We are so beyond thrilled with our experience with Holly! We were drawn to her because of her use of color and, with a winter wedding, we wanted to make sure we were choosing somebody who could make photos on a potentially dreary day look their best. During our initial call, she said she "welcomed the challenge of a winter wedding" and I trusted that we were in good hands.
She was extremely flexible when we had to reschedule our engagement photo session twice due to bad weather and she also traveled all the way to downtown Chicago (and had a location in mind already!) to capture our photos. We were obsessed with our gallery and couldn't wait to see what she could do for our wedding day.
She arrived early the day of the wedding to scout out the location a bit so she knew which areas of the venue would be the best for photos. She was prepared with our "must have" photo list and kept the day rolling to the point where we were even running ahead of schedule!
She is SO wonderful to work with--my husband and I are, admittedly, not the most comfortable in front of the camera, but she made the environment calm and relaxed by joking with us, complimenting us, and just keeping up the positive energy. We received a lot of compliments from our wedding party and family that she (and second shooter, Mandy) were both a joy to be around during the wedding activities. She even made sure to grab us before she left for the evening for a few nighttime photos outside with some backlighting.
We were so immensely happy with how our gallery turned out (which we received even earlier than anticipated!). We still can't choose a favorite photo because she did such a wonderful job that we are fortunate to be burdened with choice. If I had to do it all over again, I would still happily choose Holly...I'm giving 5 stars but she's worth 10!!!

We hired Holly for our wedding and engagement photos and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Holly captured the joy of our day and us so beautifully & authentically in our photos. She brought energy & fun to our engagement session & the wedding day! Pictures can be a long affair in weddings, but Holly & her second shooter Amber made it fun and memorable.
Holly is great at bringing her own style to her work, and also capturing the essence of her clients she works with, which stood out to us when we chose her. Our photos felt very ‘us’ without being too curated or trendy. We are so so happy with the result, and we have her beautiful work to treasure in the years to come. ❤️

Where do we even begin? Holly is so incredible. Her talent, her personality, and just her all around vibes. From our engagement session to our wedding day, she offered nothing but professionalism and guidance. It made what seemed like a very intimidating part of the wedding planning process a lot smoother. We were BLOWN AWAY by the results of our engagement session, our pictures are so stunning. We've gotten teasers of our wedding day and that already made us cry. She captured light and life and most importantly, she captured the greatest memories from the most special day we will ever have. Holly's editing style and thought process behind her pictures are honestly top tier. We love that there are very bright and airy shots, but then there are the more moody and sensual shots. It's the best of both worlds. Holly impressed not only us but our entire family. We were complimented the whole day and for many days after our big event about how wonderful Holly and her teammate were and we could not agree more, truly. Holly, thank you for being the most incredible photographer we have had the pleasure to come to know. We recommend you to everyone and we can't wait to book a family session with you in the future! Holly is the best! We couldn’t rave about her more. Not only does Holly deliver fantastic photos but you’ll have a blast in the process. We hired Holly for our wedding day (and engagement session). I am not photogenic so I was concerned we would end up with stiff photos but Holly was able to bring the fun and capture those candid shots we were hoping for. She is able to take any canvas and transform it into beautiful art. Her talent is a true art form! We cannot thank Holly enough! ❤️

It is hard to put into words how outstanding Holly is. As a photographer, her craft shines with every image she takes. Beautiful and glowing photos that define her truly as an artist. As a professional, there is no one better to work with. From engagement shoots to the wedding day, she keeps the energy going and makes sure even the most inexperienced models feels poised and comfortable. Holly's attention to detail and ability to capture a moment are unmatched. During the wedding day, she is your perfect sidekick to make sure every memory is documented. If you opt for a second shooter, her peers shine all the same. David was the perfect complement to Holly and both of them ensured we had the most spectacular day. From details photos to portraits, you will not leave your wedding feeling like you will not end up with quality. Immediately after the wedding, we already had teasers out and my guests were absolutely in awe. People have been desperate to know who took our photos and we've been able to recommend Holly to several people, even before the full album is out! 10/10, A+++, you will NOT regret booking.

Holly was AMAZING to work with! We recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic photographer for their engagement, wedding or any other occasion. She had great ideas for photo locations and poses/scenes, and helped us create our timeline as well which was incredibly helpful. Her ability to corral anyone needed to take a photo was very impressive-she remembered everyone's names and kept a great sense of humor and playfulness while doing so. She is definitely FUN to work with!
We had many family/friends/guests comment on how impressed they were with her demeanor, and also with the end results-the gorgeous photos that we received :) Big shout out also to Nina who was her second shooter and was equally great to work with. It was great working with Holly, we had the most delightful engagement photos and she captured our wedding day flawlessly. She is super efficient and warm at the same time and somehow was able to get our chaotic families in order to keep us on time and get all the photos we wanted. It was such a delight working with Holly at a wedding last weekend. As an officiant, it is important to work with vendors that follow my lead during the ceremony and are easy to communicate with. Holly was pleasant and took the time to discuss the ceremony and where she will be shooting from.

Holly is amazing and so talented! We booked her for our August 2023 wedding and also did an engagement session in fall 2022. My husband and I were nervous to get our photo taken but Holly brought such a fun, positive energy and made us feel totally comfortable! The quality of the photos is exceptional! We were so grateful to have Holly. She knows how to direct people for large group photos, is super efficient, has great ideas, and is creative with light! Holly and Nina were amazing to work with!! They had a lot of great ideas, they made sure to take all of the pictures on our list, and they were really kind, genuine, and caring! They were very interactive throughout the day and so easy to talk to! They took the time to set up the perfect shot but also made sure to stay on schedule! From the teaser pictures that Holly shared, we are very impressed of how they captured every moment of our special day! We would highly recommended them and are so thankful we were able to have them photograph our wedding!!

Holly and Nina were epic. Not only did we think they were amazing; many of our wedding guests commented that they were on top of their game. The entire wedding party had great things to say. We absolutely loved them.

Holly was AMAZING. She made our day easy and carefree. Wrangling our family for the ideal photos could have been so much harder without Holly keeping us calm and knowing our shot list and our vision from our calls prior to the wedding day. Holly sent us 10 stunning preview pictures the night of the wedding and then she delivered us our ENTIRE ALBULM a month later. Every single picture was more stunning than the last. You can stop looking, because Holly is your new photographer hands down.
Her photos are BREATHTAKING & we literally love every single one. And there’s a lot by the way. She also got them to us so quickly despite her being slammed with all the covid weddings being rescheduled and her doing back to back to back weddings.
She’s SUPER easy to get along with, has a great sense of humor, did not mind my horrible potty mouth, & still made me feel like a queen even though I was ALL over the place 🥴
She captured moments that I was SURE were ruined, she spent time with me and my husband and got to know us, and I hope to work with her in the future or some other projects :)
