This staff is professional, honest, calm, and extremely dedicated. Whenever we had any questions, our questions were answered promptly and with honesty! Our guests are still raving about our wedding day! HollyHedge is not only absolutely beautiful, but the food is amazing! Our wedding day was exactly what we had envisioned and more! AMAZING! JUST AMAZING! My heart fills up with joy when I talk about our wedding day and how amazing everything truly was. Thank you again to this wonderful staff that I can not thank enough for making our wedding day simply the best day ever! TEN STARS for this team!

She was so responsive and my parents could not stop talking about how wonderful and calming she was. She helped us to plan our timeline and gave us honest advice on our wedding, even if it meant us spending less money at the venue! They were so accommodating with our smaller wedding (100 people) and the special requests we had. We had many guests who do not drink for religious reasons and they handled their tables without any concerns. They also helped us customize an appetizer (samosas) based on our backgrounds and it was a huge hit! Being able to get ready, have our ceremony, reception, and after-party on site made things so seamless and stress-free. My family had an amazing time and we received so many comments on how great the food was (especially the Mexican bar at cocktail hour)! The venue itself in fall is stunning and while we had to have our ceremony in our back-up location (the old barn), it was honestly better than our original plan. On the day of, Meredith/Beth were there to help us with our ceremony timing and made sure drinks were waiting for us as soon as we said 'I do'. The staff boxed up the leftover food and it was so fun the next day to get to try everything we had spent months picking out. With stressful jobs and planning a wedding from out of town, we could not have had a better stress-free experience planning and having our wedding at HollyHedge!

The food and wedding cake were incredible- every entree was awesome. Service was great. Atmosphere was great. And your family and friends can stay in the Bed and Breakfast- how fun! Can't say enough. HollyHedge includes and takes care of so much, it made the entire process easy! We received so many compliments - the venue, the food, and the overall atmosphere were perfect! (I've been told by many people this was the best food they have had a wedding!!) The staff also went above and beyond the day of the wedding. I brought on site a few things I wanted set up - memorial table, cookie, table, etc - and they did it all fantastically. I really can't thank everyone enough! I would suggest HollyHedge to anyone!

had visited many other wedding venues, all nice, but nothing that spoke to us or gave us that feeling we were looking for, the feeling of, "this is the one." We had all but given up finding our perfect venue when we drove onto the Hollyhedge Estate property. From the second we turned in we looked at each other both filled with that "feeling." We initially met and spoke with both Michele and Gabbi. Michele took the time to show us, a couple without an appointment, the venue and how we could make it our own. Her obvious passion for the venue and expertise had us totally in love. We could not rush back to lock in the venue fast enough. From start to finish it was an absolute dream working with the Hollyhedge staff. We never skimped on an opportunity to drive up and visit - probably making more appointments than we had to just to spend a little more time on the property and with the staff. We fell more and more in love with it as we went. We cannot say enough positive things about the staff. They are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They were able to provide exactly what we wanted. Their timeline helped us stay on track with planning and their availability to answer questions or concerns made you feel like you were the only wedding they were ever going to have. I know I felt like an absolute princess throughout especially on the day of. Meredith was our point person and we had begun getting to know her prior to the big day. Seriously, I feel like I just want to sit and hang out with Michele, Meredith and Gabbi. They are incredibly amazing ladies that I grew very fond of! Meredith made sure I had everything I needed on the big day and was pivotal in making everything run as smoothly as it did. Our guests could not stop raving about the venue, the staff and the FOOD! Did I mention the food was amazing? Because it was. Everything was perfect. PERFECT. Thanks to Hollyhedge, and of course our amazing vendors (most of which we found off the preferred vendor list provided by Hollyhedge) we were able to have our fairytale wedding.

They gave honest opinions and lots of helpful suggestions for everything from floorplans to vendors. They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding is something we had time to enjoy. Even though it rained, they had a backup plan ready to go, and honestly, having the ceremony in the barn was absolutely perfect and intimate. You can’t go wrong with any of the ceremony options at HollyHedge! HollyHedge has far-and-away the best full-service wedding package we found. The fact that so many details are included in package makes things so easy, while still providing a ton of options that truly makes your wedding customizable and reflect you a couple. And the FOOD! The food at HollyHedge is incredible - from the inventive hors d'oeuvres to the custom cake/cupcakes we ate for days afterward. Across the board, our guests have told us that this was the best food they’ve had at a wedding. To any couple considering HollyHedge as your venue, you won’t be disappointed. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and I had a carefree, amazingly fun day that I would love to re-live over and over! Every aspect was seamlessly coordinated and perfectly organized. The staff there are a true team of professionals and honestly some of the nicest people you will come across. We had so many guests comment on the location and how much they absolutely loved it. Beyond that, the food was so delicious (I ate my leftovers for the next 3 days after the wedding and it was STILL delicious!) If you're getting married in the New Hope area, you HAVE to check this place out.

never could have imagined that our wedding would completely surpass our expectations. The food was incredible (best wedding food I've ever had), the staff was beyond amazing- Beth & Meredith were there every step of the way to make sure our day was perfect and we had everything we needed at every moment- and Michele helped us throughout the entire process answering all of my emails. Our guests could not say enough wonderful things about this place and how accommodating everyone was. We were supposed to get married outside, but the weather didn't cooperate so I was pretty bummed. But after seeing the pictures from inside the barn, I am soooo happy we got married inside. The stone backdrop was stunning and the pictures came out incredible. Every wedding needs to be here and I just hope that my husband and I get to attend another wedding here.

on was strictly compared to how lovely HollyHedge was. In the end, we knew our gut feeling was right, and that we definitely wanted to book our wedding here. The staff there are PROS and Michele is ON TOP of everything! She will also give you her honest opinions in order to save you money and provide a memorable experience for you and your guests. My mom and I loved and appreciated that honesty. During the planning process, we never had to feel frazzled about all of elements handled by HollyHedge. Michele, Key (before she left), and Meredith always made us feel at ease, and helped us with all of our decisions. Not only is HollyHedge the venue, but they also handle catering and desserts. The appetizers were delicious (the chicken and waffle bites were a hit!), and I loved the variety they offered. We ended up serving filet mignon, duck breast, salmon en croute, and a vegan option. And wow the cake! As an hobby baker, this was the most important food element for me, and their pastry chef did not disappoint! Half of our tiers were earl grey tea cake with strawberry mousse, and the other half was lavender cake with lemon mousse. We received so many compliments on the unique flavors. As for the event itself, we had a morning storm, a downed tree and power outages to deal with all before the event. The HollyHedge team worked hard to keep things running smoothly, and by the time of the ceremony, you would have no idea that anything went wrong. We didn't worry about a single detail once the ceremony started. I got to keep the ceremony outside, and I can't rave enough about the natural beauty that surrounds their courtyard. The vines, trees and other greenery provided a stunning, romantic background for our wedding, and the photos looked amazing! Many, many thanks to the HollyHedge team for our dream wedding!!

at first sight! There is not one place on the property that is anything but beautiful! Set back from the road, the HollyHedge Estate is from a fairy tale with a secret garden, rustic feel. What really made the wedding perfect though are the people who work there. All of the staff, including Michele, Meredith, Beth, and Gabbi, went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect They are with you every step of the planning process, and do everything imaginable to make the day magical. I am the third child in my family to get married, and my parents were in awe at how amazing and helpful the staff at the HollyHedge are. There's no team like them anywhere else! And if a gorgeous venue and amazing staff are not enough, let me tell you about the food! The food at the HollyHedge is delicious! My guests kept telling me they have never been to a wedding like ours, and the night was perfect. I am so, so happy to have discovered the HollyHedge and to have married the love of my life there.

g. The staff at HollyHedge is SO knowledgeable and helpful in every way. They were responsive to e-mails and phone calls, especially once we were in the final countdown. Meredith, Michele, and Beth made sure every detail was ironed out and the staff on the day of our wedding were friendly, helpful, and extremely quick. The actual venue is naturally beautiful and our guests were in awe of how gorgeous everything was. We didn't need to go overboard with the decorations because of the natural beauty of HollyHedge. I would repeat our wedding day over and over again if I could; not only because it was the best day of our lives, but because HollyHedge truly went out of their way to make sure our day was nothing short of perfect and momorable.

onto the property, we already knew it was definitely the one. Our November wedding felt like it flew by in the blink of an eye, but the day was extremely surreal and magical. The staff, the food, the venue...everything was even more than Eric and I could have dreamed of. Michele was an instrumental part in getting everything coordinate for the big day in November. She was extremely personable and made sure everything went according to plan. We were even planning from miles away so she was flexible with phone calls and emails which was extremely helpful for us. I also was extremely indecisive with the dessert (my own fault, but I knew could cause a problem), but Michele worked with me a week prior to the wedding to ensure the vision I had was executed at the wedding since I wasn't a big "cake person." Then you have Gabbi, who was an all star accommodator. She made sure to check in with the room bookings to ensure everything was set up for our guests. She was even able to quickly turn the rooms for the day of so the early check-ins could be accommodated since we had quite a few out of town guests on my husband's side. She is super personable and friendly! Once November 11th came around, we worked with Key and Beth. The morning of the wedding, Key was there to check-in on us and make sure everything was set up for us to get ready. She handled the decorating, and it turned out beautifully (better than I could have ever put together). I even forgot vases for the flowers, and she had them set up in the reception so the flowers would survive the night. Before walking down the aisle, she even ensured my dress wasn't sticking to me because of the static so we were using a dryer sheet to de-static it. At cocktail hour, she put together our own personal plate of appetizers. Key was awesome and we couldn't have asked for a better point person the day of! She did everything above and beyond, and we couldn't appreciate her more! At the reception, Beth took care of us, and she made sure we ate and were fully stocked on drinks. The whole day was just wonderful, and Eric and I didn't have to worry about anything the day of besides just having fun and enjoying our guests. The food was also AMAZING!! Our guests still tell us it's the best food they've ever had at a wedding. I cannot say enough good things about HollyHedge. The beautiful setting is just the start of an amazing day then you factor in the wonderful staff and delicious food and it makes for a perfect wedding day!

On the day of my wedding, Beth was so attentive; making sure I had enough fluids to keep from getting dehydrated and that everyone in the bridal party had eaten. I could not have asked for a better wedding - it all went so smoothly and I felt completely secure in knowing that the staff had everything under control.

Ultimately we fell in love with the picturesque, diverse but intimate setting at Holly Hedge and once we met the wonderful staff and were walked through the service that they had to offer I‎t was not even a question that we would have our wedding there. Key and Michele made the entire nearly year long planning process fun and exciting and we knew that we were in the hands of the utmost professionals. From the tasting dinner to the planning meetings with Michele (and all the great advice!) and emails we had over the coming months, we loved the level of personalization, and selection available to us within a structure that clearly was a well oiled machine- and took so much weight off of us in the decision making process and creation of our perfect vision for the day! On the day of the wedding I‎t poured all day long but the backup plan to be inside was not only well executed-with the entire staff helping with canopies and umbrellas, we actually felt that the rain made the day even more special that we were able to enjoy the magical and intimate beauty of the old barn as a backdrop for our ceremony! We were even shuttled to some of the outdoor areas where we wanted photos in a golf cart to grab the best shots before the ceremony. I‎t was perfect! The food was AWESOME!!! The guests were raving about the food and my husband and I were happy to be given the appetizers to snack on during the cocktail hour to toast over a glass of champagne! Key then so deftly and expertly bustled my complicated gown that I laughed at how relieved I’m sure my MOH and mom were to not have to tackle that monster! Later, Beth and the team were so present and on top of things that I‎t felt like if I even looked around with a question on my face that someone was immediately there with an answer plus an answer to a question I didn’t even know I had! At dinner we were so well taken care of by Mike that we felt like royalty and the guests couldn’t stop raving about the beautiful presentation and delicious food. The cake was beautiful and we loved how we were able to accommodate the GF crowd. Compliments to the chef times a million! Gabbi was instrumental in keeping us informed of potential issues and making sure that we were absolutely happy with everything on an ongoing basis and especially despite some of the last minute weather changes. Also- I don’t know when any of you amazing ladies actually sleep- but she also took care of everyone for the breakfast the next morning at Holly Hedge for our party, friends and family who stayed there and I‎t was absolutely delicious and really fun! Some of us had crazy orders and she make them perfect without blinking while Michele helped us wrap up and organize everything to take home. Key, Michele, Beth, Gabbi and the entire staff were so beyond incredible helping me, our parties, guests, vendors and everyone throughout the day to run everything flawlessly that I truly could not imagine working with anyone else. I have never been taken care of like this in my entire life or felt so supported. We were all blown away by how amazingly attentive and intuitive and ahead of everything they were in communicating and executing even the tiniest detail. Truly ladies... bravo!!! And thank you so so much from the bottom of my heart!!!

they have to offer. The estate is simply gorgeous! Beautifully landscaped gardens and grounds, a stone barn, architectural elements that we knew would add such charm to the wedding and photographs. One of the first things we appreciated was how ‘all inclusive’ their package was. Michele and Key made our months of preparation stress-free. They handled so many details, kept us on track, maintained wonderful communication, and were so professional! It rained on Sunday and the staff didn’t blink!! They created umbrella trains for the wedding party to arrive “dry” to the ceremony and cocktail hour in the Old Barn and then to the reception in the New Barn. They used a golf cart to transport the bride and groom to the field, in the rain, so they could get the outdoor photos my daughter wanted. Beth kept us on schedule and communicated with us throughout the day, keeping to our timeline of events. Our guests were so complimentary of the incredible service during the cocktail hour and reception…nothing but praise for all those who made sure drinks, appetizers, and meals were promptly provided for all. And the food during the cocktail hour and meal during the reception….DELICIOUS!! I was so thrilled and suprised to see that they had packed up any left-over food we brought into our “ready rooms” for the bridal party and groomsmen and set it up for our After Party in the Old Barn. This staff is not only professional, but work as an incredibly efficient team. They can provide you with a list of recommended vendors that are top notch! At the end of the day, we loved that we could stay in one of the 15 rooms they have available and wake up to a delicious breakfast with family and friends the morning after the wedding! Holly Hedge Estates far exceeded our expectations in making our daughter’s wedding an event that we will forever cherish.

You can only give five stars but if I could I would give more and then add some exclamation marks, thumbs up, rainbows, fireworks, etc. to this review. We would recommend HollyHedge to anyone we know or strangers we come across who are planning a wedding. It was a day we will never forget and we have HollyHedge and its amazing staff to thank!!!!!

Our wedding was perfect because of Key, Michele, Gabbi, and about a half dozen others who went well above and beyond our expectations. My husband and I live in Hong Kong, but my family is from the Philadelphia area. Planning a wedding from 8,000 miles away can make a bride go crazy, but with the extremely dedicated, professional, and attentive staff at HollyHedge, the planning was seamless. They had no problem FaceTiming us into meetings and making accommodations for all of our special needs. The chef even learned a few new Indian recipes (hubs is from India) to personalize our menu. The entire 13 month planning period was so stressfree because of how Key and Michele would answer our questions and alleviate our nerves. The day of the wedding was so easy! Every single need was taken care of from the second that we woke up! This venue is so beautiful- with the rustic charm and green space-- but honestly, the staff here are seriously magic. I wish that I could give more than 5 stars.

Everyone was taken care of and every time my wedding comes up with ANY guest since, the mashed potato bar is brought up (Don't pass on the mashed potato bar. HUGE HIT -even in June-). I highly recommend having the after party at HollyHedge, it was so nice to enjoy the property (and keep the party going) for a few more hours. My one piece of advice: We were unaware until a few weeks before our wedding that Michele would not be running our wedding the day of. She was the person we planned with and so, the day of, there were a few hiccups. They were certainly not noticeable to our guests but little things that we (and our parents) were aware of. I suggest you have your final meeting with the day-of person (Key).

She was there for anything we could possibly need that day! She even helped out with my bustling my complicated, large, dress which was very much appreciated. autiful grounds at HollyHedge. With its stonework and lush gardens, the estate provided a gorgeous backdrop to our October wedding; we almost felt like we were in the English countryside at times. We held both our ceremony and reception on-site, which really is the way to do it. The courtyard is so pretty and it's unbelievable how quickly and seamlessly the staff at HollyHedge can transition the area from ceremony to cocktail hour. During the wedding, we loved how guests could navigate from the courtyard to the Old Barn to the reception area to the fire pits -- providing plenty of changes in scenery and things to do. While our first tasting had been a little lackluster, the food at our wedding was delicious and in solid portion sizes. I still have dreams about the bacon-wrapped scallop and our best man hasn't stopped talking about his steak nearly two months later. In addition to having the ceremony and reception on-site, our guests occupied the attached inn -- making everything incredibly convenient and homey. Leading up to the wedding, we worked mostly with Michele and then Key managed our wedding day. They basically feel like family to us now. We are so happy we chose to have our wedding at HollyHedge Estate. Even as it was happening, we were in complete awe over how perfect everything turned out and how well the staff executed it all. We will always think of them fondly and cherish everything they did to make our wedding a beautiful affair.

We can not thank the staff enough throughout our journey. Key and Michele were super easy to talk to, kind, generous, and really were so helpful through the planning process. During the reception, Key had to help adjust my dress bussel multiple times, no questions asked, she kicked off her heels and was on the floor making sure everything was perfect! There's little moments like that that make you really appreciate the generousity of the staff at Hollyhedge! Our day wound up being exceptionally warm, and with our ceremony outside, the staff made sure everyone was comfortable. They put out large fans and everyone stayed cool and hydrated in the barn until time for seating. We had our family stay at the inn portion of the grounds, and everyone had an enjoyable experience! Gabbi the innkeeper was accommodating to all our guests, and they have great breakfast! Thank you to Hollyhedge for making our day exceptionally perfect!

We called HollyHedge Estate, from the moment we spoke about an engagement I had found this venue and put it into my wish list. Luckily fate was on our side and we got the perfect fall date for our wedding. We could not have been more pleased with the accommodations from bridal suite for getting ready to the grounds, the guest rooms and everything in between my husband and I did not want to leave and look forward to coming back to visit our new friends at the HollyHedge Estate. Whether you speak with Michelle or Key you are in the best of hands! I cannot say enough great things about these event coordinators! And when it comes to booking accommodations for your event Gabbi and her staff are the kindest and most diligent innkeepers we have had the pleasure of staying with! is a perfect balance between being super friendly, calm and laid back but also incredibly organized, attentive and professional. They took great care of my husband, Mikey, and I, and I like to think we became fast friends. Coming from Manhattan, we decided we wanted a space that would make us and our guests feel like they had retreated from the outside world – we wanted it to feel private, peaceful and welcoming. HollyHedge offers both lush outdoor space but also lovely, rustic indoor space so your guests can enjoy it all. It also provided us with comfortable accommodations for the night of the wedding with our entire family and wedding party. We worked directly with Michele and Key for about a year and half before the big day. We love them so much. I can't say enough about them. They were honest with us every step of the way and helped us make all the difficult decisions (and were the most patient human beings on the planet when they would sit and watch my mom and I disagree and bicker during the anxious moments leading up to the event). Our wedding was perfect in every way. Our guests continue to bring up every little detail to this day. Thank you again for everything. We can't wait to come back and visit.

, booking the venue, and multiple meetings throughout our engagement, we were beyond impressed. We worked mostly with Key and Michele and they were just wonderful throughout the entire process. They returned my emails within a day and were also very professional, yet friendly and warm. My whole family said how much we will miss them now that the big day is over. They were always patient and attentive and on the day of the wedding they went above and beyond to continually check in and make sure we had everything we needed. Their enthusiasm and excitement over our big day was so appreciated. During our reception, we had a family emergency and Michele was right there to help out and even followed up with us the following day to make sure my grandmother was okay. The venue itself was breathtaking. It was intimate and stunning everywhere you went. Our guests still rave to us about how gorgeous and special everything was. The food and our cake were incredible! We received so many compliments. The appetizers and main course were delicious! We loved every bite. Brunch the following morning for our guests that stayed at the Inn was also very tasty. If we could get married at Holly Hedge again tomorrow, we would do it in a heartbeat. It will forever hold a very special place in our hearts thanks to Key and Michele and everyone else working behind the scenes.

They took great care of the wedding party and kept the day running smoothly. They did a great job setting up and taking down everything we brought. The food was outstanding and all the servers were excellent. Baker did a wonderful job on our two cakes. The recommended vendors are excellent(Mark Bryan, Janis Nowlan, Andy Maheny, Daneene Jensen, The More We See, Stouts Transport). Our guests had a great time, the bride and groom were ecstatic, and my husband and I were so happy that they chose Holly Hedge! Highly Recommended!
