g planning and was enthusing about how wonderful she was to work with so hiring her was a no brainer for us. From the very beginning, she was organized, thoughtful, and a great listener. She strikes a great balance between letting your vision shine and guiding you towards a set of choices that will work both logistically and with your budget. Jenn was stellar throughout the different phases of planning, from wrapping our heads around where to start, finding an incredible vendor team, to pulling together the final details. She kept me focused on the most important, time-sensitive decisions at each step so I didn’t get overwhelmed. Her referrals really simplified the process of finding all our vendors and gave us confidence that we were booking the right person. All her effort meant we could focus on the fun details and not keeping track of endless emails and paperwork. Working with Jenn makes you feel like you’re her only client because she is always prompt and up to date on your wedding. As we drew nearer, she was always offering to take more off my to do list so I could relax in the final weeks and focus on the sentimental parts like writing my vows. On the day of, I was so relaxed because I knew she would handle anything that came up which allowed me to be very present throughout the wedding weekend. Our guests were deeply impressed with how the whole day went and I got rave reviews on all different aspects from the venue, how the schedule felt, the food and drinks, the flowers, the music, etc… all of which Jenn had a huge hand in. Jenn will go above and beyond, from the big challenges right down to the small thoughtful details that bring the day together. My husband and I cannot give her a stronger recommendation.

y interviewed in the Seattle area, I ended up choosing Jennifer from our initial consultation for the following reasons:Â
(1) She has a calming, but very confident presence that put me at ease in our initial consultation. This still rang true throughout the entire planning process. Whenever we would chat, I would always feel a huge sense of relief afterward.Â
(2) Some planners limit or charge by number of meetings or number of design changes. This felt very transactional to me, and made me feel pressured to optimize every minute. However, Jennifer did not have the same structure and instead assured me that we will work together and do whatever it takes to make sure we have the best day. And she 100% followed up on that promise, even accommodating a last minute design change that I wanted to work in. I could tell she really cared about making my vision reality and wanted to ensure my happiness above all else. It surprised me to learn how many weddings she was planning simultaneously because she truly makes you feel like you’re her only client with her quick response times and how detailed she is.Â
(3) Her designs are amazing. The day-of ceremony and reception design was beyond what I could dream of (I think the photos speak for themselves). We received so many compliments from guests. I sent some initial photos for inspiration but she understood exactly what I was going for and made it 100x better.Â
(4) Budget was very important to me and she honored it throughout the entire process, and even saved me multiple thousands of dollars through alternatives that I wouldn't have been able to source or find myself. Â
With how smooth the planning process was, I had full trust in Jennifer that the day-of would be perfect. We had a packed wedding day schedule, but Jennifer and her assistant were so on top of making sure we were following the schedule on time. On top of that they ensured that we (the bride and groom) were constantly fed, had drinks in hand, and were happy. I gave her a vision of what I wanted my day to look like but was blown away by how the day transpired. I couldn’t have dreamed it better myself.Â
I've been singing my praises to all of my friends and anyone looking for a Seattle planner to definitely hire Jennifer. If you want to feel confident in knowing that your vision will be executed and that you wedding is being handled by the absolute best, she's your person. Â I truly cannot recommend her enough.Â

ded to get married on an island after falling in love with the venue’s natural beauty. What we didn’t anticipate was the massive logistical challenge that came with it—limited vendor options, ferries, shuttles—and the fact that we’d also be moving across the country for work and planning everything from the opposite coast. On top of that, I have a demanding job, hate making decisions, and struggle with significant anxiety. Even though I was excited to get married, I was honestly dreading the planning process.
Jennifer took all of that and made it not only possible but truly wonderful. She planned our four-day wedding weekend into something more beautiful and magical than I could have imagined. She brought me in on creative decisions I cared about without overwhelming me, gave me guidance when I couldn’t decide, and shielded me from all the inevitable stressors. She handled vendors, complicated venue policies, last-minute changes, and kept everything on track seamlessly.
After talking to many friends about their wedding planning experiences, I know how lucky we are to have found Jennifer. I generally have a hard time delegating, but I was able to trust her completely—which lifted a massive mental load during nearly two years of planning. Most importantly, it allowed me to be fully present and actually enjoy the wedding weekend itself.
When we were choosing a photographer, she gave me some great advice: this is a person who will be with you constantly on your wedding day, so you should at least like them (which we did!!!). That advice is even more true for your planner. You spend over a year working closely with this person—and I can genuinely say I enjoyed every moment of working with Jennifer. She brings a calm, steady confidence, warmth, humor, genuine care, and (much-needed) perspective to what can be an incredibly stressful process. I honestly don’t know how people do this without a Jennifer.

We had a venue in mind, but not much else when we started working with her and she made sure we had everything we needed to make our wedding come alive and stay on track. My partner and I come from two different cultural backgrounds, and she helped us piece together which elements of our cultures we wanted to incorporate throughout the wedding day and never seemed overwhelmed or annoyed when we changed things around. She was aways accessible to us when we needed her. We ended up choosing to do two different wedding ceremonies back to back on the same day, and she transformed our altar from one ceremony to the next without us having to do a thing! I reached out to Jenn a little over a year before we wanted to get married in July 2025 without a specific vision in mind. We live in NYC but wanted to get married in WA state where my husband from. We wanted to do a 2-ceremony wedding as I am Nepali and my husband is American - that was about the level of information we gave her. She lined up a few tours of venues in August 2024 and we landed on Kiana Lodge (also cannot recommend them enough). For the next 8 months or so we had occasional calls with Jenn, check-in reminders to send out save the dates, set up the website, send invitations, etc.Â
It was really 3 months out when we started having creative discussions about the day that I was counting my lucky stars that I had chosen Jenn. I had no idea what type of flowers I wanted, what the Nepali wedding area should look like, how we were going to coordinate hair and makeup twice in one day....Jenn did! She sent us a minute by minute schedule on how the day was going to unfold (which we then sent to family and bridal/groom's parties so they were in the loop), she had an idea of what the wedding area should look like from previous weddings and once we okayed, she put it all together, incorporated our creative ideas for the centerpieces, got all the vendors working together; and went above and beyond! I knew I could trust her decision and that took a lot of stress and work away from me.Â
On the day itself, Jenn was somehow always there before my husband or I could ask for something. She was able to adjust the schedule seamlessly because hair and makeup went a little long in the morning, she checked in with us, she helped bustle my dress, she was everywhere :) so many people have come up to me and said our wedding was planned perfectly especially with the 2 ceremonies, we have Jenn to thank for that. I would choose Jenn again 100%, this is her calling, this is what she is exceptional at, and I could not imagine my day going any better!Â

I have to be honest that I was a little bit concerned about getting married in Arizona with Jenn being based in Seattle but I was proven so wrong. Jenn had many connections in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area, and so did her recommended florists Delinger & Radovich - we were blown away at the many options they had for vendors and decor to make our big day extra special.
I always say that there is no replacement for time and experience when working with someone, and it is clear Jenn has the experience and network to make weddings great wherever her clients take her! Another unique trait Jenn brings to the table is her ability to get to know her clients personally. I feel like Jenn worked to understand us and how we envisioned our wedding before anything else. She took our conversations and translated them into a beautiful reality on our wedding day with tons of creativity. She has a natural eye for flow and design which made everything about our day smooth.
Jenn is also a very hands on planner - she rolls up her sleeves and does what needs to get done whatever the task. I think I caught her rolling tables out with the furniture rentals guy, cutting flowers with the florists, unloading dishware with the caterer, and sweeping with the groundskeeper at our venue. She covers all the bases with a smile and positive attitude.

Jen is an absolute GEM - a tenured veteran in the wedding event business industry, a wealth of knowledge and genuine recommendations, and also someone I can call a friend! From our very first call, I knew Jen & Hoffwell would be the best fit for us from a personality perspective and that we would be in AMAZING hands planning our wedding with a supportive, kind and thoughtful team. Coming from a bride who initially wanted to handle all of the wedding plans/logistics personally and did not think it was necessary to have a coordinator, I couldn't have been more wrong. Literally the thing I was most wrong about in the entire process. I cannot imagine not having Jen in the lead up to the big day and couldn't recommend her more. She is SO generous with her time, has the ability to form a genuine connection with her couples, and really considers who YOU are and what YOU want the day to be when providing advice and helping you map out every detail of the day. She's a true sounding board, understood our vision, and it was because of her and her teams execution and help with planning that we could have somehow had a better day than we could have ever dreamed of. Hoffwell kept us calm, relaxed and ready to celebrate! We are so grateful we found Hoffwell!!

realized (far too late into the planning) that I needed help, and she was worth every penny. My only regret is not hiring her sooner. She was generous when I was overwhelmed, gracious when I was overstressed, and brought a "no problem" attitude to every wrench I threw her way. She was flexible, a quick problem solver, and my right-hand on the big day, giving life to my vision in a way that wouldn't have been possible without her. If I have any advice out there for soon-to-be brides, its to hire Jennifer sooner rather than later! :)

call - she was so calming, professional, and I knew that she understood what we needed for the venue (it has some unique quirks). We instantly bonded and I knew she was our gal. We initially hired her for florals only, but ended up adding on her planning/coordination services for the month of which was the best decision we could have ever made. One of the takeaways from our first conversation that I loved about Jen that was different, especially from other florists, was that she took the time to understand what we had in mind and then almost worked backwards with our budget -- rather than asking what we want and then quoting us an arbitrary number. It was the most comprehensive and genuine conversation I'd had with any florist, which is one of the many reasons I knew she'd be a great hire. Our flowers and design turned out PERFECT and I feel like I gave minimal direction - she just knew. When we added on planning services, she was quick to jump on the details and engage our vendors, ensuring our timeline was started and circulated among vendors well in advance.
Jen takes ample time to get to know her couples, their vision and style. She takes the time to meet IRL - even driving a couple hours to come see us the week before the wedding to go over final details - this really helped get my fiance excited and fully dialed into what was happening and when. She helped us execute the most perfect day and every detail was not only accounted for but managed to perfection.
While floral, design and planning are her strong suits, her overall demeanor and heart of gold is what everyone needs in a planner/florist/wedding guru. Her empathy in this business is truly unmatched - her passion is so evident in her work and she is willing to go above and beyond to provide for her clients. We continue to receive so many compliments on our wedding and all credit should go to Jen. She executed the most beautiful, well-managed event I've ever been a part of. I am grateful we found her and will hold her close as a friend moving forward. We would recommend her 10/10 and look forward to watching her work continue to thrive from the sidelines. Jenn came into our lives when she planned my sister’s wedding around 10 years ago in Scottsdale, Arizona. When it became time for our wedding, she was living in a different state but we knew we had to have her. Our original wedding was planned for April 4, 2020 in California and was cancelled two weeks before, right at the start of the pandemic. Within those two weeks, Jennifer pulled together the most INCREDIBLE intimate wedding for us in Sedona, Arizona. She did all of this from out of state and made sure everything ran smoothly, even though she was not able to physically be there on our wedding day as we were limited to just a few guests.
Fast forward to just under two years later, when we finally had the wedding of our dreams in December 2021. We decided to change venues in California and had to somehow merge our original wedding plans/ceremony with our new venue and ideas. Jenn followed through on every promise, finished every detail, and made sure our wedding was perfect in every way. She totally takes away the stress of planning and is the ultimate negotiator. Jenn went above and beyond for us without thinking twice and puts her clients needs in front of her own. If I ever plan another big event again, I will ONLY use Jennifer as our coordinator. I have a very type A personality and usually live by the saying “if you want it done right, do it yourself.” Jennifer is the only person I can FULLY trust to know that things will be done the way I want them, and even better than I could ever imagine.
Not only is she a creative genius, but her composure makes her perfect for the role. You will never know when she is stressed or overwhelmed. She is always cool, calm, and collected. She performs well under pressure, does not get discouraged with a change in plans, and is willing to adapt to any situation. She put out fires for us (literally), without us having any idea. She can balance all personalities, whether it is the mother of the bride, father of the groom, or the couple themselves. She is far superior than others in her field and you will be kicking yourself if you do not hire her to take care of your events.
