Janet was a complete lifesaver. She went above and beyond for our wedding and it would not have gone as perfectly without her. She had great recommendations and feedback that helped me plan and make better decisions. She has years of experience and it really shows! If I had to plan another wedding in Phoenix I couldn't imagine doing it without her. She also has such a calm energy that helps during such a stressful time. One of my guests stated that he could tell I had help from a good DOC because weddings he had been to without one were never smooth. I got a lot of compliments on my wedding but the clear winner was Janet. Everyone loved Janet and noticed how well she did and realized that she was the reason the wedding went absolutely perfectly. Janet and her team were just the greatest. They were so good that literally we running a little early on the wedding day! They were super easy to work with, very hands on and helpful, could not recommend more!

Janet is all you will ever need and more. We are so incredibly grateful for all of her help for our wedding! We did most planning ourselves, but closer to the day we started giving nervous about having to do everything that day when there’s already so much stress. Enter Janet and all stress just evaporated! Janet is way more than a day of coordinator. She is a guru who knows what she’s doing! She started helping organize everything about a month out and found problems that we never even would have known about until the day of our wedding. Absolutely the sweetest woman/person I have ever met. Janet literally helped so much throughout the whole wedding process from answering my mom and I's many questions to just staying calm when stuff didn't go as planned. She is a champ at what she does and honestly, I wouldn't go with anyone else for wedding planning if I ever need to plan another wedding.

Wow, where do I even start!? Janet is an absolute ASSET to her clients on the day of the wedding. She titles herself a “day-off” coordinator, but her services cover so much more than that. I was referred to Hitch Without a Glitch by my now mother-in-law, as she had used her services for my brother-in-law’s wedding a few years ago. When I first heard about her business, I didn’t really know if I needed a coordinator because in my mind I was thinking of a wedding planner. I really wanted to be a part of the whole planning process so I was a little hesitant at first. Once I actually spoke with her at a vendor open house, my views completely shifted. She explained how her duties would include vendor outreach, venue walk-through, timeline creation, and day-of management. I was sold on these points alone, but Janet really goes above and beyond and these duties don’t even begin to explain what she actually helped us with. Janet helped us navigate our planning through these unprecedented times of a pandemic, and we couldn’t have done it without her. She helped us reschedule our date when government restrictions didn’t allow our June 6, 2020 wedding. She also stepped up and helped us find a new venue when our original venue cancelled on us 2 ½ weeks out from our new date of 7/18/20. With every obstacle that came our way, she found a solution and saved us from further stress. On the day of our wedding, Janet was at the venue 5 hours before the ceremony making sure everything was set up correctly and that all our vendors knew where to go. She also helped our families and bridal party know where to be at the right times and made our lives so much easier as a bride and groom. She was running around during cocktail hour finding family members and the bridal party to round them up for pictures. She even drove my family back to the nearby hotel with all our gifts and décor at the end of the night so they didn’t have to walk or call for a ride. Now that is just above and beyond! I can truly say I would’ve lost my mind if we didn’t hire Hitch Without a Glitch. She allowed my husband and I to be stress-free on the wedding day and actually live in the moment, instead of running around the whole time making sure everything ran smoothly. Wow! That’s all I can say. Our wedding went from being 150 guests to 22 by the time the date came around due to COVID-19. Janet stuck with us and also calmed my nerves! Her kind words and supportive texts through it all were so appreciated. But that’s not all she did, she really does ensure every detail of the day is outlined and perfected for you! I didn’t need to worry at all. She was there to help and moved things along seamlessly. Plus Janet really is a pro in this industry. She thinks of things you probably haven’t even considered to ensure it’s taken care of for you. So sit back and enjoy your wedding! I know that she would have even been 1000x better (and I thought she was perfect) if our wedding was 150 guests with transport. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Janet! I knew I wanted to plan my own wedding but I didn't want to stress about various things the week of and day of my wedding. Janet was quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the planning process. She made sure to go over all of the details a few weeks prior so she knew exactly what the vision was. There were so many things she mentioned or asked that I didn't even think about! Janet always wrote down all the details and informed the vendors of any changes. Thanks to her, I did not have to stress about decor or vendor arrivals or the timeline. I cannot recommend Janet enough!

Wonderful, prompt, organized great investment! Janet is amazing, very helpful, she is well known in the wedding industry and has good relationship with vendors. She is great at making your life so much easier and takes away a lot of the stress. She was amazing with follow up with vendors to make sure the day goes as smooth as possible. Very creative and did a wonderful job with executing our vision with decorating our wedding venue! I would highly recommend if you need someone to help with the final details and to make sure your day goes by smooth. We live out of town but Janet was easy to communicate with even miles away which made us feel more at ease and confident with our planning process.

The package I selected also included timeline coordination which was such a huge help! Between final wedding prep and trying to prepare for a long break from work, my plate was full and that was a big bonus to her services. Wedding weekend ran so smoothly with Janet's involvement. I was able to let someone else manage the details for once and really just enjoy the event with our family and friends. Janet is also a very calming presence at the wedding - she saved the day when a few of my bridesmaids were having dress emergencies and was just fun to have around. Janet's support and expertise as our Full Day Coordinator absolutely made our wedding day run smoothly. Like another reviewer stated, the best investment we made for our wedding day. Wedding planning can be very stressful and Janet helps out immensely - organized, sensible, friendly, quick to respond to questions, professional, laidback, listens, cares, I can keep going. Everyone at our wedding loved her and knew they could go to her if they needed anything. You want to spend as much time as possible visiting and catching up with family and friends and having Janet there to answer questions and manage vendors really makes a difference because this night is over before you know it. I am glad we chose the full day package (included everything on the list and more) - Janet put together the entire wedding day timeline and distributed to our vendors. She was there to take notes at our tasting and helped out when we were stuck on a couple options. She placed the name cards at our head table and decorated the gift table with the items we gave her the night before at the rehearsal. We did not have to worry about any of the set up. She also is great with vendor recommendations, that is how we found our amazing photographers. At the end of the wedding Janet had all of the decor and gifts packed in our car ready to go. It is so nice we did not have to think about that at the end of our day. She went above and beyond and we cannot thank her enough for making our day run so smoothly.

Janet is an absolute wedding coordinating goddess! My husband and I both are certain that our wedding day was so flawless because she was a part of it, and we recommend her to everyone and anyone who will listen! From the Mother of the Bride -- Stop here - hire Janet - and you are guaranteed a care-free event! I hired her a year before my daughter's wedding - she responded to every email or phone call promptly, and her experience and support helped us to have a cost conscious, well-planned, spectacular wedding for my daughter. Janet added her expertise in every facet of the planning, rehearsal, and wedding. My venue was an art gallery, so we had to hire 12 vendors for a guest list of 160. She contacted every vendor by phone and confirmed all the details. I was so confident that the wedding would go "without a glitch" it left time for me to concentrate on personal touches and decor that made the wedding very memorable and unique. On the day of the wedding my contact with Janet was very minimal, she took care of everything that day, and I was able to spend time with our guests, and really get to know our "new" family. We had a photographer, but no video. A few days after the wedding she sent me her video of some very special moments that will be treasured for a lifetime. How did she have time to do it, and still have the event run so perfectly? She had so much to do, and did everything so efficiently, and managed to do even more! Hiring her was the best wedding decision I ever made. I hired one vendor who did the work of many, with ease & grace - a true professional - in my opinion the very best!

Janet is amazing! If you are questioning whether you need a day of coordinator or not, the answer is YES you do! Janet took so much stress off of me on the day of the wedding and the few weeks leading up to the wedding. I was able to enjoy getting ready with my girls and when I showed up to the venue and saw everything put together I was speechless. All the little details she nailed and the space was even better than I could have imagined. I don't know where to start. My wedding would not have been the same without Janet. She really did ensure that it went off without a glitch. Her insight, experience, and intuition was invaluable. From the beginning, her referrals were spot on. Our meeting leading up to the wedding was so helpful and her suggestions were perfect. Her communication and coordination with my vendors leading up to and on the day of the wedding was enormously helpful. She even coordinated the times of when vendors would pick up their supplies after the event. When one vendor wanted to schedule a pickup that conflicted with my brunch she quickly rescheduled it. We had our wedding at a private home and we could not have had the wedding without her help. We had a slight problem with our rented portable restroom and Janet was on it immediately and had the vendor out to the house before I was even aware of the issue. (Talk about a glitch that she fixed!). She knows what needs to be done and executes with such calm and efficiency. On an additional note, Janet is really personable and extremely likeable. Her prices are extremely competitive and she is worth every cent and more. You will not regret hiring Janet!

Janet made everything about my wedding--the months/weeks leading up, the rehearsal, the actual wedding day--seamless! I interviewed about 10 different wedding planners, and I just got the best feeling about Janet. She is so approachable and down-to-Earth, but she also KNOWS HER STUFF. A lot of the planners I interviewed specified how many emails and texts you were allowed to send in the months leading up; Janet did not specify. If you have a question for her, you can simply email or text. You don't have to worry about exceeding your limit and paying extra. The quote she gives you up front is what you pay, which is so refreshing when budgeting for a wedding. The night of my wedding, someone spilled red wine on my dress and my bustle broke. Janet was reassuring and helpful in both situations. Her laid back personality would put any bride at ease! Every little detail of my vision came together just as I imagined it would look--all thanks to Janet! I am certain that she is among the best--if not THE best--planners in Arizona. And, compared to others, her rate is extremely reasonable. She could charge five times what she currently does! Hire Janet and you WILL NOT be disappointed. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat or recommend her to any of my friends!

SO GRATEFUL that I was referred to Janet from a previous bride of hers. I didn't think I needed a coordinator as my venue provided a day-of coordinator. The other bride swore I didn't know what I was missing and she was right. Looking back on my wedding, nothing would have been done without Janet. Not only did she seriously show up for me, she was detail oriented and actually made sure that everything was perfect. The whole day went so smoothly and looked great. If anything went wrong at any point I don't even know about it because she had it covered! There's so much that she did that I didn't even realize I needed a plan for. HIGHLY recommend.

She asked pertinent questions of the site manger & caterer at the Rehearsal Dinner and she oversaw the execution of the Ceremony & Reception. The Service Janet provides was above and beyond anything we could have ever expected. She truly made our wedding process go "without a glitch". Janet provides so much more than just day of services. She was there for pretty much anything we needed along the way. We do not know what we would have done without her. I cannot say enough good things about Janet with Hitch Without a Glitch! I heard about Janet from my aesthetician, who said she was worth every penny. Based on my trusting relationship with my aesthetician, I emailed Janet that weekend and met with her at Starbucks. She was very responsive and was very willing to learn about the religious rituals we were going to do at our wedding; she even called our clergy. Our clergy said that he does a ton of weddings and works with many wedding planners; he was impressed by Janet's eagerness to learn and motivation to be "on top of things." He also said that she was one of the best wedding planners he's worked with! We hired Janet for the biggest package she offers. She is very personable and I felt really good about choosing Janet right from the start. Janet made recommendations for other vendors, she helped me find a replacement when my DJ backed out 2 weeks before the wedding, she also organized all the vendors to attend a walk-through the week before the wedding and she attended the final "tie-up" meeting at the venue to make sure that the entire team was on the same page. She emailed all of my vendors and made a timeline, set up the bridal dressing room beautifully and was running around all day the day of the wedding. Janet is very detail oriented and would ask me little questions which I really liked, such as where I want certain things after the ceremony. She helped arrange the rehearsal the day before the wedding. The night of the rehearsal (when I obviously didn't have time to do anything) Janet realized that it would be helpful to put placards with names down on the chairs for the bridal party to sit down on during the ceremony! She made these late (the night before the wedding)! This was so helpful because there was so much confusion when and where the bridal party should sit once we realized it would be too long for them to stand the entire time. She was a trooper when she helped call out all the "names" for the photo groups we wanted in a very limited time window. She was so organized; I was so happy to see that she made even flash cards for the photo groups of people! This was important because we had limited time to get all the family portraits done (immediate and extended family groups)! Janet can do it all! She even helped bustle my dress after the ceremony (meaning I didn't need to hire a dresser! woohoo for cost savings!). Janet made our wedding beautiful! Thanks so much, Janet!
