Hitched by Haley

When I say we had the perfect wedding all thanks to Haley and her team I mean it. Not once throughout the day was I worried about anything, and if anything did go wrong we certainly had no clue about it. The day was literally perfect. Not just for us but for everyone who attended too. We got so many compliments saying how it was one of the best weddings they'd ever been to. Truly, was smooth sailing the whole time and I have no doubt in my mind that's thanks to Haley and her team behind the scenes making the magic happen. Throughout the entire process, Haley was extremely professional and personable. She is SOOO responsive on email, which is a dream come true for a bride with a million questions. Never once during the planning process was I stressed out because of an impending deadline since Haley was so on top of everything. Our photographer even said her timeline was the best timeline she's ever seen for a wedding, EVER, which is saying so much, think about how many weddings she's shot! Haley was also a dream at managing some particular family members during the planning process and on the day of the wedding. She was so graceful in including any last-minute changes. If there was anything we wanted, she was there to make it happen. She truly wants to make your day special and works tirelessly to do so. Her team (and husband!) were also incredible, meeting all of our needs and compiling our many many personal items at the end of the night. I'm pretty sure one of them even went to go get more Tequilla since apparently (i had no clue until days later that's how good she is!!!) we ran out :P Overall 10 out of 10 recommend working with Haley on your wedding. She's genuinely just a cool human being and really cares about her couples.

I’m writing this literally the moment I got home from my wedding weekend because I can’t wait another minute to rave about Haley. When we chose her, I had no idea the adventure we’d go on together the last 2 years… but it was the best decision we ever made. When you speak to her, you are instantly put at ease—she has a way of speaking and handling any situation as if she’s seen it, done it, been there, and conquered it a million times before. And that was never more true or important than on our wedding day. Every time she’d leave the room, at least 2 people would say “wow, Haley is just so good.” And she truly is. Now, some specifics to convey just how good she is. First, when we postponed, she literally handled EVERYTHING from A-Z and I actually don’t know what we would have done without her. She guided us through unprecedented times and helped us reach a decision we were comfortable with, and then took as much of the heavy burden off our shoulders as she physically could. She did two years of work for us (that NONE of us bargained for) during an incredibly hard time for the wedding industry, and she sincerely cared for us and our happiness the entire way through. And not only my husband and I—she was a source of comfort and help to our entire families and made sure to check in on how everyone was doing often. Second, she pulled together the absolute BEST lineup of vendors for us and it felt like they were such an incredible team. This was something I really needed help with and felt overwhelmed by, and she has a great way of bringing together awesome people. Every vendor we met raved about Haley and how much they loved to work with her, and it really showed. She was never wrong about a single referral, and by the end I trusted her with literally any decision. Third, her taste is just *impeccable* and she immediately picked up on any insane idea I threw at her and made it happen. I’m not a super creative type, and I have a really busy job, so I relied on her a lot. But she took the time to really understand us and our vibe and that was really key to my trust in her. Fourth, she made magic happen despite pretty rough timing. We had an onslaught of cancellations, last minute changes, and craziness—but you’d never have known it on our wedding day. She was in command, her team was firing on all cylinders, and she is a freaking BOSS. I was in awe of her all day. And she pulled off the most dramatic, fun, surprising, and magical party for us. I asked for a lot: confetti cannons, a live band, a DJ, and lots of very specifically timed moments of absolute CRAZINESS—and she just nodded every time and said hell yeah, let’s do it. And boy did we. It was so freaking cool. My guests were absolutely blown away, and so were we! I could go on and on, but could never capture the value she added to my life during my two years as a COVID bride. She’s a ray of sunshine, a joy to be around, and SO damn good at her job. I would (and have) recommend her to anyone without hesitation. She’s worth every. single. penny.

If you’ve been looking for a wedding planner, look no more! My wife and I cannot say enough positive things about Haley! Let’s start off with the fact that Haley helped us plan a big wedding during Covid which was no easy task; and on top of that, she was planning her own wedding! I share that as a testament to her professionalism, organization, and dedication to her clients. Haley’s ability to dive into her clients wedding planning is unmatched; she truly begins to feel like a part of the family! Now, for the events leading up to the wedding with Haley; she was an absolute all-star. We have been getting countless compliments about how flawless our wedding went and all of the thanks are due to Haley. Her and her team work so efficiently to ensure a smooth day: from making sure we ate, escorting guest where they needed to be, and being able to corral our wedding parties to walk down the aisle. From our end, there were absolutely no hiccups which was all thanks to Haley. Yes, there were minor problems that arose here and there, but Haley never let on and made sure to have the issues resolved immediately (my wife had absolutely zero idea there were any problems!). We appreciated Haley’s ability to take control of the room in a way that kept everyone positive, but got them to where they needed to be. All of our guests, family and wedding party love Haley too! Through the rollercoaster of emotions, vendors and the unknown, Haley truly held down the fort and kept us sane during the tribulations. She was always extremely responsive over the phone, advocating for us with our vendors, and helped us create the dream team for our wedding. She received several panicking phone calls from us as we attempted to shift with the mandates and every time, Haley was able to help us regain our footing and ensure us that our wedding day would be perfect. Haley was always calm, supportive, and realistic which was reassuring for us. She is incredibly well versed in wedding planning, she always knew the answer or she knew who to reach out to for the answer. We loved Haley’s ability to advocate and help us obtain whatever we needed for our big day. Through the thick and thin of wedding planning, we could always rely on Haley. From the smallest of details to the large scale decor, Haley was there from start to finish. Haley, thank you so much for all of you care and support through this process! You are hands down the best wedding planner!!

Shortly after getting engaged, I knew I needed to hire a wedding planner. I found myself incredibly overwhelmed with the planning process and paralyzed by perfectionism. After many sleepless and anxious nights, I began the search for a planner. My (then) fiancé and I are people who are passionate about our craft. We both appreciate the dedication, time, and expertise it takes for people to be great at what they do. Shipping large-scale software projects? Easy. Coordinating with dozens of vendors and navigating all the intricacies of making a once-in-a-lifetime event go smoothly? Terrifying. We knew finding someone who was also passionate about their craft was crucial. When I met with Haley, I didn’t have a “dream wedding” Pinterest board with a color palette, flowers, or linens. I just knew I wanted to marry the person I love, and that the overall experience was important to me. After describing this to her, she immediately understood. I knew she was a perfect fit and I’m **so** **glad** we hired her. Due to a long engagement and a couple of pandemic-induced postponements, we ended up working with Haley for nearly three (THREE!) years. In that time, I realized not only is she amazing at her job, but also a genuinely kind person. She took time to get to know us as a couple, listened to all our nebulous ideas, and gave them shape and form. After every meeting, she would summarize and propose tailor-made recommendations and we would emphatically respond, “Yes! EXACTLY!” Haley never made me feel out-of-place. She respected our budget, and found creative ways to make our dreams come true. Her breadth of connections alone saved us time and money. Haley will not treat someone differently whether their wedding is simplistic or extravagant. Her down-to-earth demeanor, sense of humor, and flexibility was such a relief…especially as the pandemic kept throwing new hurdles at us. Having Haley help design and plan our wedding took so much stress out of the process, and actually made it enjoyable. She has the unique ability to know when to involve the client and when to handle it herself. She was always very responsive and patient (*even when I would spam her with 10k questions asking her opinion on something*)*.* I never had to worry about deadlines; I was confident she had it all under control. We couldn’t have imagined a more idyllic wedding. As someone who works in the area of UX, I care a lot about the experience and flow of things. Thanks to Haley, the entire wedding was absolutely perfect: every detail was considered, the setting was beautiful, the vibe matched our personalities. The entire day flowed so smoothly. My friends still refer to it as the “magazine wedding.” She navigated ✨delicate✨ family dynamics with aplomb. I have absolutely no clue if something went wrong the day of the wedding. Zilch. Ni idea. I’m sure something did, but I’ll never know. If it did, I’m certain she handled it gracefully. We are already trying to hire her to plan my husband’s birthday party. Ahh!! This review truly cannot adequately describe our gratitude for her and her team giving us the most perfect wedding ever. She gave my husband and I the best gift we could ever ask for: the ability to be present on our wedding day, and take it all in without worrying about anything. Just hire her, and you’ll soon realize what I’m trying to say. 💛
