Hollow Brook Golf Club features gorgeous outdoor views that are perfect for wedding photography opportunities, but the main facility is the indoor banquet room that boasts a whopping 2,800 square feet of space. The room has lots of flexibility to allow for extensive customization, and you’ll be able to add décor to match your unique wedding theme and style. You can host up to 180 guests in this space for a seated dinner reception. You can also hold engagement parties, bridal showers, and rehearsal dinners at this event location.

We had our wedding at Hollow Brook Golf Club on August 15, 2025, and I cannot recommend this venue enough! From start to finish, everything was seamless thanks to Gabby, the coordinator. She is absolutely excellent—so organized, always on top of everything, and made the entire planning process stress-free. She lays everything out clearly at the beginning, sends helpful reminders, and is transparent about all pricing. Planning felt easy because of her guidance.
The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect. Getting ready at the venue was comfortable and smooth. The grounds are stunning—our photos on the course are breathtaking. The patio ceremony was beautiful and such a perfect setting for our guests.
Cocktail hour food was phenomenal—our guests are still raving about it! Dinner was equally amazing, and service was impressively quick. The bridal attendants were attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was taken care of.
Between the incredible staff, the beautiful setting, and the outstanding food and service, Hollow Brook Golf Club exceeded all of our expectations. We are so grateful to Gabby and the team—this venue is truly top-notch!

Our wedding at Hollow Brook was an amazing experience! From the first time we met with Gabby we knew that we would be in good hands throughout all of the planning. Gabby was always there to answer our questions and was so helpful with creating the most beautiful day. The entire staff, especially our bridal attendant, made sure our day ran smoothly and that we had everything we needed. We had an amazing experience at Hollow Brook for our wedding. The space is beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect and easy for us. They had a whole team working to manage every aspect of the reception and to support us in whatever we needed (like sending someone out onto the golf course to find my phone when I lost it during pictures)! The food and drinks were a highlight as well—everyone we talk to raves about how good it was. The food was such high quality and the standard package came with so many delicious appetizers. They even worked with us to make a signature drink that was perfect. Overall, we would recommend Hollow Brook in a heartbeat. It was a perfect experience and they offer so much for a competitive price.

My husband and I would highly recommend Hollow Brook for a wedding to any couple. We had the best night! All of our guests could not stop raving about the food, from cocktail hour to dinner! The servers and staff were so helpful and made everything run so smoothly. Our guests kept complimenting the servers and the service. Gabby was amazing in leading up to the wedding, coordinating our vendors and setting up our decor on the day of our wedding. We are still beaming from the glorious day we had and are so thankful to have such great memories.

We had the most amazing wedding thanks to this beautiful venue and the incredible staff there!! Gabby is unbelievably good at her job and made the planning process so much less stressful by being so on top of everything. I dropped off boxes of decor and Gabby and her team made the space look even more beautiful than I had imagined. It was pouring rain in the afternoon before our ceremony so we were so grateful for the covered patio to still get some photos with the scenery. The venue was on top of everything to make sure I didn’t even have to think about the rain. Rachel, another incredible team member, took us around in a golf cart and provided umbrellas and towels to keep my dress clean so we could still get some outdoor pictures. The flow of the space was perfect for ceremony into cocktail hour and our guests loved having the patios during the reception as well. Our guests raved about our cocktail hour, we heard so many compliments about the food. The staff truly thinks of everything and goes so out of their way to make the day seamless and stress free for the couple. Including packing up all of our stuff so we could easily pick it up the next day. It’s so hard choosing a venue but I am so happy that we decided on Hollow Brook and I would recommend to anyone!!!

The food, the service, and the ambiance were flawless. The staff, especially Gabby, Rachel & Adrianna genuinely cared about making our day special. Their dedication allowed us to fully enjoy every moment of our wedding without a single worry. If you’re looking for a venue with a staff that truly goes above and beyond, look no further. We didn’t have to lift a finger of the day of the wedding, and we were amazed by how helpful and efficient the team was at setting up. Our guests were raving about the food and how gorgeous the venue was. I can't begin to say enough amazing things about Hollow Brook as a wedding venue. We, along with all of our guests, were so impressed and simply blown away. HB was flexible and helped make sure we had everything we wanted. It felt amazing to have a wedding with delicious food, an open bar, and incredible views all while staying in our budget.
Not to mention, the staff is unforgettably amazing. Gabby, Rachel, and the entire staff were so genuinely kind and helpful. As a nervous bride, they made me feel so comfortable and at home since day 1. We had minimal stress in wedding planning, and didn't even feel like we needed a wedding planner. There was plenty of help and communication along the way.
One of our favorite parts of wedding day was that we had time for a golf cart ride, where we took beautiful photos, and more importantly had some of the most special parts of our wedding day.
I would recommend this wedding venue over and over again. The experience was truly amazing, and our friends and family haven't stopped raving about our special day.

Our experience at Hollow Brook was amazing! From day one, Gabby was always available to answer our questions and help us through the planning process. She is truly a rockstar and very knowledgeable! Hollow Brook was the perfect venue, the food was amazing. All our guests complimented the food and beautiful venue the entire evening and day after. Hollow Brook also did a great job at accommodating the bride’s multiple food allergies and guests allergies. Everything was seamless, they constantly checked in on us, and made us feel so special. The entire staff was friendly, kind, and accommodating. Going out on the golf course to take pictures was so fun and memorable. They made sure we had enough to eat and drink throughout the whole night. We enjoyed every aspect of working with Hollow Brook and cannot recommend them enough!

Hollow Brook was truly the most incredible venue. From the initial contact with Gabby, to picking up our decor the day after the reception, everything was flawless. My husband and I got married on October 11, and we're still glowing with happiness over how lovely everything was!
The entire planning process was absolutely perfect. Everything was organized so seamlessly, that we were never left wondering "are we forgetting something?" I'm so thankful that we trusted Hollow Brook with the most important day of our lives. It was truly magical, and I can't say enough good things about the staff, ambiance, food, and overall attention to detail on every level.
From the minute we stepped on property for photos after our reception, we were greeted by the most fantastic team. Gabby, Eugene, Rachel, and all of the banquet staff went above and beyond to make sure our bridal party was taken care of and comfortable. After photos, my husband and I were given a delicious spread of cocktail hour food to enjoy in the bridal suite. They even took note of our favorite picks that we discussed during our planning meetings and gave us extras of those!
We felt so taken care of, and we were blown away by how warm, professional, and kind every person on staff was. I cannot recommend this place enough!
As we approach our one month anniversary, we're still getting calls and texts from friends and family that our wedding was the best they've attended. Our guests loved the food, ambiance, and every single person had something nice to say about the people that worked there that evening. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Hollow Brook!

Hollow Brook Golf Club was such an incredible venue and I am so happy we had our wedding there. What drew us to it was the fact that we could have our outdoor ceremony regardless of weather and how it looked aesthetically (rustic but not barn, grand but not wedding hall vibes). They also were able to accommodate some cultural nuances - like kosher guests and bringing in some Armenian elements to the venue. Gabby was wonderful to work with, very organized, asked us all the right questions, and made us feel completely taken care of. I also really appreciated her familiarity with Jewish weddings and knew how to coordinate certain aspects of that for the ceremony. She kept in touch with our vendors and kept each detail down pat. Rachel was our day-of coordinator and was amazing, positive, and organized. The staff kept us moving and organized despite the fact that we were running so behind due to hair delays and never made us feel stressed out or late. We loved being whisked away on the golf cart to the beautiful grounds for photos, and they constantly gave us drinks/food. HBGC also had a list of preferred vendors we worked with, and each one was excellent (photographer, florist, videographer, transportation). Our guests raved about the beauty of the venue as well as how amazing the food was. Many told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to!

We got married at Hollow Brook on August 31 and it was truly the best day of our lives. We knew as soon as we visited that it would be our venue - it is beautiful, cozy, and the perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony indoor reception. One of the most important things for us was to be able to have out ceremony outside no matter the weather - and with Hollow Brook's covered outdoor space, we never had to worry about a plan B due to weather.
One of the main reasons we chose hollow brook, aside from the beautiful venue itself, was the employees. We were looking for a full service venue with amazing food and built in wedding coordination and we got just that - Gabby and team are amazing. They coordinated with our vendors within the month we got married around arrival timing, logistics and details... they supported us through every step of the wedding process, and they set up the venue beautifully with our own photos and decor. The night went flawlessly because of them.
I could not recommend this venue enough - if we got married 100 more times, we would pick Hollow Brook again and again and again. :)

I cannot say enough amazing things about the Hollow Brook team. From the first time we toured we could tell the team provided such personal care to each couple and each wedding. Gabby and her team are the BEST! They made the day seamless… if anything went wrong, I still don’t know about it because they made it so smooth. They even packed us up to go boxed of each dinner option, cake and one of each of our signature drinks to take back to the hotel. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, which was delicious and plentiful!!! If you’re debating Hollow Brook, do it!!!

Amazing, incredible, unbelievable - every adjective you can think of for a tremendous wedding and experience at Hollow Brook. Gabby and her team were the absolute best. Gabby was super responsive and helpful with every question and little detail we had. Guests are still raving about the food during cocktail hour and reception. The support we received from the team day-off was amazing from helping out in the bridal suite to helping tie a bow tie. Can't thank you enough!

The Hollow Brook was the perfect place for our wedding. The beautiful scenery, the food, and all the staff, made for such an amazing day. Gabby was the best coordinator we could’ve asked for. She walked through the entire day with us and discussed everything we needed to do. We felt very comfortable leaving things in her hands and she did not disappoint. Choosing Hollow Brook as our venue was the absolute right decision!! Working with Gabby took so much stress out of our planning process on so many levels. Throughout the entire process she kept everything so organized and was incredibly easy to communicate with. Every time we met with Gabby it felt very personal and thorough based on where we were within the planning process. She kept all of our ever shifting information up to date and fielded an enormous amount of questions for us. The all inclusive aspect of choosing food, drink and cake was so simple and ridiculously delicious, to the point where our guests were asking for to-go containers!! The venue itself is so incredibly beautiful and gives you a number of options for where you can have your ceremony. We loved that it had a modern adirondack lodge feel and knew that it would be so cozy and intimate given that our ceremony and reception would be taking place after sunset. They did such an incredible job at putting together our cocktail hour decor vision, and had so many different options of places for us to add personalized touches throughout.
For the actual day of the wedding they couldn't have taken better care of us. Brittney kept the entire ship running smoothly the entire night and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived until the very end of our reception. Rachel was our chauffeur extraordinaire as we got carted around for our couples portraits. It was a super chilly day but she kept us nice and wrapped up and made the whole experience so much fun (not to mention provided us with awesome behind the scenes photos!!). They had a whole spread of our cocktail hour foods and our signature cocktails waiting for us to enjoy after the ceremony. The waitstaff and bartenders were fantastic and so attentive throughout the night. I know there are probably incredible details that I am forgetting to mention, but booking Hollow Brook as your venue should be a no brainer!!

Booking at Hollow Brook was a no brainer for us. The second we walked in, we knew it was the exact vibe we were looking for. We did our due diligence and looked at a couple other options, but nothing compared. We can’t thank Gabby and the Hollow Brook staff enough for the impeccable job they did on our wedding. Throughout the whole planning process everything was so easy and stress free. Whenever something came up we reached out to Gabby and she helped us through it. On the day of they all did such an amazing job coordinating all the details and keeping the day moving smoothly. If I could give them 1000 stars it might not be enough! Gabby and her entire staff went above and beyond amazing! People have been messaging me all week about how GREAT everything was. The scenery was spectacular, the food was delicious and the bar was NEVER a problem never a line! Nothing not one thing would I change! I highly recommend their house photographer as well and their suggestions for the cake!

Gabby put us at ease leading up to the wedding, and on the wedding day we couldn’t have wished for anything better. All our decorations were set up beautifully and cocktail hour food and dinner entrees were delicious. Guests raved about the venue and the food. Hollow Brook was also very accommodating at letting us bring in pizza from our college pizza place as a late night to go station. Amazing venue and Gabby is the best!!

My husband and I had an amazing experience working with Gabby and her team for our wedding. They were so easy to work with and helped make everything run smoothly. We were so happy with the entire day, cannot recommend them enough. If you have your wedding here they will not disappoint! Wish I could give them 10 stars.

Hollow Brook Golf Club is absolutely gorgeous!! My husband and I can’t thank them enough for hosting our wedding day! Gabby was always prompt with answering any of our questions and making sure our day ran smooth. Our bridal attendant was flawless, made sure we had food and drinks always! The rest of the staff were phenomenal as well!!

The best!!! My husband and I got married on 10/21/22. Gabby and her team were incredible. From day 1, she answered every email, phone call and questions we had (and there were a lot!). The venue was perfect the day of. All of our guests raved about the food and drinks. They also complimented the bar staff and servers. I would 100000% recommend this venue to any bride to be!

There aren't enough words to describe how perfect our experience was with Hollow Brook. The venue itself is beautiful - inside and out! Gabby is the best. From start to finish, she guided us the entire way and helped us make decisions along the way. She was organized, personable, and reachable. The entire Hollow Brook team made sure our wedding day went smoothly and perfectly. The food at Hollow Brook is delicious. Our guests still are raving about how great the food was and the variety that was provided. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married!

Gabby and the staff of Hollowbrook could not be more amazing! Gabby guided us through everything and always with a smile even through the multitude of changes and requests we made. She was on top of everything! The venue looked amazing. It was exactly as we visioned. Our guests could not say enough about the incredible service, attention and dedication from each and every staff member. The cocktail hour and dinner was fantastic. The presentation, quality, and quantity of the food was nothing short of Spectacular. A big thank you to the bartenders who did an outstanding job serving our very thirsty guests All Night Long!
The wedding was held on one of the hottest days, 105° and the town lost power for some time power during the reception. Quietly, the team got the generators going, but soon after, the power was restored. It was scary to us, but in the end, as one of my guests said, “the staff never missed a beat!” We definitely made the right choice and have told and continue to tell everyone to call the Hollowbrook!

The best decision we made was to get married at Hollow Brook! Everything from the planning process to the day of. Gabby was amazing through it all, super accommodating and very chill which was exactly what I needed. She is truly the best of the best. She has a real passion for weddings and will do what is needed to make your day just as special as if it were her own. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the food was AMAZING!!!!! My husband and I were thrilled with everything. Thank you Hollow Brook and thank you Gabby.

There is not enough space for all the good things to say about Hollow Brook! The space is so beautiful and not the cookie-cutter ballroom type of venue. We loved all the space for cocktail hour and that our guests were able to be both inside and outside. All of the food is so delicious and there are so many options. All of the staff is incredible. Gabby is so easy going and makes sure the day is put together so well. All the day-of staff is so helpful and friendly and ensure that everyone is having a good time. 100000/10 recommend!!

Hollow Brook was the best! We had to reschedule multiple times due to the pandemic and Gabby could not have been more helpful. Once our big day finally came around it was honestly perfect. All of the staff were super friendly and attentive. The food was so good and got nothing but compliments on everything. We went out on the course to take our photos on the bridge and it was beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better day!

Hollowbrook could not have been better to work with, they are so organized and had my day running so smoothly! Gabby was SO helpful and they truly made me feel like a queen on the day of my wedding! I got compliments all night long telling me how absolutely beautiful the venue is. And it was an amazing night! The food was great, cocktail hour was perfect and my guests were stuffed! So THANK YOU hollowbrook. I will 10/10 recommend anyone to get married there. You won’t be disappointed.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Hollow Brook Golf Club. Throughout the entire process of picking the venue, choosing the food, table setting, guest count, pretty much everything, Hollow Brook was always very responsive and worked with us on EVERYTHING. And when I say “Hollow Brook”, I’m specifically speaking of Gabby. Gabby was the main person helping us out with everything along the way. Not only is she extremely organized and helpful, she’s also nice and a joy to work with. The week leading up to the wedding we had multiple guests have to back out so our table count kept changing; this was not a problem with Gabby.
The day of the wedding exceeded our expectations and then some. The food at cocktail hour and the dinner was so good. Multiple guests were loving the Philly cheese steak station especially. I didn’t have to think of anything, Gabby and other Hollow Brook workers were there to tell me and the bridal party what to do and where to go. Plus there were all extremely nice. There was also no point during the reception where we didn’t have a drink in our hands, as the attendants always were there to bring us one.
A big reason we went with Hollow Brook originally was the beautiful look of the venue, as it isn’t your cookie cutter wedding venue. Plus, we only had roughly 100 guests we wanted to invite to the wedding and every other venue wanted us to guarantee/pay for 100 or 120 guests no matter what. For us, that would be an absolute waste of money. Luckily at Hollow Brook, you only have to guarantee a dollar amount, not a number of guests. In the end we only had 66 people attend but Hollow Brook worked with us and we were able to pamper our guests cocktail stations, departure stations and other add-ins throughout the wedding day to meet our dollar amount.
