Kelsey provided day-of-coordination services for my wedding in June, and hiring her was probably the best decision I made in my wedding planning process. I had gone through multiple coordinators at my venue from staff turnover, and it was such a sigh of relief to have Kelsey on board to handle the details as the big day got closer. On our wedding day, Kelsey took over set-up, kept us on our timeline, and handled any small issues that arose - although I'm sure I wasn't even aware of many of the things she took care of. She's kind, professional, responsive, and an absolute dream to work with, and my only regret is that I didn't hire her sooner in the planning process. I would absolutely recommend Kelsey for any wedding planning/coordination needs.

Kelsey Hollinger was amazing and helped our wedding day vision come to life! From organizing and coordinating all of our vendors, creating our timeline, and staying on top of all needs on the day of, Kelsey was such a blessing! I couldn’t imagine our day running as smoothly as it did without her on our side!

Kelsey was a wonderful day of coordinator, and I would recommend her to any bride who is looking for a helpful and supportive person for their wedding day. Kelsey happily spent time on the phone with me leading up to our big day, gave advice for signing contract/processes I have never done before, and was such a positive presence for all of the nerves and day of 'emergencies.' Kelsey handled the pandemic wedding planning unpredictability with ease and helped me to be able to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about all the little pieces. I appreciated that she found contacts within our wedding party to handle issues, and let me and my husband just have fun! She responds quickly, finds answers if she does not have them, and is a kind and sweet person. In all of the day of craziness, our marriage license ended up in Kelsey's bag, and she happily made the three hour drive (!!!) back to our venue to get it back to us. She goes above and beyond for her clients, and I could not more highly recommend her services!

We had an *amazing* experience working with Kelsey! I was one of those brides who didn't realize they needed a coordinator until the last minute and then really started stressing out when I realized I did. Thankfully Kelsey was available for our date and she instantly made me feel like it was all going to run smoothly. She is an incredible wedding coordinator and a kind, empathetic person who is truly invested in making this day special. Kelsey had great suggestions and helped us immensely with making our timeline perfect. I didn't worry about anything the day of our wedding since I trusted her completely to set up our decor, make sure all of our vendors had everything they needed, and most importantly help run the ceremony so that it was flawless. She also made sure my husband and I got something to eat during the cocktail hour, which I appreciated a lot since we were super busy! I cannot recommend Kelsey highly enough. You will not be disappointed if you chose to work with her!
