I cannot say enough good things about the Hoffwell team for wedding planning. Our wedding day was truly perfect, and I credit almost all of that to Jenn and her team! She was so thoughtful in helping us plan a wedding that fit our vision and goals, and she worked with us every step of the way to identify vendors that matched our budget, vision, and vibe. She has incredible attention to detail while also keeping things stress-free - she kept things on track and well paced. And most importantly, the day of was completely seamless, allowing us to focus entirely on enjoying the day. For me, it was the little touches without being asked that really exceeded expectations - she brought us appetizers and our favorite drinks when we were signing our wedding certificate; she worked with the florist to decorate our cake; she negotiated a discount on something without even bringing it to our attention. We ended up with the wedding of our dreams, under budget, and stress-free. Hoffwell Living was the best money we ever spent in the wedding planning process, and we'd recommend them to everyone we know!

HIRE JENN!! The best decision you can possibly make for your wedding is to hire Jenn and her team. Jenn is absolutely the best wedding planner out there. She is calm, professional, has great ideas, never pressured us into anything, and was basically a best friend to us throughout the entire wedding planning process. She made planning a wedding from out-of-state so much smoother. We could not have done it without her expertise and communication with our vendors.
Not only did Jenn work hard to help us plan our wedding in a pretty short amount of time, she did it all while pregnant, never complaining or forgetting a single detail. She even showed up to our venue just a few days after having her baby to make sure everything ran smoothly for us on our wedding day (even though she had already organized her team to manage the event in her planned absence). Her sweet husband picked up our late night snacks for our entire wedding so that the rest of the team could stay at our venue and focus on us. She consistently goes the extra mile whether helping me get my flowers preserved after the wedding, or helping personally DIY all table settings. She navigated every challenge with ease including the three different events I threw over the wedding weekend. Jennifer is quite possibly the best wedding planner in the greater Seattle area. Whatever expectations I had for my planner, she exceeded those a billion times over. She was so on top of the to do list and keeping everyone/everything organized. All my events ran on time and she was attentive to all details. She met my budget and let me know what was achievable or not, which I sincerely appreciated. She became one of my closest friends and confidants through this whole process, and has such a great demeanor that made the entire process enjoyable. She has great repertoire with my parents, my husbands parents, and all the vendors involved in the process. I didn't have any idea of what I wanted my wedding to be like, only what I DIDN'T want it to be like. Jenn understood that and made my wedding weekend one I'll never forget because it was the least stressful experience ever. I won't forget when my friends were asking why I wasn't freaking out and it's because I knew Jenn had everything under control. She was not only professional, kind, and communicative, but she also knew how to navigate complex conversations between in-laws and vendors, complete administrative needs like acquiring liquor license/insurance, and how to keep events running smoothly day-of. I appreciated her adherence to the schedule and made sure the vendors were taken care of too. She also has amazing taste and I was able to leave a lot of the little decision-making pieces to her because I trusted that she knew how to create a beautiful wedding.

I have to be honest that I was a little bit concerned about getting married in Arizona with Jenn being based in Seattle but I was proven so wrong. Jenn had many connections in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area, and so did her recommended florists Delinger & Radovich - we were blown away at the many options they had for vendors and decor to make our big day extra special.
I always say that there is no replacement for time and experience when working with someone, and it is clear Jenn has the experience and network to make weddings great wherever her clients take her! Another unique trait Jenn brings to the table is her ability to get to know her clients personally. I feel like Jenn worked to understand us and how we envisioned our wedding before anything else. She took our conversations and translated them into a beautiful reality on our wedding day with tons of creativity. She has a natural eye for flow and design which made everything about our day smooth.
Jenn is also a very hands on planner - she rolls up her sleeves and does what needs to get done whatever the task. I think I caught her rolling tables out with the furniture rentals guy, cutting flowers with the florists, unloading dishware with the caterer, and sweeping with the groundskeeper at our venue. She covers all the bases with a smile and positive attitude.
I would recommend Jenn in a heartbeat for any event planning needs you have, she is a true gem!
I CANNOT say enough good things about working with Jennifer. Our photographer was already on board and he recommended Jennifer as one of the best planners he had ever worked with. She made my very long wedding day at Kiana Lodge an absolutely perfect day. She was nothing but professional and helpful and had everything under control. There were several things that came up that were out of our control that she handled perfectly with grace and a proposed solution. Her calm demeanor was exactly what I needed on my day. I work as an interior designer, am very detail oriented, and kind of a control freak, so naturally I needed a month-of planner to help all of my planning and vision come together on our wedding weekend and it all went so well. I really cannot recommend Jennifer enough. Seriously, just talk with her once and you'll know what I mean.

Jenn was the highlight of our wedding planning experience. It truly is difficult to put into words how amazing she is at her job. Jenn is dedicated, knowledgeable, and such a calm force over us for the whole year of planning together. We had a uniquely large wedding on a private family property in Woodinville and she not only brought our visions to life but introduced us to many of our vendors she had worked with before. Jennifer is the absolute best person to have by your side during wedding planning! My husband and I picked her based on her kind and lovey personality. We heard she goes above and beyond for clients and... this turned out to be absolutely true! Jennifer is smart, organized, extremely timely, and clearly wants her clients to feel special and cared-for at all times. Some vendors we picked out ourselves, and Jennifer was excellent at working with them (even with some curveballs they threw our way). We partnered with Jenn for our wedding on 7/21/23 at the Four Seasons Seattle. It's difficult to accurately capture, in a few words, the full impact of having Jenn with us for this special day. She was our rock that we leaned on throughout the process. Jenn's calm and consistent approach helped us navigate through each month of decisions and due dates. We know we weren't the only event she was managing but we never once felt as if we weren't the most important event on her calendar. We truly felt special engaging with her during each call and meeting. We also inundated her with questions, ideas, different perspectives that we pulled from all areas (family questions, social media, online research, etc.) and she was able to work through each one diligently while keeping us focused on what was really important and needed. And we never felt out of place by asking. Not to be understated, Jenn's amazing network and connections was instrumental in us putting together a rock star team for our wedding. Jennifer just helped us plan our wedding for this past weekend (9-30-23) and her assistance cannot be understated. There are ten thousand things you don't think about but need to consider as part of a wedding and there was no way we would have been able to manage them all on our own, even if we had thought to think of them at all. I could not have made a better choice hiring Jenn as my wedding planner! I was referred to her through my venue, The Four Seasons Seattle. My husband and I are not from Seattle and don't have any family in town, so Jenn helped us every step of the way. She referred us to so many incredible vendors and helped bring my design ideas to life. She also helped make sure that we stayed in budget and recommended some amazing vendors who were also affordable. Not only did she plan the wedding day, but also the rehearsal dinner. I am an anxious person and her help and planning skills relieved so much of my stress. The entire wedding weekend she handled every little detail and task. We were looking to get married out of state and found Jenn through our own wedding planner research and what a gift! Jen is an absolute GEM - a tenured veteran in the wedding event business industry, a wealth of knowledge and genuine recommendations, and also someone I can call a friend! From our very first call, I knew Jen & Hoffwell would be the best fit for us from a personality perspective and that we would be in AMAZING hands planning our wedding with a supportive, kind and thoughtful team. Coming from a bride who initially wanted to handle all of the wedding plans/logistics personally and did not think it was necessary to have a coordinator, I couldn't have been more wrong. Literally the thing I was most wrong about in the entire process. I cannot imagine not having Jen in the lead up to the big day and couldn't recommend her more. She is SO generous with her time, has the ability to form a genuine connection with her couples, and really considers who YOU are and what YOU want the day to be when providing advice and helping you map out every detail of the day. She's a true sounding board, understood our vision, and it was because of her and her teams execution and help with planning that we could have somehow had a better day than we could have ever dreamed of. Hoffwell kept us calm, relaxed and ready to celebrate! We are so grateful we found Hoffwell!!
Jennifer from Hoffwell was AMAZING - you have to hire her!! I was a DIY bride on a small budget, trying to throw an intimate wedding for a small group of our dearest loved ones. I realized (far too late into the planning) that I needed help, and she was worth every penny. My only regret is not hiring her sooner. She was generous when I was overwhelmed, gracious when I was overstressed, and brought a "no problem" attitude to every wrench I threw her way. She was flexible, a quick problem solver, and my right-hand on the big day, giving life to my vision in a way that wouldn't have been possible without her. If I have any advice out there for soon-to-be brides, its to hire Jennifer sooner rather than later! :)
Jenn is an incredible coordinator and planner. She made all of our wedding plans a reality and she had absolutely the best recommendations for vendors.
Planning with her was so wonderful because her vibe is so calm and relaxing, it felt like we had nothing to worry about.
And she made our wedding day go by so smoothly, even dealing with family drama, a strict venue, and herding a large wedding party including small children.
It was so incredible the way she was somehow everywhere at once—taking care of us and calmly making sure we were fed, checking in on our mothers and making sure their concerns were addressed, decorating the space beautifully including with her own floral pieces, and coordinating with all of the vendors. She truly thought of everything. Thank you Jenn! You are incredible!
Jen --- oh Jen -- the absolute BEST!! I found Jen via Instagram, as she had done another wedding at my venue last summer and was tagged in photos. I still remember our first phone call - she was so calming, professional, and I knew that she understood what we needed for the venue (it has some unique quirks). We instantly bonded and I knew she was our gal. We initially hired her for florals only, but ended up adding on her planning/coordination services for the month of which was the best decision we could have ever made. One of the takeaways from our first conversation that I loved about Jen that was different, especially from other florists, was that she took the time to understand what we had in mind and then almost worked backwards with our budget -- rather than asking what we want and then quoting us an arbitrary number. It was the most comprehensive and genuine conversation I'd had with any florist, which is one of the many reasons I knew she'd be a great hire. Our flowers and design turned out PERFECT and I feel like I gave minimal direction - she just knew. When we added on planning services, she was quick to jump on the details and engage our vendors, ensuring our timeline was started and circulated among vendors well in advance.
Jen takes ample time to get to know her couples, their vision and style. She takes the time to meet IRL - even driving a couple hours to come see us the week before the wedding to go over final details - this really helped get my fiance excited and fully dialed into what was happening and when. She helped us execute the most perfect day and every detail was not only accounted for but managed to perfection.
While floral, design and planning are her strong suits, her overall demeanor and heart of gold is what everyone needs in a planner/florist/wedding guru. Her empathy in this business is truly unmatched - her passion is so evident in her work and she is willing to go above and beyond to provide for her clients. We continue to receive so many compliments on our wedding and all credit should go to Jen. She executed the most beautiful, well-managed event I've ever been a part of. I am grateful we found her and will hold her close as a friend moving forward. We would recommend her 10/10 and look forward to watching her work continue to thrive from the sidelines. From the get go Jennifer was incredibly professional, warm, resourceful and responsive. Although ours was a complex mix of Jewish and Ghanaian traditions, she was able to help us navigate finding the right vendors and getting services at reasonable prices. Jennifer was a really great listener and checked in with us regularly to help us stay on track for each milestone from rentals to florals, catering, music, photography to luxury restrooms! The day of the wedding was a breeze and we were able to focus on spending the special moments with our loved ones! Cannot recommend enough.

My son and daughter-in-law planned their Seattle area wedding from their home in New Jersey so we needed someone who know the area well. Jennifer did a fabulous job and all her recommendations were great. Everything went smoothly at the two large wedding events - we could not have done it without her. She is calm and resourceful and always available to answer questions.
We have known Jennifer for some time and have been witnesses to her ascent as a catering director for the many well-known properties in Scottsdale and San Diego before finally breaking off on her own a few years ago. With this awareness we anticipated a high level of ability when we brought her in to oversee our wedding. Even with that expectation we still found ourselves blown away. She was a champion of our vision and took her incredible creative instincts to levels that we could never have aspired to achieve for our special day. She treated everything as if she were doing it for herself and showed us gracious hospitality.

Jennifer was seriously amazing, she was on top of everything, starting from the first call all the way to the day of. Her check in phone calls were so helpful, she had lots of ideas that I hadn’t even thought of. And the day of, she was everywhere at once! Where do I start? From the initial call where I met Jenn over the phone, I knew instantly that I needn’t look anywhere else for a coordinator for our big day. She was the first and only person I ever contacted when searching for a coordinator... How relieving to find THE ONE on the first shot? :) She completely understood our vision, allowed me to go into all the details I had dreamt up, as well as how I thought we might try to save $ for certain things for our big day. Jenn is extremely resourceful, listens to all ideas and any potential concerns, and worked closely with me to make the dream happen. I am a self-described control-freak but I had no doubt that I could relinquish my urges to let Jenn drive the vision. On the day of, my groom and I were not surprised at all that EVERYTHING was exactly what we envisioned, and more. Jenn’s variety of experience helped us trust her process, but what helped me most along the way was how open to listening she was to anything new I thought up or any small details I was worrying about because I’ll admit I am a total over-thinker! After every call or meeting with her, I felt at ease and knew she could take whatever I gave her and execute. Day-of, not a single thing was out of place, she was there every single step of the way and the entire night was executed to, dare I say, perfection!! I cannot stress how many of our guests told us later that this was the best, most fun and seamless wedding they have ever attended, honestly not even bragging here! I don’t even know where to start. This woman is unlike anyone I have ever met in my entire life. There are truly not enough words to describe how incredible Jenn is as a wedding coordinator, person, and friend.
Jenn came into our lives when she planned my sister’s wedding around 10 years ago in Scottsdale, Arizona. When it became time for our wedding, she was living in a different state but we knew we had to have her. Our original wedding was planned for April 4, 2020 in California and was cancelled two weeks before, right at the start of the pandemic. Within those two weeks, Jennifer pulled together the most INCREDIBLE intimate wedding for us in Sedona, Arizona. She did all of this from out of state and made sure everything ran smoothly, even though she was not able to physically be there on our wedding day as we were limited to just a few guests.
Fast forward to just under two years later, when we finally had the wedding of our dreams in December 2021. We decided to change venues in California and had to somehow merge our original wedding plans/ceremony with our new venue and ideas. Jenn followed through on every promise, finished every detail, and made sure our wedding was perfect in every way. She totally takes away the stress of planning and is the ultimate negotiator. Jenn went above and beyond for us without thinking twice and puts her clients needs in front of her own. If I ever plan another big event again, I will ONLY use Jennifer as our coordinator. I have a very type A personality and usually live by the saying “if you want it done right, do it yourself.” Jennifer is the only person I can FULLY trust to know that things will be done the way I want them, and even better than I could ever imagine.
Not only is she a creative genius, but her composure makes her perfect for the role. You will never know when she is stressed or overwhelmed. She is always cool, calm, and collected. She performs well under pressure, does not get discouraged with a change in plans, and is willing to adapt to any situation. She put out fires for us (literally), without us having any idea. She can balance all personalities, whether it is the mother of the bride, father of the groom, or the couple themselves. She is far superior than others in her field and you will be kicking yourself if you do not hire her to take care of your events.

Jennifer was everything you could ask for in a wedding planner and more! Extremely personable, understands what you're looking for, and comes with a slew of vendor recommendations that can really make the event! Jenn helped us find our musician, florist, and many more vendors that MADE the event. I am not a visionary when it comes to details and I gave Jenn a very generic list and she delivered. Jennifer was there for us from day one and we still keep in touch today! She toured us around multiple venues, facilitated calls and emails to and from vendors, and was the main point of contact day of and leading up to the wedding. We did not have to worry about a THING thanks to Jenn's incredible planning! She was there for me, my husband, and our mothers when we had questions or concerns!
My husband, who was skeptical of hiring a wedding planner at all, now recommends to anyone who will listen that a wedding planner is the best investment anyone can make, all because of Jennifer!! HIRE HER!!
Jenn is delightful. We hired her for month and day of planning. She started helping well in advance and helped negotiate contracts and identify vendors in spite of the challenges unique to these COVID times.

As a person, Jennifer is very kind, organized, understanding, and knows how to make events look amazing while still respecting and working around your budget. First of all, my husband and I were one of many who had to postpone our wedding due to COVID. Jennifer is awesome! I had her to be my wedding coordinator for the day of wedding and she is soooooo great! She’s kind, helpful, patient, and organized. She was able to ease my worry and stress, to make sure everything we planned go well on wedding day and she made sure the decorations were exactly what we wanted and she delivered it!!!

My husband and I had originally planned our wedding for July 2020 in Vancouver, BC, however, with the COVID-19 pandemic, we were forced to make the difficult decision of cancelling our wedding in Vancouver and moving forward with a wedding in Seattle. Being new to the Seattle, WA area, we were left with no vendors and had to scramble for venues for both our wedding ceremony and wedding reception in just a 3 month period. After booking dates with the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, we received a list of preferred vendors. We interviewed several wedding planners, but after speaking with Jennifer, we knew right away she was the right fit for us. Right from the beginning, she provided us with an overview of her favorite vendors that she worked with before. Her honesty and transparency even before booking with her, made our decision that much easier. Jennifer went above and beyond every step of the way. She helped us put together our “Dream Team” with local florists (Radovich & Delinger), photographer (Kristen Marie Parker), videographer (Bogle) and DJ (Amar Gill aka DJ SLAMZ) to name a few of our vendors. Jennifer kept us sane throughout the entire wedding planning process and we could not have done it without her support and guidance. We were able to have the wedding we have always hoped of having. My husband and I live in Tennessee and had a small intimate wedding ceremony with just our immediate families in Arlington, WA. Jenn came highly recommended by a family friend and was an absolute dream to work with! I wasn't able to make it out to see the venue before the wedding so I was extremely grateful that Jenn was able to scout out the location on our behalf.
She was also able to provide all the florals for our event and she totally crushed it!! The flowers were so beautiful and she completely got the vibe I was going for. This girl can seriously do it all!!
Everything went so smoothly! I couldn't have asked for anything more!! Even our vendors took note of how hard Jenn works and commented on how professional and down to earth she is. Jenn took out all the stress of planning a wedding from across the country in the middle of a pandemic so that I could just show up and enjoy this special time and celebrate with family!
Jennifer was a great day of coordinator. We threw a lot at her on the second hottest day of the year. Even with the challenges of the day (our venue cutting our time) and lots of moving parts she did it all! We met multiple times to discuss plans, she was always available for a chat and some advice and really did everything she could to accommodate anything we needed. She also wore many hats! Did my flowers and they turned out beautiful! Loved that she got my design aesthetic and filled in for me as well. She made it all come together! I would not hesitate to hire her for your next event! I would do so many things differently planning for my wedding next time but not her! She was the best thing.

Communication – We tried to find vendors with mediocre success. We tried to save money in some places and spent a little more on others, but we honestly weren’t confident with prices and the contracts didn’t seem right. We found Jennifer after we had started; she was able to explain to us where we could save money and where we should be spending a little more. She walked us through the entire process, talking about what we would notice, what our guests would notice, and how we would best remember the day in the future. I think most importantly was that Jennifer explained what vendors spent time and materials on, and what they would upcharge that we could negotiate. This was a huge help in saving us on our initial budget! From the day we signed with her, we’ve always had easy access to talk to her!
Finding Vendors – She helped us find different vendors who fit within our budget and style, all the holding our hands through negotiations. Best yet, she handled all the negative feedback or rejections for us! We were always honest with how we felt, and she communicated that to the vendors; the people she found for our wedding fit our personalities perfectly!
Negotiating Contracts – Once we figured out our budgeting, Jennifer organized and handled our vendor conversations for us. We would meet routinely to go over new developments and suggestions. When it came time for contracts, she walked us through normal and unusual sections, and negotiating the vendors down where there was room. Again, she also did a great job explaining why certain things couldn’t be negotiated down so we had a lot more confidence when signing.
Cultural Differences – Our Indian families are very traditional and that can be difficult to know what to say and when. Jennifer breezed through handling family and friends, adjusting to the situation, and communicating details that kept our families happy. Everyone loved her.
Overall – Planning a wedding during COVID was a challenge, but Jennifer kept us hopeful and confident! She’s so easy work with, fun to talk to, and is great at what she does.

As a destination wedding photographer I've met a lot of designers/planners and can honestly say that my experience working with Jennifer was one of the best! We had a shoot during a rainy day in Seattle and with Jennifer as our "Quarterback", she was able to quickly adjust to weather conditions, keep all us vendors informed and on the same page, and execute a great event. I met Jennifer while looking at a venue in San Diego. She instantly made me feel like I’ve known her for years! We ended up booking the wedding venue and I got to work closely with her to make sure our big day went perfect. Jennifer was very detail oriented, gave us great advice on some wedding vendors and made sure everything I asked for was taken care of. She has great style and was helpful with design ideas and flower arrangements. I didn’t have to worry about anything on the wedding day because Jennifer made sure everything was the way I asked and went perfectly. Because I am a very particular person who didn’t want anything traditional or run-of-the-mill, I had many ideas for how I wanted my wedding to look, but was indecisive and couldn’t make up my mind. Knowing what a talented designer she is, Jennifer took my ideas and put together such a beautiful wedding that was exactly what I wanted. To this day, many still talk about what a great wedding I had.
One of the things I love about Jennifer is what a true artist she is. It could’ve been easy for her to purchase some decor already made, but she didn’t. A lot of my decor was crafted by hand from Jennifer, which made everything more special to me.
I can’t thank Jennifer enough for putting together such a beautiful wedding for my husband and I. I wish I could do it all over again!

As the mother of the groom, you try to stay out of the way. I watched for 3 days as Jennifer handled every beautiful wedding detail from the arrival of the hotel guests, the dinners, and the bridal party preparations. However, on tne day of the ceremonye there was an equipment fail at the dry cleaners and my dress needed pressing, Jennifer swooped up my dress like a fairy godmother, found a way to have it pressed, mended a seam by hand and delivered my dress to me like it was no big deal. She will take care of you like a friend, then continue to be a friend for years to come.
