Our dedication to the couples of Kansas City has led Hitched to be one of the longest-standing wedding planning firms in the area. With a combined focus on logistics, aesthetics, and overall guest experience, we guide our couples through every aspect of wedding planning.

The Process.
Hitched Planning + Design consists of a small, highly skilled team of dedicated wedding professionals and we are here for you! Our systematized planning process ensures that every detail of your day is accounted for and handled. We offer three tiers of planning packages, so you can choose how much assistance you need from your coordinator! Your coordinator, along with a second coordinator from our team, will take the reins on your wedding day, allowing you to live fully in the moment. We strive to alleviate our client’s planning stresses, so you can have a fun wedding day filled with cherished memories!

nt on my wedding day was because Hailey with Hitched was our planner. From the very first meeting, Hailey made us feel calm, heard and valued. She walked us through our budget, vendors, design, literally every last detail from start to finish. Her organizational skills are out of this world and the attention she gave us made us feel like we were the only wedding she was planning. We always felt special, loved and taken care of!
On the wedding day, I had no idea what was going on behind the scenes - and I mean that in the best way possible. If anything went wrong, we had no idea because everything was handled so smoothly. Hailey's relationship with our other vendors was so impressive to watch; it's clear that she has a positive reputation within the "wedding world" and her hard work is valued and appreciated by all.
We also had Eddie join us on our wedding day to help Hailey with the day of. He had the most calming and gentle presence, the best kind of person to be around you as you are minutes from walking down the aisle and franticly asking for water. Eddie was all around awesome and was a huge contributor to our smooth day!
At the end of the night, Hailey and Eddie packed up all of our personal belongings and day of details that we provided. Our parents were over the moon that they got to dance the night away, and once the reception was over all they had to do was grab their coats and head to the after party. I've seen the end of the weddings get stressful for the bride and groom's families, so it was so awesome that our parents got to fully enjoy the evening with us. My husband and I did our final exit, got in the getaway car and never thought twice about whether or not we had our bar signage or cake topper.
The best part of it all is that I now consider Hailey to be a friend. Hiring Hailey with Hitched as our partial planner was the best decision we made during the planning process. We are SO thankful for all that she did to make our wedding day the best day of our lives!

Breanne is a literal angel. From our first meeting, I felt like she SAW my fiancee and I and cared about us, understood our vision, and wanted the best for us, not only during the planning process, but through our wedding and beyond. Breanne had an answer to every neurotic question of mine, a solution for every problem we ran into, and a calm + comforting demeanor that only comes with years of experience being a respected professional in this industry.
The day of our wedding, she and Eddie coordinated flawlessly from top to bottom, allowing my husband and I to simply enjoy the day, be present with each other, and create memories focused on experiencing our wedding with our family and friends, not executing an event. ry single one of their planners is so focused on executing the vision of the couple while also tackling the stuff that comes up throughout the day without adding stress. I have had so many couples talk about how Breanne or Hailey have become their friends and they are dreading the end of their wedding because they won't have a reason to talk all the time anymore.
For me as a photographer the most helpful part of a planner is their ability to assist and elevate the experience without making it about themselves. Some planners seem to think the day is really about them, not Hitched. They know when to step in and take charge and when to step back and give the reigns to the other wedding the couple has brought on board.
I unequivocally recommend Hitched to every single one of my couples. And if I could find a way to require my couples to hire them, I would!

y were the team for us. Lindsee was our primary coordinator and she was AMAZING. We were planning a wedding from out of town so we leaned heavily on her expertise and insight. She was flexible with meeting with us when we were in town, and very responsive even during such a hectic wedding-planning year. The coordination with all of our vendors meant that the final week of the wedding we had none of the stress of scheduling things or fixing any last minute changes- Lindsee was such a rockstar. When rain changed our plans last minute, their team managed all the changes seamlessly while also taking in account our opinions about what we really wanted to keep the same. Lindsee was with me, the bride, from the morning until the end of the night while Hailey, our second coordinator, was at the venue to help set up and coordinate throughout. They made our dream wedding come to life! So importantly for us, there were so many things we and our families didn't have to worry about, like cleaning up at the end of the night. I loved the idea of floral and wedding planning coordination all in one, and it worked out perfectly as everyone was always on the same page. Both Minh-Tu and Jessica got my vision right away and I felt they were on my side during the entire process, always making sure I was happy with the decisions. Floral: Jessica was awesome! She understood what my vision was as well as helped to stay within my budget. She was so easy to work with and was even able to add a couple last minute flowers to our plan. We were so happy with how our arrangements turned out!
Planing: Jessica was so helpful when it came to vendor recommendations and set us on right path from the beginning! Val is a rock star! She was so organized when it came to the day of! Val and Lindsee helped to make the day run so smoothly! If anything did go wrong, we have no idea as Val and Lindsee handled the day like the pro's they are.
