Valentina and Samya were very patient and helpful throughout our wedding band search! We went in for three appointments as we were deciding what bands we wanted to go with, and the...
y were able to answer all of our questions. There was a large selection to choose from at a reasonable price and we are so happy with how our bands came out. My husband had a really hard time making a decision about what he wanted, and Valentina walked him through his thought process patiently while allowing him to come to his own decision. Plus, their location is perfectly situated in Old City. Definitely go see Valentina or Samya!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Stephanie and the Hitched Team at their Philadelphia location! For my engagement ring, we worked together on an heirloom re...
design project. We were able to take my husband's grandmother's original wedding ring and move the diamond to a new setting. Additionally, I was able to pick out the blue sapphires and design my ideal ring setting. The end result is a prize I'll cherish for a lifetime! Additionally, both my husband and I purchased our wedding bands through Hitched. The quality of these rings is amazing, plus the designs are very stylish. Hitched went above and beyond to meet our needs and exceed our expectations!
Stephanie and Emma were both extremely helpful throughout the process of identifying what type of wedding band I was interested in, beginning with trying on different styles in the...
ir showroom, looking at additional options and dialing in sizing with their home try-on kit, and eventually with helping craft a custom design that took elements from different looks and styles I had come across. They even provided renderings of what the two-tone finish would look like and had a sample mockup of the non-standard finish made for me to approve in person before placing the order! I looked around at other shops but none provided the level of support and customization that I found at Hitched. I did not know where to start when looking for a band but could not be more thrilled with the result. I cannot thank you both enough!!
We purchased our wedding bands from Hitched. It was such an enjoyable experience, and the customer service is unmatched. I was very indecisive regarding my own wedding band and Ste...
phanie and Perris were so helpful in my decision-making process. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and we never felt rushed/pressured to purchase anything. We love our wedding bands, and we cannot recommend Hitched enough!
We went to hitched in the Philadelphia storefront and had an amazing experience. Gia was wonderful to work with. Very attentive and was able to answer all of our questions. They h...
ave a wide range of rings that they let me try on, and they fit every budget. They can also customize any style with brushed/matte/hammered look and add engraving to most rings which is an awesome option.
After going to several jewelers, big and small, and online ordering my husband did not like what he saw when ring shopping. It came to a point that it was becoming a fatiguing task...
, especially with the several returns we had to go through. After visiting Philadelphia from NYC, I got an add for Hitched and I suggested we give it a go. What a wonderful experience. Everything from the easy online appointment to getting to Old City and being greeted with some champagne, the experience alone would've been worth it if he didn't decide on a ring. Fortunately, all options were available in the store and there were a number of sizes that my husband was able to try. Another differentiator that he liked was that they carried 10kt gold rings, something we haven't seen many place. The ring arrived quickly after and it's beautiful, we're so happy we went to Hitched!
I had a fantastic experience buying a ring with Hitched. I bought at the Philadelphia showroom. I can be a fairly indecisive person but Stephanie helped me decide on a metal and a ...
ring style and was so comforting and patient. I ended up with a tungsten band with a touch of black and I love it - to my surpise I have gotten several compliemnts on it.
I had to exchange the size after a week or so of wearing it and the staff was so helpful in making the exchange. So while I have not used the home try-on kit, if their customer service is even half as good as I found it, you're in great hands.
Had my fiance and I not already purchased her wedding band I would have loved to purchase it from Hitched. I highly recommend Hitched to any couple looking for a great-looking, affordable rings with the perk of being able to buy conflict free (lab-grown) diamonds.
I came across hitched and am so glad I did! I was nervous about ordering the home try on kit just encase something went wrong with shipping it back, etc etc. But I’m SO happy I did...
! The rings came in fairly quickly, and the five days was enough for us to comfortably make a decision and send them back. I had a couple of questions via email, and customer service answered them within 30 minutes! The support was great and it boosted my confidence in their business. I would recommend them to anyone! I’m very happy with the quality and looks of their rings. We ended up with a ring that my fiancé loves.
My fiance was unsure of his ring size and traditional jewelers didn't have a lot to offer in person when it came to tungsten or more modern rings. We stumbled across Hitched and de...
cided to order a try on at home kit. Great quality, easy to return. We also needed an extension for the try on, customer service was great and very understanding.
Hitched is the best! It was so convenient, which is exactly what my soon-to-husband needs! Hitched had a great selection for any budget and helped to answer any questions we had. ...
I wish every decision needed when planning a wedding could come in a cute little box with 5 options to try on and choose from ;).....
We were so grateful to have found Hitched. Of course, finding a wedding band for my fiance was something we left to the last minute. With a month left before our wedding day, Hitch...
ed sent us an assortment of rings my fiance was interested in and a sizer. The whole process was quick and convenient. The prices are so affordable that he is thinking about getting a second band to wear for other occasions. Hands down, Hitched is the best place to buy wedding bands!
We found Hitched on IG. We waited to the last min to think about my husband's wedding band- so we needed something quickly. We ordered the "try-on" rings-they came super fast, ...
and were all extremely good quality. We ran into an issue regarding delivery and Hitched called me on a Friday evening to help solve the issue quickly. The ring we ordered was delivered extremely fast, the ring fit well and we are so happy we used their services. I recommend them for anyone. They were so great and convenient.
I've been a wedding planner for years but I don't think I fully understood the combination of excitement, effort, and stress that goes into planning a wedding until it was my turn....
It's one of the most special times in your life but the pressure is definitely on. You have your full-time job during the day and then your full-time wedding planning job when you come home so basically any free time you once had becomes filled with making big, expensive decisions. Being able to try hitched in the comfort of our home took pressure off and helped make a really important planning decision simple, stress-free and fun! Working with Stephanie and Chris at Hitched made wedding band shopping a cinch and their customer service is the best of the best. My fiance, Chris, was able to select his 5 favorites online and within days they arrived at our door for an at home try on experience. Their products are of really high quality and they are some of the most affordable you'll find as well. I am so glad my fiance decided to ditch the jeweler and can't wait until his wedding band arrives! Highly recommend!
