We had our wedding at Hollow Brook Golf Club and honestly could not have asked for a better experience! From the start, everyone was so kind, helpful, and easy to work with. Gabby was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire planning process. She was always so responsive and accommodating, ensuring our day was everything we envisioned. One thing that meant a lot to us was how accommodating the team was with my husband and some of our guests who have celiac. They were incredibly thoughtful about the dietary restrictions and made sure everyone felt comfortable, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Rachel and David were amazing the day of the wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly. We were able to actually relax, enjoy ourselves, and take in the day knowing everything was being taken care of. We truly cannot thank the entire Hollow Brook staff enough! The venue is absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing, and we got so many compliments from our guests about how great everything was. Our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be, and much more due to the Hollow Brook team. We are so happy we chose Hollow Brook for our wedding and would recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with an amazing team!

Natalie and I had our wedding here on 7/11 and we would not be happier with the experience leading up to and the day of! Gabby was absolutely incredible to work with. She was patient, understanding and willing to do anything to make our day as special as possible. The day of, Rachel was always there for us no matter what. Natalie and I have to give a huge shout out to David, our bridal attendant. He was amazing! On top of everything from always making sure we are where we have to be, food, drinks, asking us how we are doing etc. Give this man a raise! lol We couldn’t be happier with our experience and will cherish the memories here for a lifetime.

essful by being so on top of everything. I dropped off boxes of decor and Gabby and her team made the space look even more beautiful than I had imagined. It was pouring rain in the afternoon before our ceremony so we were so grateful for the covered patio to still get some photos with the scenery. The venue was on top of everything to make sure I didn’t even have to think about the rain. Rachel, another incredible team member, took us around in a golf cart and provided umbrellas and towels to keep my dress clean so we could still get some outdoor pictures. The flow of the space was perfect for ceremony into cocktail hour and our guests loved having the patios during the reception as well. Our guests raved about our cocktail hour, we heard so many compliments about the food. The staff truly thinks of everything and goes so out of their way to make the day seamless and stress free for the couple. Including packing up all of our stuff so we could easily pick it up the next day. It’s so hard choosing a venue but I am so happy that we decided on Hollow Brook and I would recommend to anyone!!!

I got married on October 11, and we're still glowing with happiness over how lovely everything was! The entire planning process was absolutely perfect. Everything was organized so seamlessly, that we were never left wondering "are we forgetting something?" I'm so thankful that we trusted Hollow Brook with the most important day of our lives. It was truly magical, and I can't say enough good things about the staff, ambiance, food, and overall attention to detail on every level. From the minute we stepped on property for photos after our reception, we were greeted by the most fantastic team. Gabby, Eugene, Rachel, and all of the banquet staff went above and beyond to make sure our bridal party was taken care of and comfortable. After photos, my husband and I were given a delicious spread of cocktail hour food to enjoy in the bridal suite. They even took note of our favorite picks that we discussed during our planning meetings and gave us extras of those! We felt so taken care of, and we were blown away by how warm, professional, and kind every person on staff was. I cannot recommend this place enough! They also were able to accommodate some cultural nuances - like kosher guests and bringing in some Armenian elements to the venue. Gabby was wonderful to work with, very organized, asked us all the right questions, and made us feel completely taken care of. I also really appreciated her familiarity with Jewish weddings and knew how to coordinate certain aspects of that for the ceremony. She kept in touch with our vendors and kept each detail down pat. Rachel was our day-of coordinator and was amazing, positive, and organized. The staff kept us moving and organized despite the fact that we were running so behind due to hair delays and never made us feel stressed out or late. We loved being whisked away on the golf cart to the beautiful grounds for photos, and they constantly gave us drinks/food. HBGC also had a list of preferred vendors we worked with, and each one was excellent (photographer, florist, videographer, transportation). Our guests raved about the beauty of the venue as well as how amazing the food was. Many told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to!

One of the most important things for us was to be able to have out ceremony outside no matter the weather - and with Hollow Brook's covered outdoor space, we never had to worry about a plan B due to weather. One of the main reasons we chose hollow brook, aside from the beautiful venue itself, was the employees. We were looking for a full service venue with amazing food and built in wedding coordination and we got just that - Gabby and team are amazing. They coordinated with our vendors within the month we got married around arrival timing, logistics and details... they supported us through every step of the wedding process, and they set up the venue beautifully with our own photos and decor. The night went flawlessly because of them. I could not recommend this venue enough - if we got married 100 more times, we would pick Hollow Brook again and again and again. :)

The all inclusive aspect of choosing food, drink and cake was so simple and ridiculously delicious, to the point where our guests were asking for to-go containers!! The venue itself is so incredibly beautiful and gives you a number of options for where you can have your ceremony. We loved that it had a modern adirondack lodge feel and knew that it would be so cozy and intimate given that our ceremony and reception would be taking place after sunset. They did such an incredible job at putting together our cocktail hour decor vision, and had so many different options of places for us to add personalized touches throughout. For the actual day of the wedding they couldn't have taken better care of us. Brittney kept the entire ship running smoothly the entire night and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived until the very end of our reception. Rachel was our chauffeur extraordinaire as we got carted around for our couples portraits. It was a super chilly day but she kept us nice and wrapped up and made the whole experience so much fun (not to mention provided us with awesome behind the scenes photos!!). They had a whole spread of our cocktail hour foods and our signature cocktails waiting for us to enjoy after the ceremony. The waitstaff and bartenders were fantastic and so attentive throughout the night. I know there are probably incredible details that I am forgetting to mention, but booking Hollow Brook as your venue should be a no brainer!!
