Before we had even booked her she had helped us tremendously and gave us so much information. The knowledge that she possesses is sooo valuable to someone planning a wedding. I really didn’t think I’d need a planner because I am a type A planner person but my day wouldn’t have been the same without Callie. From every phone call I came away with more knowledge on my end and confidence for my day. She talked through options, gave advice, recommended vendors, and steered us in the right direction on some of our choices. Having her there to meet with our venue also calmed so much of my nerves with them and after that I knew the day would go great with Callie leading it. The actual day could not have happened without her. From running our rehearsal flawlessly to all the behind the scenes on our wedding day, she crushed it all. It was so nice to be able to just relax on my day and not have to think about a thing. I was told where to be and when to be there and because I didn’t have to worry about anything else I had the best day ever just enjoying my wedding with my friends and family. She truly went above and beyond!! She was so calm and remained unphased by anything and ready to tackle whatever came up. Everything went so perfectly and smoothly. I’m not kidding, my family and close friends that got to meet her and knew what she was doing can not stop talking about how amazing she was. Leading up to our wedding day we had some unfortunate last minute issues with our wedding venue, but Callie saved the day - making it look easy. The day went off perfectly and without stress. We booked the design + day of coordination package and it was the best decision we made for the entire wedding. We worked really closely together on the overall vision down to the smallest details. Throughout the process, she had great suggestions and recommendations that made everything that much more special and really helped to bring the whole concept to life. Since she’s been doing this a while, she has really great vendor connections as well! Not only is she great with design and vision, but her day of coordination skills were on point. Callie was so great to work with. She was recommended to me by the manager of our venue (The Kelley Farm). We booked the elopement package, as we just wanted a ceremony and no reception, and even then Callie made our day feel special. It was so nice to have her coordinate everything and all of the vendors so I didn’t even have to think about any of that. The vendors she hired were all amazing as well. We had originally planned to have our ceremony outside, but it ended up raining the morning of. Callie called me in the morning to see what I wanted to do, and kept an eye on the weather for me and talked with the venue manager for me as well. We ultimately made the decision to move the ceremony inside and she assured me it would be just as wonderful. I even asked her if they had some umbrellas for us just in case we were lucky enough to get some good rain shots, and sure enough she got on the phone with one of her vendors and made it happen. Everything went so perfectly for our ceremony and it was so nice that I had Callie to handle everything. We even finished earlier than planned, and they asked us if we wanted to add in a first dance (this is not part of the elopement package). That was so sweet and made our experience that much more memorable. I am beyond happy with the service Callie provided.

We booked Callie back in April 2020 for our April 2021 wedding when we realized having a wedding planner would be helpful when navigating our special day in the midst of a pandemic. I expected a beautiful, fun wedding, but what I didn’t expect was to be able to enjoy so much of it. Thanks to Callie, I was stress-free the entire day (& I’m never this way lol). I got to sit back, relax, & enjoy EVERY moment. My now-husband & I even got to eat our entire plate of food at dinner because she made sure it happened. Callie made our day so wonderful. We definitely knew that we wanted a coordinator day of and when we toured Kelley Farms she just happen to be there filling in for someone. From the get go I felt like she was the right fit for us. Even with the pandemic that radically changed our plans she was so calming and helped out so much. I wish we could have had the full wedding that we had planned for 150 but even the small 30 person wedding was beautiful.

Like many, originally we figured we did not need a day-of-coordinator. It seemed like we could have friends or family help us out. We decided to have Callie help us and it was honestly the best decision we made (more than the photographer or the venue or whatever else you might value). She made the process easy up front and was energetic and helpful. Even through all of our changing plans with the pandemic she was so flexible and sincerely wanted the best for us. The day of, she easily guided us through the day allowing us to enjoy every minute and helping us beautify even our tiny backyard elopement. Yes, hire her for an elopement! We truly felt like we enjoyed our day and were guests at our wedding all because of Callie. Seriously, hire her, you will not regret it!

The only part about my wedding I was worried was the décor and design. But as soon as we hired Holcomb Weddings, I was worried no longer. I showed her some ideas from Pinterest and she did them twice as well! Though it seemed a bit patchy with communication at the beginning (For some reason emails were not going through), once the wedding got closer, Callie was on top of everything. If I was ever worried or anxious about anything, like not understanding the timing of things or figuring out vendors for décor, all I had to do was text her, and she would get back to me late that same night! She picked out the right vendors to fit our style as well. We definitely would not have been able to pull of such a beautiful wedding all by ourselves! My whole family was impressed with her poise and professionalism right away at the rehearsal and throughout the wedding.

Callie is a family friend and we were so lucky to have her for the day of planning. I was actually relaxed, maybe even bored, the morning of my wedding just hanging out with my bridal party and the moms getting our hair and makeup done while Callie was making magic happen. We had an outdoor backyard wedding with a bit of a torrential downpour in the morning so there was quite a bit of planning involved. Callie coordinated with the vendors and set up the event beautifully. Our photographer said it was the first wedding she's done that has ever been on time! No matter what your event needs are, Callie Holcomb is your person.

Callie was fantastic as our day-of coordinator. I am a very anxious person, but felt so much more laid-back on my wedding day knowing that Callie had everything under control. Callie took care of decorating, coordinating the ceremony/reception, and making sure everything was in its place throughout the day. She even had drinks ready for my husband and I when we privately read our vows to each other! I would absolutely recommend Callie to anyone who wants a stress-free wedding day!

I was worried about how to explain my vision and have someone else implement it because I spent so many months planning and I am a perfectionist, but Callie really understood what I wanted and made our wedding just as we envisioned it! We booked Callie as our day of coordinator and this was probably the best decision we could of made for the wedding! Although it was only for the wedding day she still checked all our contracts, helped us create a timeline, communicated with vendors, and answered any questions I had. Before the wedding started she decorated the venue exactly how I imagined it and was able to fill in the gaps when I didn't have a vision with some items. She also brought a wonderful assistant with her that was helpful as well. I cannot imagine what it would have been like to not have her there. From all the details of where to place the guestbook to placing decor throughout the reception, it was all right where I had imagined. They knew what to do and where to be all because of her organization and clear communication. It helped that she was there the day before for the rehearsal so that our party was able to see who Callie was. In addition, she sent out a detailed timeline the week before to all of them, so they had an idea of what to expect the day of. This was huge for us and for our family and friends. Lastly, Callie took care of all the final details when it came to working with my other vendors. She made such that all my vendors who were making deliveries contacted her, not me. This allowed me to be able to sit back and relax throughout the whole pre-wedding process. We used Callie as our Day Of Wedding Coordinator and were absolutely blown away by how effortless she made our wedding day feel!
