Holly was a blessing for our wedding!! She was recommended to us, and we are so grateful we reached out and had Holly as our wedding planner! She is SO organized, has great insights, and stays calm in the storm! We had a lot of surprises planned at our wedding (including my sister’s proposal!), and she helped execute them all seamlessly. My friends even commented how calm I was on the day of the wedding, and they thanked Holly personally! We highly recommend Holly and her team!! Our wedding was a dream come true ❤️
We found Holly through our preferred vendor list through the Mission Inn. Holly as our wedding coordinator was the best thing to happen to us for our wedding planning and day of needs. Holly was very quick to respond and super communicative. She was there for all of our needs immediately. Holly was very well organized and thorough in her planning. We totally appreciated that! Holly was on point for everything and took care of us completely. We felt honestly that she did WAY more than we hired her for, which was a day of coordinator. The first time we met with her she already started blocking off dates to be there for our upcoming dates. She was able to attend our food tasting, she met with us multiple times in person to plan and coordinate things, and was readily accessible, and attended our rehearsal. Holly was there for everything we needed on the day of our wedding with every single solution to anything that arose. She took such good care of us and our wedding went perfect and so smoothly!! We would HIGHLY recommend Holly's services for any wedding coordinator needs. She was truly fabulous!!!
Holly and her team were a blessing to me in my wedding day. Everything ran so smoothly and if there was a problem Holly and her team took care of it. Weddings are usually very stressful events but Holly was always there to make it stress-free even before the wedding day. She is so detailed about every little moment of your wedding and make sure that nothing is left out. I would 100% recommend her for your special day. I can’t say enough good things
I only have 3,500 characters to tell you why Holly is the absolute BEST - it's not enough. Do not hesitate to hire Holly, she will make all your dreams come true, even ones you didn't know you had. Our daughter and son-in-law were married on April 30, 2022. We are in awe of the magical day, perfection from beginning to end. Holly took care of everything, things we didn't even realize had to be done. She allowed my husband and I to truly enjoy each and every moment, to take it all in and store the day to memory. Her professionalism and ability to problem solve on the spot is beyond impressive. We had a large wedding that went very late. Holly walked 8.5 miles that day, running all around, and through it all she smiled and treated each and every guest she encountered with the utmost respect.
When we originally met with Holly she offered us 3 different packages. We went with the full service package, it was absolutely worth every penny! Her organization skills are incredible. At rehearsal, each member of the wedding party and both my husband and I and our son-in-law's parents (25 people in total) got individually personalized cards detailing all their duties and schedules for the day of the wedding. We were in awe!
Originally, our kids wedding was set for April 17, 2021. The venue was booked as were all the vendors. Due to Covid, we had to postpone the large wedding to 2022. Holly handled everything for us, contacting all the vendors (who were so wonderful!!!) and rescheduling them to the new date. The kids, however, choose to still get married in our backyard on April 17, 2021 with just the wedding party in attendance (and us parents). Holly helped us get new contracts with some of the vendors to work the small wedding as well. She handled everything for us, she made the small wedding in our backyard run smoothly and magically as well.
At the 2nd wedding this past Saturday, Holly and her staff, Lauryn, Colleen and Deonah, all worked their butts off! I have raved about Holly, but I can also confirm that her staff is equally professional and organized. They are ready at the drop of a dime to get you whatever you need. If you need a bobby pin, bandaid, Advil, safety pin, anything, they have it! We had a guest who's wife had a headache, he asked Holly if she knew if the hotel had a mini store where he could purchase some Advil - Holly opened up her bag and handed him a packet of Advil! To say he was blown away is an understatement!
We will forever be grateful to Holly for making our daughter and son-in-law's wedding beyond anything we could have imagined.
Holly is such a "Find". This precious lady will take on all challenges that arise planned & unplanned. She is so task oriented, a problem solver & will become a part of your family before and after your event. This is not a job for Holly but her calling and gift in life. She takes such pride in the planning as if it were her own daughter getting married. She is knowledgeable, professional and can multi task from the start to finish of the event.
Even though the venue included an event planner, we still hired Holly & it was the best decision & money spent for our daughters wedding. Trust us, there are a lot of details you won't ever consider when planning a wedding. Holly's experience & expertise made this wedding the most precious & beautiful day ever. My Husband & I as well as our daughter & new son-in-law will forever be grateful to Holly for all the hard work and effort she put in to make this day happen. My advise is to book Holly regardless of the size of your event. She is a Godsend!!

Holly is amazing. She was the wedding coordinator at a wedding that I DJ’d and she was really easy to work with, very professional and went out of her way to make sure the event went as smoothly as possible. I know the couple didn’t even notice the small things that she did that most coordinators and planners would not have done. But that’s when you know that you have a great coordinating/planning staff, when things just happen. Hire HMC and request Holly Chavez, you won’t be disappointed.
My girl Hollz!!!!!! We loved her. She knows what she is doing. Is completely organized and there for you always. She has different packages to choose from and we wanted her full service package and that is exactly what you get. Holly is so quick to respond. Throughout the entire wedding she was so helpful and kept us on the right timeline. The wedding went so smooth without any issues because of her and her staff. She is great with different personalities and I couldn’t thank her more for that! Jake and I had the best day because of you holly and we love you to the moon. We will miss calling you everyday for the silliest things or FaceTiming you while we are picking our wedding songs just for fun. You are a light in this world and we can’t thank you enough!

Holly is absolutely amazing!!! I don't even know where to being.. she made our whole wedding journey incredibly easy and stress free. Her professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and sense of urgency far surpassed our expectations. Not to mention her, and her assistant, are two of the sweetest people my husband and I have ever met! I can't thank Holly enough for all she did to make our wedding experience truly special <3<3
Holly is literally the most amazing person, business woman, and planner I have ever met. She goes above and beyond anything I have ever seen, and I'm a hard sell. She first worked out a price that I was able to afford, and because of who she is, did way more than she was contracted to do, because she can't help herself. And because she will not produce anything but the very best. She is available 24/7, answers emails faster than anyone I have ever worked with, and makes you feel like your wedding is the only one she is planning. I talked to her way more than my husband in the year we were planning the wedding. I almost cried when the wedding was over because I was going to miss her, and I still talk to her because I love her that much. Her energy is inspiring, and she honestly loves what she does. And it shows.
My wedding posed some of the most challenging situations that she has dealt with in the over 16 years she has been planning weddings, and honestly without her, I don't even know if I would be married right now. After much drama and learning that I had to change the date (and almost the location), she had already put all of my vendors on standby for multiple dates, anticipated everything that could go wrong, had multiple back-up plans, and renegotiated everything for me. Construction at my venue was going on until the day before the wedding, and the reason I was able to stay calm was because I had Holly in control. The day of the wedding was the most perfect experience I could have asked for, and she handled every hiccup that arose (I didn't even know they happened). My guests couldn't stop telling me how amazing my wedding was, and all of my friends who had gotten married before told me that they wished they had used Holly.
I NEVER write reviews, but I have to for her. She is the best thing that could have happened to my wedding, maybe only a little less important than my husband proposing =)
Holly of HMC is absolutely AMAZING!! She is the reason our entire wedding went on without any issues! During our one year planning process, Holly made herself available at all hours and days of the week for any questions or concerns. When I would start to freak out about anything she would say, "Don't worry, I got it", or, "Its already handled".
She's so friendly, approachable, and hard working, that my husband and I plan to hire her again for any large parties or events.

The first thing I did after I got engaged was look for a wedding coordinator. Let me tell you searching for the perfect coordinator is hard work. I had interviewed a few before I got to talk to Holly. Since I lived out of state at the time, I was not being able to meet Holly in person but the initial phone call interview, solidified my decision to work with Holly. Holly is energetic, caring, knowledgeable, and extremely organized; she was on top of everything. My husband and I absolutely loved working with her. She made everything pretty easy for me. Since I had no idea what I wanted to do for my wedding, she helped me through the whole planning process. On the day of my wedding, she was on time and on schedule and made sure that everyone was on track with everything. She helped me calm my nerves and continued to keep me laughing and relaxed during everything. She was a huge part of my planning process and I have no idea what I would have done without her extensive help for the past year. If you want someone who is attentive to every detail and makes sure that your wedding runs smoothly, I highly recommend Holly Chavez. She is absolutely amazing.
As a Wedding Photographer, I have the honor of working with lots of Wedding Coordinator and planners. And after over 150 weddings, By Far, Holly is by far the best!!! Holly is the only Coordinator that took the time to contact me prior to me contacting her, discussed with me in detail and asked how much time I would like for some activities and showed a true passion for what she does. I wish i could work with her at all my weddings. Every detail was perfect and the wedding was AMAZING! I had the honor of working with her on Oct. 29th, 2016 and in my mind, she is Coordination Royalty. Dont look for anyone else! She is Fantastic!

I knew the minute I got engaged that I had to have Holly as my coordinator. She did my best friends wedding and that is when I first met her so I knew that even if it meant changing my wedding date I had to have her be a part of my wedding day. I had no idea how much went into planning a wedding when I got engaged and Holly helped me through the entire process. Every single vendor of mine told me how much they love her!

Hollie is an amazing coordinator; she is not only incredibly knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the wedding planning process and industry. She was a joy to work with and heightened the beauty and ease of our special day. We had quite a few special requests which she was more than happy to integrate into our program, including some very special Jewish traditions. On the day of the event the HMC team was fantastic, they took care of our every need, made sure we were at ease, and handled all of the day’s events with amazing coordination and professionalism. As an out of town couple, we truly could not have done it without HMC’s help and guidance! We are forever grateful for the creativity, sincerity, and experience HMC displayed throughout our wedding experience.
