The First Look
The Grand Ballroom. This elegantly-decorated, three-section ballroom accommodates 950 seated guests in banquet style, 1,200 with theatre-style seating and 1,500 for a cocktail reception when fully connected. Its second-floor location has a private foyer and is adjacent to the mezzanine, which overlooks the impressive lobby. The Ballroom also opens to the Grove Rooms, which have an additional combined 4,600 square feet of space.
The Garden Pavilion Tent. This dramatic, climate-controlled space is banked with oversized windows opening to views of the Bridal Garden. This 7,300-square-foot structure boasts a ceiling draped with graceful billows of fabric and elegant, neutral decor. It can accommodate 600 guests for a seated reception, 800 with theatre-style seating for cultural weddings and 1,000 for a cocktail reception.
The Bridal Garden. The romantic second-story Bridal Garden is adjacent to the swimming pool and Garden Pavilion. It makes a lovely setting for an outdoor ceremony.
What You Should Know
Your dedicated wedding planner and expert catering staff will work with you to create a custom menu plan that uniquely reflects your style. All wedding packages include high-tech a/v equipment, including microphones and projectors for video presentations and entertainment. Your wedding planner will work with you to secure outside wedding professionals for your flowers, photographs, entertainment and other services. Package pricing secures the event spaces you select for five hours.
Your custom reception celebration includes white glove service, an individually designed, multi-tiered wedding cake, a champagne toast and your choice of bar package. The Gold and Diamond packages include five-hour open bars. A kosher kitchen is accessible for cultural weddings and specially designed menus are also available. Table linens, napkins and upscale chair covers are included.
Your guests will enjoy a sumptuous array of butlered hors d'oeuvres, cheese, fruit and crudités display, plated entrees and a mouth-watering dessert presentation. Menu items are delectable and include options like Four Cheese Ravioli with Chanterelles, Crab Stuffed Sole, and Roasted Rib Eye with a Rosemary Demi Glaze. Cocktail receptions include chef-attended action stations (choose from pasta, Asian cuisine, risotto and even sushi or a raw bar for an upcharge) and delectable hot and cold appetizers and hors d'oeuvres.

I highly recommend this venue, i had my wedding in the tent and it was beyond amazing. The Hilton staff was great to work with and did exactly what we wanted. Gail is AMAZING, she helped us so much and made the planning very easy for us. I have nothing bad to say about this place to have your wedding, it truly was incredible! :)

We had our wedding in the tent (Garden Pavillion) and it was so beautiful! We got so many compliments and some of our guests asked us if we minded if they have their wedding there!

beautiful setting, great setting, and very accommodating to changes in plans. My grandfather passed away two weeks before the wedding date, and they hotel agreed to move the wedding to another date in the future without any financial loss to us.
