We were able to truly personalize our menu to reflect us as a couple and ensure all of our guests with allergies/restrictions/preferences were accommodated. The staff the day of the wedding was professional, courteous, and everything we had hoped for when envisioning our sit-down, family-style dinner. There were no issues and everything went off without a hitch! I would definitely recommend Hollyberry and look forward to using them for future events.

I made last minute changes to our menu. She was always available and responsive. Our food was amazing. Everyone on site at our wedding was helpful and so attentive. Our friends and family have raved about the mini bahn mi sandwiches and chorizo corn fritters - really they have just raved about all of the food served at our wedding. I can't thank them enough for making everything so seamless on our wedding day. I highly recommend Hollyberry for any catering needs!

After our tasting session, we couldn’t wait to eat the same menu again on the day-of. In terms of food and service on the day of, everything was fantastic! We got so many compliments that the food was "excellent", "terrific", "not your standard wedding food." All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff brought filled plates to us at the head table, which really helped us to eat quickly and to not have to navigate our way to the buffet. At one point in the night, I also was standing near the bar, and the staff noticed my drink was getting low; they brought one out to me without me even having to order. Their attention to detail was great! It was also very nice of the staff to box up and provide not only the leftover cake as I asked but also the leftover food. Based on my sister's previous experience with another caterer, I didn't realize we were allowed to take the leftovers. It was a nice surprise that this was provided to us. Overall, we’d recommend Hollyberry to any couple, and we can’t wait to stop by Nourish to grab some of the pretzel chicken entrée to-go.

There was plenty for everyone (Hollyberry was MASTERFUL at estimating the proper numbers) and we got to take what little leftovers we had home with us to snack. All of the food was delicious, the staff kind and helpful, and set up and clean up went off without a hitch. I'll be thinking our tasty food for a long time!

It was incredible! I have always kind of accepted that 'wedding food is wedding food' and it will be mediocre. However, our tasting with Hollyberry was fantastic and I was crossing my fingers that it would scale. It most definitely did!! Our wedding was over 3 months ago and we are still getting people telling us dinner was wonderful, and by far the best food they have ever eaten at a wedding. All in all a fabulous experience.

I also have to give Hollyberry a HUGE thank you, as their staff brought me a plate ensuring it was gluten free. Being Celiac, this ensured that my night ended well. This gesture was so very thoughtful and VERY much appreciated!! They also made sure that myself and the groom always had a drink in hand. The staff and the food definitely deserve 5 stars!!! Our guests all raved about the appetizers and the main meal - my husband is still talking about the potstickers (they were so good!!). The chicken and beef main entrees were fantastic, as were all of the sides. Really, it was like we had someone at our venue preparing things made to order - it was that fresh! We decided to have a dessert bar from Hollyberry instead of wedding cake, and that was a huge hit with us and all of our guests! The cake pops and the mousse shots were my favorites, and there was more than enough dessert to go around. I'd like to think that I've had good catered food at other weddings, but Hollyberry really set a high bar. Even the really picky eaters who 'always hate catered food' had good things to say about them. The catering staff at our reception was incredibly helpful and polite, and many of our guests mentioned how professional they were. They managed to make sure everyone was well-cared for without being overbearing or in the way (no small feat). I'd recommend them without hesitation to anyone!

At the reception, we had a Harvest feast, dessert bar and late night snack. I am a vegetarian and a few of my friends are vegan. My vegan friends approached me (twice!) and could not thank me enough for being so thoughtful! (They went back and got a second plate of food!) We had an assortment of breads, harvest nut salad, mashed sweet potatoes, grilled veggies (zucchini, carrots, green beans, red peppers, cauliflower, broccoli), mushroom ravioli and beef tenderloin. Many of the guest said they went back for seconds and even thirds. Even the kids liked the food. We did not do any appetizers but chose to do late night snacks of soft pretzel bites. We did a tasting and like the food so much that we had them do the desert buffet. It was also a hit. It was beautifully displayed and so yummy. The staff working that evening were so pleasant, professional, and did an amazing job. I cant say enough good things about the food and service that we received.

On a side note, the restaurant on Manchester is also very good if you want to get a sense of the style of food.

Hollyberry worked with us to create the atmosphere that we desired. We had 3 buffet stations, each with different menus. The buffet stations were open for most of the evening. The food was uniquely prepared and elegantly presented. Many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted!

A testimony to her expertise and guidance is that there was hardly anything left - and if there had been, Hollyberry will donate any leftover food to a local food pantry - making the blessings continue. I only wish we had asked for bigger plates! With all honesty, I can definitely recommend Hollyberry for your wedding!

e looking for and within our price range. They started out as a dessert company, and you can tell from their desserts that that is their specialty. The presentation of food was lovely. We are all about good food and good presentation, so Hollyberry definitely fit the bill for this. And like I said, it fit within our budget, so the value for Hollyberry was really good compared to other caterers we looked at in the St. Louis area. Our guests really enjoyed the food especially from the cocktail hour the mushroom pastry appetizer. I was a fan of the lobster bisque shooter. The watermelon spoon was a bit of a disappointment for me so I wouldn't recommend that but the dinner on the whole was great. We are foodies and wanted to have input on some of the dishes served at our reception. Hollyberry pushed mostly their existing menu options. After a little pushing from our end they did add 3 menu items that eventually ended up on their menu for future catering gigs. So we were glad to see our suggestions were taken to heart. We would have liked to have had more input but also understand we are not caterers. When they put together the estimate to fit within our budget, the amount of food didn't feel like enough for our guests - (i.e. most plates didn't have one per person). Again, we're not caterers and they know what people like and don't like, but the last thing we wanted was for our guests to not have enough food. So we worked with Hollyberry to make those adjustments. Since we were planning a wedding from out of town we found it a bit inconvenient that they were closed during the holidays (from Christmas eve - New Years Day) and closed on the weekends. This made planning for meetings and tastings a bit difficult. But if you are in the area, this should not be a problem at all. This is partially the reason for my service score. Otherwise, they were responsive and helpful and wonderful on the day of the event. Everything went smoothly and tasted great. Overall, Hollyberry was accommodating and did a wonderful job. Ultimately we wanted people to talk about the food and they did. Mission accomplished!

It was so nice that right after the first dance the catering staff asked what we would like to eat, because otherwise we wouldn't have eaten at our own wedding. She also was on the cake cutting. My mom had made the cake, so she wanted to make sure it was set out and cut and everything. They did such a good job. Everyone complimented my parents on how amazing the food was. I only wish I would have gotten to eat more of it! Overall, I would highly recommend hollyberry for any event. Superb event service, customer service, and food.
