Wish I Could Give Zero Stars – Worst Experience Ever I truly wish I could give this company zero stars. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I paid for an extra hour of idle time and was quoted one price but charged a higher one. When I requested a refund, I was told it would be mailed via check in 2-4 weeks. It actually took almost eight weeks to receive it. My package was automatically upgraded at no cost, and I was assured it would be an improvement—better lighting, a higher-quality camera, and a complimentary photo album. However, what they failed to mention was that they would no longer be printing pictures during the event. Had I known this, I would have never hired them. A photobooth without printed photos? Completely defeats the purpose. The quality of the pictures was awful. The lighting was poorly set up, with only a small area properly illuminated, meaning that anyone outside of that spot was left in shadows. The attendant (or "host") seemed more interested in dancing than actually taking photos. Many pictures were off-center—even the ones he took himself. To top it all off, the promised photo album, which was supposed to arrive within 10 days of my wedding, has yet to be received. As of today (March 25, 2025), my wedding was five months ago (October 26, 2024), and still nothing. I requested a partial refund due to the poor quality, lack of professionalism from the host, and failure to properly communicate the upgrade details. After some back and forth, they agreed to refund me 50%, with a check supposedly arriving in 2-4 weeks. That was five months ago. As of their last email in February, the refund still hadn’t even been processed, and now they have stopped responding to my emails altogether. I have reached out three times in the past three weeks and have received no response. To make matters worse, they have no phone number to contact for escalation, making it nearly impossible to resolve issues. I strongly advise against renting a photobooth from this company. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any help. I am beyond disappointed—this was my wedding day, a once-in-a-lifetime event, and the experience was completely ruined. I can never get those moments back. Avoid this company at all costs!
