I am a married, mother of two with a an extremely crafty side! I admit that I am a bit of a nerd that likes to finish my day with a book and a glass of wine if my kids allow it.
Early in my career, I fell I’m love with events and weddings were always my favorite. The complexity of coordinating a day so special, is extremely enjoyable for me. I think about potential issues as a puzzle, trying to find the best way to make your vision come to life without any major hiccups.
If you are the kind of person that has lots of ideas but has no idea how to bring them together, I am you woman.

Lindsey was absolutely incredible! She was so easy to work with and super organized! She handled everything on day of wedding seamlessly. Would highly recommend! Couldn’t have done it without her!

Lindsey was absolutely amazing as our wedding day-of coordinator! She went above and beyond, giving us helpful tips before the wedding, recommending vendors, and making sure every detail was perfect on the big day. She had everything under control to ensure nothing went off track and even went the extra mile by picking up our cake for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator—she was truly invaluable!

If we could give Lindsey more than 5 stars, we would! She is so talented and creative, and we couldn't have pulled off such a smooth event without her. She is an amazing coordinator, designer, and so much more. We appreciated her willingness to help, open mind to anything we desired, and endless access to design elements/ideas. We loved each and every one of our meetings with her and couldn't have dreamt of a more beautiful (and stress free) wedding day!

I am so glad I found Lindsey. She worked with our budget, adjusted services as needed to make it work, and I’m so glad she did.
She was my rescuer on multiple issues on my wedding day that I could not have predicted, even though we had a small backyard wedding. I called in a panic about my cake when it was decorated totally different than expectation and I swear she must have come running! Lol. She completely redid the cake for me right then and there. Also, her arsenal of random items you never know you’ll need was impressive. It was like she had a solution for every problem!
She went above and beyond by creating a surprise gift for me as well and I was just taken aback by her creativity and thoughtfulness. Absolutely loved her!

Lindsay is instrumental in the wedding planning process and so dedicated to your event, down to finite details and elements, including vendor management and design! She was worth every penny and more to me and my fiancé.
She and I aligned and tag-teamed on everything from beginning to end of the planning process, all the way through the wedding day, then she helped ensure our vendors were square, the event was set up and flowed appropriately, and even made sure our next day brunch was prepped for us at our venue. My bridesmaids kept telling me how attune she was to me (she was!).
Lindsay has wedding knowledge like no one else and I highly recommend her for your special day!

Lindsey was amazing! We ended up bringing her on a month before the wedding and she was fabulous. She helped with florals, set up and anything and everything else! Cannot recommend her enough. Even on a tight budget, we are so happy to have spent the money for her services.

Lindsey absolutely saved us for our wedding! We didn’t think we needed a coordinator and then decided to hire her about 2 months out and it was the best decision we could have made. She helped so much before the wedding to get us organized, coordinate with other vendors and the venue, and took care of things we didn’t even know to plan for! She helped create a detailed timeline and made sure everyone was on the same page so it went so smoothly on our wedding day. It was such a weight off our shoulders to know she was handling everything, and to not worry about who was grabbing our stuff from the bridal suite or if the shuttle was actually shuttling people. She even drove us to our photo locations in between the ceremony and reception because we hadn’t even thought about how we’d get there! Overall, our day was 1000x smoother thanks to her and the weeks ahead of the wedding were way less stressful because she knew what needed to be done and took care of it. She’s also just a sweet, fun person who was great to be around and work with! If you’re wondering whether you really need a coordinator or are thinking you could probably just handle it yourself… HIRE LINDSEY!!

I cannot say enough nice things about Lindsey! She is unbelievably talented, and I'm so grateful that we got to work with her. She's very sweet and easy to communicate with and quick to respond. She's full of helpful suggestions and ideas, from timeline development to how to DIY a bar setup. She helped me order wholesale flowers for my DIY centerpieces, and they turned out beautifully! She even took on the role of SUPERWOMAN and fixed my bridal bouquet when our florist used the wrong color of roses in my bouquet. She literally took it apart and rebuilt it the day of the wedding, and nobody could tell anything had ever been wrong. She saved the day, and then she proceeded to decorate an arch BY HERSELF, and it all turned out beautifully. Throughout the day, she flawlessly directed all of our vendors. She made sure we had food and drink waiting at our couple's table after photos. She checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything. She helped bustle my dress. She just wore SO MANY different hats, and she did them all so well. I'm thoroughly impressed. She went above and beyond for us, and I will forever be grateful. I highly recommend you hire her. You won't find a more caring or talented coordinator.

Lindsey was incredible to work with in planning and executing my non-traditional wedding weekend. She understood my vision and provided great recommendations, and on the day of she was super woman!I woman! I hired her for day of services but she went above and beyond during the whole planning process. We had a flawless wedding weekend. We’re still amazed how Lindsey managed so many last minute issues so that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Hiring Lindsey was some of the best money spent for my wedding. I didn’t want myself or my family to worry about anything on the day of, and Lindsey made that possible!

I can't say enough good things about hiring Lindsey as my day of coordinator - by far the BEST decision I made all wedding. Initially, we needed her help with set up (our venue was totally DIY for décor and table seating) which she was happy to do, but she also did SO much more. A few consults on Zoom, walking through our venue with us, ordering our greenery, thinking through seating planning, talking through the day of plan to make sure things went smoothly. All of her wedding experience and advice throughout was so valuable!
Then day of she really kept things on track, making sure relatives were where they needed to go, dinner was on time, vendor questions were addressed, etc. She even helped bustle my dress so my mom could enjoy more time with friends, it was so thoughtful. And she thought of many things I didn't: clear umbrellas, tissues, a small tent, and so much more.
Lindsey is one of the most organized people I've ever met and was by far the easiest person I worked with compared to other vendors - she just made sure things ran so smoothly, like answering emails or scheduling meetings quickly without making you wait. But it was also incredible working with her because she is so kind and funny and thoughtful. It really felt like planning the day with a good friend, and her humor helped us get through occasional stressful moments as well. Do not think twice about hiring Lindsey, I would recommend her to anyone for any event.

Lindsey went above and BEYOND to make our big day perfect. She spent extra time designing my invitations and programs, and helped me problem solve all the DIY projects I was working on! Whatever I needed, I knew I wouldn’t have to worry because Lindsey would make sure we could make it happen! She did research on vendors and found us a rotary phone audio guest book, helped me find a wonderful florist, and made sure the entire event ran smoothly! Whenever wedding nerves and planning anxiety came into play, Lindsey knew exactly what to say and how to help! I can definitely say that my wedding day wouldn’t have been able to happen without her! Having Lindsay as our wedding planner was the best! Due to family health issues, we decided to have our wedding MUCH sooner than previously planned and she helped our magical weekend wedding dreams come true. With only a few months between setting the date and picking the venue to the actual wedding day, there was A LOT to get done. Lindsey was amazing and looking back I couldn't imagine getting through the wedding without her. There were SEVERAL things that came up on the day of (and leading up to) my wedding that I was so glad to have her for. She understood my vision and executed it flawlessly, dealt with ALL of my vendors, and managed a few fires for me on the spot - which allowed me to focus on enjoying my day even more. She's super flexible and I honestly can't recommend her enough. If you're unsure: 1. Don't be, 2. Just meet with her, she will put you immediately at ease. 11/10.

Lindsey was my wedding coordinator when I got married last October! She was with me through the whole process! I sent Lindsey so many texts and emails and she always got back to me and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or needed too much help from her.
