really have all the kinks worked out. They made our wedding weekend seamless! Thank you Hilton Short Hills team!
We used Hilton at Short Hills for our wedding party & after party in the bar. They were great! Victoria offered us an amazing rate for the rooms & every aspect of working with her was seamless and enjoyable. She was very responsive and i would definitely stay there again! Recommend 100%!!
On the weekend of August 23-25, 2024 we used the Hilton at Short Hills for my daughters wedding. All through the process of planning , Victoria was extremely responsive and helpful. We had a block of rooms for our guests. My daughter and her husband earned two free night because we reached the amount of rooms . Shuttles were provided for free from the hotel to venue and back. That was a huge plus and it went very smoothly. Some guest booked after the block due date and they were still able to get the price. We were very happy withe the hotel room also. An excellent experience.
The Hilton short hills gave an excellent service to all the family that we had coming to our wedding and that was out of town. We got our hotel room for free the night of our wedding since we hit a specific number of nights. In addition they also provide shuttles to the venue if you get a specific number of nights. They were very welcoming and answer all our questions immediately during the process of looking for a hotel.
The Hilton Short Hills was nothing short of fantastic for our wedding. The entire process of setting up our block was so easy. Victoria was great to work with for this. The fact that they include transportation to the venue was a great help as well. The hotel itself was clean, updated & so comfortable.

The Hilton Short Hills was the perfect Hotel venue for our wedding weekend and for our guests! We were able to tour the property quickly and promptly; On our tour we were very impressed with the staff, the efficiency and organization, in addition to the cleanliness and overall esthetic of the hotel and amenities. We knew this would be the right place for our wedding weekend, and was by far a better option than any of the other hotels in the area.
We specifically loved working with Victoria. She is very polite, efficient, quick to respond to emails and made wedding stress much easier on us. She was able to help us arrange a free shuttle for our guests to the wedding venue and reception. She also helped us book a goodbye breakfast the next day for our guests.
We also loved staying there as a newly married couple and had a great time hosting our after party in their downstairs bar. This was a FUN, YOUNG, vibrant venue - and also very affordable; Setting up our room block was easy thanks to the venue!
Our wedding guests were treated extremely well at the Short Hills Hilton. Our guests could not have had a better experience. My husband and I also spent our wedding night in a suite. It was truly perfect

Such a great team at the Hilton Short Hills. Yara and Victoria were superstars in helping us manage room accommodations and catering for our wedding weekend. They responded to every question and request with lightning speed and gave us their undivided attention the weekend of. The team working that weekend were so attentive to our guests needs as they checked in and we can’t thank them enough for their hospitality and professionalism. All of our guests enjoyed their stay. Brunch on the balcony was the highlight, so beautifully set up and perfect weather. Can’t thank everyone enough!
The hotel was the perfect place for my son’s wedding party and guests to stay for his wedding weekend. The location was ideal, rooms were comfortable, and staff was so helpful! We also had a Friday night dinner at the bar and a wonderful Sunday brunch for our guests.
We hosted guests from my daughter’s wedding and the Short Hills Hilton. Everything went so smooth. From planning, to distribution of gift bags, rooms and breakfast! Highly recommend!
We booked our wedding block with Hilton and it was so seamless! They were able to reserve a massive block for no charge and with that gave us our bridal suite for free. Plus they booked a bus to the venue and back for free. Great experience!

I had my wedding at Hilton Short Hills in October 2023, and it was amazing! Due to an unfortunate circumstance, my now-husband and I found ourselves without a venue 2 months before our wedding date. We toured a few venues that had availability for our date, and the Hilton was the clear winner. Right from the beginning, our event coordinator Yara made us feel comfortable and secure with the Hilton after a rough experience with our original venue. She was super responsive, thoughtful, clearly experienced, and so helpful, along with being just a wonderful person. She helped us pull off a whole new wedding in two months and I can't be more thankful to her and the whole team at the Hilton for everything they did for us, including Victoria in booking who made sure that everything was super easy for our guests and for us. No card to put down for holding your room block, which was awesome, plus we got a suite for ourselves included when you book your wedding with them (along with earning Hilton points on the whole wedding spend!).
The staff was helpful and friendly throughout the whole weekend, the food was excellent, drinks were great, and the whole flow of the event was seamless. Our maitre d' was incredible, I don't think I ever had less than 1/4 of a drink before she popped up out of nowhere with a new one. They were so willing and able to customize things for us like appetizers not on their menu or tweaks to the existing ones. It was so convenient for our guests to stay at the hotel, and made for a much better overall experience where we had lots of opportunity to see and chat with our guests throughout the whole weekend. One downside of the venue is there's not really any great spots for outdoor photos, but there are a bunch of arboretums/museums nearby that you can take photos at, including Macculloch Hall, which is where we went. Plus, the interior of the hotel is really unique and a little old-world Titanic-y with wood walls and a 3-story spiral staircase that was perfect for our first look, as well as a really lovely photo spot that we and our guests took advantage of.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with our decision to have our wedding there and highly recommend them!!

The team was friendly, responsive, and stayed on top of all of the important details. Their incentives packaging is also great. Highly recommend for anyone getting married in the area.
We booked our wedding hotel block with the Hilton Short Hills. From start to finish the booking process was extremely easy and straight forward. Victoria was our contact and was a pleasure to work with. She made sure we understood how the hotel block would work and was very responsive anytime we had any questions. When my husband and I arrived to our room on our wedding night, there was a card that read congratulations accompanied by a bottle of champagne. We thought that was a vey thoughtful touch. The rooms were extremely clean and our friends and family enjoyed their stay. We would definitely stay at the Hilton again!
This was THE wedding of our dreams! Being a bride, everything is automatically stressful to just have the most perfect day. But once we had Vivian at Short Hills, we knew we didn’t have to worry. We still get compliments on the execution of how awesome our ceremony (yes, with sangria!) was and how incredible our cocktail hour was, as well as everything in the reception. Food was great but more importantly service from planning to the final second of the reception was impeccable, we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you thank you thank you. Not only is the hotel lovely and well-kept, the staff are great. Everything went smoothly without a hitch. Our contact person was diligent and assisted us in setting up the booking website and assisted us through our weekend.
I just had my daughter's Sweet 16 at the Short Hills Hilton. It wasn't a wedding but sure felt like one. I worked with Vivian and Yara and they were just amazing, very detailed and just took care of everything. I can't forget Victoria who took care of our block of rooms and Frank who ran the show. Everyone we made contact with was just great and very friendly and sincere. It was definitely a memorable night! I can't thank them enough!
I’m writing to let you know about the positive experience and excellent customer service I received while working with Yara Samad. We had my son and daughter in law’s Welcome Drinks reception at the Short Hills Hilton the evening before their wedding.
The moment I sat down with Yara she made me feel comfortable and reviewed all our options in detail. Her suggestions were helpful, realistic and creative. We initially decided to hold the event outside on the pavilion, with the Mendham Room as our backup. As the day got closer and rain was imminent, Yara suggested we hold the event downstairs. She told me the room was big enough to have all our guests including the cornhole, mini golf, jenga and connect 4 games at the end of the room for the kids to enjoy. It was a huge success! There was plenty of room for all our guests to enjoy the food, drinks and games. We received so many wonderful comments about the evening and how well everything ran. It was the perfect kickoff to the wedding the next day.
To say that Yara was a pleasure to work with would be an understatement. Her calming presence combined with her experience, expertise and sense of humor made for a wonderful evening that we will never forget.

We had the most wonderful experience at Hilton Short Hills. Everyone on the events team is absolutely incredible at what they do. We worked closely with Vivian + Emily - and their attention to detail, expertise, and lovely personalities set the fantastic tone for the entire celebration. Throughout the event, everyone was so, so kind - from the Front Desk Team to the Banquet Servers and beyond. Guests loved their experience and how the hotel helped us create a full weekend of festivities!
Although we had a Bar Mitzvah, not a wedding, it certainly could have been a wedding. We hosted the service in the pavilion, which was stunning, the luncheon in the ballroom and then they flipped the ballroom for the evening party.
From the moment I met with Vivian, I knew I was in great hands. Vivian, Emily and Chef , took my theme and ran with it.
The banquets team worked with our vendors to ensure everything was perfect. There is not ONE thing I would change.
We looked at many venues and are attending Bar/Bat Mitzvah's every weekend, this year. Not one venue has come close to what Hilton Short Hills accomplished.

The Hilton Short Hills served as our wedding hotel last October. And truly, it was the best decision we made. In addition to having the luxury suite and about 100 guests staying there, we used The Retreat for a Welcome Party and After Party – both were incredible! Really, what made it such a beautiful weekend was the staff. They were so kind and helpful, and really made us feel comfortable throughout the weekend. By the end, our family was taking photos with everyone because they didn't want to leave them behind! Thank you all for a terrific, unforgettable weekend.
We used Hilton Short Hills as our hotel for our wedding guest room block, for an after-party, and for brunch. In total, we had about 50 rooms booked in our block, and this process proved very easy since they gave us a link we could share with guests.
For the after-party, we booked a large event space and they set up tables for us. We had cash bars and passed hors d'oeuvres, and they were delicious! Brunch was also smooth - the food was delicious and the space was set up nicely. Mohammed Alazab was our day-of host for both events, and he made sure we were attended to. After the after-party, guests made their way to the hotel bar and continued enjoying themselves until late. Everyone told me they enjoyed their time, too!
Vivian and Samantha made our wedding weekend the absolute best it could possibly be. We planned several events at the hotel leading up to our wedding and reserved about 75 rooms in our room block. They were extremely responsive, attentive, meticulous and warm throughout the stressful planning process. I truly believe we received unparalleled service and attentiveness from Vivian and Samantha and the rest of the Hilton Short Hills staff and I do not believe we would have had such a successful wedding weekend at any other hotel in the area.
We planned our entire wedding around the Hilton Short Hills because it was the PERFECT place to do our wedding room block. Since we had so many guests who were going to need overnight accommodations, we knew the Hilton had a great price point, was a beautiful hotel and it was extremely convenient for our guests flying into Newark Airport, driving in from various locations and for those taking the train from NYC. The Hilton, and especially Samantha Franco, were so accommodating to our large group, which ended up being 70 rooms in our block! Our entire bridal party got ready at the hotel with us in two respective suites and we did our after party at the Retreat Bar. The Hilton kept our guests happy & well taken care of and made our lives stress free. We could not recommend the Hilton Short Hills highly enough for your wedding needs! Thanks for helping making our wedding weekend the best of our lives!

I wanted to say and thank you all again for what was one of the best weekends of our lives Lauren and Jeremy’s wedding. You (Flora, Rachel and Omar) are the utmost caring and responsible professionals working with you all was part of a dream. You had every detail covered, were so responsive to any requests during the planning of the wedding, as well as the night of the wedding. You were so even keeled throughout the weekend that it gave us all a sense that it was going to be perfect. Nothing was too much to ask of you and you all responded like true professionals, let alone you were a pleasure and fun to work with. We can’t tell you enough times how great you were. I know you will say it’s a part of your job but it’s one thing to do your job well it’s another thing to love what you do and do your job well. Everyone this weekend and today have been saying that it was one of the best weddings they have been to from the Friday rehearsal dinner to the whole wedding day to ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. You and your staff get a A+++++++. Not a detail was missed and your calmness and professionalism are unmatched

My husband I had our wedding reception at the Hilton Short Hills on 10/12/19, and we had the best experience! Flora Chen, the Catering Manager, was particularly helpful and a true joy to work with, from the initial beginning planning stages to the very end, including post-wedding follow-up matters. We recommend this venue highly and we would do it all over again at the Hiilton Short Hills! Our guests had a great time, and many people told us it was one of the best (top 3 to top 5) weddings they had ever attended. This is quite a compliment, but also a compliment to the Hilton Short Hills!
We landed on the Hilton Short Hills after looking at various banquet halls and hotels and what we were finding was that the venues were either outside our budget or they were lacking the elegant and formal look of a wedding venue (looked like conference rooms). When we looked at the Hilton Short Hills, we were extremely happy to have found a formal and elegant ballroom and venue that would fit our budget. What really tipped it for us was when we met Flora. She was amazing from the start, making us feel welcomed and always finding a way to make things work based on our unique requests. She was very professional yet warm and helped us throughout the entire process. She also served as a defacto wedding planner with her very detailed and comprehensive checklists that kept us on track and gave us peace of mind that we weren't missing or forgetting anything. On the day of, she oversaw that things ran smoothly and according to our set timeline and agenda. Her staff was very pleasing, friendly, and extremely accommodating to us throughout the event. We couldn't be more pleased with our event and with how things were managed. The hotel also recently went through a renovation so it has the new feel all throughout.
Samantha Cartwright and her team were fabulous to work with. We communicated via email and phone and she made our stays for us and guests stress free. The Hilton offered a junior suite to us for the night before and day of our wedding. Our guests and family all had a very good check in experience--thank you again for such a lovely stay!
I have to tell you, the hospitality and reliability of this team is impeccable. The response time, the knowledge, and the driven attitude to make changes when needed and to get things done is incredible. You know you're in good hands when working with Samantha, Stephanie and Flora at the Hilton Short Hills.
While we did not get married at the Hilton Short Hills, we did have our wedding block and day after brunch there. Working with Samantha in the sales department was wonderful and she put together a great package for our block. She was always willing to help, very responsive, and informative. There were a few hiccups when our guests began checking in but Samantha was able to resolve them quickly. She also went out of her way to make sure we had enough shuttles to transport our guests from the hotel to the wedding venue and even hopped on the phone with a few of our guests when they had a special request for their reservation.
The brunch the day after the breakfast was well done. The room was set up nicely, the service was great, and the food was delicious. With that being said, working with the catering department to plan the brunch was challenging at times. Response times were slow at the beginning of the planning process but did improve closer to the wedding. Also, we received push back on several occasions where we had to remind the hotel how much business our wedding block was bringing in. So that part was frustrating but eventually it was resolved and the end result was positive.
The hotel itself has a lot to offer - the Retreat bar is a beautiful open space perfect for drinks after the wedding, the gym was nice to use, plus there are two swimming pools which are a lot of fun. The location right across the street from the Short Hills Malls was perfect and gave our guests more to keep them busy during off times.
Overall, our guests enjoyed their stay at the Hilton Short Hills and we appreciate the role the hotel played in making our wedding a wonderful experience.
My husband and I held our traditional Indian wedding ceremony and reception at the Hilton Short Hills in June 2019. We fell in love with the Hilton upon our first walk-through of the venue and meeting with Flora. She walked us through each portion of the wedding, starting with the outdoor Baraat, to the ceremony space, to the lunch area, to cocktail hour, and to the reception. Throughout our planning process, Flora covered every detail, answered all of our questions, and ensured our wedding would be the best day of our lives! The various spaces throughout the hotel were unique, modern, and beautiful for each event. The outdoor patio with string lighting was a big hit amongst our guests for both lunch and cocktail hour. We are still receiving compliments on the beautiful ballroom reception, as well as the delicious appetizers, dinner, and dessert provided through hotel catering! Our guests told us multiple times it was some of the best food they have ever had. On our wedding day, Flora and Rachel were present the entire day. They were incredibly attentive and so helpful with every detail, even at the end of the night with bringing gifts/cake/signs/extra favors up to our suite. We also held our room block at the Hilton and had an excellent experience with Samantha and Stephanie. They provided our guests with an easy to use booking link that we posted on our wedding website. Between our ceremony and reception, our guests utilized the beautiful outdoor pool area and had an excellent stay. We cannot thank the staff and service at the Hilton Short Hills enough. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and made our experience so great. We had a perfect wedding and will always remember this beautiful start to our marriage!

We had our wedding room block, Friday night welcome party and Sunday brunch at the Hilton Short Hills! Everything went great at the hotel and we had a wonderful weekend! The staff was accommodating and helpful with all our needs and even upgraded us to the Presidential Suite after some check-in confusion. The Presidential Suite was incredible! It was beautiful, huge and an amazing spot to get ready on your wedding day. I couldn't have asked for a better room. The hotel was clean, elegant and affordable. All our guests were happy with the location and their rooms. The Retreat (lobby bar) was a great area for people to gather and grab a drink/relax too. The food was good and service was great too. The bellmen were very nice and super helpful with all our bags, boxes and supplies. Stephanie and Samantha were attentive to our room block and needs from the very beginning and were easy to work with. We event got a few goodies from the hotel to celebrate our wedding, which was very thoughtful and nice. I definitely recommend this hotel for your wedding weekend. We will be back! My husband and I had a room block at the Hilton Short Hills, and our experience was lovely from start to finish. We worked with Samantha, who was super friendly and helped us decide on how many rooms we thought we would need without being pushy. Samantha also coordinated helped coordinate transportation to our venue for our guests which was incredibly helpful. Once we had our room Stephanie, our Sales Coordinator, was great with helping with all the little things that kept coming up. Through every curve ball Stephanie was kind, super helpful, and very quick to respond. I can honestly say that they made a difficult planning process many times easier.
The room I was in, the Junior Suite, was gorgeous, and plenty of room for my bridal party to get their hair and makeup done in the morning. The night of the wedding they also left us a small treat and a sweet card.
For a hotel this beautiful we got a very nice price, and all our guests were very pleased!

In our initial meeting with Flora, she was able to capture our vision, she had already spoken with our decorator, she knew the multiple other venders we were working with and was in contact with all of them. On our wedding day, she was present the entire day as well as Rachel. The entire staff was easily reachable via text and phone. The facility had also been recently renovated including the ballrooms and all the guest rooms which we were also lucky to reap the benefits of. Our wedding went off without a hitch and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received not only from Flora but from the remainder of the staff. Flora was extremely detail oriented, was able to anticipate any potential problems, and was able to have Plan A, B, and C for any possible scenario. Most importantly, she treats your special day like it’s her own. Thank you all for making our day so special and for making our families feel welcomed.
We just had our daughters wedding at the Hilton Short Hills. Their venue and staff were amazing! The food was delicious ! We have been to many many weddings ..even six this year and I can't tell you how superior the HIlton was to many of the other venues! The staff was extremely easy to work with and did not miss a trick! We thank you Flora Chen , Stephanie Van Wert, Samantha Cartwright and Rachel and of course the chefs and the HIlton Staff for making our magical wedding perfect! The rooms were beautiful as was the bridal Suite!! Wish we could do it all again with all of you!
I booked my wedding room block at the Hilton and Samantha and Stephanie from the sales department were very helpful throughout the whole process. The renovated rooms and suites were very nice and spacious.
We had our rehearsal dinner, morning after breakfast and room block at the Hilton Short Hills in July. Everything was fantastic! 10/10!

We had our wedding at the Hilton Short Hills and were very pleased with the end product! This was also where we did our room block and hosted a farewell brunch. We received so many compliments about the incredible food and the service the day of the event. We are so pleased with our decision to host our special day there and would do it again in a heartbeat. Flora was wonderful and made sure all details were met - nothing missed. There were a few small issues that popped up along the way, which is the only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars.
Hilton Short Hills was the perfect venue for our wedding! The rooms are brand new and Presidential Suite has a ton of room for your entire wedding party. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Hilton Short Hills! We loved the ballroom, all of the chandeliers and accents were beautiful and made our decorations that much prettier! The grounds and woodlands made a great backdrop for our photos. One of the things that really drew us to the Hilton to begin with was the fact that everything you could ever need is there. They have restaurants, pools, a bar, a mall across the street... I can go on and on really. Our guests were able to make a whole weekend out of it which was nice. We were a bit nervous at first because we had a lot of family traveling from out of town with kids which is always hectic but it turned out to be so convenient and a dream with everyone together. Another cool factor was to have the lounge open as a little after party for all of our bridal party and friends to keep the night going. We didn't want it to end! Big shout-out to Samantha C. and Flora C. for being on top of every little detail- they're seriously the best! It was hard for me to stay relaxed leading up to the wedding but they made sure everything was perfect! Our guests and wedding party loved everything about this venue and so did we- thank you, thank you, thank you!! If you want a perfect wedding in New Jersey, then Hilton Short Hills is it!
I'm IN LOVE with every detail of my wedding at the Hilton Short Hills!! All of my guests are still raving about the food, how beautiful the ballroom and cocktail hour was and the brunch the next day. I couldn't even imagine having my wedding anywhere else. Flora and Samantha were just amazing and super accommodating. Thank you for making it the best day and most memorable of our lives!
Stayed at the Hilton Short Hills for a wedding nearby this past weekend and everything was amazing from the moment we arrived! The hotel is gorgeous. I haven't been there in years and it completely blew me away. Front desk was very friendly and made sure we received our welcome bag along with showing us where the bar and rooftop was for after the wedding. The room was very comfortable and provided everything we needed to get ready. Shuttle was on time. The brunch in the morning was delicious as well. I will be booking my room block here next year for sure!!
This was our families’ third time doing a room block at the Hilton in short Hills. As in the past, our experience was nothing short of extremely professional, friendly, and upstanding. Working with Samantha and Stephanie as the coordinators for our room block, was a flawless experience. We had a very large group for our son’s wedding, and worked with these two in order to facilitate a smooth weekend. I cannot say enough about how responsive and kind they were to our every need. It is without hesitation that I recommend the Hilton and they are special events department. As someone else mentioned in another review, working in conjunction with my limo, in Particular with Michelle, was an added bonus and provided our guests with a seamless weekend of transportation. Thanks to everyone!
We are so happy that we chose to book our room block with the Hilton Short Hills. The entire staff went above and beyond for us and were absolutely amazing to work with. Samantha Cartwright was wonderful and so helpful in every way from helping us book transportation to organizing our brunch, she was there for us at every point. We chose the Hilton at Short Hills for our daughter’s wedding weekend (June 8-11, 2018). Everything went perfectly from check-in to check-out.
The bellmen staff were professional, courteous and can unpack and pack car expertly and quickly.
The front desk staff were able to handle complicated room changes well.
The rooms have recently been renovated and they were comfortable and decorated in good taste.
The banquet staff were wonderful and attentive at our rehearsal dinner in the private dining room. The food was delicious and we all had a good time.
We hosted breakfast for our departing guests on the last day. We were able to use a private dining area in the main restaurant, so we could spend time visiting with friends and family.
I highly recommend The Hilton Short Hills!
We used the Hilton Short Hills for our hotel wedding block for a long weekend (Thurs-Sun) in April 2018, booking close to 100 rooms. Guests came as far away as England, as well as ten minutes from home. Samantha Cartwright and Stephanie Van Went, our sales manager and coordinator, were outstanding! Every request, big or small, was attended too and always with positive energy and professionalism. There was nothing they could not do for us and our guests, to make it feel like home. And, the entire hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. If you are considering a room block for your event, call them. The hotel can accommodate large blocks of rooms that most others cannot do, is very cost-effective, and also works with MyLimo to include transportation to many venues (ours was included to the Stone House at Stirling Ridge). And by the way, Michelle Walker at MyLimo is awesome to work with! The Hilton Short Hills was recently and completely renovated and the rooms are beautiful. They also have some suites, which are also beautiful and offer perfect space for bridal parties to get ready in -- they are worth every penny. Other pluses include a full-service restaurant and bar, spa, 24-hour fitness center, walking distance to the Mall at Short Hills (across the street), and is close to a direct train line into NYC. Highly, highly recommend it.
Professional, friendly staff that will take care of every detail just the way you want - could not have asked for a better venue! Vivian was our main contact and was excellent to work with but so was every other person we encountered through our planning and actual event. I would recommend this venue to anyone.
With our reception at the Maplewood Country Club, we selected the Hilton Short Hills to be our host hotel. The entire staff, especially Megan Pello, offered top-notch service. She was helpful in organizing and adjusting every aspect of our room block and shuttle transportation for guests. The junior suite my new husband and I were able to stay in the night of our wedding was beautiful and made so special for us.
Rooms are nice, pretty standard. I would have liked to have had a reminder when our room block was almost up. It expired 3 weeks before the wedding, and it would have been nice to have reminded guests to make their reservation. We had several people who didn't reserve in time and weren't able to stay at the hotel. We also had a few guests who weren't able to use the booking code when the tried to book online.
